Hello, Me and my friend (female, 27) are looking to find a place with another person in mid- end of June. Looking for a 3 to 4 bedroom place that is pet friendly (I have a small pug x beagle). We are both working professionals. My friend does an equal time roster offshore (1 month on 1 month off). Looking for someone to join in the hunt for a new home! Both easy going, very clean and we have enough furniture for the whole house (except your own bedroom). Be great to find another working professional to join in on our house hunt and find the perfect place to settle in for a while :)
Hi! I'm Ashleigh, I'm from England and currently on a working holiday visa. I'm temping in the CBD and looking to stay in Perth up until early next year. I'm looking for a private room in a place with friendly housemates. I'm currently staying with family with is great but I'd love to move in with people my own age. I'm pretty quiet at home but like to spend some time watching TV or eating together. I've been living in a hostels for the past 4 months so I'm definitely used to sharing and tidying up after myself! I'm looking for somewhere close to public transport (preferably a train station) and ideally with some shops and cafes nearby or within easy reach. A yoga studio close by would also be perfect!
Am looking for a queen sized room (at the least) with BIR that is pet friendly as I have a dog. Prefer living with people around the same age and like to have my dog inside with me when I'm home :)
I always clean up after myself. I'm laid back and easy to get along with. I do yoga 2 - 3 times a week. I have a very friendly medium/large sized dog, named Caesar. I work casually at the moment, but am looking to start studying. I've got a bit of furniture so I need a large room and a small space to store the rest of my furniture.
We're looking for someone to rent out the main bedroom in our 3 bedroom 2 bathroom townhouse until at least January. We're normal, tidy and pretty laid back. We both work full time and enjoy a drink or two on the weekends. Bills are $30 a fortnight (not negotiable). What's to love: - You get the master bedroom with a WIR and ensuite - We won't judge you when you're hungover because even though we probably planned to exercise we'll somehow end up hungover too. Solidarity ✌🏼 - House is furnished, you just need to byo bedroom furniture - We have an adorable (fat) dog that will love you - You get to live with a teacher and a nurse - We both wear deodorant - Free Netflix and Stan - Appreciate a good "that's what she said" joke What's not to love: - May lecture you on recycling - Simba (the fat dog) will steal your food if you leave it on the kitchen bench
I'm in my late twenties. I'm health-orientated and outdoorsy. I work full-time and exercise outside of that time. I've lived in apartments with one other person and houses with many and am easy going. I believe in keeping shared places a clean environment and believe communication is always key. I look forward to being someone's teammate/roommate!
Hi I'm Luke, I'm 28, part time uni student and electrician, a family rental I'm in now is up for sale so starting to look somewhere around the city to suit uni next year. Am extremely tidy and considerate, into marathon running so im all about early nights and very little late night partying 😉
Apartment is close to Canning Bridge station and Curtin Uni. There's air con / heater in the living area and the place is fully furnished. Plenty of storage in the bathroom which is large enough to double as the laundry. There's a communal clothes line but an airer fits on the balcony fine. Internet /utilities included in rent.
Im easy going, clean and tidy, I enjoy some time to myself but also like to hang out and chat or go out to eat or drink and do activities. I work full time in healthcare south of the river but also enjoy going out in the city, so anywhere near the city and close to a freeway south on ramp is ideal.
