Hello hello everyone! Nice meeting you ;) My name is Jorge ('George'). I came from Spain 6 years ago and I quit my career as an engineer to build myself a better life. I'm currently working in an organic grocery shop and setting up an online business on the side. I also work as a freelance stripper on the weekends (no, I'm not joking, haha). I live a sporty, healthy life and I've always been into self-improvement. I love camping and nature, and my biggest passion is windsurfing, which is why I'm looking for a house close to the beach. My housemates said I'm easy to live with (self-tap on the shoulder). I'm clean and organized, but have a laid back personality. I like socialising and I'm preferably looking for a mixed gender house (ideally 2 and 2, but flexible on this). Oh! and... I respect people's sleep! Talk soon! Cheers!
Working full time and studying part time. Very friendly however I also enjoy my own space. Looking for somewhere near the beach as I love the ocean, the outdoors and staying active. Id say I'm on the verge of being a clean freak so looking for a place that takes pride in a tidy space.
I work full time Monday to Friday (for a Project Management Company), and enjoy relaxing after work with a yummy meal and Netflix. I like to socialise on the weekends, and make friends with my housemates (not just be acquaintances). Overall I’m looking for a clean tidy household, where we can have our own space but still have the flexibility to hang out together after a long day at work! I consider myself to be friendly, clean, and am more then happy to chip in and do regular chores! I enjoy going to the beach, going for walks, shopping is always a plus and I love travelling! I have a 10 year old trained Abyssinian cat (must be kept indoors) who keeps to Himself, and I’m more then happy to pay a pet bond for the real estate should they wish. I would prefer my own bathroom (or a seperate laundry within the house) for bubbles litter & food tray (which I’m a a neat freak about so you wouldn’t have to worry). If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to contact me :)
Hi, I work at the casino during the week (and sometimes the weekend) so I will often be home by 11pm - 12pm. I play video games, I love the arts and I really like to cook (I'm great with both vegetarian and meat diets). I am also LGBTQIA+ friendly and a non-smoker. My lease for my apartment ends in the middle of February. So I won't be moving to a new place until then.

My name is Bonnie, i am a 20 year old student at the university of Notre Dame, Fremantle, in my third year of a bachelor of Nursing. i study full time and work casually at a winery in Perth hills. I am looking for a share house within my $180 budget (preferably including bills), close to Fremantle or alternatively, close to the freeway/train-lines. I am looking for a granny-flat style room or a share house with 1/2 other housemates. I keep busy with my studies, work and social life and prefer housemates who are clean, respectful and considerate. I prefer a non-party house and do not tolerate drugs. My interests include good food, wine, adventuring, being active and gardening. my preferred suburbs are Fremantle, Leederville, Mt. hawthorne, Mt. Lawley, south Perth, Melville, Palmyra, Attadale, Claremont and Cottesloe etc.
3rd year bachelor of science student at UWA I have a 5 month old kitten called Gus, he's trained to use his litterbox but has started going outside instead. Don't stress though, I'm not really a cat person. I'm keen to live in a sharehouse with other students who are easy going, friendly and who enjoy drinks and going out.
Hi there, Where to start...I'm clean, I cook and I'm happy to share if you like. That said I'm well mannered, respectful and I like to have a clean hygienic kitchen. I also pull my weight in regard to all of the usual household chores. When it comes to activities that float my boat free diving / spearfishing are at the top of my list so if you like abalone, fresh fish and the occasional cray we will get along just fine. I also like to ride my mountain bike a few times a week when I'm not working away and I also like to keep active by the water as much as possible during the warmer months. I work fifo and when back I like to get down to Margaret River as much as possible and I'm always pretty social and up for a chat. Oh that is except most mornings before I have had coffee. Lol. In conclusion I would like to add that I can provide referees and I'm also drama free and pretty easy going. Drop me a line and say hi or if there is anything else that you might like to know. Cheers, Tremaine.
Hi... I am a senior executive in the resources industry and travel extensively, up to 8 times a year to Europe, Africa and throughout Australia. I am selling my home due to my upcoming commitments overseas next year and am seeking a home, with like-minded and relaxed people, that I can call 'home'. I'm quiet, clean, love to meditate, read, watch a movie once in a while, listen to 'chill-out' music and yes, I 'can' actually cook! I love the beach, eat well and do enjoy a wine or two after my long days at work and always appreciate good company. Extremely clean and tidy, yes...I actually make my bed every single morning and 'never' leave anything on a kitchen bench! :) Great conversationalist and have an uncanny ability to make people laugh, I just haven't yet worked out whether it's with me or 'at' me. ;) Clayton.
