I’m Will, recently arrived from New Zealand. Finding my feet and looking for a new career challenge/adventure in this incredibly cool city. I’m looking for somewhere friendly, positive and sociable to live. I’m thoughtful, reliable, and independent, valuing my own space and yours. Not a big club/party guy.. like to keep things pretty routined; relaxed during the week, but always up for solving the problems of the world over a glass of good wine, Netflix series or getting out to explore and try new things. I’m really into health and fitness, love healthy eating/ cooking, group fitness, biking, walking and generally active relaxing. I also love coffee and finding markets, events & amazing wholefood cafes. Not adverse to a Netflix binge or good movie either.
We are a young couple, easy going - pretty chill. Happy to hang out or happy to keep to ourselves. We are clean, respectful, and courteous of other peoples personal boundaries - but love to let loose (very happy to let loose quietly if you have work the next morning!). We've from NSW and are keen to live in Melbourne! We're after a furnished room, halfway between Malvern and the CBD and are looking to move in late February, early March and stay for the year. Marjorie - I am working as a Singer/ singing teacher and studying at the Victorian College of the Arts so I'll be out most weeknights. Jayden - I'll be doing pretty standard 9-5 hours for the most part, and exploring Melbourne when I have free time
I am a Audio Production student in SAE, I'm currently studying in SAE Byron Bay campus. I will transfer to Melbourne for the next school year, starting on the 4th of February. I need a room downtown by the start of February, but I can be there before if needed. I will be Studying or Working most of my time, so I won't be home most of the day. I'm a neat, quiet, respectful housemate. I don't party often. Maybe once or twice a month. Other than studying I like to travel, make music, and take pictures. I think Melbourne is the capital of music at the moment and I really want to explore its nightlife, and music & arts scene.

I am looking for a private, unfurnished room or someone interested in teaming up to move into- South Yarra, Richmond, Windsor and surrounding suburbs. -Must have a parking space (either on street permit or off street). ABOUT ME: I am 24 and work for a pharmaceutical company, my job requires a bit of travel so I won't be around all the time. I like keeping active and am a bit of a yogi, but I also enjoy a good donut or five. Partial to a good cheese and wine night or a relaxed night in watching Netflix or reading. Don't wan't the people I live with to be strangers, but of course also respectful of people's privacy and schedules. I'm neat and tidy and I have lived in share houses for the past five years. Also happy to team up and create a new sharehouse, (I have a fridge/washing machine/TV/vacuum etc.)
Hey there, I’m a professional guy who’s looking a good place for long term either short term. I am into outdoors, rd trips, exploring new things and places. I’ m always down for a good meal, cooking or TV/Netflix with housemates. I am a tidy person and someone who loves to keep everything clean after myself. I’m very respectful, reasonably private but social, always happy for a chat but not a party person. I come with a car so off-street parking is a bonus otherwise on-street is just fine. I want to have a nice cozy room and chill place to come home to each night. Happy to pay upfront rent for a good place. Don’t hesitate for further chat. Best regards, Farhan

Heya i'm a 20 yr/old Canadian from good old Winnipeg, Manitoba. I'm doing my honours degree in History and will be attending Deakin University as an exchange student. I'll be in Melbourne for approximately half a year and am looking for a good group to live with while i'm down. I consider myself a tidy individual, love to cook and enjoy good company. I work at a daycare part-time in Canada but in Australia I will be working on campus. I'm hoping to find a place that is somewhat close to the city centre, but i'm not super picky; i'm really just looking for a place I can call home and a nice group of roommates. If you're looking for a friendly Canadian to live with ya let me know!
Hey! I have been living in shared houses for 8 years and enjoy the social aspects of it. I'm respectful, tidy, fun and enjoy to bake. I'm vegetarian, but don't mind others preparing meat. In my free time, I love hiking, climbing, swimming and yoga. I'm quite active and love to bring 1-2 frinds over for cooking or generally sharing food. Not too much of a party hard human, but love good live music and dancing from time to time. Not looking for a party house, but something cosy to call home for a 3 month science project.
Hi my name’s Lily! I’m a student at Swinburne University studying Film and Tv and am looking for a place to live when my lease ends in January. I’m looking for a chill sharehouse to meet some new people and aswell as save a bit of cash! I love watching movies in my spare time, go for walks and read. I’m looking for a place that would be okay with couples too, as through the semester my boyfriend would be staying with me 5 nights of the week.
