Third year business student and pilot about to start flight school both mates looking for a place to stay for the next year at least. Previously we both lived on college at Griffith university and are now looking for somewhere quieter with a bit more space. We are both laidback and are usually down for a few drinks over the weekend unless uni is getting busy. During the week we both normally go to the gym and have sports commitments as well. Someone who keeps the communal areas clean and dosnt mind a having a chat would be great.
Just moved back to Australia from London after 2.5 years to go back to Uni. I'm originally from Ballarat in Victoria but have chosen Brisbane for the warmer weather! I'm into most sports, music (both playing and listening), going on adventures, new experiences and meeting new people. As I'm new to Brisbane I'm ideally looking for a place with like minded people, roughly the same age as me. I'm a good housemate as I am clean and tidy, respectful of housemates space but also up for socialising.
A room is available for rent in Coopers Plains. It has a queen bed, desk, lamp, chair, big wardrobe, fan, bookcase etc. The kitchware is shared. The location is amazing, close to QE2, GU Nathan campus, ALDI, local shops even the train station is not far away. There are bus routes (120, 122, 123, 124, 125, 135, 155) that you can catch to Garden city, Sunnybank, CBD. Please contact Melvin for more details
On offer is one room in a three bedroom house. Great for a student, cheap and close to the uni. You will have: - your own room, can come furnished with a double bed - Shared bathroom with one other - off-street parking - fully furnished house - Netflix - Internet - Storage space - Air-conditioning in lounge - Two awesome housemates & pup!
I am a very tidy person, I keep my room clean and the house. I clean after myself and I am always aware of others. I am a team player. I am currently studying a double degree of IT and Multimedia at Griffith uni, I'm easy going like to chill and really cool. I'm looking for a furnished room but if not that's also cool. I exercise a lot and gym quite often. I play competitive football (soccer) so I'm a very active guy. Just hit me up if you've got a place and look forward to meeting you. Cheers.
Hi, we are friends (not a couple) from Bundaberg who are looking for a 2 bedroom place in Brisbane. Romy is 17 (18 in August) and will be starting at Griffith Uni this year to study Bachelor of law. Jack is 17 (18 in May) and is getting a work transfer to Brisbane for this year and hopes to study at Uni next year. We are looking for a place near Griffith or close to public transport to get to Uni. Romy has a little dog but if pets are not allowed that's ok, the dog can stay with her parents in Bundaberg. We will respect your place and keep it clean & tidy.
I am respectable and very mature. Not a party animal or anything like that. Lol. I am tidy, clean up after myself. I have a dirtbike so i ride that sometimes when im free. Im australian/aboriginal/kiwi.
Hello my name is Daniel, full time working and studying at Griffith aswell. Finding a place to move in. Happy go lucky guy and enjoy going out on weekends. I am usually out and when home in my rooms sleeping lol but yeah i do like to have parties and good times with house mates.
I'm a clean, intuitive individual who loves socialising as much as I love my own time. I would love to live in a share house with people around my own age, preferably students. I'm currently studying Business and Psychological Science at Griffith, about to start my third year. I currently work at an architecture printing shop in Slacks Creek. I also have a ute, and have a passion for driving; so if you ever need anything moved, or just need a lift, I'm always happy to help. My hobbies include: Game of Thrones, movie watching, working out, playing PlayStation; all the usual 20-year-old male things. I get along well with women and have lived with them before, and respect the privacy and rules of other housemates, as much as I expect them to respect mine. I'm 6 foot 3, and love working out, but also love pizza. You do the math. If you need furniture moved, or a spider killed (or moved), I'm your guy. I currently live in a share house in Holland Park. I love the location, and to a degree, the house, but my housemates don't seem to understand the value of a clean house, hence why I'm here :)
Looking for a quiet, stress free place where I can live my life without any hassles. A place close to shopping centres, buses, train stations etc. I have my own furniture so a large sized room to suit a double bed, my computer tables, mini fridge & freezer would be ideal. If built ins cupboards are available with built in shelf space that would also be a big help. Air-con or ceiling fans would also be nice. I will be honest to say that I am on the pension at the moment due to some health issues I am dealing with, but I'm paying $150 per week including all utilities, where I am currently living in Marsden and my rent has always been paid earlier than the due time. (Written References of this are available for verification purposes, if required.) When I am working, I work from home as a Freelance Multimedia Producer (have also worked in the Radio Industry) and I have a few projects I'm currently involved in, so finding a place with high speed internet and utilities included in the weekly rent would also be preferable. I am also a "Hard Core Gamer" (when I have the time) so finding other like minded people for LAN nights is always a plus. I also have a 4WD (which is my pride and joy) that I am currently restoring, so finding a place with a large backyard or acreage block with a large shed for storing my camping gear and my car parts would be helpful and appreciated. I am a very tidy person and I take pride in keeping the house and especially the kitchen very tidy and clean indeed! I can't stand a messy kitchen! I am also looking for a place that doesn't mind smoking in the house or in your own room (I burn incense to keep the place smelling nice). I am however, not a big drinker, so you won't ever find me drunk! I am an honest, friendly, respectful and quiet bloke who mostly keeps to himself. I am happy to pitch in and help with yard mowing duties or other chores if required and am always willing to help my flatmates with things if they need it. Cheers!
