Hello there! I am considerate and respectful of others I live with including their property. I love to be in a neat environment. Tend to keep to myself but not antisocial by any means. I am really cool and get along quickly. I have really good history with previous leases and can provide references as well. Apart from that I am a graphic designer but here for studies and work in the carpentry industry. Quite active guy and lives a healthy life.
I am a mental health support worker and moving to Brisbane to complete my postgraduate studies in health. I have been renting in Sydney for the last 4 years and am clean but not a neat freak and respect others space and privacy. I like to try and keep fit with dancing and jogs. I am a shift worker so have some unusual hours.
Graphic Design student, animal lover and looking to relocate from Melbourne to a place that’s stable and long term. I respect other people's space and privacy but also am very sociable. I like to think I'm a tidy person who cleans up after herself. I've lived in many share houses having been head tenant before so I also understand household responsibilities. And if there are issues within the household I like to discuss as a group and find solutions that benefit everyone! Stability and good relationships in a share house are very important to me. I love my animals Elsa and Nala. My pup Elsa (Australian Shepherd x Border Collie) who is 1 year old gets the best treatment. I'm always making sure she is being trained good habits and manners while growing up. My indoor cat Nala is 6 years old. Somewhat timid and keeps to herself. But very affectionate when she warms up to you. She is a very adaptable girl as I've moved around with her heaps, even overseas from Germany! I am also passionate about health and fitness so I lead an active lifestyle. I'm a Graphic Design student at Billy Blue College of Design so ideally I would love to find a place that's close with public transport nearby. Hope to meet some awesome people to move in with! :-)
This property is a top floor penthouse apartment in a great location 10km out from Brisbane City. It is spacious with the Living areas furnished well. Being close to the Corinda Train Line, public transport is easily accessible and convenient. The views are great with a balcony that is a priceless. The currently spare room is has a spacious in-built cupabord and air conditioning.
Clean, tidy and respectful. ⭐Looking for 2 bedrooms⭐ I have a 5 year old child who is toilet trained and knows basic commands! Haha kidding... sort of! She will be in prep next year. I work fulltime in a call centre so you won't see me during the day/night depending on my shifts. I will cook most nights and can cook extra for you if would like some. Expect lots of foreign themed food (asian, mexican, greek) I don't touch drugs but happy to share a bevvy every now and then. Looking for a housemate who also has kids.
Modern townhouse Air-conditioning in common areas Walking distance to Corinda train station and all amenities Unlimited internet (not included in rent) Furnished but you're welcome to bring furniture Outdoor area Off street parking available
Hi, I am currently looking for a new place to move in around December 2018 as I would be starting my internship at a pharmacy. I would be working 5 days a week. I am clean, neat, tidy and have lived in a shared house before. So, I would know to clean up after myself and be respectful to other's privacy. I am not looking for a party house as I would like to get some rest after a full day of work. I am happy with small chats but not anything too crazy.
I am a student at Griffith Uni. Studying masters in health services management. I am chilled out tidy nd wont use any of your stuff. I can cook and clean the place.
I'm friendly, easy to get along with and respect others privacy. I prefer social housemates that I can call friends but also respect each other’s space. I am looking for a place within walking distance to a train station as I don't own a car. I am a manager Kmart in Indooroopilly. I am pretty flexible with the move in date and am looking for a place long term provided we become friends and fit well as housemates. Slide into my DMs if you think we would be a good match. 😉
I’m coming to Brisbane to study for 2 years and would like to find a nice home to live in. I’m from the UK and have decided to take a career break to study. I’ve lived on my own before, so I know what it takes to look after a home. I’m not after a party house and prefer something a lot quieter. I like to get out in nature during my spare time and hope to do a little bit of travelling too. Sometimes, I may prefer to just chill out at home. A shared living area would be good, maybe a garden and a good functional kitchen. Good access to transport links is a must as I won’t have a car of my own. I’ll need access to the internet to enable me to do some home study. I won't be able to move in before 22nd January 2019 and free for viewings from 9th January 2019.
Modern two storey house in a great location. It is walking distance to shops, public transport, and the public swimming pool as well. It has fully ducted air conditioning, security screens on sliding doors and windows, and a lock up garage. The two rooms available each have a double mirrored wardrobe.
I’m quiet considerate yet happy to chat and share with others or keep to myself if that’s yr thing. I don’t shirk my responsibilities and enjoy time alone or out with friends. I have a very quiet non shedding small dog . Like to cook and do my share of house work... enjoy outdoor time away from home or time watching adult son play cricket.
