Hi! My name's Emily and I have just moved to Perth from South West WA. I’m still looking for full time work but I have a casual job and I can afford up to $180 per week. I've been temporarily living with family since my move and would love to move into a permanent home as soon as possible. I'd love to find a clean, safe and happy share house or team up with some other like minded people in their twenties or thirties to find a new home to rent together. I’m looking for something stable and permanent, I’d prefer my own bathroom, air con would be great, and as I have a car I would need a parking spot. I love to laugh, chat, listen to music, cook, watch movies and TV shows, play video games and board games (I've got a Nintendo 64 so how could you not want me as your new roomie?) and I'm more than happy to do all those things with my room mates but I also really enjoy my alone time. I'm a considerate, funny, friendly person and cleanliness and taking pride in my home is very important to me. I'm conscious of security, energy/water consumption and into recycling. I don't want to live in a party house, but happy to have friends/family/partner over. I love cats and dogs but don't have any of my own, so I hope you do! Also sexism, racism and homophobia really bums me out so I'd like to not live with people like that. So if any or all of this sounds good to you please shoot me a message so we can chat, meet up and hopefully like each other enough to want to live together! Cheers, Emily.
We have an unfurnished room available now in a great location! The room will easily fit a queen bed and comes with built in cupboards. The house is quite spacious so everyone can have their own space when they want it. Sharing bathroom with one other person only. Plenty of shared cupboard space. Separate study and spare bedroom. The house has solar panels, bore reticulation, gas hot water and evaporative cooling. We have unlimited NBN for $20/month. The room is $170/week with all bills split 3 ways. There is a 24/7 IGA only a two minute drive away, nearby Coles, and many cafes only a few minutes drive from the house. The house is a 2km walk to South Perth foreshore. There are many bus stops within a close walking distance, including the Curtin University bus.
Hi, looking for a share house or someone to start a new share house together. I am mainly looking in the South Perth or East Perth area and with people of a similar age. I'm not a huge animal person so not really looking to move into a place with animals. I am 26 years old and work full-time. Im tidy, like a good tv series and enjoy a social drink on the weekend :)
Hey, looking for a room to rent close to SCGH (Floreat, Wembley, Shenton Park, Nedlands, South perth, Subiaco, Vic park, Como, St James, Karawara area and preferably master). I’m in my early 20’s and am social but like my own space too. Looking for like minded house mates that feel like friends rather than strangers and are clean too! 😋
Have my fingers crossed for Masters, if I'm accepted in April I'll be leaving the country in August. Would obviously be keen to make things more permanent if things fell through and I needed to look for a full time job here in Perth instead. Raised in Australia, but am half Finnish and have spent some time in Finland. Currently living in East Vic Park. Looking for a small, quiet house to share with one or two other people. Open to pets! Very tidy, was raised to clean a mess as soon as I make it. Happy to keep to myself a lot of the time, work "casual FIFO" away on site about one week a month, otherwise volunteer occasionally on weekends. Hobbies include stargazing, a little bit of casual gaming (mostly PC, still learning to use a console controller haha), and turning empty glass bottles into drinking glasses-- so you know we'll never be short on those!
Small room furnished with a single bed, wardrobe, bedside table & large study desk. Block out curtains, carpet & lockable room. Ducted airconditioning throughout, gas heating in winter. Lockable storage shed. Located on the route of the free Curtin Uni shuttle bus. Also on bus route into the city & close to a bus route to Fremantle. Has a small outdoor entertaining area/garden at the back and garden in the front overlooking a small park. Unlimited wifi included, electricity, gas & water bills extra.
I'm a 24yo guy that has lived in Australia most of my life and love the place. I enjoy playing sports and having a cheeky drink after work. Apart from that, I love travelling and meeting new people abroad. I'm easy going and laid back, but also clean and respectful of other people's space and belongings.
Tidy, sociable, non-smoking 33 year old originally from Ireland looking for a house-share opportunity to meet some like minded people. Working and studying in surveying, at Curtin, and all other times are spent at the gym, running, chilling with netflix or having a social drink. Love to surf, swim, make music, punish myself at CrossFit and hang out with friends.