So we have huge place with all of upstairs completely free from the 3rd of Feb. We are a bit flexible on the move date. Our other roommates are moving on to live with their partners. We have some furniture upstairs however we can get rid of it if need be. :) Please note that I haven't shown pictures of our area downstairs and I will be adding pictures of the two rooms tonight. My partner and I live downstairs with our own kitchen, bathroom and separate entrance. You would have your own study, two bedrooms, kitchen, verandah and living area all to yourselves for only $300 if in a couple or $150 each room if single. We have quite a large yard with a carport and plenty of parking in the driveway. It's very close to Garden City and only takes us 20 minutes in peak traffic to get into the city. Also as a bonus cats are allowed and will be loved. (we however have no pets)

This household is like a mini community that is trying to save the planet. Yeah, I know; crazy. Ideally, we'd like someone who is working or studying in the area of sustainability or a caring profession. Suit students or (part time?) workers who are friendly, organized and easy-going. Not really suitable for a couple. Queer friendly, quiet, newish home with an old style. Cosy, furnished bedroom with a large built-in robe, sharing a bathroom (seperate toilet), laundry and kitchen/dining with just one other, in a share house with two more others who mainly use the upstairs area (see photos). Comfortable temperature inside all year round. Security screens and lockable doors. Your own private entrance. The deck and your window(s) looks out onto a beautiful green garden, in a very quiet neighbourhood. Sometimes we have a household meal together upstairs to welcome someone new or special occassions or just for fun. You'll have privacy and yet you won't feel alone. Safe street parking. Includes all utilities + cable Internet. On bus routes 120, 122, P119, 123, 125, 135, 155 & 598/599 - some of these are high frequency, express to the city, 15 mins to Garden City, 5 mins so Sunnybank restaurants. Walking distance to local shops (Aldi and Coopers Plains shops), QEII hospital, Griffith University's Nathan Campus & Coopers Plains railway station. 25 minutes by bus to the CBD, 15 minutes by car. If you like gardening and want to eat the food you grow this is also a great place for you, but if not, that's okay (you can buy the fresh organic food we grow). If you have time to spare, you can work around the house in lieu of rent or use it to pay for what you eat from the garden. Email Simon with a bio introducing yourself and I'll give you my email address so you can send a photo. Thanks

Hey i'm Jordan. I work 5-6 days a week as an off sider for a truck company. Meal prepping and watching movies when i'm at home. I love the gym but at same time couldn't care less if the house mates only do beer curls.. I work near coopers plains so anywhere from Annerly to there would be swaz. Would prefer a master room with en-suite but willing to suffice for something different. Defiantly not wanting to move into a party house or a loud house in general. If you feel like you may have a room or would like to meet. Send me an email!! Jordan
I'm flexible with when I do my chores, and stuff. I don't mind helping out with anything. I will be a full-time student and working most times I'm not studying so I won't always be in your hair :). I'm from the Gold Coast, but I have a village girl minded mother so you'll get the best of both worlds with me. I'm moving to Brisbane to begin my studies at the Nathan campus so a place near there would be ideal. I'm currently a sandwich artist and through my experience, I'd like to say my skills enable me to create masterpieces. I love going out whenever I get the chance, piano is an old hobby of mine for when I can't go out, and I love spending time with animals and kids. That's a brief summary of me. See you if you give me a chance :)
26 year old Swede about to move to Brisbane in the middle of February, to attend Griffith university. I'm quiet, easygoing and like to keep my place tidy. I respect house rules and pay rent on time. My hobbies include games, movies, cooking and rock climbing. I enjoy writing and am working on my first novel. I'm a cat enthusiast, so if you have any I will love them as my own.
