I'm a full time UNSW student originally from rural NSW looking to join a share house. I've spent over a year living in shared accomodation so I know how to take care of my home and my fellow flatmates. I'm looking for a welcoming flat of people that are easy to get along with and will also let me do my own thing.
I have lived and studied for 3 years in Melbourne. 1 year at homestay and two years with flatmates. I moved to Sydney after graduation. I found a permanent full-time job here and living in my brother's temporarily. I've been living with housemates for 5 years so I know how it works. Non-smoker. I'm respectful and not a noisy housemate at all , tidy and clean, easygoing, outgoing, not talkative but good at listening ;). Happy to stay longer if we get along.
Stunning, fully furnished luxury beachside apartment overlooking the ocean and coastal walk. The 2 bedroom Art Deco apartment was recently renovated with polished floorboards. We are a young married couple moving to Australia in September on a years Working holiday visa. Married in September 2016 in Mexico and we went traveling for 3 months for our honeymoon. We are a relaxed couple and very easy to get along with. We both enjoy a drink and to go out at the weekend however in the weekend like to go work, gym and chill in the evening. We both enjoy our fitness and running. I am an Accountant and my partner is a Bricklayer therefore once we secure jobs will be out the house during working hours.
I'm a 26 year old full-time professional about to start a new role in the public sector. I'm looking for a place relatively close to work in the city with handy public transport! I am from Newcastle originally so I'm pretty familiar with Sydney, but am moving here for the first time. I keep things pretty low key during the week but like to be out and about on the weekend. I appreciate a clean and tidy place, while still having a relaxed and comfortable feel. Ideally I'd love to live somewhere that feels like a home, with housemates who like to hang with each other but also value alone time. I love a good Netflix sesh and the occasional night out (or in) preferably with wine and/or cheese involved :) I have a car so would be looking for somewhere with off-street (ideally) or on-street parking!

Hi! My name is Carlo, I am originally from Perth and am moving out of home and my own city to Sydney. I want to try living my own life in a new city while also doing my Masters in Architecture at UNSW. I currently do building design work, mainly in the residential sector of Perth. I will continue to do this on a part time basis in Sydney, working from home most of the time. For fun I love to hang out with mates and having a chat over drinks and good food. I love to go out to bars/ pubs to let my hair down after a long week. Enjoy movie nights in or out. Love card and board game nights with mates as well. I also play some video games when I have the time as as well as try to keep myself active through exercise. I want to try get back into art and drawing one day.
Amazing location 100m from Coogee Beach. Open kitchen and beautiful sun room. Minimal furniture so tidy and uncluttered flat. There is space to bring in some furniture if you wanted, but also enough here that you wouldn't need to. There is a small inbuilt wardrobe in the bedroom and a nice double bed. The room has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and there is a bath in the main bathroom too.
Large fully furnished 2 bedroom unit located just off the main street of Coogee - about 200 metres up from the beach and 2 minute walk from a few bus stops. The unit features a large balcony, small backyard that is used by all tenants with washing lines and room to pull up a chair and table, large living room area, internal laundry and kitchen. Bills are cheap just electric divided by 3 or 4 every quarter
Hey I'm Kirsten, I work full time as a nurse and am looking for somewhere close to work in Randwick area with other social + friendly people. I am down to earth, can be quiet sometimes but love to getting to know new people and going out on time off or even hanging out at home. I respect the homes I live in and clean up after myself. Currently travelling and back in Australia June 21st.
Available now, there's a room for rent in a modern renovated apartment overlooking Coogee beach. The apartment has easy access to the city via express busses, is opposite the road from the beach, great cafes, restaurants and is genuinely a pretty chill spot for how close to the city it is. There's even a rainbow lorikeet which pops around every now and again when you've got some good karma built up. The room has massive ceilings and has room for a queen or double bed if you have one. We've also got a balcony with panoramic views of the ocean, Coogee and Coogee oval. In summer it's where you want to be if not down at the beach. It's an amazing view. We're looking for a considerate, clean and caring housemate who adds to the character of the apartment. I'm a 27 year old professional who works in the city and hoping to find a new housemate to move in asap if you have anyone in mind who can move in feel free to pitch it to them. The rent is quoted above plus there we split bills which comes to ~$25 a week give or take (internet, electricity, gas, water, etc.). If interest let me know if a little about yourself and we can arrange a viewing on the weekend or after work during the week. Contact me with other questions. Bond is four weeks rent and no couples please. Cheers, Alec

Hello, I'm from Brazil and I'm here in Sydney for a while now, and I'm going to stay a "little " bit more. I'm here to do my masters and find some work in my area. I'm current living and Coogee and looking for another place in the same area. I'm the kind of person who like to socialize but also have my own space, I'm looking for some place that I can call home and have a good relationship with my flatmates. Also flatmates that are clean and organize (the basic stuff ye). I really like to cook and drink some wine. I like to go out but not a party animal..just looking and living the balance way of life.
An Englishman who has just landed in Sydney for work as a quantity surveyor. I have worked and lived in London for the last 3 years, but fancied a change up. I am clean, considerate and fully ‘house share’ trained, having lived with others for a number of years. I am sociable and enjoy a drink with friends, while also a keen sportsman, playing cricket and hockey, but will try my hand at most activities I am currently looking to move at the beginning of July, although am flexible on dates and can move earlier or later if suites. Ideally I am looking for a private room in a share house with decent size communal areas. I currently do not have a preference on location as I am fresh to the city, however anywhere within an easy commute to the CBD and an area with something going on, such a few cafes, pubs and bars of the sort would be ideal
