What makes me great to live with? Well I've common sense ;) About me; I'm a bit quiet when I'm doing my things. I used to be focused when I have to get some stuff done. But I'm very friendly and happy to share a bottle of wine sometimes. I'm not a party person. hang out sometimes is ok. Working with hospitality every shift is kinda a hang out hahaha I'm vegetarian and I love read and talk about nutrition. But i love the most talk about life and interesting stuff to blowing minds. I'm into arts, healthy life style, well-being, startups, digital marketing, entrepreneur, etc. Hope find a place to call home asap.
Hey ! I am looking for a studio or a room in a shared flat (ideally from July 15th). I am 32 years old, Swiss, working at Sydney university. I'm always in to chat, cook or have a drink with the other flatmates and would prefer to find a place with people who like to socialize (but I respect when people need to stay alone and sometimes I also prefer to spend my evening reading a book or on my computer :-) ). At the moment I am living in a shared flat in Camperdown but I would have nothing against moving somewhere else in Sydney. I am a quiet person, I like to go out in the week-end or to the restaurant, to the beach in summer, and so on. I would be happy to chat if you have something interesting to propose !
Hey all! I'm from Glasgow, Scotland. I've been working and living in Sydney for a year now. I've lived in shared accommodation throughout the duration of my stay. So super clean, tidy and respectful. I'm not looking for a party house but do enjoy having a drink or two! I’m a sociable person and would like to potentially make new pals with my housemates. Looking for somewhere long term around 6 months of so. Looking for a private room too :) Feel free to ask me anything Zahrah xoxo
Hello, 31 yr old American traveler looking for a room for rent for 3.5 months. I enjoy sports- mainly volleyball, climbing, soccer, football, and snowboarding. I like to cook in during the week when possible and going out on the weekends. Hoping to find a nice room for rent and some cool housemates :) I will be working downtown so close to public transit is ideal. Housemate-wise would prefer other non smoking, young professionals. Thanks
You can't get closer to the water Apartment is on the corner of famous Coogee beach in a quiet location minutes to the main street. Cafes bars around the corner and a stunning Sydney beach and an idyllic ocean pool in Sydney - Wylies Baths! The ocean view can be enjoyed daily, park across the road, a 2-min walk to the beach is perfect for any season! My home is good for 1 or 2 couples, solos, business, families Architecturally designed apartment with panoramic beach and ocean views from the generous lounge area, 2 minute walk to one of Sydney's most famous surf beaches and ocean pool. Wake up to the sun streaming into the living room, as you smell the ocean breeze and contemplate your day ahead. A quick morning swim, a stroll along the coast as the sun heats up. Grab a coffee at one of many great cafes on the way as you stroll back to the apartment to cook up a late brunch in the ultra-modern kitchen. Head to the beach around lunchtime and soak up the sun as you dip in and out of the ocean and watch families and surfers. Throw on a t-shirt and head up to bustling Coogee Pavilion - one of the trendiest spots in Sydney. Afternoon drinks on the rooftop terrace, fresh sashimi or a gourmet pizza from their special pizza kitchen - wash it down it with a cold beer or chilled glass of wine. As you stroll back up to the apartment, the smell of your evening bbq on the balcony is already in your mind. Yesss... you're back just in time for the pink sunset and a glass of rose. And the best part, you get to wake up tomorrow and do it all again! In addition to our story above, this apartment also features: - Two bedrooms and a very long and comfy couch in the living room - Modern kitchen with all new appliances, dishwasher, coffee machine and brand-new oven - Beautiful timber floorboards with open plan living area - Bathroom with moroccan tiles and walk-in shower, underfloor heating - Laundry facilities in bathroom - Balcony with bbq space and chairs to enjoy the view - Wireless internet - Tv with Netflix - 2nd bedroom - heaps of storage space and lots of natural light
Bedrooms are spacious with unobstructed amazing views of beach and park, built ins. Lounge/dining room, large eat in kitchen, polished wood floors, art deco features. Regular buses from Arden Street to City, fresh sea air, coastal walks, caring, safe community. All the residents in the block are quiet, considerate of each other and keep the communal space clean and uncluttered.
I’m from Sydney, working full time, but I’d like to shorten the commute so I have more time for my mates, knitting and gym although I’d probably find a way to avoid the latter. I’ve been living on my own the last couple of months, I do enjoy my own space but I’d prefer to have people around I can have a chat/dinner/binge watch with. I’m off on holiday for the next month, looking for something available long term at end of July/ beginning of August :) P.S I don’t wear glitter very often but neither do I tend to take selfies if I’m not
Hi! My name is Robyn, I’m 25 and from the UK! Settled here in Sydney, and working in the CBD. Super clean and tidy, and love to chill at home with a wine. Enjoy working out and socialising with friends at restaurants and bars.
Hi :) I'm a Swiss student in economics coming to UNSW in July. I love to cook, especially Italian ! I am well organized, I love my place to be clean and tidy (seriously). However, I have traveled a lot and with large groups so I can adapt to most situations. I try to read a lot but spent way too much time on youtube. I'm not a morning person but when it is to go rowing, I find the motivation to wake up early. I hope to find friendly flatmates with whom I'll share my new home ! :)

