Hey guys! We're a gay fun loving, easy going couple looking for a cosy place to move into! We've been together for a few years and have rented together in London but are back now and looking for somewhere to settle into! Feel free to contact me whenever :) Alice
I'm currently studying Architecture at Curtin Uni, looking for somewhere close by to move into. Do work part time at a liquor store so that does have some perks. Enjoy chilling out, watching movies/binge watch shows, always listening to music, video games, almost all sports especially NHL and EPL. Usually keep to myself during the week, though up for anything over the weekends when I don't have to work or study.
I am a student at curtin and tend to spend most of my days there. But am always up for a few drinks and tv after a long day at uni/ work. One of my favourite things to do in my spare time, is to head down to the shops and hang out with my friends. I love meeting new people and making some new friends.
Hi all! This is my second listing for an individual room. I'm looking for a single room with all bills and internet included, and a 2 weeks bond at maximum. Being a uni student, I'm willing to go upto 150 dollars:) A bit about myself, I'm 20 and from India(South to be exact). I study this cool hi tech cyber security course at Curtin and I just LOVE conversing. I am extremely friendly and I admire the difference in people and respect everyone's views and opinions. I'm doing my final year so a year to go:) I am also this really cool pool player so I'm always willing to go outside for a bit of fun if you like pool as well. I do have a car but I'm okay to look at the parking options available. I make sure things are clean and as it is. Do contact me if you find me interesting and have a room to rent! I would love to hear from you. Oh also dont hesitate to ask me any questions. Thanks!!
I'm very easy going, friendly and tidy. I work as a health professional, and in my spare time I like to cook, socialise and be outdoors. I'm looking for housemates who are easy to get along with and respectful. Please only message if you live in South Perth or Como areas. Thanks!
Hello future housemate(s). Hope you're having a good day. My name is Heenay. I am a student at Curtin University studying Accounting. Very friendly and out going. Huge Liverpool fan. *I'm looking to do house chores and cleaning for accommodation or a reduced rent price as I am currently unemployed. Struggling at the moment. Need help. Just looking for nice, clean and friendly people to live with.
I am an IT professional working for the WA Department of Health on a major IT project for the next 1-3 years. I am looking for a flat or share house within easy bus/train distance of the CBD, ideally within one of the suburbs that already have an active NBN link (e.g. Highgate, South Perth, Como). Air conditioning in the bedroom is preferred, if possible, due to Perth's increasing propensity for heatwaves. Originally from Zimbabwe, I have lived in Perth for over 13 years. However, I have been semi-nomadic the last few years, living overseas in the UK and South Africa, and am now back in Perth for a job opportunity that was too good to pass up. I enjoy outdoor activities, tabletop games, video games and the occasional social outing with friends. I am quiet, love animals (don't have any though), and am very chilled and easy going. I have a desktop PC, retro gaming console, tiny desk, and office chair, along with my clothes. I tend to live a fairly spartan life as a consequence of my recent travelling (minimal clutter). I am allergic to cats, but am fine with living with them thanks to the wonder of antihistamines.
Qualities: Responsible, Fun and Outgoing My MBTI: ENFJ I'm a student at Curtin University, Bentley Campus. Born and raised in Singapore. Est 1998. It would be amazing to find a roommate to accompany me on my morning jogs/workouts. I'm a pretty great conversationalist and if you're looking for a reliable friend to be your ride or die, I would gladly return the favour. Pet peeves: Subway pole huggers. Violation of personal space. I watch: The Mentalist. KUWTK, AFV, Criminal Minds, Korean dramas. One superpower I wish I had: The ability to teleport. Favourite Superhero: Spiderman Favourite Colour: Baby Blue. English is my first language and I'm rather fluent in Mandarin. Fair at Cantonese. Non-smoker. No pets. Prefer to stay within walking distance of campus as I haven't gotten my license yet. Hope to share a place with people around my age. Unfortunately, I'm not an Upgraded member so I can't message prospective roommates. (I'm trying to avoid the operator) if you have a suitable listing to recommend/if you would like to start a Team-Up. Roommates: I would love to have a chat with you! It'll be nice for us to get to know each other a little better before making the decision to move in together. Cheers xx
We have NBN, air con/heating and parking in a well lit, clean and tidy 3x2 house. There is small back area for BBQ and summer afternoon chilling and the house is super close to the city being 10 minutes by bus. Preston street precinct is just up the road with take away food, super IGA, post office and one of the best pubs in Perth.
