Hi flatties. My name's Rianna, I'm single, 25 and originally from the Gold Coast and moved down to Melbourne about two years ago now. I've got a relaxed, open-minded, positive, introverted, earthy vibe and easy to get along with and I'm also very clean, and don't have to be nagged or asked twice to do chores. Career: I have a few jobs! I'm the online content manager/videographer/editor of a company so I sometimes work from home, sometimes go to the office. I also work at Nike in the city and also film footy games on the weekend. On top of this I also like to keep fit by playing club-level AFL during the week and weekends which means my schedule is inconsistent and kept quite busy! Companion: I have a little 13 y/o Maltese x Shih Tzu (Cody) who is very clean and well-behaved and super quiet. He likes to hang out with whoever's home and sleeps a lot, and is always up for a stroll! He has adopted the term 'therapy dog' with his calm nature and fluffy long fur (he doesn't shed). He also loves cats and other little dogs. In saying that, I would prefer a small backyard for him. Fun: For fun and in my free time (when I get it) I like to take my pup for walks and watch movies on my laptop. I'd love to have flatmate dinners once a week and hang out and get to know who I'm living with and hear your stories! I don't drink and I go out maybe once every two months. Sometimes my female friends come over for sleepovers because I'm still into that. Would love to hear from you!

You will also have your own bathroom. The Apartment: Fully furnished, excluding your room. My names is jarron and i have just moved back to Melbourne after having received a job working for Scape as their marketing and sales strategist. I am 23y/o work fulltime 8-5pm outside of those hours I generally would spend most of my time at the gym. Really just needing somewhere to rest my head.
I am clean, reliable, honest, easygoing and have a great sense of humour I am always very positive and motivated, not much gets me down. I am a non smoker but don't mind if you are. I like to go out occasionally and have a social drink and a couple of games of pool while listening to good music or a good band. I am also a good golfer and snooker player. I wont be home much as I work six days a week and tend to keep to myself anyway. I am hoping to share with people that are like minded, positive, fun, honest, easygoing, reliable and consistent as I would always prefer to have a laugh and will refuse to take part in any form of conflict. I am also very reliable with the rent and any agreed shared expenses. I am also a Foxtel VIP customer so will be bringing free Foxtel boxes and access with me.
I'm a pretty laidback guy, working full time in IT. I've lived in enough sharehouses to know how important it is to tidy up after myself and to chip in with cleaning. I work in primarily in Camberwell and Braeside, so I'm looking for a place fairly close to public transport that can get me to either location easily enough. I'm generally fairly quiet, though I can be quite chatty and having a few drinks on the weekend isn't unusual. I spend some of my spare time watching Netflix, reading, listening to music and\or playing games. Been overseas a few times and will go again at some point. No car, so you get dibs on the parking space!
Hello, I'm a physician from Taiwan and had been lived in Melbourne as well as Adelaide for last 2 years periodically. I'm going to stay in Melbourne from July to early in September and am searching for accommodation. I'm responsible and considerate regarding the apartment I stay, just as what I expect for whom I lived with. I like keeping the communal area such as kitchen clean so everyone can enjoy there and prefer not to be disturbed by the smoking or the noise from the base speaker in next door. I love knowing people from different cultures and backgrounds and sharing life experience. Also, tennis, stargazing, and jogging are part of what I like to do in leisure time.
I am looking for a house or apartment in South Yarra, Prahran or Richmond. I am a very relaxed, open minded and respectful person who always cleans up after myself. I'm into my health/fitness (I don't smoke), am outgoing and supply great company. I'm always up for some fun: whether it's going out for a drink, having a chill out at home or going on an adventure along the coast. I've grown up on the beach, love being outdoors and have done a reasonable amount of travelling, although nowhere near enough! I’ve been in Melbourne for almost three years and lived in South Yarra and St Kilda East in that time. I'm excited to live with some new people but would really love to stay around the same area. I am currently the manager at Fifty Acres in Richmond and starting my study for Masters in Business Administration in July. Shoot me a message if you're interested and I'm happy to answer any questions or meet to get to know one another!

I'm Sergio (everyone calls me Serg). I'm 28, South African born and raised, Portuguese by blood and now an Aussie citizen. I work full-time in a marketing and operations role for an auto services company. I try going to the gym regularly and consider myself quite clean and tidy for a guy. Love a drink and a good night out on the weekend and consider myself well in tune with Melbourne's nightlife, hence why I love living close to and around the city. Looking to live with people who take pride in a neat home and can also let loose and have a good time.
One room in a bright and airy apartment in Cremorne/Richmond available anytime from now! I've just recently bought this apartment/townhouse (so it’s owner-occupied) and am renting out the second room (fully furnished). It's the size of an apartment (100m2) however it's two stories so feels more like a townhouse. Downstairs, there's an open living kitchen with an island bench with all appliances (dishwasher, nutribullet, slowcooker, rice cooker, microwave) and a laundry with a two-in-one washing machine/dryer, a clothes steamer and iron/ironing board. The outside doors open right up as well which turns the living room and courtyard into an awesome space for summer. Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom which is large (heated towel rack, double head shower, bath). The available bedroom is a modest size with lots of natural light, loads of storage and comes fully furnished with a double bed (just need sheets). There are two small windows in the available bedroom however they let in a lot of light. It's located on Dover St in Cremorne (just a short stroll to the Cherry Tree Hotel/MCG/Richmond Station/East Richmond Station/Royal Saxon/Price Alfred etc). The place is a 5-7 minute walk to Richmond Station/East Richmond Station as well as to Swan St for the number 70 tram (and Messina!). Bills are generally: - Unlimited internet (TPG) - $30 each p/m Cleaner - $40 each p/m (once a month) Electricity/gas - $30 each p/m (on average) Water - $25 each p/m (on average) Total bills - $125 p/m (on average) I’m generally a low user so looking for someone that’s mindful of that.
Hi I'm Linden! Looking for a home where everyone feels like good mates. If you like refilled ice-cube trays look no further! You'll also never have to ask me to do the dishes, help take the trash out or clean up. Clean, easygoing and kind. I am very respectful of my housemates' needs - especially peace and quiet and our various routines. I work full-time in the city as an engineer and enjoy a bit of adventure in my spare time by going snowboarding or kite surfing. Always down for a beer or checking out that new cafe! I have a new 450L LG bottom-mount fridge, nice L-shaped couch and 55inch LG Smart TV I may be able to bring if needed.

Hi, I'm Victor, 25 years, I'm studying IT (Software Development) in Melbourne at Academy of Information Technology (AIT). It is my second Bachelor degree. I'm a positive person and I'm always open to a good talk, drink some wine/beer, and cook. I consider myself easy to get along, as I've already shared apartments when I was living abroad (USA, Germany and Brazil) and have never had any kind of problem. I also got good friends for life from those experiences. Moreover, I like to keep my place well clean and organised and I'm also really respectful and responsible with my commitments (studies, work, bills, and everything else). At home I generally take some time to study, as I'm also doing a research with a professor in a Brazilian University. On weekends I like to go out with friends to bars and restaurants, but nothing in exaggeration. I also love to enjoy my relaxing time going to cafes, restaurants, museums, seeing some movies... I always try to practice some sports and walk around the city to know new places.
