I'm a live in landlady back at home in London so know how to loom after a place and make somewhere home. I'm a 30 year old PR professional who does communications for government and charities. I will be working freelance over the next year whilst enjoying opportunities to travel. I'm social and friendly but also like my own time too. Despite having just moved here have my best friend just down the road. Having said that I'd like to get on with whoever I live with and will want to relax and chat with a drink of an evening at times. I sing, write novels and love going to see live music and comedy. I can't wait for long walks across the coast, kayaking, giving surfing a go and trying all of the coffee there is on offer. Please get in touch if you think you have a place that suits!
Hi! I'm a student, from Tasmania, interested in art, music, science, travelling and sports. I am tidy and friendly and I enjoy hanging out with friends.
My Name is Laura and I'm a 21 year old uni student! Have just enrolled to study a double degree -bachelor of Public commmnication w/ an international degree! Used to live in clovelly and am looking to move back to a beach community! I am a friendly, quirky, easy going, tidy and considerate person! If I am not working, studying, dancing or cooking (delicious and heart warming meat free meals) you'll catch me down at the beach, swimming, snorkelling or having a splash in the ocean! I am a spiritual, creative and open minded individual that has a positive, balanced, calm outlook at life! I have worked in hospitality for 3 years, and have worked my way up to supervisor/ management positions.
I’m 26 and moved over to Sydney for work in May 2017 so still pretty new to Sydney and enjoying exploring in and around the city. I work full time as a food product developer. With food being my passion/career, I obviously like to cook and I love to bake (have a massive sweet tooth) ,although I’m trying my hand at a healthier lifestyle (2018 all about the balance!) Contrary to being indoors and cooking I actually love the outdoors - typical South African I suppose. I’m usually chilled during the week as work can get quite hectic, but on weekends I’m always out and about doing something. I’m a positive, friendly, down to earth girl, very respectful of other people’s space and belongings (and noise levels), and I’m just looking for a place that is clean and comfortable.

I'm clean, friendly and uderstand how to contribute to a household but also give people space when needed.
Looking for a place ASAP. Our budget is $350 - $400 but we can definitely be increased for the right place if we love it. We can be very flexible with how long we rent for... Either short term rental for a week or two OR we can also look at renting for up to 3-6 months. We may be open to extending beyond 6 months but initially we need to see how it goes with our visas as currently we can only stay in Australia until the end of October. We: Are a married couple from the UK Friendly Can be as sociable or as in sociable as our flatmates want Can easily adapt to new living situations Are reliable Are clean, tidy, organised Will both working in the week (HR Manager and Engineer turned Carpenter) Love to go out in the week to events e.g. comedy nights, live music, breweries etc Enjoy exploring at weekends in our 4WD- hiking, beaches, camping etc. We will need somewhere to park our car (on street is fine) and ideally internet and bills to be included in the overall rent. Thanks for looking at our profile 😊 (we are on facebook so you can check out our profiles and learn a bit more about us)
Hello! I'm looking for a private room in a sharehouse. I just moved to Sydney this month and ill be working as an Account Manager in an Ad agency. I'm originally from the U.S. but have been in Australia for the last year and a half. I'm really looking for a long-term place to call home. :) I'm very clean, respectful and easy going! Always down for a night out but also enjoy staying in and hanging out. I don't really know many people in Sydney so I'm looking for a house with not only housemates but friends. With that said, I like to keep quite busy so I probably won't be hanging around the house too much. I'm very much into health and fitness as I'm a yoga teacher on the side so it would be great if you enjoyed that as well. I love the beach, being outside and traveling. Feel free to ask me any questions! :)

Large, modern, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, split level penthouse apartment in Coogee. It's a 10 minute walk to the beach, a 2 minute walk to public transport and a 5 minute drive to Randwick Junction and the University of New South Wales. Rent is $500 for one person and $550 for a couple (negotiable). The apartment is fully furnished, includes reverse cycle air conditioning, dishwasher, gas cook-top, washing machine, tumble dryer and a very large outdoor terrace with panoramic views. The second bedroom comes with a King Single Bed, but if you'd like to bring your own bed, that's no problem at all. The bedroom comfortably fits a double bed or a queen size bed. Included in the rent: high speed WiFi, Netflix, Stan, electricity, gas and a cleaner (she cleans the apartment every two weeks). You won't need to pay any additional bills. I have a little Pomeranian puppy (Mufasa - like the Lion King) who is house trained, very clean, affectionate and most importantly, very quiet. He likes to hang out in my bedroom most of the time and goes to puppy day-care 5 days a week while I'm at work. My apartment is a very calm and inviting space. It's a peaceful sanctuary away from the craziness of work etc...

Hey guys! I'm 24 and working full time in the City in Media. I'm hoping to team up with 3 or 4 people to find a place to live. Currently looking at Mosman/Cremorne/Neutral Bay/Surry Hills/Eastern Suburbs areas. I have mostly all necessary furniture to bring with me. Hi, I’m currently in Tokyo and moving to Sydney in mid Feb to do my master’s degree at UNSW, looking to find a place nearby. Formerly studied in Japan and the US and worked in marketing. I’m open-minded, chilled, clean, and should be very easy to live with :) Sociable but also enjoy spending my time on my own. My interests include watching movies over a glass of wine or beer, going out for drinks with friends, jogging, casually working out either at home or gym.
I am a 26yr who is moving down to Sydney to study primary teaching (after formerly working in architecture). I am friendly and chatty and happy to share a couple of beers/ meet new people. However, I am also respectful of people’s privacy and am clean. I enjoy the beach, painting and am pretty chilled. I am looking to share with someone who is equally minded and enjoys a clean, relaxed place. I am still in Brisbane until February but will be looking to move in around the 19th.