I am a psychologist working full time mon to fri , very busy through the week. I am friendly and respect people's space .I would help in keeping the place tidy .I am always up for a good conversation and a drink or two on weekends .
About myself I’m working as a research assistant in the University of Queensland. I’m clean and tidy as well as easy going person to live with. I’m completely a non-smoker and very friendly. I’m also socially outgoing (on most days) and would love to sit and talk over drinks. I’ll respect your space and privacy and I expect the same from you. Would love to get to know people from all walks! Need a furnished room, basics will do (mattress, clothes rack or drawers).

Very tidy house with a great back deck. 1 bedroom available for rent. Rates for room is $160 House is fully furnished however no furnishing in the bedroom. Neat kitchen with plenty of space and large living area. Shared bathroom with separate toilet.Big grassy back yard and underhouse storage area with a 2 space covered car port. 600m walk to oxley train station and 800m to Woolworths. Minimal train/road noise Great location (Corinda side of Oxley) Overall great spot for those commuting into the city and quick access back out to highway.
We have a beautiful open plan home which backs onto the old Oxley school and is minutes from the river and the forest and a 5 minute walk to the train station. The room has a wall-sized window looking out across the garden and trees.
Hi there - The room with ensuite is large and sunny. Rent includes wifi and electricity. The house feels like it is semi-rural as surrounded by trees and nearby farm-land and forest. Suit worker/student.

Since I work so often I won’t be at the house all the time, but when I am you’ll be laughing non stop cause I’m crack up 😂 I’m really friendly and outgoing and easy to live with 💪🏼 Trying to find somewhere with bills included, makes life so much easier! Thanks everyone!
Hi! I am looking for my own place/lease. I am not looking to share a space, unless you are chilled and cool asf. A studio/1 bedroom apartment would be ideal, however I would consider a granny flat type property, if completely seperated from main dwelling and I had complete privacy. An entire property or Lease takeover would also work. I am respectful, trustworthy, clean, pay rent and bills on time. Fun, friendly and chilled. I have an indoor cat named Phoenix. He is beautiful and my best mate. So a pet friendly space is a must. Including screens on doors and windows. Am looking to move asap and have references upon request. Am also obviously happy to apply through Real Estate. Hope to hear from you 😊 Thanks!
Hi! We’re a couple with a little dog looking for a nice place to live together. We both have extensive experience when it comes to living in share houses, but are looking to downsize a little. Caitie works full time as a dental assistant in Taringa. Bella is her little dog/ fur baby. Hobbies include mindlessly scrolling through Pinterest and cross stitching. Simon is finishing his studies at QUT in Clinical sports physiology. He works part time as a barista in Kelvin Grove but is keen to start work in his field soon. He plays hockey and dodgeball and is great at reminding Caitie to come to the gym :’) Bella is a 9y/o, deaf, King Charles Cavalier. She has lived in a number of rental properties with no issues or complaints with neighbours, housemates, or home owners. Bella’s special talents include sniffing out food and snoring. For reassurance, we can provide multiple contacts for people that have lived with Bella and can attest to her good behaviour. Our preferred max rent is $300. We’re looking for a 6mth lease. A balcony or small yard space would be ideal for Bella during the day, she likes to sunbake. We are flexible with our move in date. We’re hoping to find a self contained flat or downstairs unit. Thanks for taking the time to read everything!
Hey i am currently looking for a share house arrangement with a like minded person. I am currently looking for a place to live in Sherwood. I work - full time generally outside the house by 7 back 530. Outside of that I like go do some fitness cook and read I love to cook so shared meals on occasion are well in line. Most importantly, im considerateness respectful and clean I hope to look for someone soon so we can arrange something please feel free to contact me to discuss. I am strictly looking for people of good nature and drama free. Someone that can develop a friendship with aswell but also respect each other's privacy just don't want to come to a place and feel that's all it is a home starts with good company so I think it's a win win for both.

Hi guys, I’m a young professional currently looking for a drama free household to be apart of. I work long hours and train 6 days a week, so you won’t have to deal with me too often! I respect the need for space when living with others & consider myself to be a fairly laid back person & considerate of others so a household with the same mentality is what I’m chasing. Realistically I’m looking to move at the beginning of November, I have my own bed currently so that isn’t a requirement. :) Please be aware I am a smoker, so if this is something that bothers you it wouldn’t be an ideal mix.