Hey everyone, I'm a 37-year-old guy from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and I moved back to Perth in 2016 after graduating over 10 years(!) ago to resume studying at Murdoch Uni for my PhD. Would love to live with one -- maximum two -- other person/s if possible, having lived with three others up until now. Creative arts/music-composer/theatre type, focusing on musical theatre and performing arts. Enjoy socialising but also love my private space. Will have a music keyboard and simple set-up with me, but I'm easy-going and considerate when it comes to housemates, so no dramas. :) Interested to find a room in the locations listed or surrounding areas. I have a car but access to public transport would nevertheless be great. I'm gay, if it matters (honestly, it shouldn't. I'm only mentioning it upfront so that there are no surprises down the road when we get to know each other.) I don't have pets but am open to finding a housemate who has 'em as I have two dogs back home who I miss dearly, especially taking them for walks! I'm a dog person but love cats too. (But dogs would be awesomer.) Clean, respectful and responsible. Not a party guy, though quiet dinners with mates would be lovely. My friends say I'm a fun and funny guy, and I take their word for it. Love a good laugh and love making others laugh. ;) I'm on scholarship, which includes a stipend from the university, meaning that my ability to make rent payment will not be an issue! I've got about 2 years left to go in my research, so even though I mention '6 months' stay, that's just a minimum; happy to extend if it all works out! POST SCRIPT: This is going to make me sound douchey, but I didn't come all the way to Australia just to live with a bunch of Malaysians or Singaporeans. Absolutely no disrespect is intended with this statement, but if you're a Malaysian/Singaporean landlord who ONLY takes in Malaysian/Singaporean tenants, or are looking for a Malaysian tenant to be part of your family household, I'm not interested. Diversity rocks. People from all over are cool. Aussies are awesome. <3 (I'm only adding this because I've received too many such emails. I'm a nice guy, I swear.)
Moved out to Australia on my own so looking to move in with someone / people who are easy to get along with, sociable and not hard to live with. I am love to meet new people but do like my own space. I lead a pretty active lifestyle as a personal trainer and love to explore, eat food but still have that down time 😄

Hi, I'm Tahnee! I'm a 19 year old communications student. I work a few casual jobs and enjoying socialising in my free time. Looking specifically for potential roommates who might be interested in teaming up and finding a place together. Message me if I sound like a good roomie for you :)
I keep to myself most of the time, preferring to play league and watch Doctor Who in my room. I've just moved down from Bunbury and I'm looking for work as an Accountant. I'm single and might be up for fun with the right person, but I'm not going to come onto you if you don't show any interest. I may keep my room messy, but I clean up after myself in the kitchen and deliver consistently good results on rent inspections.
I'm Nic, 26 year old South African, currently working as a FIFO worker. I moved out of home at 18, fairly decent cook (especially over the fire / bbq) and I love the outdoors. I enjoy cycling around perth, chilling along the rivers or escaping to swimming holes, hiking trails and new beaches. I'm tidy and easy going, enjoy a few drinks on the occasion and meeting new people when the conversation flows! Working an unscheduled roster at the moment (I may be home for a few days and other times a few weeks). Cheers
I am a Pan-Asian and work full time as an accountant. I am studying for my CPA too. Been staying in Perth for 12 years. I am a Netflix/Foxtel freak and I always listen to music. Like to read in front of a nice view i.e garden, lake, park I do respect other people’s space. I am socialable and it would be nice to get together with other room-mates or the owner of the house whenever they are available.
Hey guys! I'm a quiet, nerdy student who studies patisserie, so that means I often bring home cakes, biscuits, bread and other tasty treats! I like to be on friendly terms with the people I live with but I keep to myself the majority of the time unless you want to hang out. I'm not a party person, but I love dinner parties and board game nights. I'm into all sorts of nerdy things, and I have a Netflix account that I'm willing to share :P I have been living with a couple of friends in Subiaco but one is moving out with his partner and the other is going travelling! Contact me if you have a place or you want to look for a place with me!
I work as a compliance auditor in West Perth and love my job. I have a talking baby galah who is in training for future education. I love gadgets, tech, walking, sports, world politics and art. I am a clean & responsible person who looks after properties as if they are my own.
This room has a single bed with underneath storage, comfortable mattress, a large desk, wardrobe and bedside table. It is carpeted, and has block out curtains and is lockable. It comes with a potable fan and heater. The room looks out to a small outdoor area with table & chairs. The unit is fully furnished, has ducted airconditioning, gas heating, a small outdoor garden/entertaining area and a front garden overlooking a small park. It is on the route of the free Curtin Uni shuttle bus and is on a bus route into the city (15mins). Another bus route close by goes to Fremantle. It's a short walk to the river, shops and cycle paths along the river. Overseas students can be picked up from the airport and will be assisted in settling into the area.
Hey there, I'm a full time secondary teacher that works in Rockingham and I currently live in Duncraig, so you can understand why I'm looking to closer. I love sport and outdoor pursuits and spend most weekends out of the house. I enjoy watching those crappy Netflix shows when I'm feeling lazy and I play AFL. I'm new to my job so I'm still getting used to the ropes during the week but I basically come home, have dinner, chill and watch some Netflix. I can be quiet a sociable housemate but I also enjoy my downtime. I don't party, drink or do anything crazy. I sometimes get called the 'grandma' of the group because I'm so chilled. I'm looking for a non-smoker home with a room that can fit my queen bed and has a wardrobe plus a little extra storage area for my camping box. If I sound like I'd fit your home and/or other flatmates, hit me up and we can chat a bit more. Thanks Emma :)
