***Available in next two weeks. Females only please*** I am offering a new and comfy private room next to the main entrance downstairs of my home. You would have your own TOILET, and then a separate shower. My home is one of the best locations in Craigieburn- it's a 1 minute walk to the bus stop (goes to Craigieburn Train Station). The shopping centre (Craigieburn Central- everything you need from Coles, target, big w, food court and Aldis!!). And an added bonus is our beautiful movie theatre, along with a medical clinic, chemist, and 24-hour gym. All accross the street!. We have a state of the art library (about four mins walk around the corner). You can rent DVDs and use wifi there, or wifi at cafe across the street. House rules do apply in order to keep safe and clean, such as no shoes inside, and no alcohol/parties/visitors. Only 20 mins from airport! 43 mins train ride to the CBD. Move in requires deposit $600, plus first months rent of $600, so $1200 all together. Move out requires 30 days notice and room to be in exact same condition as you found it. Thank you.
For those who like the good life :) I have a room with bathroom available for $175 a week in a new house in Craigieburn. Everything is conveniently within close reach. Situated across the road from a lovely wetlands walking track where you can ponder the day with a morning or evening walk. A short 5 minute walk and you have access to nearby public transport, shops, medical centre, cafes and restaurants. Craigieburn central is also within a five minute drive where you can indulge in some retail therapy, have lunch at a cafe, read a book at the local library, catch a movie at the cinema or have a workout or swim at the soon to open aquatic centre.

I'm a 20 year old female, I grew up in Broadmeadows, I moved to Mill park and the jacanafor the last 4 months. I am a single mother of my 11 month old boy. He is just a happy little man, He loves making friends and the best to cheer you up. His mummy's boy, only cries when his tired or when I walk away and he can't see me anymore. I'm in a shared house, in a room thats falling apart and was originally an enclosured outdoor dining area. Continuesly causing my son to get sick over night. Sharing all amenities and utilities with different people is just HORRIFYINGLY HORRID. Well being a first time mum to my baby. I like keeping everything organised, neat, very clean, tidy and most importantly baby proof. Im constantly cleaning after 2++ adults everyday and while looking after my son. I barely get any sleep and yes, I don't have to do it, but then my son living in filth and I won't have that. Im starting a hospitality course, every Monday to Friday. With rent costing so much a fortnight and being able to afford everything for my son, I can barely ever afford the house hold needs and musts and my food and everyday needs 🙂 I'm hoping to find a 1 or two bedroom unit at an affordable price. That place that will be my stress relief but more importantly, mainly a place to home. Oh yeah and I have a 4 and half month old kitten, who is fully house trained and She loves her cuddles and kisses. Plus she practically sleeps all the time. 😂 Well that's about sums me all up.. I can be a great best friend/friend as long as you can respect me but most importantly my presious baby boy.
Im from Chile, working full time. Tidy clean person. Non smoker. Drink socially. Easy going. Like jogging and Sport. Also enjoy a lot time in my own just chilling out and like to cook my own food and love my pizzas.
Hi guys, I'm looking for a small studio/one bedroom place. I'm a clean and tidy tenant. Have lived in many share homes before but feel as though its time to move into my own space. I work full-time and spend my down-time binge watching Netflix series or going out with friends. The move date is pretty flexible too.
I'm easy going, business man, very clean and tidy. live a busy lifestyle with my career. enjoy socialising but also i'm quiet and respectful of others space. i like to keep fit and cook. in my down time i'm quite content with either watching movies or sketching tattoo art. non smoker. not a heavy drinker.
I'm a 20 year old female, 21 in about a month. Studying to be a youth worker. Not long until I start diploma course.. My partner’s name is Jordan Hyde, 20 years old, looking for full time work. He has his heart set on being a contractor but will settle with any full time job. We currently are not living together anymore but if I find suitable accomodation he may be come and stay here and there. I like to be neat and tidy and i don't have problems with paying and keeping up with the rent. I've recently given up a 3 bedroom house in Campbellfield, $340 per week. I love this house but I found myself struggling and getting worse each day. I'm still very young and studying. It's a struggle to afford my school stuff and basic needs renting such a big property on my own. I am currently looking to work on the 2 days I have off and Saturdays and Sunday's. I am a smoker but will only smoke outside as smoking inside only causes the worst smell through the house. I realise that there are neighbours and I have a lot consideration for others. I respect them and i know they have a routine and i won't disturb it. Im not loud or noisy at unlawful hours, i do like to make new friends. I like to treat people exactly how i would like to be treated. I am really interested in finding something smaller, more affordable and more suitable for myself and possibly my partner here and there. I'm very easy to get along with and like I previously stated, i love making new friends. “I have my fingers crossed"

Hey there 😊 name is Dani. I'm looking for a new place to move into hopefully in the next few months. I'm easy to live with, friendly and am pretty tidy and usually keep to myself and give privacy when needed. I work part time as a bartender and will be returning to my studies in June to continue a bachelor of youth work. I have a little buddy with me called Hero (my white cat), he is part of the package and will be moving with me. He's an indoor cat, so he will be needing a bit of space to just roam around, and to put his kitty litter so he doesn't get bored or agitated. Besides that he's a special one and always entertaining :)
Friendly & extremely clean! Will not be a dissapointing tenant. I am looking for somewhere suitable for myself, my partner and my one year old son. I am NOT looking for a shared house... Strictly looking for a more private means of housing such as granny flat, studio flat or whole house...