Hey guys! My current housemate and I are looking too move out to the places I’ve listed, preferably with 1 other person! We are clean and tidy. Both study full time/work full time/part time hours. So we aren’t home a lot during the day. We like to hang out if we have the time, movie nights, wine and cheese nights. What more could you ask from housemates!
I am clean, fun, respectful and kind. I like to socialize but also have downtime. I've just come back from a year of traveling and am starting uni this year at Murdoch. I'm an outdoorsy person and like most Australian's I enjoy spending time at the beach.
Do you want to be homeless??? Then check out this cosy upside down townhouse (living and kitchen upstairs) with nice outdoor area great for entertaining. Two chilled roommates in our 20's working full-time and don't mind a casual drink on the weekend. We have NBN unlimited wifi, netflix, foxtel, ping pong table, dartboard, guitars and a piano for all for your entertainment!! There is also some fitness equipment (exercise bike, punching bags, sparring gear, weights etc.) and who needs a treadmill with the Swan River right at your door?!? Oh and don't forget to check out the pics of the new Olympic size swimming pool we just had installed. 3 minute walk to Canning Bridge train station 10 minute drive to the city, Curtin University, Victoria Park; and 15 minutes to Murdoch Uni and UWA The room has a built in robe. Bathroom shared with one other. $160 a week. 4 weeks bond. Bills are split 3 ways (internet is already included in the rent). If you're interested just send us through an email or txt and tell us a little about yourself :)
I currently live up north in Geraldton and looking to move to Perth. Im 19 years old. Love the beach spend most my days there. I like to keep active and fit and I’m a very sociable person. I’m easy to get along with and love a good laugh. I’m a very tidy and respectful person. I have a 9 months old puppy she’s very playful and brings so much joy to everyone’s life. She is a ridgeback / bull Arab / Irish wolfhound. So she will be a big dog. But she is the most loving dog and shows so much affection. Gets along with cats and other dogs too.
If you like living close to city, UWA, Curtin Uni and more, then come and have a look. 10 Minutes from Curtin and only 9 minutes from the city. This house is large and really nice, minimalistic and centrally located to many shops. Looking for someone preferably longer term (minimum 6 months) The house is in a great suburb - Como. A great place for study or quiet, with a patio to chill out. It's walking distance to a 24/7 IGA and a few other restaurants/bars/fuel station. Also nearby are the Swan river (beautiful sunsets - ideal for jogs/runs), South Perth Hospital and South Perth Library. If you have a vehicle, you will have a safe parking space indoors. Bills (water + electricity), NBN wireless internet not included in this price and will cost around $17 more You will be staying with me, a PhD student at Curtin and another future tenant. OTHER ROOMS A bit smaller room for $118 per week (plus around $17 bills) TOTAL is $123 per week (plus around $17 bills) . Contact me to arrange a viewing and we can discuss the details in person. Pra

In to sports especially watching/ playing soccer, gaming, going out, somewhere within the southern suburbs preferable.
Hey! I'm Darren, a PhD student at Curtin University, and I'm originally from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. I like to keep a clean and quiet house, so I'm pretty good to live with. I also cook a lot, which I think is a bonus for anyone looking for a good flatmate. I'm looking for flatmates who are chill and easygoing, but I'm usually down for a night out if I have the right company. It'd be awesome to have flatmates whom I can also call my friends!
I'm a clean, friendly and respectful housemate. Currently looking for somewhere closer to Notre Dame in Fremantle where I am studying Nursing. I work some weekends and tend to be pretty busy person balancing study and work.
The room itself is decent sized, would fit a queen size bed and a small desk and there are double built-ins!!!! The house has an aircon which I think is pretty affordable, but since we have high ceilings, we don’t ever really need it. The bathroom is shared and there are two cute little patios at the front and back. There is also a downstairs bathroom, which is very convenient.
