I'm a 24y.o. working in advertising/creative agency. Think Mad Men. I'm originally from Sydney. My lease is ending at my current place in Erskineville and am looking to move out by end of Oct/ start of Nov. Ideally I'm looking for people to team up & sign a lease with and would love to share the space with millennials. I have an interest in interior design and indoor plants, so while my bank account doesn't alwayd agree with all my purchase decisions you'll know you'll be coming home to a nicely decorated but still chilled vibe. I usually work long hours so will not be home much on weekdays. I enjoy cooking (when I have the time), yoga, reading books, having frosé, cheese and dips with friends or finding the next Chef's Hat restaurant to visit. I'm looking for individuals to team up with who are respectful of personal space but are also down to have some cheeky wine. I believe it's important to be friends with the people you'll be living with everyday, so for those who don't wish to be antisocial with one another apply within hahaha.
I work full time in the city in marketing and I am about to start studying online full time. I can be very mature which usually winds up in people mistaking me for being much older than I actually am. Just up until a few weeks ago, a lady who i had been working with for 18 months thought I was 28. I'm not a massive partier, I like to think of myself as very friendly, but very respectful of others. I am tidy and do like coming home and hanging out in my room watching Netflix sometimes. I am looking for a home, not just a house share and i want something long term. I love animals also!
Hi There, I'm Argentinean and lived 10 years in Australia. Work as Commercial Manager in alcohol companies. Don't like to bring the party home so all good there (I would like the same from my flatmate so no boyfriends/girlfriends staying over every day) I am after a furnished room and a cool flatmate to have a nice chat/drink every now and then Thanks Carlos

I'm a great room mate for those who want to binge watch all of the extended versions of lord of the rings, Harry Potter - generally all things nerdy. On the other hand I'm also a great room mate if you're the type who might like to have a few drinks in the evening. At the same time I'm quite happy to have my own space and may spend hours at a time reading.... I'm an all rounder really!
Hii I moved to Sydney 4 years ago. I just got done with studying at UNSW and currently work part-time. Looking for a long-term place to call home. Would love to share a meal and a glass of wine from time to time :)
Hey guys! I‘m Sina - an 18 year old girl from Germany and I‘m currently attending language classes at an international college in CBD but I‘ll work in hospitality at the beginning of November. I‘d love to live with other people around my age who enjoy a drink or coffee together. I‘m very clean and tidy. Thanks for reading and feel free to message me for an inspection! P.S. I don‘t really care about the suburb as long as the home is close to public transport and not too far away from CBD.

Elevated in the leafy hills above Coogee Beach, this bright and airy, fully furnished, multileveled apartment provides for a quiet, relaxing home environment. It is less than 30 minutes by bus to Sydney Harbour and the CBD, and only around 4 minutes by foot to the bus stop. A mere 7-minute walk will take you into the vibrant Coogee beach cafes, restaurants, clothes shops and local supermarkets. If you are looking for a quiet place close to the beach and spectacular natural surrounds then this is the place for you. One of a small block of 4 apartments it includes an intercom and security gate at the entrance to the property. The apartment is fully furnished and very comfortable. However, if you have any extra items that we do not already have or anything that would compliment the place, then we would be glad to incorporate it. Bedroom furniture is negotiable if you prefer your own. This bedroom is one of 3, located on the 2nd floor, and has a lovely leafy outlook. The room currently has a double bed with near new Mattress. There is ample drawer room with a large dressing table, a tallboy and a spacious hanging area. There is also a bedside table and lamp. The generous sized bathroom includes a full sized bath, separate shower recess and toilet. You would only share with one other as the upstairs bedroom has its own en-suite. There is also a very handy separate toilet downstairs in the laundry. Outside the kitchen window and back door is a leafy, paved, private courtyard in which to relax. The kitchen has enough items with which to cook up a storm, however, if you are looking for specialty cookware you may need to incorporate your own. The kitchen also includes a dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and a shared fridge. No pets thanks as we already have a lovely cat living with us. She is very gentle, clean and quite shy when you first meet her. However, she will warm to you soon if you choose to get to know her. We think she is a delight! Unlimited WIFI and Netflix and Stan are included in the price of the rent. Utilities are separate and shared. Currently, we do not have a cleaner but share and rotate weekly chores. There is a $5.00 kitty per week to cover the cost of household items such as washing powder, toilet paper, dishwashing detergent and other cleaning items.
