I'm a 34 yo professional woman. I’m studying Fulltime to be a Nurse and spend my study time in Perth with accommodation provided by my Uni. So I am only home every second weekend and on study breaks for upto 4 weeks, unless over Xmas new years, with there being a longer break aligning with school holidays. I am very clean, respectful to privacy and personal space. I'm a bubbly, happy, easy going woman. I have a good head on my shoulders, I work hard, have good life morals/values and just looking for a peaceful place to chill out and share a home with like minded flatmates. ✌🏽 Some of my hobbies are reading, racket ball, swimming and going to the gym. I have a strong reference that can vouch I've shared accommodation and paid rent and bills on time. I have an 11 yo son, whom I would love if it okay for him to spend time in the house and can pay any additional bills in the sort stays during his time. I’m kind and friendly. I’ll do things when I’m asked to do that. I have OCD so the house should never be messy. My room might get messy time to time but not a great deal. I’ll be happy to start learning how to cook to take part in the workload same with laundry keeping the house maintain and I do give off a good vibe, but everyone does have their days sometimes, i’ve paid rent before, and I was never late, even though the pay I was on was very little
