I am a 20 year old social work student. I am clean and tidy and am not big on partying. I have a great group of friends who enjoy board game/dinner nights at home. I am really easy going and social but definitely love my own space as well. Originally from down south so occasionally go home to visit my family. I have been living on campus at Uni for this first year but am looking to move into a house. Looking to move at the start of next year-Thanks! (Ps my name is pronounced like Elisha)
Huge double bedroom with one wall of built in robes. The house is freshly painted throughout, and very clean and tidy. Has lovely big front yard and veranda as well as wrap around rear balcony with river glimpses, open plan living area, large bedrooms and quiet neighborhood. The proximity to the city (5kms) is brilliant, and its a short 5 min stroll to the Swan river (Como beach). The Preston Street cafe precinct is wonderful and also walking distance. Whilst is it a 4 bedroom home, only 2 are being let out - the other two rooms are storage. So plenty of room, and just yourself + one other living in this home!
Brilliant location with a history of great housemates. The house is 15 minutes from the city and a short walk from the water. Close to the 901, 31 and 30 bus stops. Curtin uni is a 5 minute drive away. The South Perth Foreshore is a beautiful location to go for a coffee and check out the amazing view of the city and it is only a 5 minute drive away. The room advertised is super spacious but the townhouse isn't too big so not too much to maintain. I am moving because of travel and finances but I really wish that I didn't have to leave!
I’m a super chill human who likes a clean space, down time, a good bed time (for that sweet sweet 8 hours), good healthy food and gymming. I’m not clingy and like my own space to chill out when I get home from working in part time retail, but am a fun human overall and like a good dance party in my room from time to time (with headphones of course). Just looking for some fellow chill humans who like to look after themselves to room with whilst I take time to move into my next phase of postgrad study.
Part time Hospo worker looking for a new place to call home. Good with my money and always pay rent/bills on time. I can be quite sociable and love to share a coffee/drink with the fellow housemates or have a movie night. In saying that I am also very respectful of other peoples space and enjoy my alone time too.
Hey! I'm a recent science graduate who works pretty much full time (several part-time jobs). I like a clean house, and am looking for roommates who are considerate in that regard. I am the kind of person who likes to be social and with people (even just for dinner), but at the same time occasionally needs private downtime. I'm quite active and relatively healthy - I go to the gym and love to rock climb - but at the same time love a good pizza every so often. I am also a big reader and lover of dogs and cats. If you think we'd get along, message me and we can have a chat :)
Kiwi living in Perth. I work for the coffee club which has taken me to Brisbane and New Zealand and now back to Perth for work. Became a qualified personal trainer while working part time, i have a passion for health and fitness. I'm great to live with as im friendly, I clean up after myself, enjoy quite nights in and eating nice food with great company but also like the occasional night out on the town. Am after somewhere permanent if things go well with flatmates as I don't want to move every few months.
Hi guys! I'm looking for a new place to call home for me and my 4-legged companion, Rove. Idealling I'm looking for a room in a sharehouse. About me: I'm 24 and studying full-time at ECU. I work part-time with varying hours and also volunteer a couple of hours a month at a couple of local organisations. I love sport and anything outdoors, even if it's just taking the dog to the beach or having a few drinks and a bbq, I'm always up for it. I bring with me bad jokes and quality banter. About Rove: Rove is a very loving and happy three year old Kelpie X. He gets excited when visitors come round but otherwise he's generally a calm boy. He gets along with other animals and is happy spending his time outside (he has previously only been allowed inside during storms, fireworks and winter nights) He's a lot of fun to have around and really just wants to be your best friend
I'm an employed 28 year-old engineer who relocated permanently to Perth from Malaysia last November. Have lived with my current housemate for almost a year now with no problem as I am easy-going, considerate, respectful, neat and tidy. She can attest to that :) I'm moving because she will be moving back to Bunbury with her husband once the lease ends. I believe in the saying 'Don't do to others what you don't want to be done to you', hence I appreciate sincerity and honesty. I enjoy video games (have a PS4 but don't worry I will not fight for the TV as I have my own), going on amazing road trips, beaches, coffee-hunting, keeping fit and planning to take up guitar in due time (I promise to keep it quiet!!). I'm open to different adventures and activities as I'm excited to explore this beautiful new place I'll be living in for awhile. Though I am always down for adventures or night-outs, I also enjoy a quiet night in with movies and respect personal space. Not a FIFO but my work occasionally requires me to go offshore 1-2 weeks at a time. I'm looking for a room with a budget of 160-170pw (no bills included) or 180-200pw (bills included). Room doesn't have to be furnished as again, I have my own furnitures but preferably with good-sized BIR and able to fit queen size bed, a desk and bookshelf/ dresser (I might have to choose between the two :( if it doesn't fit). And sorry, I would prefer only females but couples excepted.
