Hi :) My name is Meagan. I work part-time in retail. Very clean, respectful and willing to help out in any area of house maintenance which is required. I don't mind living with animals ( am allergic to cats ). Very open minded person and down to earth/ easy going :)
I don't want anybody to waste their time so please be aware I am not interested in a room that is over my listed maximum amount. Thanks - I need unfurnished and preferably a space to store a couple of boxes (all fits in the storage under the stairs at current place) - prefer not to be living with only one male and myself in the house If you're after someone reliable with bills, clean, and either as sociable or as private when it comes to other housemates as you're comfortable with then we'll go great
My place will probably never win an award for modernism, but it is comfortable and in a terrific area. Chewy (the cat) and I have one (only) room to rent for $160 per week. This does not include the cost of gas or electricity. There is no air con or central heating, but if you want to use these devices, we can negotiate on how much it costs to run them. There is also no wi fi, but we can arrange something. I do not have pay TV. I live in a low set house on the high side of Corinda , which is 4-5 minutes easy walk to Corinda train station, Coles, coffee shops and other shops. This is a very pleasant area with wonderful neighbours, many of whom are quiet and either professional, retired or aged. My house is furnished, although feel free to bring in extra items to make yourself feel comfortable. I have a decent sized fridge, a microwave and a fairly modern washing machine you can use. There is a TV in the room available. There also is a third room which can be used as a study. However, you will have to park on the street. The house is not perfect, and some things are old fashion, but it’s a nice place.
I am mature age and semi retired after selling my business that I ran for 35 years. I have a small 7kg dog Zac who lives with me. I am kind ,caring and love to read, cook and walk. I also do some contract Nannying/admin on the side. Love to share with a mature age person to have a little company at times but also like to have my own space.
Next to river and parks, close to train station and shops. 4 rooms including living/lounge, bedroom, bathroom and laundry. On street car parking only in very quite street. This is my house, I'm upstairs and the granny flat is completely self-contained under. I'm a research scientist with two young daughters who I have shared care for. For this reason I prefer a quite house-mate, preferably female. We also have a labradoodle who is very well natured, may consider house-mate with well behaved social dog but i'd need to be assured it was safe around small children.. Ideal house mate would be a bike riding, gardening, quite, conscious living type. May be able to reduce rent for assistance with gardening, kids or such

I respect others privacy, always willing to share a light talk or a get together to know people and make good friends. My personality is friendly, quiet, professional, easy-going, honest, reliable, clean, and respectful. I have already lived in USA and Oman as I worked in these countries. Hi I'm Susannah, I'm 20 years old from Stockholm, Sweden. I'm moving out to Brisbane to work and also travel the country. I land in Brisbane at the end of February, so I won't be able to move in before the begining of March. I'm a trained cook and I'll be persuing a job in that industry, but don't know yet where that will be. Therefore I'm looking for a room stay to in, that's quite central and close to public transport, preferably trainstations. I keep a good hygiene and I'm generally a clean and tidy person. I'm pretty easy going, I like to socialize but also value my own space. I look forward to meeting new people and experiencing all that this great country has to offer!
Looking for all-female house/flat close to good public transport, quiet and safe area and house, considerate and responsible housemates who are friendly but give personal space, and no cats or dogs. Fish and chickens are okay! Prefer similar age-range/ 26-45. I've received a lot of messages that don't actually fit any of that, so please respond only if you/your place actually meet these things - not guys, sorry, and please within this price range! I'm responsible, mature, clean, considerate, and friendly, and want housemates who also have these habits. Outside space for gardening is great, but not essential, and somewhere to store my things - about 1.5 cubed metres (garage space, under-the-house, shed, or part of a spare room). I'm potentially interested in other areas besides these - further east or north.
Hello! I've lived in Brisbane for the last 6 years and am looking for some easy going people to live with. I work full time as a geotechnical engineer and travel fairly frequently for work (away for approximately 2-3 months a year). I'm pretty active and am always doing something but also need a decent amount of quiet time. I'm clean and easy to live with so lets get this show on the road.
