Monica's in her 30's and does FIFO on an opposite swing to me and a couple in their mid 20's. Sam's a Kiwi and works full time and Ella's English on a working holiday. Maximum of 4 home at any one time. The unfurnished room is 3.3m x 3.3m so there is plenty of room for queen sized furniture with large built in wardrobe. Rent is $180 a week including all utilities and wifi. Furniture could be arranged for the right person. There are 2 living areas and great pool and outdoor area. The pool is maintained professionallly so all you have to do is use it. Also an office available to use. Close to Murdoch and Fiona Stanley hospitals. Easy access via road or cycle way to Murdoch train station. Not looking for anyone who's looking for a party house. PERFECT LOCATION! PERFECT HOME! The home has just been built, brand new and a two storey home with ocean views of Coogee beach and only a five minute drive to the beach.
