G'day Flatmates.com, I'm Angus and I'm 28 years old, Australian and I work full time in the CBD for an engineering company. I don't drive so don't need a car park, I don't smoke and am not looking for a place that does and I don't have any pets (though love dogs so would be happy to live with one!) I'm friendly, social and easy to get along with. I'm quite relaxed with my attitude to most things, it's just in my personality (reflected in the fact that I sleep like a rock) I'm looking for a place with more girls than guys, I just find girls easier to get along with but the important thing is that I'm looking for some housemates who are my own age, not too much younger or too much older. So I'm clean, pay bills and rent on time and am all round good dude so hit me up if your looking to fill a room! What I'm really looking for, is a place where I can get along with my housemates and be friends with them. You know, chat after work and share responsibilities like shopping and cleaning and stuff. -Angus
I’m a friendly and outgoing person. I’m studying my Masters at RMIT and working part time in the city. I like to cook when I’m not tired and I love watching Netflix with a drink whenever I’m free. I’m open to have random conversations over meals with my flatmate and having a drink together on weekends or something. I’m a good person to chat with but I do love my own space especially when assignments pile up, I tend to be buried in my laptop. I do go out but I’m not a big party girl, prefer staying home with drinks to be honest. I’m a clean and tidy person, always cleaning up after myself so you never have to worry about the apartment being messy! Basically staying with me will be great, I can guarantee that! Looking to share a flat with another girl preferably in her twenties too. Drop me a message if you think I’m what you’re looking for!
Hi ! :) We are a french couple coming to Melbourne for a working gap year. We will both be interns and intend on meeting people and discover the australian way of life ! We are looking for a room in a houseshare where we can all have dinner together sometimes, grab a drink together and live in a relaxed atmosphere. Léa studies agricultural sciences and is interested in urban agriculture, art, live music and is tidy and sweet. Paul studies engineering science and is interested in sports (plays soccer and rugby), art, music and is friendly and outgoing.
Hey! I'm Shak, I am 25 and I work in advertising. I recently moved back to Melbourne after spending the last two years in London. I'm pretty quiet during the week - often go to the gym or go out for the occasional dinner. I'm pretty social on the weekends, usually spending time with my family or getting dinner and drinks with friends. Would love to live with someone who enjoys going out for a drink or having a glass of wine or five at home. Someone that will be a friend, but is also respectful of each others privacy/space. I'm not much of a cook but I am super tidy - never lived in a house with a cleaning roster but have always shared the cleaning. I have a car so looking for a place with some sort of parking (on or off street)
Hello I'm Keyuan (Kay-Anne), and I'm 25yo, working in Richmond full time as a Business Analyst. I'm easy going, often up for a chat but also respectful of space and quiet/alone time (re-charge time!). I'm considerate of shared spaces and do my part to keep things clean and tidy. I love to cook, bake and make wicked desserts. I'm looking for a friendly housemate who I can share the occasional meal or have a drink with after work.