My name is Stephen, am a +50 yo. currently working in Brisbane, relocated up here for employment (am a Melbournian). Currently married, nontheless my wife and three children are still living in Melbourne, I commute seeing them every 3rd weekend or so. My wife also does fly up to Brisbane and stays with me from time to time. I am a General Manager for a transport company which involves me traveling regularly overseas and within Australia. I do work longer hours and am a reasonable earlier riser. Have the need to move from my current residence as the property was sold and looking for another place to reside. I am a clean and tidy person, respectful of other people's property and space. Am easy going and am told I'm a pretty good cook. Enjoy clay target shooting every other weekend, plus the occasional golf game. Like the odd quiet time chilling out watching TV or a movie or spending a Saturday or Sunday afternoon cooking up a storm for those I share with. I do enjoy a chat over a beverage and sharing a laugh. No problem with cleaning as required, doing my share, in fact I like tidy and clean living spaces. Preference of a residence to live in, is a larger apartment or a house with my own bathroom, plus off street parking is needed. Looking at a 6-12 month tenure, male or female sharing is fine by me, preferred move in date after March 10, can be earlier or later. Also if needed references can be provided from my current flat mate or the real estate agent I rented a property from here in Brisbane. Happy to meet and chat with any prospective flat mate. Thanks Stephen
Single tidy mature male - I've spent most of my life in Brisbane and know it extremely well. I'm pretty much over my partying days and would prefer to be outdoors, climbing a mountain, going to the beach etc. I don't mind if people smoke so long as it's outside and not right near my window etc. Don't mind parties so long as everyone's privacy/rooms are respected. I work Monday to Friday around 8-5 and then I go to the Gym everyday and try and keep myself busy over the weekend, including family commitments such as visiting my grandparents. I am conscious about power and water etc and I don't like to leave computers/appliances etc on to save on bills. I like to keep everything neat and tidy to avoid large clean ups etc. Anything else, feel free to ask me.
Hello!! I'm Eliza, I'm 21 years old. I'll pretty well say what everyone else does, but it is true. I am a super respectful and tidy person (no really, I'll do your dishes if you leave them out but I don't mind). I'm a very sarcastic person and most of the time I'm laughing. I work full time in Indooroopilly, and I would like to be within a fifteen minute drive to work. My current 45 minute+ commute is literally driving me nuts. Pun intended. I would genuinely like to hang with my 'roomies' - however I do like my own time as well. I'm not too much of a partier, so if it's a party household then we won't suit. My max budget is $250 p/w including bills. I can move late April, however that can be moved forward a little. I would like more of a long term lease as well. This will be my first time moving out but I'm very independent so there won't be any dramas. Please feel free to message me if my little novel above didn't cover anything. :)
I'm currently doing my masters degree at UQ and working part time in clinical research. I am neat, tidy and responsible non-smoker and love to bake. I love my sports (tennis, football, netball), watching a good movie and having a chat at the end of the day. Me and my two feather babies Louis and Meko (cockatiels) are looking for a new place to call home.
I work full time and study part time. Currently living in Brisbane and wanting to move back to the coast. Transferring with work around the 20/02/17. I'm very busy with work and uni, I like to keep active and social. I'm clean, tidy and respectful.
I'm pretty clean tidy and easygoing, respect the others.no bad hobby.usually do some sports like swimming, yoga, cycling, badminton, pingpong hiphop in my spare life.

Plenty of great things about staying here! Just a 15 minute walk to: - The train station - The 100 Bus route to the city (it comes along every 10-15min) - The local shops (with cafe's, supermarket, post office etc) Living on a quiet street, close to parks and creeks. Big backyard and space to host BBQ's.
House is located in a very handy area of oxley. Everything is with in walking distance of no more than 15 minutes, woolworths, butchers, multiple bakeries, pub, bowls club, drinking range if you like your golf, golf coarse, train station, the list goes on. I am also located 1 minute walk from a large park which attracts a few people and gives atmosphere to area. Most people know, or know of each other in the street. There is also a second toilet and lounge room downstairs. Decent back yard and a lovely veranda out front that looks towards town, across the park and down the creek, very peaceful and great stop for a beer or wine. Plus I'm a pretty fun easy going person who works hard Monday to Friday, but still likes to enjoy his weekends. The house is furnished, but that can always be discussed. The bedroom is empty. You'll be sharing the house with myself, my dog and three fish. Dogs may also be discussed, but no small dogs. The dog is an inside dog, she basically runs the house. Very good guard dog, but also very friendly once she is introduced to anyone. The house is swept nearly every night as its timber floors and takes 5 minutes to clear any dog hair. She lives outside when I'm out and is not allowed on couches. Very well behaved ammstaff. So if you've read all the above, then I presuming you may be interested, please know and understand that I'm not looking for just any person, we will need to meet and as we will be living under the one roof, I'd like to think we'd get along. I'm very outgoing and often away once or twice through the week. What else can I say, there's table tennis and darts downstairs, I enjoy a bbq or dinner with mates now and then, (which you can feel free to entertain and do the same), foxtel is available, Internet is $30 each a month unlimited, aircon in all rooms (which I try not to use), two air cons in lounge (don't ask), anyhow, I think that's enough crap and should you be interested we can discuss further. Last thing, no chilren, not with stairs and the dog (she's really good with kids, but she's a dog and kids are kids). Friends and family children are more than welcome. Well, that's me done for now.