I'm easy going and friendly. I grew up in Perth and have recently returned from living in Sydney. I work full time as an Orthodontist and lead a busy lifestyle, mostly involving the beach. Also love to have a chat and glass of wine and don't mind a good Netflix binge :)
This beautiful, recently renovated studio apartment provides the perfect beach lifestyle, and at a price low enough that you can avoid potentially disastrous housemates. 😉 A private garden entry (maintained by strata and shared with only one other apartment), elevated private patio, and clear ocean views greet you every time you come home, and the sound of waves will lull you to sleep after spectacular WA sunsets (sunset photos were taken on apartment patio ❤️). The apartment has solid wooden floorboards, security screens, and is fully furnished with quality appliances, including a Bosch washer/dryer and dishwasher in the stone benched kitchen. The living space is maximised with use of floor to ceiling storage, a lofted queen sized bed, and a dedicated built in study area. Additional storage for bikes is available in the basement, and parking permits for resident-only parking are available through the local council. The front door is one street back from Marine Parade; it takes less than 5 minutes to have your toes in the sand. Excellent cafes and the favourite Cottesloe pubs surround the apartment, with a bus stop at the end of the street. Water is covered in rent - electricity, gas, and phone/internet are the responsibilities of the tenant, but have been very reasonable in the past. Please contact me for any further information or to view the apartment.
Hi people, my name is Michael and I am looking for a place to live near UWA. I have previously lived in shared housing so I have a good understanding of what is required of me and how to make it an enjoyable experience for everyone. At all times I try to be respectful and friendly to others and treat them how I would like to be treated. I'm responsible, open minded and clean up after myself. I am starting my PhD (physics) at the beginning of 2018 and will therefore be looking to move out around this same time. I spend a lot of my time on my studies/research but don't mind having an occasional drink or just chilling out. Thanks for your time and I hope to hear from you!
Easy going guy who will be studying full time. Looking to work casually or part time once I find a place. Moving from the east coast of Australia in the first week of January. I like my sport and I enjoy socialising but definitely not a party animal. Non-smoker, and very accepting of others. Just looking for a place where I feel comfortable studying or eating dinner with roommates.
Hi everyone, I am a 36 year old female (originally from Switzerland but also the recent owner of an Australian passport). I am looking for a place to share from mid-January on, preferably with one person or a couple only, own bathroom, maximum distance to the city around 8km. Something close to the river or even the beach would be awesome (I know, sounds a bit picky, but I think that comes with age, lol) What can I offer: I am pretty easy going, adaptable and reliable. I am working full time and like to spend my spare time at the gym, out running, at the beach, camping etc. (you see, I won’t be in your hair all the time). I like to socialise but am also happy by myself reading a book in my room or watch some Netflix. I absolutely love pets, so if you have any, that would be a huge plus :-). I like to live a healthy life style but also love good food and a glass of vino (I believe in balance). My max. rent spending money is $ 250.-- and should include all bills and unlimited internet. Hope to hear from you soon! Sandra

I work full time as an Apprentice Chef in Nedlands and would like to find accomodation in surrounding suburbs. I'm real easy going and clean up after myself. I will be needing a house that will allow a dog on the property every no and then.
15 mins walk to Cottesloe Beach. 3mins walk to Grant St train station. Huge open plan kitchen/living area which opens out onto a grassy BBQ area. Ducted air-conditioning. Double garage with additional off-street parking. Room is currently furnished but furnature can be removed if you have your own. A cleaner comes fortnightly so the place is always clean.
Hi, We are a FIFO worker and student couple looking for a room to rent. Sally is 24 year old female who is moving from South Australia to Perth to study dental assisting full time. I will be working part time while I complete my studies as well. I enjoy being social but also respect other peoples privacy. My hobbies include gardening, going to the beach, gym and watching movies. Corey is a 23 year old Health and Lifestyle Coordinator who works FIFO on a 2:1 roster. I wouldn't be home much but when I am I'm usually going to the gym or beach or just chilling out playing PlayStation. We are clean, tidy, friendly and social. We are both non smokers and drink occasionally but aren't party animals. Both of us have rented before and we don't have any pets. We are looking for an unfurnished room to rent in a share house with clean, friendly people similar in age. Our preference would be an area close to the City or Nedlands TAFE with high speed internet such an NBN or Cable. Price range we were looking at around $140 - $160 for rent not including bills We would of course split the bills equally including Corey as an extra to make it cheaper for everyone. If you have any questions or this sounds like something that would interest you please don't hesitate to contact us :)
Hi, I'm Kory, I'm from the UK. I'm very easy going and sociable and tend to get on with everyone :) and I'm super neat and tidy. In my spare time I love going to gigs, travelling and cooking.
Hi! I'm a 27 year old doctor moving from Canberra to Perth in the middle of Jan 2018. I have lived in a few share houses and I am looking in or around Subiaco preferably. I like coffee, wine, coffee, yoga and travel. I have never been to Perth before and I would love to explore Perth and surrounds in my time off. I don't know what my roster will look like yet, but I am expecting to be working the occasional night and weekend. :-)
