The room is a studio granny flat, with its own bathroom and kitchenette. Their is off street parking inside the property. A large block granny flat is in back corner. Washing machine inside house if needed. Only 10 min walk to the beach and local pub.

Well, I'm 19 and currently looking for a new place, i have a 2 year old Kelpie named Bear and shes been with me since a pup , we make our own small family :) I work here and there but no set work, i volunteer wherever i can, as its one thing i'm passionate about, helping. Bear and i are also very skilled at being apart of a share house, very conscious about what i leave around, always cleaning up both shared spaces and my own space. Bear is a fully house trained and just trained in general pup, she prefers to be inside at night but during the day will roam around happily, But she can also be one or the other as it suits others in the house. It's a pretty quiet block of flats close to the plaza and 5-10 minute walk to the beach. It's fully furnished (if you would like to bring your own bed that's fine I can chuck out the one in the spare room) It's a nice breezy unit with balconeys on either side of the house (the bedrooms and lounge room). Available on a farm with Wildlife Refuge and Conservation area are 3 bedrooms in a 2 year old home with great city and coastal views. Located in Shephards Lane just out of Coffs suburbia, but only 5.5 kms from the city centre, 7.5 kms from the beach and only 1 set of traffic lights to either. There are fantastic wildlife, birds, frogs and even better house mates. There are 4 bedrooms available due to our long term residents being promoted to Sydney job positions, another getting married and a short term resident moving in with his partner. The $225 room is 3.5 M X 3 M with BIR, tall timber and mountain views and almost exclusive use of a bathroom. It can be rented for a couple at $275. The $190 room is 4M X 3.1 M with a BIR, ceiling fan and excellent views over town and out to sea. There is a large 5.2M X 3.5M room becoming available on 20 December. It has 2 widows, it's own entry and already hard wired for television and internet. All bedroom doors are lockable and there is a security coded door for entry into the house. All electricity, gas, water and very fast and unlimited WiFi NBN are included for the house. There is also a large kitchen/lounge/dining room, outside gas BBQ and an outside Spa with great views over town, out to sea and the surrounding hills. Telstra, Vodafone and Optus reception is excellent. The road in is an all weather 800M gravel road with bitumen for the last 200M, so there is no passing traffic and there are no hoons around, so a very safe location. The beauty about a gravel road is that you never have to wash your car ever again, as it will get some dust on it the next time you drive the road. There are only 5 other houses on this road. Beautiful 3 bedroom house in a lovely quiet area in Coffs Harbour. Room has a double or queen size bed, with 2 bedside tables, big built in cupboards and its carpeted. As I am the only tenant, you have full access to the toilet and bathroom, as there is an ensuite in the main bedroom. There are nice front and back yard with a shed for storage. The only house rule I have is that everyone cleans the house, and not expect me to do it all. There will be 2 weeks rent in advance and rent is to be paid directly to me every week or fortnight. Please do not contact if you are have pets or are not working or studying full time, as I cannot have someone sharing the house who isn't motivated to do something with their lives!
The unit is a nice little 2-bedroom unit on the second story with a small balcony directly across the road from the beach, the Hoey Moey, a couple of doors down from 3 cafes, park beach bowling club, and a 5-min walk to the plaza. The unit is fully furnished you would only need to furnish your room. Water, electricity and internet bills are all included in the $185 a week, however, once the bill comes IF there are any extra changes the bill is split equally. This has not happened with my previous flatmate but has happened in the past. I’m preferably looking for someone who either works fill-time or is enrolled in tertiary study and must be clean, tidy and respectful. Preferably a non-smoker. You will not be on the lease but will be subletting so it will still have to be passed through NSW Real Estate – People with bad tenant history need not apply. Two quiet introverted flat mates and two doggos who love people. The yard is big but low maintenance and we have plans for vegetables! We are a quick stroll to town (and pizza). You would only need your bedroom furnishings the house has everything else it needs including garden tools :) we aren’t a party house but on occasion socialise with a few drinks in small groups. We share our weekly cooking to keep costs down, our condiment collection is reasonable ;p
