I’m a friendly psychology undergraduate from the sunny island of Singapore - I’ll be enrolling at the university of Newcastle for a semester exchange in February 2019. I’m a responsible, agreeable person that also loves spending time out in the sun skating - I can’t cook, but am extremely talented at appreciating others’ culinary skills.
Single Easy Going Female. Mature of age but young at Heart. Work F/T as Production Manager for local Home Improvements Company. Bit of a Home Body so like to keep the place Nice & clean. Animal Lover but have No Pets myself given I’m currently renting. Spent 6.5yrs in last place so guess I prefer long term agreement (assuming it works) as I hate moving! Need something ASAP tho.
I am a non-smoking, down to earth and easy going girl who likes to be outdoors and stay active. I am very clean and tidy, and am looking for someone similar. I have just finished a Bachelor of Science and am now working for the Government doing project data analysis and management. I am an excellent home cook and enjoy a slow grazing dinner over a few drinks. I'm pretty chilled out and like a lot of down-time to myself, but also enjoy a good chat or TV show to watch with my housemate. I also have a number plants to bring along and re-home, so an outdoor area or lots of natural light would be ideal!
Currently I work casually as a STEM educator and tutor while studying law and arts full time in Newcastle and I'm looking for somewhere to move to for the new year! I'm neat and relatively organised, in my free time I speed watch tv, study, play Nintendo switch, read when I can and enjoy generally exploring the city's cafes and beaches. Not a huge partier but that doesn't mean I won't enjoy the occasional casual after work drinks and snacks. Looking for somewhere to live longer term that feels less like a house and more like a home. Also interested in teaming up for a rental if I find someone else that is keen for a 2 bed place near the city, so send me a message if you're interested.
Hey! My name is Bec. I'm 24 years old and am moving to Newcastle from Brisbane in around February to start a new job in March. I work in the legal industry so during the week am pretty busy with work. I am interested in fitness and health, I enjoy playing soccer and love food and cooking. I consider myself to be a clean, respectful person. I enjoy my own company but also am keen to socialise on weekends and get outside when I can. I am looking for like minded people to team up with to find a place - preferably one or two others. Alternatively, I am looking for a bedroom in an existing house, if possibly with an ensuite. If you think I might be a good fit, please send me a message!
Hey, I'm Alex! I'm looking to move into the eastern burbs near the water, with some folks who wouldn't mind sharing a meal and maybe checking out some gigs or the pub from time to time. I'm generally pretty chill, potentially creative and a consumate professional of a housemate. Vego, bike rider, plant enthusiast - see my vibe on the gram @alexbowler for more info. Let me know if you're looking!
I’m respectful of others and like my own space, but also enjoy being social and outdoors. I have two casual jobs, I work in the zoo industry during the day and behind the bar at night. So I’m forever tired but always keen to dance, banter, explore and meet new people. I try to be as environmentally conscience as much as possible. I come with a chaise lounge and a whole lot of kitchen stuff, and have my own room furnishings. Would love to be welcomed into a happy household with likeminded people however also interested in team ups.
Hey, I'm Abby and I'm 29. I work full time as a Social Worker and am passionate about the work that I do. I am easy going and considerate of others. I am looking for a share house that is social but not a party house. I have a puppy, Scout, so I would need to find somewhere suitable for her. It is important to me that the people I live with love animals so that I know she will be safe and looked after. I am pretty active but also like to stay in and watch Netflix. I love to travel, meet new people and eat good food.
I'm about to commence my Masters of Teaching (Secondary) at University full-time as of next year and am currently working three casual jobs (administrative in an emergency department, hospitality in a local vegetarian whole food cafe and tutoring several high school students) which keeps me relatively busy, where I work around 6 days a week between them. I am a lover of the outdoors, enjoy the beach & swimming, hiking, socialising and spending time with my friends, being creative and enjoy going to the gym each morning - so I would definitely say I'm an early riser, as I love to get out and make the most of the day! I am a very clean and tidy individual and am respectful of others belongings and space, I would say I'm neither introverted nor extroverted, but a nice medium in-between where I prefer to chat and socialise with others but highly value my alone time as well, so hopefully moving in with like-minded individuals would be beneficial for all. I would ultimately love to move in with a group of people who love having fun, work hard, love life & would be open to forming a good friendship with myself and have the occasional drink or meal together.
