We are mother,adult daughter & 1 cat searching for somewhere to live.
We have currently moved into homelessness as we were unable to secure another private rental before our lease expired. (It was sold)
We have great rental history and can provide personal references/rental refrences, rental ledgers, proof of income. (if required/in person)
About us:
We are quiet,clean and respectable people. We are non smokers and mostly keep to ourselves.
We have always presented our homes as clean and tidy and have taken care of properties as though they were our own.
We are ideally searching for something more private. (An area we can have to ourselves) If we are comfortable with our new living arrangements we would love to stay long term.

I am a quiet and shy person, but i am also polite and friendly. I love reading,creative writing & animals.
* Sheree (my mother)
68 years old (retired)
She is friendly and polite. Loves to do gardening. (she has created/rejuvenated some nice gardens at former rentals at her own expense)
* Sif (cat)
It is important we find pet friendly accommodation for our cat as she is very much a part of our family and provides companionship for us.
Our cat is around 10 years old. She is desexed, microchipped and registered with the council.
She receives regular flea treatments, bathing, nail trimming & is litter box trained.
We understand some owners maybe concerned about a pet causing damage to a property. Our cat has never done so, but in the unlikely event that she does, we understand that we will be financially responsible for repairing the damage and we are willing to do so.