This is a grown up share house. The living space is open plan, light and airy and has views down over Coogee from the sunroom. It's a pretty awesome place to sit and have coffee on a morning. We keep it clean and tidy but it's also homely. The living areas are fully furnished and there is lots of built in storage throughout the apartment. It's a 10minute walk to Coogee or Clovelly beach. There are buses up or down the hill so you can take your pick. We're high enough up to get a great view that's never blocked and keeps the unit full of light. We're also far enough away from the beach that the streets and parking don't get blocked by tourists/visitors from the rest of Sydney heading to the beaches. There is on street parking and a driveway available for 1 car from the unit. The room is unfurnished but has large built in wardrobes and shelves. The only thing you'd need is a bed. However it's also large enough for additional furniture should you have it. There is a bed frame (no mattress) in it at the moment but this can be stored if needed. Bills on top of rent: $34 a month for internet and netflix with plenty of data. Electricity each quarter split by 3
This flat is a one minute walk to Coogee beach, which is really amazing when the weather heats up! It is also really close to Coogee Pavilion and Coogee Bay Road which has all the amenities you could possibly need. 2 minute walk to the bus stops which take you directly into the city or Bondi.
Looking for a private room within 30-40 minutes of the city. I'll be working full time in the city. I envisage finding some fun housemates that are easy to get along with whether in an established share house or not. I'm clean and happy with pitch in with the household upkeep. I have past successful flatmates history. My only request is the house has a dishwasher, be it mechanical or human I wont discriminate.
Respectful, social, enjoy a few drinks but love having chilled nights in the week and tend to be busy seeing friends on weekends. We have always lived in house shares and enjoy getting to know new people - we'd love to live with people who like to have a chat after work but also respect each others privacy. We both work full time and are looking to stay around Sydney long term if we can get sponsorship - looking for short term currently as we may need to go and do our regional work in a few months.

A great apartment in a small block of units. Very private yet just a couple of streets away from Coogee Beach by foot. Fantastic view, loads of warm sunshine, and a great fresh breeze right throughout the apartment. It has a North-Easterly aspect. It's so quiet yet so close to the great life here in Coogee. Bus stop 100m away. Although it has a shared bathroom the toilet is separate. Rent $480 for a single person or $580 for a couple. King size bed. Electricity and Internet bills shared among all tenants evenly. Foxtel also available. Off street parking available at an extra cost.
We have a room available in our apartment in Coogee. It is the master bedroom with own ensuite and large built in robes. Would be living with 2 professional females in their 20's, who keep a clean and respectful household. The complex has a pool, is less than 5 minute walk to the beach and is across the road from the bus stop which takes you directly into the city or Bondi Junction. Couples welcome :) 550 pw Feel free to text me/call Cheers
Grew up in Sydney, I’m easy to get along with and down to earth :) I am a 25 year old female who works full time in the City and studies a Masters part time at UNSW at night. This keeps me pretty quiet and focused during the week. On the weekends I love to get out and about. This usually involves catching up with friends for lunch or a drink, going to the gym or relaxing at home... anything that avoids study really! haha I have flatshared for many years so am always respectful of the others within the house, keep things clean and pay bills on time. I'm looking for somewhere that feels like a home and is kept tidy. I currently have a queen mattress and a couple of other small pieces of furniture so am looking for an unfurnished big enough room to fit this. Also preferably somewhere close to decent public transport to the City. Hoping to find a room in a share house or team up to find an apartment with like minded people. Please get in touch if you think I would be a good fit :) T

The unit has modern kitchen with dishwasher, internal laundry with washer/dryer, 2 bathrooms, open plan lounge and dining, with huge north facing balcony with BBQ and day bed. Msg from our ex-flattie: "Sunny, top-floor large apartment with a spacious balcony. Sharing bathroom with one other only. The bedroom, which is the sunniest, fits a queen bed, wardrobes plus chest of drawers. Only 5 min walk from the beach. Will be very sorry to leave this place, it has the most beautiful vibe and the 2 girls staying are so down to earth, warm, easy going and lovely. Large living space, large kitchen with dishwasher and separate laundry. Art deco, but semi modern with intercom security for the building. The neighbours are so lovely! Everyone looks after each other. If you have a package delivered one of the friendly neighbour will take it inside the building. Four visitor parking spots in the building. If you're looking for a spacious, warm, happy home with 2 incredible housemates, this place is for you!" Bills are extra, but reasonable. Electricity is split equally between 3 (approx. $25/month), and the bill for unlimited broadband is $20/month.
Hi guys, I'm an Aussie/Filo guy looking for an unfurnished place to live in with one other person, as I have a lot of furniture. Easy-going, young-at-heart, professional engineer who likes to work hard and play hard. I'm into holistic health, do weights/yoga/pilates at least twice a week (to keep myself looking young), have traveled extensively around the world. I also do what I can to protect the environment, keep in touch with humanitarian issues and generally have an altruistic outlook in life! I'm happy to meet some people to find a two-bedder (no couple please) who are clean and respectful when peace and quiet is required, but also know when to party and have fun. I'm also very clean around the house and expect the same. Aside from my Aussie mates, I also have lots of Latino and British/Euro mates, so that's a plus if you want a good match! I'm even happy to meet up for a coffee first, so we can see how we get along. I'm also considering getting a dog again, so a pet friendly place is a bonus, but not a necessity right now.
This authentic coastal getaway is ideal for one person or a couple looking to relax and enjoy everything that beautiful Clovelly beach has to offer. Located minutes walk from Clovelly beach, Gordon’s Bay and the Coogee-Bondi walk. Great surrounding dining venues including the Clovelly Hotel, Gordon's Cafe and Cloey Beach Pizzas. Equipped with modern amenities, washing machine, dryer, wardrobe space and car park. You will have access to everything on the property – car park, bathroom, kitchen, living room and your private room. Just not my flatmate’s room ;)
