Pretty old but spacious house with a huge yard and patio, great for beer and chills. The kitchen is fully equipped with a sink, stove, cupboards and other kitchen things. Has a massive loungeroom but currently there's nothing to fill it, so couches would be awesome if you have some👌. Heaps of on street parking. The spare room has two windows and isn't furnished we have a blow up mattress if that's a deal breaker. This place is really close to the uni, hospital, ALDI, bottle-o and Garden City shopping centre if that floats your boat. We have most of the necessities, fridge, washing machine etc but happy to have additional furniture if possible as we're currently using camping chairs.