Hi, my name is Raphael :). I moved to Melbourne to study Psychology and French. I like travelling, cooking, swimming and music. I also play piano. Looking for a nice place to stay for the next 6-12 months. Those that know me well, know I am always smiling :). I am also quite a clean person, so as long as the kitchen and bathrooms are reasonably clean, we won't have a problem. Happy to keep to myself, but also groovy to have a chill Friday night with a couple of drinks. Send me a message :P
I'm a software engineer and gym junkie(aspiring amateur bodybuilder) from Perth looking to make the move to Melbourne. I'm an easy going, chill guy. I keep to myself and I love to cook. I generally tend to prefer a quiet night in over a night out, but don't mind going out every now and then. I'm looking for somewhere that's easy for me to get to the CBD via public transport, has room for a desk or is already equipped with one, preferably has space for a car park, but it's not a deal breaker if it doesn't
Hi everyone, my name is Blair :) I've never lived out of home before and keen to move out in the next couple of months as I have recently started working fulltime. Currently living in Glen Waverley with family. I'm very independent, capable and reliable. Currently working Mon-Fri as an Occupational Therapist, and waitressing once a week at night. I am a tidy person, able to stay on top of housework can cook basic meals, and one of my passions is eating out and trying new cuisines. I am also a keen traveler. Would always be respectful of communal areas and maintain cleanliness. Love a glass of white wine and cheese platter. Love socialising with others but also like my alone time. Goes to the gym a few times a week, not overly obsessed by it though. Likes to read in spare time, watch Netflix, go shopping or go for a walk Loves music + coffee Not overly phased by modernity of house, must be clean though. Ideally looking for housemates around same age and not picky about gender :)
1 Large bedroom available in a 3 bedroom share house in Cremorne/Richmond. It’s a nice clean space with high ceilings, fully equipped kitchen, heating and cooling, and a blooming rosebush in the courtyard; perfect for entertaining! East Richmond Train Station and the Swan Street shops and cafes are at the end of the street (2 mins walk). Bridge Road, Victoria and Chapel Street are a short tram/drive away. Easy access to the MCG Sporting and Entertainment Precinct, public transport, parklands and CBD etc etc. Pretty much the best location in Melbourne. Outgoing housemate is flexible with the move in date, can be between 1st to 14th of September!
Hey guys, My name is Balázs, sorry in advance for the difficult name, but I'm from Hungary so I guess it necessarily comes with it. :) I'm currently finishing a 6 months lease in the CBD, hence I'm looking for a new place to live close to the city. A little bit about me: I'm a 27 yo Hungarian working full time 9-5 in Clayton. Came here on a working holiday visa last October but I just got sponsored for 4 years whohoo :) I'm pretty busy during working days, but I still enjoy a drink and good company. I am rather social, but I respect your privacy if you have a guest over. During weekends I enjoy the city buzz or I reconnect with the nature somewhere in Victoria. (I'm always down for some hiking or wakeboarding) As a housemate: I'm very laid back, outgoing person, slightly extroverted thus enjoying to be around people. I really like when a flat has a good vibe and the flatmates maintain good relationship with one another. I'm originally from Hungary and traveled through Europe in my early 20's. If you are planning a trip there, I can definitely help too. I'm not a neat freak but I do my share of cleaning around the house. I lived in multiple share houses in both Hungary and Australia in the last 5 years and I have a good rapport with my former housemates, so reference shouldn't be a problem either. Cheers!
I am a 26 year old male full-time worker in the Finance industry. I have a secured a new job in Private Wealth and will begin my new role shortly based in the CBD. I don't mind hanging out with friends/room mates during the week and always up for a chat or hang out. I'm very easy-going, however at the same time I like to relax and respect others personal spaces. I'm usually flat out with work during the week and catching up with sleep. I'm definitely not a loud person. I have many years of experience living with others from all sorts of cultural backgrounds and know how to respect other peoples space. I enjoy watching/playing sports, going to the gym, spending time with friends, trying out new restaurants/bars, sometimes i even like to simply chill out and play video games. I am tolerable and get along with everyone from all different kinds of backgrounds.
My current lease is up in my one bedroom, wanting to have housemates again. I'm looking for a place closer to work so ideally Richmond, Toorak, South Yarra area. I'm pretty easy going, clean, social, quiet (I don't stomp around and bang dishes) I drink wine and tell terrible jokes :)
Years of share house history, independent but social, reliable and clean, positive and down for a drink and a laugh generally. am originally from El Salvador, lived in Melbourne for ten years, looking for a long-term lease.
I've recently returned to Australia after 7 years in Singapore and Hong Kong. Looking for likeminded flatmates to share a glass of wine, occasionally eat my terrible cooking and tell me it's great and at the end of the day become a new friend.
