Happy to be on my own in my own space,but also good with being social and easy to get along with,I'm clean and honest,I have always lived with others(often as a carer), I love being outdoors and growing things, especially edible things!. I enjoy arts n crafts and I'm quite handy with many household odd jobs that may need doing too. I am on Centrelink payments,but that pretty much means I always have an income if not hugely vast. But I manage to always budget well. I'm still newish to Gladstone and so my social circle is still quite small the way I like it. I'm happy to rent in a nice clean,stable environment that suits my budget and my needs. I have a decent mattress and just my personal belongings,so a partly furnished place would suit me best,but I can always get what I need if required.I rely on public transport currently so location is vital.