I'm a 27 year old female working full time in recruitment and casually in a bar/restaurant. I'm looking for a furnished room up until early April as I'm planning on heading back overseas around then. I come with no drama, a good sense of humor and I'm neat and tidy. I love to cook, play netball, the gym and the beach (hoping to learn to surf this summer). Lover of coffee and a Sunday B&E cook up! I'm pretty easy going, like to have a bit of a social chat and a drink but also happy keeping to myself. I've spent a lot of time travelling and living in all sorts of different environments so I'm pretty versatile. Cheers! Gabs
28 y/o creative designer with a friendly+low risk cat (Mishka). I am extremely tidy, respectful and environmental. I like to be social on weekends and would like to host friends over for wine and such from time to time. My ideal housemates would be super cool, cultured, love a drink, going to gigs and social events, good music, are clean, sustainable and have an interest in recycling/minimising waste. I am interested in starting a share house. Move in date is flexible AROUND XMAS/NYE length of stay but prefer 6+ months and around The Hill/Cooks Hill/Newy East area.

Hi I’m looking for a place that is relaxed & chilled. I work as a Paramedic & enjoy living by the beach & being outdoors on days off either camping, canyoning or caving with friends. I’m clean, quiet, happy to enjoy other’s company while at the same time respect their space.
I’ve been living in Newcastle for 3 years and love the lifestyle here! I’m very clean, tidy and respectable of other people’s space. I work full time as a client services administrator for an accounting firm. Looking for housemates who like to have a few social drinks and to go out for dinner :) I love going to the beach and checking out different cafes / restaurants, but also love chilling out watching a TV show or going to the movies. I’m a pretty chilled, down to earth person and I’m looking for similar housemates.

The locations I am looking at are so I can get down to the beach easy. Aircon bonus. Not sure how long I'll stay , but looking to do the share house thing so I can save up a bit for another house and also coz I don't mind an occasional yarn/vino/laugh/etc. I'm not really into online profiles etc but happy to have a yarn on phone / or email direct :) I work away and also like to travel when I can.
Hi I’m Becky - small business owner, mature, fun and friendly. I’m an experienced house sharer looking for a stable, social home for me and my gorgeous little 2 year old staffy-cross rescue Reuben. I have most of the furniture needed for a house but am willing to sell a fair amount. I’m looking to move into an established house that needs a few things (I do have a great dining table), but I am also open to starting a new lease with someone awesome and can provide pretty much all the household items. I love photography, nature, eating out and an occasional good movie night. I am pretty community focussed and have a few jobs and connections in the city. I love my houseplants and would love to find a nice spot for them. As a housemate I am respectful, clean, and compassionate. Reuben is 2 1/2, very social and loyal. He loves playing ball and hanging out with his humans, and he is smart, very trainable and adaptable. He wants to be friends with most animals and settles well after getting pretty excited at first! I can give photos and doggy housemate references, and am happy to do a few meetings if need be. :)
Our house is BEAUTIFUL! Large living areas with tallowwood floorboards throughout, modern kitchen with European appliances and landscaped gardens with multiple courtyards. We are within walking distance to the beach, Darby Street cafes and CBD. Your room includes air conditioning, is carpeted and is large enough for a queen bed, desk and tall boy (this is what we have in there at the moment). You will be sharing a modern bathroom with Sam. The photos were taken when the previous tenants were living here so photos aren't representative of our furniture.
I'm moving to Newcastle from Cairns in the new year to do an Aircraft Engineering Apprenticeship with Jetstar. I consider myself clean, considerate and very respectful of other peoples belongings and spaces. I'm very reliable and have never missed rent/bills. I have lived out of home with 2 other flatmates for 2 years and had a really great time. Love cycling, mountain biking and the outdoors. I look forward to hearing from you.
I'm a student from the U.S. (near Madison, WI), and am a sophomore studying engineering. I'm clean, pick up after myself, and go to bed at a reasonable time. Need more? Hobbies include road cycling (yeah, with the tight clothes), playing piano, and flying my drone. PM me if you have questions!
Lovely 3 bedroom home located in Cooks Hill just off Darby Street. 5 minute walk down to the cafes and restaurants, or 5 minutes in the opposite direction and you hit Bar Beach. Nearby access to public transport and an easy walk to Marketown shops, The Junction, and Newspace. Right around the corner from the new Harris Farm (we're pretty stoked). The room is unfurnished but has built-in shelving available for storage. There is room for a queen bed and a couple of other items of furniture. The rest of the house is furnished. Unfortunately no pets are allowed on the property. Smoking is not permitted inside the house. We recently got NBN access which is $20 a month each. All other bills are split evenly.