I’m a Melbourne based circus artist and Pole dancer! I spend my weekdays training and teaching to further my skills and the weekends performing at various venues around town. I also love travel which I’m lucky enough to be able to do with work, performing in several countries and around Aus each year. I also love a few wines! 🍷 happy to socialise and be part of a fun household but also like my alone time. I’m clean! And reliable with money for rent and bills. I’d love to live in a place with an outdoor area, either backyard, courtyard or at least a balcony. I need sunlight!
Hey there! I’m a 25 year old from Melbourne looking for a social place to live. Working full-time, I’m laid back, loves a drink or a brunch out with family and friends. I enjoy being out and about on the weekends, going for a drink, to the footy and also enjoys keeping quite active during the week. Love socialising but am very independent and I enjoy my own space. I’m clean, organised and respects people space and privacy. I would love to move in with a few people that are looking for a social place to live :)
HI, We have been a couple for more than 3 years. Coming from a 4-year adventure in London where we both worked as a restaurant manager. Planning to stay for a few years, work as well as travel around AU and Asia. We are laid back and love to have a good laugh. We treat the house as a temple where we rest and keep it tidy. Hi I recently graduated and begun working full time 9-5 in St Kilda, so looking for a place near there. Grew up in Melbourne but just got back from living abroad for 8 months so have experience (short but still) sharing a space with others. I'm clean, friendly, respectful of privacy but also very laid back, I'm not bothered by a few dishes and I'm willing to share food/most things etc. Very flexible, not fussed about your schedule, and usually down for a drink (or 5)
Clean and respectful. Always up for a laugh. I work as an engineer Monday-Friday, so am generally out during the day, but do work from home at times. Have been in Melbourne for 3 months after relocating from Tasmania. Was previously living in Southbank on a short term lease and now looking for a new home.
Looking for a place to live before I finish my final semester at RMIT. I study and work in Communications, as well as a bit of music and dance performance on the side. I juggle a lot of different activities so am mostly out of the house although I don’t work full time. I'm a real creative person, and would describe myself as an introvert, although I'm super open and happy to chat to anyone about anything. I love keeping fit and going to gym everyday... So an occasional gym buddy would be a bonus! I come from a big family so respect personal space and noise etc. but really not into being uptight about it. I’m really tolerant and relaxed in general about sharing and having a social life and would expect a housemate to be the same :) I'm also interested in teaming up, so give me a message if you've got a place in mind or would like to find a new house that suits us both
I'm a Canberran who has just moved to Melbourne to pursue new work and lifestyle opportunities. Just starting work in the Victorian public service. I lead a fairly low-key lifestyle at home though I do enjoy nights out (dinners, movies, drinks, occassional dancing). Travel, hiking, running, yoga, reading, movies are all fine by me!
Hi potential housemate! I am an international student from Singapore looking for a private room for a long term stay. I will be starting my undergraduate in Film and Television Production in September. I love coffee, movies, music, photography and all types of art. I am friendly, chill, easy going, neat and open to other cultures. I am sociable, happy to hang out during my free time but also respect people's privacy (I undestand everyone likes their alone time). I'm looking for a place that is clean and tidy. Nothing fancy but decent, with fun people up with great sense of humour. I would prefer a place that is less than an hour away from Southbank via public transport. I am also open to teamups! :)
Hi :) Im a 25 year old nurse, originally from Brisbane and just moved here a few months ago. I’m very clean and tidy, very social but also love my own time especially the days I work. I’m a shift worker with nursing so I’m usually out of everyone’s way using the kitchen in the morning etc as I’m on different schedules usually. Weekends I’m usually out eating, having a drink with friends or chilling watching a movie in my room or with roommates. I have a car, so need a car space or street parking and have a strong preference of having my own bathroom but am also happy to check out places with a shared bathroom. My hobbies include cooking on my days off and as previously mentioned eating/drinking out, socialising and exploring the city and day trips away. Message me to find out more :)