Im very clean, pay bills on time, not noisy, dont smoke or do drugs, or drink in the house, I hardly ever invite friends over. I do chores ontime, and im not dirty or messy looking for a house anywhere in or around the suburbs listed above I CANNOT pay more than $120 a week bills
Hello everyone. I'll just start off with the bad and get it out of the way. Recently separated and looking for a room or team up for a new place. Don't really know how long I would stay but happy to commit for 3 months min. Won't be bringing any emotional baggage as I'm looking for a fresh start. I am very friendly and outgoing and work full time. A lot of my work I do from home I can go into the office daily if needed. I'm easy to get a long with and I like to meet new people and socialise when I can. Any questions or queries would be happy to tee up a coffee and have chat. Look forward to meeting some new people :)
Must be large room (roughly at least 3x4m) and ensuite/private bathroom. $180 is my maximum budget including bills. I'm genuine and reliable - have been renting for 10 years without any issues or money taken from my bond, and I always pay my rent and bills on time. I'm a super chilled, easy-going and friendly 27yo. I'm clean, quiet, and respectful of my environment. I don't drink much, I don't do drugs or smoke. I'm looking for a quiet house. At the moment I'm studying and working part time, but I finish in October and will be looking for full time work. Until then I'm on Centrelink for my studies and will transfer to JobSeeker until I find full time work. That along with my current employment means I have a steady income. In fact I just has my second interview for another job yesterday with more hours so fingers crossed that went well. I have two small-medium birds (Cockatiels aka Weiros) who live in a big cage in my bedroom but I do let out in my room when I'm home. I have been renting with them for over 3 years now in 3 different residents without any complaints or issues. I'm happy to pay a pet bond and have never had money taken out from the pet bond (or standard bond) in all my renting history. I supervise them 100% when they are out of the cage and they have plenty of their own toys to keep them busy. They're pretty quiet most of the time, but my boy does like to whistle the Addams Family or some other random songs sometimes during the day. But they sleep when the sun goes down so are quiet (and so am I) from around 6pm-8am. I bring carpet with me to keep the floor clean and I clean up after them. I studying online and work part time. I'm also on Centrelink so my income is steady. I've been renting for 10 years and have always payed rent and bills on time. Look forward to meeting you!
Quiet house in a decent and safe suburb. 15 seconds walk to a popular cafe, a bottle store and bus stop to the city or Fremantle. 5 minutes walk to burger shop, an IGA, two pizza stores, and another coffee place. Other shops and a popular pub nearby. Outdoor entertaining area, a covered garage, big comfortable lounge area and modern kitchen with a breakfast bar. Two unused rooms (not the bedrooms - just extra rooms for whatever!), secure doors and windows, and attentive landlords who genuinely fix any issues as they arise. We've been very happy in this house for the last couple of years, and are sadly saying goodbye to our housemates who leave two empty rooms and a hole in our hearts. Some of the furniture (and shampoo and Subaru) you'll see in the photos will be leaving, but the lounge suite stays and the fridge gets an upgrade. You're welcome to bring any communal items of yours you'd like, but we'll provide all the essential items as necessary. Shared bathroom with separate toilet, a laundry and an outside clothes drying area. A dryer is welcome if you want to bring one, but not necessary as we get lots of sun. Master bedroom with en suite costs more and is currently filled. Air conditioning unit in the communal area, and extraction fans through the bedrooms. One vegan housemate, and one bacon-lover. We're happy for you to be who you are in this house, and we have every second week to meet and walk you through the place.
Hello! I'm Areena Erika. I'm currently studying in Curtin College taking Diploma in Commerce and this year would be my first year in college. I'm now staying under homestay since I'm still under 18 till September so I would actually like to move out to a place which is nearer to Curtin campus by then. The reason it would be great to live with me is that I am a very friendly and open person. Also a neat freak and I have a mild OCD meaning that you don't have to worry about me messing up the kitchen or house. I like my room organised and neat especially my wardrobe and study table. Besides that, I don't drink alcohol or do any of that sort. However, I enjoy going out wit friends once in awhile but of course, no drinks for me! I enjoy exploring and shopping out with my boyfriend and also my girlfriends. Other than that, I am always at home studying ahahahahaha...

Hello Hey Hi. I am a full-time student looking for a room to rent (single room or ensuite) preferably in Bentley. I am a Malaysian student studying in Curtin Malaysia planning to transfer to Curtin Bentley in July. I am friendly, easy going and a neat person.
Unfurnished room available for rent in the beautiful suburb of Como. 2-5min walk from shops, river, bus stop and close to Canning Bridge Station. Rent is $150p/week inc. bills and unlimited internet access. Undercover parking available.
Great Location! 6kms to Perth. Close to the river, great for cycling & running. Nearby local shops, cafes and pubs. Public transport very convenient. Easy to get to the city, Curtin and UWA. The room is furnished, but we can work something out if you have furniture. It has a walk-in robe, air-con and a roller shutter on the window. The bathroom has just been renovated, (quite the work of art if you ask me ;p) and potentially the kitchen/living will get a spruce up soon. I do have a young cat. She is super friendly and accepts cuddles from everyone. She's not the best with other animals, but would consider another cat after a trial meet. I like my place to be a shared environment, a place to chill and relax, but also love to share meals, drinks and life. You're not just renting a room per say, it's half the house. It's home :)
