Hi...myself and my uncle Benjamin live in the ACT and will be staying in Sydney the first week in Dec 2025. Our cousin Teo, from Spain, is arriving on Tues 2 Dec and before we head back to Canberra on that weekend we want to show him Sydney. So I am hoping to rent out a few bedrooms during this time to give us a place to stay. No parties and we are clean and well organised. I am an Occupational Therapist and married dad to two boys, Benji is a retired tiler and Teo is into industrial sales in Spain. This is his first time out here and he is super excited. I used to live in Sydney and know the place reasonably well. Our families will stay in ACT that week so its just us three. My son lives in the Shire and our other cousin at St Leonards.