I work as a full time veteriarian. I have a cat I adopted recently. I am tidy and like to see friends, exercise or just have a night in on weekends. Looking for a place to live for 6 months or longer.
I am easy going, social and enjoy a relaxed home life, travel occasionally. I'm also clean, tidy and don't mind helping out around the place (cleaning/cooking) as well as respectful of people's personal space and property. I'm currently working at Ipswich Hospital and starting university next year. For fun I enjoy music, going to the cinema and journalling.
Professional, sensible, courteous, clean and responsible male. Just moved back to Brisbane and will be buying a house in the next 6 months but am looking to share or get my own place to rent while I settle back in and get used to Brissy again. Find our the best suburbs, cafes, restaurants and lifestyle here. I work out at the airport but don’t necessarily need to live that close to there. Have a small dog and do a lot of outdoors stuff in my downtime including in rescue ops on weekends. I have some furniture and things in storage but ideally looking for something furnished however can get my furniture out of storage. Hope this helps Regards Sean
Hey guys, I'm Ash! I'm a young professional in my mid 20s working fulltime during week in a HR role in East Brisbane. Also in 2019 I'll most likely be back at uni doing my post grad to become a Psychologist so I'll be a busy bee. I've lived with roommates for the last couple of years so know what this is all about! I'm very clean therefore prefer to live with someone who is the same, and I am one to respect other peoples space and belongings. I do love a good chat with a wine but also happy to do my own thing :) I gym a few times throughout the week, and on the weekends I love being out and about usually hiking at some waterfall or down at the Gold Coast with my family. I am not a party person but do like the occasional night out at a live gig! My current lease ends in December so looking for a place to move to around then. I would like to move away from the hussle and bussle of the city! :)
We are looking for you to move in with 1 female uni student (UQ - PhD in Psychology) and working part-time. The peaceful, secure and modern fully furniture townhouse over two spacious levels has 3 bedrooms, study area, 2.5 bathrooms (3 toilets), off-street parking (garage spot available on request), full sized laundry, lots of light and fresh air, comes with an undercover patio and backyard, 18-meter pool, gym, private function room and BBQ area. The townhouse is located just a short distance away from the local shopping precinct of Sherwood, offering access to Woolworths, banking, restaurants and cafes and nearby train station. Trains to the city leave every 15 minutes from Sherwood train station and a bus stop is just around the corner. We have a push bike for you to use if you want. ;-) The Indooroopilly shopping centre is just 10 minutes away. We have the large second bedroom available for you which come with a new queen size bed! This bedroom has its own double sided walk-in-robe, own bathroom, and own digital TV connection. (We can take the furniture out of the bedroom if you prefer to bring your own.) Rent for the 2nd bedroom is $250/week including internet and utility expenses will be split.
GREAT BEDROOM IN COZY QUEENSLANDER CLOSE TO PUBLIC TRANSPORT WITH IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY Two bedrooms are now available in this comfortable Queenslander conveniently located to public transport, the city and UQ university. 5min walk to Oxley Central and Oxley train station in a welcoming neighbourhood. Street does a loop return to the main road so there is no through traffic. Boundary is completely secure with a sliding gate to contain the driveway. A two car carport is located down the back for under cover parking. Please contact for more information
This is a nice neat little 3 bedroom house, great location and lovely neighborhood. It's definitely on the vintage side, but it's comfortable and homey nonetheless! It's not high on amenities but there is a lovely big bath, toilet separate to the bathroom, a nice sized kitchen and a lovely back and front patio. There are 2 parking spaces and ceiling fans in both available bedrooms. It's literally right next to the gym and some other small shops and very close to anything else you need, and during weekdays there is a bus from 6am to 6pm approx that goes right past the house. Q takes care of the garden and I (Noah) currently take care of the vacuuming/floors/dusting, but we're happy to negotiate whatever chore arrangement suits! We're looking for other low key, tidy people who are effective communicators, respect others needs for space and privacy and thrive in a peaceful, non-smoking and scent free environment. We're prioritizing people who won't have house guests very often and give a decent heads up before they're expecting someone over. We have a house rules/guidelines draft you are welcome to peruse as well for more concrete detail! Pets are considered (and we're both animal lovers) but the backyard is not enclosed and opens to a busy road, so not suitable for dogs or outdoor cats!
