The flat is bright, spacious and remodeled with views of Coogee and the ocean from the balcony. It's on the top floor, so no noise from neighbors above or next door. The room is unfurnished, but relatively large for Coogee and has built in wardrobes the entire length of one wall and fly-screens on the windows. The beach is only a few blocks away, so you can enjoy all that Coogee has to offer this summer! The flat has plenty of space to entertain with a large lounge and an attached kitchen/breakfast bar. Tim is finishing the furnishing of the lounge at the moment, but you're welcome to bring any furniture you may have. There's also a parking space below that's currently not being used, so would be perfect if you have a car. Washing machine is in a shared room with the flat next door.
I'm listing my room in Coogee - waiting for my visa to come through and it's taking a lot longer than expected so unfortunately will have to let this place go :( 4 minute walk from Coogee beach and the pavilion. Loads of shops bars and places for food just at the end of our road. Will be a chilled but lively house- we all love a beer and socialising. My 2 housemates are legends. Really cool guys and you'll get on great You'll need to pay $1000 upfront for the cost of the communal bits and your room that has been furnished. Speak to the guys about what that covers as I'm not exactly sure but it's stuff like the sofa, cutlery etc.

Born and raised Sydney, I am currently working in finance and part time in the army reserve. This means I am neat, tidy and extremely well house trained! I enjoy a cold beer at the end of a long day and I am generally pretty busy so I'm not really the party type, however I'm always up for a beer and a chat. Looking for a place to live, potentially long term and hoping to find some awesome housemates!
Hi guys! Recently moved to Sydney after four years in Barcelona. I am a swede who currently doing my BBA degree online, so what better place to do it in than Australia! Hey! I am an American backpacker coming to Sydney for a working holiday. I am clean, love to cook, and an avid show-watcher (bonus points for GoT, Westworld, South Park). In uni, I played water polo and, as a Floridian, I love anything related to the beach or playing sports outdoors. I am pretty malleable. I love reading books and having quiet time or going out and having a fun time in the city. I am really easy going and like to consider myself a good roommate! I'll be in Sydney on 7/12/16 if you want to grab coffee. We might be able to schedule a skype call beforehand if you want to get to know me better. PS, I am looking for a job in Solar, specifically as an installer, sales rep or engineer. If you have any leads, let me know :D.
Full-time corporate gal hailing from the northern beaches. Essentially, the commute is draining my soul so here I am!
Hi I'm Jade, 26 and I'm ideally looking for a room in the eastern kind of area although I am pretty open as long as public transport is easily available. I'm originally from Essex, UK and here on a working holiday visa. I have not long completed my regional work (it was awful) and need a cute and comfy place to call home to enjoy my second year while I try to figure out a way to stay here forever. I will be looking to move in at the end of December/beginning of January when I get back to Sydney after a long holiday back to the rainy and freezing cold UK. Seriously though why am I going in December?! I'm currently working full-time in the CBD in administration and pretty much every day will meet with friends or attempt the gym straight from work. I'm a clean and organised (some might say a little obsessive) non smoker, part time drinker here to make friends as well as house mates. Peace. ✌🏼️
Hey, My friend and I are looking to team up with a third person to start a new house. I'm a web developer working in Redfern and he is a service manager working down near Cronulla. We're looking to share with someone sociable but we'll keep it fairly quiet during the week since we have to live like adults these days :/ I've moved around a lot between the UK, Canada, New York and Sydney so I've shared a lot of places and never fell out with any one :) Here's a link to my buddies profile: https://flatmates.com.au/F1706861

Howdy, Mike here. American from New York via SF via LA via KC (Kansas City). After nearly 2 years in Sydney, I'm moving on from my current fabulous share (lease is up, we're all moving). Looking to be as close to the water as possible. Me: beach-loving, chill foodie type who moonlights as a CBD professional by weekday. Quite active: lots of SUP (2 boards!), snorkeling, surf, camping, reading, art, yoga, wine, cheese, cheese, independent festivals, gigs (lots, often have extra tix!). I'm a kick-ass, cheery, clean, low drama housemate. Would love to find similar types, who can inspire each other some times and give space other times.
Hi, We are two Northern European girls who got sick of the cold and decided to move to sunny Sydney half a year ago. Our new year's resolution is to find a place to live in by the beach! We are currently studying at UTS, so we are able to help out on the matters of law or international marketing for a small remuneration of chocolate or a cold beer. We believe everyday should be a barbie day, if you think that too, we should team up! We are looking for two bedrooms, or easy going, friendly individuals who are looking for a place to live in from the end of January. Feel free to drop us a message, if you are interested!

I'm an easy going housemate and respectful of others space. I enjoy curling up on the lounge after a long day with a glass of vino and a movie. I enjoy living in a clean environment so finding someone like minded is important!
Hi Guys! We are easy going and relaxed students from Germany. The both of us are staying in Sydney for a fulltime 9-5 internship. Andy is working in the area of Surry Hills and me near Hyde Park. We enjoy a sporty and healthy lifestyle, have a great sense of humour and like to enjoy some drinks and shared dinner/BBQ in a relaxed atmosphere with our new flatties. In addition, we are very reliable and tidy flatmates. Furthermore, we have several years of flatshare experience and enjoyed it! By the way, we are not one of the newly in love couples, so we don't always want to be on our own - we love to socialize. We are searching for a place up to the end of April (but we would also consider a shorter stay). We look forward to meeting you guys soon! Don't hesitate to drop us a message :) Cheers Kathy&Andy
