Hi My name is Ivor and I am 46 year young, healthy, non-smoking, respectful, responsible, clean/tidy and relaxed person. I work full time in the marine science/education field, enjoy health and fitness, the beach (North Cott Surf Club Member) and meeting new people and socializing with friends. Currently living in Claremont where I have been the last 4 years and would like to find to a relaxed, clean and enjoyable home in Cottesloe area or close to the beach 🏖! Thanks, Ivor
Located in Cottesloe, right opposite the beach on Marine Parade, the house is a 3 by 1, has a large backyard, garage for extra storage, a car park and ocean views from the lounge, kitchen and front verandah. The room for rent is the largest in house with a built in wardrobe. The third bedroom is used as an office or guest room which makes the house very liveable for two people. It is a 2 minute walk to Victoria Street train station, a train ride to Perth takes 15mins or two stops to Fremantle.
Hello! I’m 22 years old and am currently living in Brisbane. I’m moving back to Perth in July so I may not be able to view the house but I’m more than happy to send through my bond and everything before I move in. Im an education assistant (who is desperatelyyyy trying to get permanency 🤞🏼) but until then I get more than enough relief work in schools around Perth :) In my spare time I’ll either be travelling, at the gym, laying in the sun, going for a walk/run, reading or playing video games (such a nerd). I’m not a smoker and not a party animal, but do love to have social drinks every now and then. Would love to go into a house where we can hang out & become good mates so message me if this sounds like you! Insta is @tahllls if you want to suss me out. Thanks ☺️
I work 2:1 FIFO and I am looking for something walking distance to the beach, ideally I don’t want to spend more than $160-$170 a week as I am rarely home. Would prefer flexibility when it comes to utilities and wifi not necessary :) I am friendly and easygoing, looking for some cool housemates that are keen to hang out and have a bbq or head to the beach for a pizza and a beer! Also possibly that my boyfriend may join me from Canada in September/October.
Hey guys. I'm 29 year old who's moving back to Perth to work in the corporate area of mining. I've been in Melbourne for 4 years. I love surfing and socialisng but also love quiet time at the home. Also, I'm a chef by trade as well. So in hindsight I can cook really well 😊
I grew up in Sydney and have been in Perth close to a year. I’m a midwife working at the King Edward memorial hospital full time/on call. I’m easy going, tidy and clean, not into big house parties but don’t mind the occasional social drink/night out. Having a glass of wine and a chat in the evening is much more my thing. I love scuba diving and the beach life and can’t wait to see more of what Perth has to offer!
Easy going, clean, friendly. I enjoy conversation, sharing meals, the occasional glass of wine or beer. Studying a masters at uwa and I do garden maintenance and landscape design in the side.
Top notch British dude who likes to wet a line and go for a dip. I enjoy surfing MTB riding and a bit of yoga. Partial to a decent beer. I am confident, relaxed and outgoing. Looking to make new friends and have an all round great time whilst living in WA. I will be moving to Perth in the 1st week of July.
looking to move out in July! Working full time and looking for a fun share house to move into!