I believe my greatest quality as a 'flatmate' is that I am both a great baker, and a stress baker. Other then that, I am neat and tidy. I enjoy hanging out with people, especially in the evenings, over a good meal. I also have great taste in coffee, tea, and wine. I enjoy knitting, and sewing, and reading - I have over 200 books, and about 30 cookbooks. I hope by moving to a suburb closer to the city, I can have a more walkable and social lifestyle. I currently live in the Armadale area, and I look forward to moving from 'suburgatory' to 'inner city chic'. My time frame for moving is after Christmas, I made the account now because I like to research the living daylights out of things before I have to do them.

I'm a student speechie, and I write for a food blog part-time. I'm quiet and tidy, but also enjoy socialising. I love sports, going to the gym, and cooking. Looking for a place close to Curtin University and would love to live in a house with pets and friendly housemates :)
Conor and Bree. Hows it goin, myself and my partner are looking for a place to stay for four months (November 20th to end of March) We both work full time in Como/South Perth so looking preferably in this area. Not party animals but we enjoy a barby at the weekend and a drink, and meeting new people. Bree is in admin and I'm a refrigeration/electrical technician. We keep our current house very clean and would do the same to any place we stay. We have no preference in age or gender of room mates. We are both non smokers (I have a vape thing, I know I’m a loser) and non weirdos 😂 If you want to know anything else about us feel free to message. Thanks Conor and Bree
Relocating to Perth from Melbourne 30th Dec and arriving in Perth approx 4th Jan 2019. Non Smoker that stills enjoy the fitness scene and playing competitive sport. Well travelled. I've been an Emergency Services/Rescuer since 2012, Ex-Soldier before that. Moving to Perth for a new position with my work as a trainer in a new Rescue Safety facility. Very excited about that. I love getting out and about with photography, Footy, Cricket, markets, arts, stage shows and the beaches. Looking for someone easy going, pleasant to relax and at times preparing lessons for work. I consider myself tidy and clean, organized, enjoy kitchen time and working on a few projects. I don't have a lot of personal gear for the first 12mths as I have a house full of furniture in storage, but have a little supply of essentials that may need a corner of a shed or spare room if one. Look forward to saying Hi. kind regards Tony
I have been living in Perth for 4 years and am a 21 year old who is working full time in Willetton. Would love a social house with people who know how to have a good time with a few drinks but also enjoy downtime watching Netflix and Ubereats. Am tidy, clean and love to have a laugh.
I am a full-time science teacher. I am clean & tidy. I spend most of my time out of the house. I am polite, respectful, and easy going. I am Australian and grew up in Perth. I enjoy sport/fitness and live a healthy outdoor lifestyle.
I am an acting student studying in East Perth and working part-time. I like to be tidy and am pretty easy-going. When at home I’m generally quite quiet, though I am happy to socialise. Have been renting for about 5 years, so have lots of experience living with others. Happy to have roommates of either gender. Would love to rent with other pleasant people. Hope to hear from you soon. :)
