I'm a 40-year-old single mother, who works part-time and is also a student. I enjoy spending time at the beach, camping, Sports, cooking, and traveling are some of my passions. I like a clean, tidy and clutter free house. With my own bathroom or ensuite. I like to play music and be able to exercise at home. I have a great sense of humour, and when hanging with friends it's always fun, laughter a few drinks and a lot of food. I really like a simple yet fun and private home. It's the perfect place for me to unwind after a busy day! I would prefer off street parking also. I am carefree, will clean my own mess and happy to keep the house clean. I am ready to move in now. With or without furniture I'm flexible with this. I have my own linen and towels. I like to cook for myself and have my own food and toiletries. I am open to moving towns to be able to have some perment stable accommodation for minimum of 18 months to complete my studies. I do sometimes do shift work or study late into the night but I'm very quiet and considerate of my surroundings. I am looking for accommodation that does allow an overnight guest on occasions. So female only and single beds are not suitable to me thanks. I like to keep my private life private and will happily pay extra to accommodate for this. It's not a everyday couples situation though. But yes it has to allow this please. I am over 18 now. So I also like to have some space to be able to do my hobbies and do need a table and chairs and electricity to be able to do this too.
