I'm a quiet and clean professional looking for another likeminded individual to flat share. I enjoy a chat in the kitchen but also like some space at times. I enjoy the active lifestyle -> walks/ runs along the water, attending the gym when I can but I also work long hours at times. I work shift work and so am after another person who has understanding for the need of day time quiet when working nights. I'm really family oriented so am wanting a housemate who does mind my parents and/ or one of my many siblings visiting on occasion (once every few months). My preference is to find another individual who would like to flat share a 3 bedroom house/ unit so I can furnish a guest room for family/ visitors on occasion! I am considering renting and happy to sub let if this is something you are interested in then let me know!
Hi, I'm Bec! I’m moving back home to Newcastle after 3+ years of living in Perth and abroad. I will be working part-time as a Customer Care Manager and studying full-time at UoN. Whilst I’m honestly a bit of a Grandma these days preferring a night in over going out, I still enjoy the odd glass of wine on occasion, catching up with friends/family, beach adventures, exploring new places, hiking and seeing a movie/play/concert. Other interests include music, reading, pilates and averagely playing social netball. I’m considerate and respectful of others, tidy, reliable and pitch in to do my share of the housework. I also have 2x tortoiseshell fluff balls, The Bubba and Moo. They are extremely well behaved cats, clean, indoor-only, up to date with all vet treatments and have excellent pet rental references (5+ years). We look forward to meeting you! :)
Hi potential housemates, I'm studying Travel at Hamilton TAFE & am looking for a quiet, friendly, household to move in to asap. I'm after a large, preferably furnished, room, with heaps of storage, with either BIR or WIR, plus my own bathroom & balcony. I'm a very house proud person, I enjoy watching Netflix, exploring this beautiful city, going to the beach, markets, events, & generally being outdoors. I'm great to share with, being very clean, tidy, considerate, friendly & fun. I love a good chat, meeting new people, & I look forward to meeting you! :)
Currently living in Warners Bay but wanting to move a little closer to town. Ideally looking for an additional 1-2 people for a team up in a nice house relatively close to town so taxi's dont cost me so much, but open to moving into an already established place also. I am a fun, easy going person who doesn't mind a cold bev or two. I have lived in shared living pretty much my whole life so I am respectful of other peoples property and understand the need for space but also like to have a good time and enjoy some good company and social outings, or quiet night in with a bbq, few bevs and a good movie.
I am looking for a room in the Cooks Hill (or surrounding) area. I work full time as an engineer, and enjoy gymming, cooking, gaming, and an occasional quiet beer. I am looking at approximately a 6 month stay and am happy to be in charge of filling the room at the end of the 6 months. Get in touch if you have any questions!
Hi We are James and Ranjeeta and we are looking for a place to stay. We don't smoke, drink alcohol, or take any recreational drugs and we are not into partying. James loves board games, video games and all things languages and linguistics. He is currently looking for full-time work. Ranjeeta also loves games, as well as plants, books, and art. She is a third year medical student and works as a tutor. We would love to adopt a cat, and so have a strong preference for a place where pets are allowed, but it's not a complete deal-breaker.
Hi. I’m looking for a place to stay where I can walk to the beach asap. I took a leave of absence from my uni for 1 year to surf and work :) Studied art as my major and love going to the beach at my free time. Quite easy going and relaxed. Having fun together would be great but also considerate of other’s space.
Hi I'm Emma, a PhD student studying infertility I also have a friendly white indoor cat called O'Malley. I spend most of my time at uni (I'm there 8:30-5 usually), or at the beach. I also love to stay at home with a good movie cuddling O'Malley. We've lived in sharehouses for the last 3 years and he's so sociable with people and other cats. I'm a tidy person, and I'm pretty sociable. I love cycling, good coffee and brunch. I'm looking for a room with a wardrobe for all my stylish clothing, with friendly, tidy housemates. I make excellent muffins!
Hey everyone, I'm currently studying Physiotherapy full-time at Newcastle Uni, and working part time. I spend most of my time at the gym, rock climbing, or at the beach :) I'm looking for a relatively quiet place, but love a chat and am down for a bit of socialising too. Ideally hoping to move in late November, as my current lease ends early December, but am willing to pay a few weeks rent to secure a place that suits.
Hi everyone! My name is Zahra, I'm 21yrs old, studying floristry and working hospo in the mean time. I'm looking for a new house to call home, preferably around or under $150 but up to $200 a week. I moved out to Wallsend with housemates from my previous location but I don't drive and find this area makes it difficult for me to get to Sydney for my classes + work and the shops. I'm open to moving anywhere closer in to Newcastle and can move in whenever suits you (with a week or 2 notice). I have a 3yo cat with me as well, his name is Kitty. He's super friendly, really loves new people and the most trouble he'll give you is being too affectionate. I'm a very clean person, I enjoy keeping things tidy and am capable of cooking, cleaning and looking after myself and my cat. I spend a lot of time doing my own thing be it study, work or just enjoying me time, but I'd really love to move into a home where I can consider my housemates my friends. Please contact me if I sound like a suitable housemate or you're interested in teaming up for a new place!
