Can be flexible with dates due to having a large 3 bed house... I am looking for someone (or possibly a couple) to share my lovely house in como, whilst my sister and her boyfriend go to do their farm work. The add says for 3 months but this can possibly be extended if needed. Could be a great option if you are travelling or while you look for a more permanent place etc :) It is a short walk to the train station, which is just a few stops to the city, and the bus stop at the end of the street takes you towards fremantle. There is also a lovely park 5 minutes walk away, and close to cafes. The room available has fitted mirrored robes and can include bed, bedside and lamp, or can be emptied to accommodate your own furniture. I also have a very sweet cat called Jeffrey who is house trained and no trouble at all :)
I'm a fun, easy-going gal who likes to lick rocks (geologist) and meet new people! I've lived out of home for the past 4 years and think I make a pretty great housemate. I'm tidy, easy to get along with, and respectful of other peoples space and belongings. I'm moving to Perth from little old Tassie to start an new job in the mining industry (FIFO), so if you think I'd make a good addition to your house, let me know! My start date is ~11th June, so I'm in desperate need of a place to live!
I come from France to do my internship, so I would like meet nice people in order to enjoy and discover Perth and surroundings ! I'm open-minded, kind and calm but I love to do sport especially hiking, jogging, playing volley-ball.
Hi peps, I'm Tanvir from Bangladesh here studying full time at Curtin uni (Postgrad student). I love to meet new people who are friendly and easy going. Favourite passtime is to travel. Love trying out new foods and going for roadtrips a lot. Thanks.
Hey guys! I am a geography/urban planning student at Curtin and looking for a room in a house around the South Perth area. I am a clean, considerate person who enjoys the balance of socialising with house mates and keeping to myself. I'm looking to share with people around my age who are also studying, in a chilled, friendly home. Air con is a must for the warmer months, and ideally the house is decently spacious. I'm a chill, easy going girl, been living in Perth for about 4 years now. I am passionate about music, maps and cities (and how to make them a better place to live!). But I am a country kid at heart :) I'm looking forward to meeting you! Cheers

Looking for something close to the city or between the city and airport. I work and study part time, i am a very clean and tidy tenant, i love to cook and exercise, more than happy to cook for others. I have been living in homeshares since i was 16, i get along with everyone, and i love having drinks with housemates or even dinner.
Neat and tidy 2x1 townhouse in Como, on the corner of Canning Highway. Close to the freeway and the city. The bedroom is unfurnished but the rest of the house is furnished except for a washing machine and a tv/tv cabinet when my housemate moves out. There is also a small shed out the back, and an allocated parking bay. Plenty of visitor/street parking also available. The current lease is up in October this year.

Hello guys! I'm Alyssia! I love to have fun and I'm incredibly laid back! I can't handle residing in a messy home, and I'm also a great cook. I'm really excited to start this next chapter in my life and I really hope you'd love to join me! I have a little kitty cat called Shazam, he's 2 years old as of 14/02/2018 😍 I'm a full time student and like to kick back in my down time!
I am an easy going and simple person. I am very friendly and enjoy anything and everything dancing. I like to have a chat with people from different cultures and experiences with a glass of wine after an exhausting day or on a relaxing day.
Looking for a short stay room to rent anywhere around Como, as I currently work at the Karalee on Preston. I recently moved to Perth from Geraldton so I have minimal possessions and am very tidy. I am hardly home as I work long hours and spend my free time with my partner, so I will make a quiet tenant.
I'm friendly, clean and tidy, respectful of others, outgoing and sociable...enjoy good conversation and glass or two of bubbles, but also like my own space. Professionally employed, like pets, intelligent...love to laugh with good sense of humour. I live in Bunbury but work a few days a week in Perth usually from about Wednesday to Saturday, but will occasionally stay in Perth all week. Would like a non-smoking environment please and would like off-street or secure parking.
We have an unfurnished room in a great location available on the 11th June! The room will easily fit a queen bed and comes with built in cupboards. The house is quite spacious so everyone can have their own space when they want it. Sharing bathroom with one other person only. Plenty of shared cupboard space. Separate study and spare bedroom. The house has solar panels, bore reticulation, gas hot water and evaporative cooling. We have unlimited NBN for $20/month. The room is $170/week with all bills split 3 ways. There is a 24/7 IGA only a two minute drive away, nearby Coles, and many cafes only a few minutes drive from the house. The house is a 2km walk to South Perth foreshore. There are many bus stops within a close walking distance, including the Curtin University bus.
Hi I’m 27 easy going and looking for a nice clean and comfortable place to rent. I love a nice drink on weekends and I’m clean and respectful of others :) I also love a good laugh and keep to myself throughout the week as I’m very busy with friends and working. I’m loooking for somewhere I can stay for a while and make it my home and feel happy to be there I also have a little home buisness at my mums house as a beauty therapist doing treatments. I would love a place for $150 a week with bills included if I can but for the right place that has everything I want I can go up to $180 is my max amount as I’m trying to build my buisness.

Hi! I'm hoping to find a longer term place within the next month or so as my current lease expires mid July. I work away from Perth so I'm only home for 1 week at a time. I'm originally from Sydney and moved over to Perth in March for work and study and quiet. When I'm home uni keeps me fairly busy but I enjoy diving, running and eating out when possible. A few beers are always nice too. Ideally, I'd like to find a place to move into by late June. If you have any questions feel free to get in touch :)