I am a 22 year old openminded student from the Netherlands who will do an internship in Melbourne for 8 months. Besides all the time I spend on my internship I'd love to learn about all the nice places Melbourne has to offer, having a beer in the club or a good chat at home or in the local coffee bar. I like to have my own room clean and organised, and I am very much willing to help in the weekly cleaning schedule!
Starting at NICA this year to pursuit my love of arco and all things circus, I am a bit of a social butterfly but can also keep to myself when need be. I am moving from Adelaide so I'll be a little girl in a big city but couldn't be more excited. Looking for a place I can settle my roots and call home.
I recently moved from Perth to Melbourne. I work in media/marketing for a national sporting organisation. In my down time I like to walk, cook and enjoy the cafe life.
I'm a full time software developer, looking for a room in a share house to stay in. I'm originally from Perth, been in Melbourne almost 3 years now. I'm clean, sociable, and easy to get along with. I like making new friends, gym and gaming. If you've got a furry friend in the house that's a bonus, we'll be friends in no time.
Hi I'm Yuzi. I'm currently studying Master in Melbourne. I'm also doing a part-time job so on week days I lead a quite busy life. On weekends I enjoy some alone time but I'm also keen for a few drinks and meals. I'm super organized and willing to clean.
I'm 26, Designer, from Melbourne and love a chat over a beer or while cooking when I'm home. Pretty social but always respectful of people's space, keen to move so I'm closer to work and also pubs and good music venues. I do a bit of freelance illustration at home, need a room that will fit a desk.
I've spent the last 9 years traveling all over the world for both work and for fun. I'm originally from Michigan but left at the ripe old age of 21. A short list of who I am: I've been told by other nationalites that I'm not 'loud' like American's are often known to be, I'm clean, do regular exercise, love to read and write, dance whenever possible (wearing headphones of course), and roller-skate (quads, not blades). I'm a genuine people person, but also really, really cherish my 'me time’ especially at home, and in return have no intention of disrupting yours. I will absolutely be working full-time and always keep busy in other after-work activities. I'm only interested in living with other busy professionals and *non-partiers*. I am a non-drinker and a non-smoker, but a regular dose of dancing keeps me young and quite happy. During my Working Holiday Visa I will be looking to both enhance my professional life (Team Building and Leadership Training) as well as continue with a few odd jobs I do as freelance (writing, coaching, voice-overs). My main goal is to learn to surf, catch some festivals, all the usual things you want to do when you turn 30. Currently I have only requested a 4 month stay in this area as I search for the right [Professional] job across Australia, where ever that may take me. I have a sister that lives in Melbourne, which is why I'm starting my trip there. :) Thank you for your time and interest. My best always, Laura
Hiii, I am 29 and work full time in Hawthorn. I am very easy going, sociable and very clean and tidy! I do love some down time but am looking for like minded people who are up for a casual drink, stroll to the shops for a coffee and chat and are fun to be around! I do have a little 8 months old kitten who is super cute, friendly and well toilet trained. I have all house furnishing and appliances but am pretty flexible :)
I’m neat, tidy and very respectful of people’s personal space. However I’m very easy to get along with and love a laugh. I’ve been living in sharehouses since I was 18 so know exactly makes a good housemate. I currently work at Cabrini hospital part time while studying social sciences, however about to commence a full time role there within the next 2 weeks. Also the dog in the photo is my current housemates..not bringing any pets with me!
We are a very quiet, clean and easygoing couple. We do not smoke , but a nice wine or beer on a hot day, is always good. We are not party people (but a nice dinner, a movie night or just talking about music, travelling etc, for sure we are interested in). We want to study while in Australia, and learn everything we can about the place :) We are excited to be coming to Melbourne!
On the top floor of a modern secure apartment building. The place has a good sized open living area with large balcony and amazing views. Residents have access to a pool and small gym. A medium sized unfurnished bedroom has a built in wardrobe and own bathroom. The place is partly furnished with all essentials including dishwasher, washing machine, entertainment system and Foxtel but would welcome any suitable additions (Enough room for another small lounge and small dining table). Location is prime with nearly every ammenities you could think of being of a 10min walk incl Yarra bike trails, botanical gardens, chapel st, Melbourne sporting precinct, Swan st bars, restaurants, supermarket, Richmond station and trams only an 8 min walk.
