Hi. My name is Adam, I am 30 years old and a non smoker. I'm employed full time and travel frequently (often interstate) on weekdays for work. I have a beautiful, very well behaved dog that will be moving in with me, and will require feeding while I am away, so a dog lover is a must. In terms of looking after him, feeding him and just letting him be around i all that will be required, I will take care of everything else. I currently live with friends however they are ready to buy their own house, so need to find alternate accommodation. Can move out ASAP I have a close group of friends who are very chill, so would be interested in teaming up with someone who likes a bit of quiet time also. Due to my work, there may be weeks where I am only home 3 nights a week, but am more than happy to split all rent and bills evenly. So if basically having your own house and only paying half of everything seems like a good deal to you, then I'm the perfect candidate. Feel free to message me with any questions, I'm more than happy to catch up, introduce you to my dog and see if we can help each other out.

Hi, I'm an energetic 25 year old male that has just moved to Geelong. I work as a plant coordinator in Geelong. I also study externally part-time as well. When I'm not working, I enjoy heading out for a drink, to see the sights. Looking to get to know a few of the locals and get involved. I also enjoy quiet nights, staying in for a movie, etc. My interest are MTB riding, water skiing, road trips and any activities that are just generally adventurous. Very clean and tidy and love to cook. Looking for like-minded fun people to move in with.

Large property with great secluded garden and private views. Clean and relaxed home with great sized kitchen, living and dining areas. Very close to shopping centre, amenities, public transport. 1 min to Geelong Ring road and M1. 15 mins to Deakin University and Geelong centre
I have recently purchased this property and am looking for a female flatmate. It is close to bus stops into Geelong CBD as well as to the local shopping plaza in case you don't have a car. It is also very close to a gym and pool. There is a little shopping strip at the end of the street for when we run out of toilet paper! (or just want some chips and gravy!) I have a big labradoodle who is a giant sweetie plus an excellent guard dog. She chills out inside most of the time. Since this is a three bedroom property (and there will only be two of us in total living here) I have a queen size bed for the spare room which will double as a guest room and office. But if you need some furniture I have enough movable wardrobes etc and you could also borrow the bed. The sun room is a beautiful spot to sit in the morning and have breakfast. There are two sheds with good locks on them that you can store things you don't need at the moment. The fridge is definitely big enough for 2x people's food. There is also a large backyard with a bit of an established garden. The security is quite good with lots of big locks and multiples doors to get through.
I'm from Lara, I'm studying full-time (BA in History). When I'm not studying I like to read, play games, and go out to the gym, to name a few things. I'm tidy and clean and have no issue contributing to household duties and chores. I tend to keep to myself but also don't mind talking.
I work 5 days a week and am coming from a share house in Wagga. I'm easy going, friendly and sociable. I'm a handyman who loves animals and is polite and respectful at all times.
Our house is modern, spacious and clean. It has a great central location, near shops, leisure centre, gym and a bus stop out the front. 15 mins to Geelong CBD, 10mins to Pakington St, 8mins to the nearest train station and close to the freeway. Your room is fully furnished, with built in wardrobe and your own bathroom with a bath. You'll be sharing with two professionals, who work during the week and chill on weekends. We enjoy food, friends and going on holiday 😊 There is a veggie garden out the back and alfresco area. Finally we would like this to be short term rental to start with, with opportunities to extend if it's the right fit.
A TWO ROOM BUNGALOW behind our clean and spacious 3 bedroom home and a large backyard. Close to public transport. Nice, quiet and friendly street. International students and short term welcome. Hoping to create a friendly, open-minded and welcoming house for the next half year. The house is not set up very much at the moment - there is not a lot of furniture, or kitchen stuff, so you are able to bring in what you like or I can maybe help bring some stuff if needed. In the house now are one architect/builder who is mostly there during the weekends, one jewler who is only there during the week and one student (40's, 50,s, 30's) The Bungalow is $160 a week, two weeks bond. all bills and internet included.
My house is such a big place that we all won’t be crashing together etc. it’s located in the middle of Bell post hill so it’s only a 2 minute drive to the shopping centre and a 10 minute drive to north Geelong station.
The house is quite large. All bedrooms are larger than normal. Renovated about 3 years ago with all new kitchens and bathrooms. The house has multiple living areas including an study that is not currently being uses. We are only looking for people that are full time employed or equivalent tat are happy to live in a nice clean and quiet house.
Hi my names Kate my housemate Louise and I are two nurses from Melbourne looking to move to geelong in late August. We are both easy going people and enjoy going out every so often but also like to stay home and chill. I do smoke and have 2 cockatiels (birds)
Hey guys, I've just moved back down to geelong and I'm looking for a place to live. Currently I'm studying at VIC university in Footscray, I'm casually employed at Crown Melbourne. I'm super respectful, like to keep things clean, very easy to get along with and have a chat to. Occasionally my partner comes down on weekends and sometimes I like to have my friends over to catch up. I'm not a big fan of loud parties at home and like to have the occasional quiet night in if I'm not working.
My names Brandon, I'm an easy going, laid back, neat and tidy person, I like quite time to myself but am always down for a convo. I work full time 5:00 am to 1:30 pm and I'm currently looking for an additional part time job so I might not be around very often!! 😁
Working full time 6 days a week. Hate mess so things are always tidy. Social person but also loves my alone time. Quiet since all I do is work, eat and sleep
I’m Jaimee & my boyfriend Jake and I are in a bit of a crisis situation hence why we are eager to find a room ASAP. But we are always staying positive even in situations like this. We love making new friends. But we also know to respect housemates personal space.
Hi. I'm easy going, social, respectful, and tidy. I generally work between 7 - 3 most days. I also play guitar and always up for a jam. I love cooking and happy to share a meal. Being from Indonesia, I especially love cooking spicy foods! ;) I'm looking for good people to share house with who are not too much party party but still enjoy to hang out sometimes and share a drink and a meal, or have a jam. My car has 2 wheels and requires pedal power, so I prefer to live somewhere that is within cycle / walking distance to shops, buses and train Station :) My budget is $170 pw (inclusive of bills / internet). Otherwise up to $150 pw in Rent alone. Thanks
I'm an easy going, fun and respectable person to live with. I work full time in Ballarat and at a restaurant on weekends, but still love to socialise when I can. I've lived in Geelong for 6 years, but am looking for a change from my current living arrangements.
Hello my names Renee . Looking for a room to rent with some easy going people , I'm very easy going ,friendly, clean neat & tidy, very respectful towards people needs , I do own a Pet Cat he's very chilled out ,either he's hinding out or sleeping in my room.
This a great little gem of a house with carpet in the bedrooms and tiles in the hallway. It is perfect during the summer but a bit cold during the winter. It has a massive back yard from which can be seen a golden domed orthodox church over the fence. It has peaceful kind of feel about it. There is also three fruit trees and one walnut tree all of which have been fruiting in season. Bell Park is a pretty quite neighbourhood. There are local shops a minutes walk away and for the budget conscious an AldI about ten minutes drive away.
New house that has: - furnished common spaces - bedroom has walk in robe - NBN internet - heating - dishwasher - on street parking - Lara train station 8 mins drive away - Geelong CBD 20 mins drive away - bathroom will be shared when 2nd housemate found but rent will decrease House rules you might need to know: - shoes off house - no smoking - split bills evenly
We are a clean couple who look after the home well. We are just looking for a cheap and easy way to rent before possibly buying our own home
