Hi! I'm a nanny looking to find a guy/girl with similar interests to find a house to live in, along with my two beautiful Staffies and my extremely friendly cat! I'm originally from a small town up on the mid north coast but have lived in Sydney for about 5 years now :) I love music (mostly edm but everything really), and am very down to earth. I work long days and love to go out & be social when I'm not at home spending time with my pets. I'm flexible with the moving date! And would like some one aged 24-30 preferably.
Great renovated fully furniture unit, top floor, 5 minutes walk to the beach, from the mall, pubs, night clubs, in the heart of Cronulla. Spacious single room available for $300 all bills included or master bedroom with a comfortable brand new queen size bed for $340 weekly. Both bedroons has a big built in wardrobe.
I'm fun, adventurous and daring. I am a singer and a comedian. I love to laugh and have a fun time. I am not really into the partying scene as I loooove my sleep to much. I socially drink about once a month. I can cook and clean up after myself.
Renovated premises in South Cronulla. Single and double rooms. No lease. Electricity, gas and internet included. The room is fully furnished with a TV, fridge, bed, linen, desk and wardrobe. One minute walk to the beach. Public transport at the corner of the street. Serviced and secured rooms. The house comprises of 10 bedrooms with locals and travellers.
My name is Emy and I'm from England and just turned 30. I work as a portrait photographer in and around Sydney and have spent some time this year traveling the country in my van & seeing lots of cool places. I am on a working holiday visa but will be changing visas next year to be able to stay in the country for longer. My boyfriend is called Michael and he's 28 and is Australian (from Dubbo originally). He works full time as a video editor for a wedding video company. He's lived in Sydney for a while and studied film here. He also works on short film for film festivals in-between his editing job. We don't smoke and I don't drink (just really don't like the taste!). Michael only drinks a little bit. We are both into eating good food and like to cook (always wash up after we have eaten!) After work we tend to cook food and chill out with netflix, or go out for dinner or cinema. We both try to keep fit and I regually go to fitness classes in the city. On days off from work we catch up on sleep, socialise and take trips out to the beach or shops. We are both pretty chilled out and don't like drama so are looking for a friendly and chilled out place to live. I'm pretty chatty where as Michael is quite shy so it takes him a while to get chatty with new people! But we are both super friendly and positive people who are clean, tidy and respectful of other people. We totally respect other peoples space and privacy and are looking for the same whilst also being able to hang out with our future flatmates if they want to. We don't have an ideal set amount of time that we would like to live in Sydney so I wrote down 4 months but it's rough! This is because we plan to travel at some point next year but we need to spend some time to work hard and save up for it and we don't know how long it will take! So a flexible lease agreement would be ideal for this reason. Our ideal place would be within a 10 minute walk to the train station and walking distance to supermarkets. Own bathroom and outdoor space like a balcony or garden would be a major plus but not essential. And an apartment that comes with gym facilities or is near to a gym would be even more awesome.
Hi! I'm Meg and I will be 20 at the end of January. I am looking for somewhere to live next year as I will not be renewing my current lease when it runs out at the beginning of February. This is because I would prefer to live in South Sydney, as it will be closer to where I will be studying at Ettingshausens in Kirrawee. I would prefer an unfurnished room, living with one other person (any gender), however I will definitely still consider other arrangements. I will be at school at least three weekdays, and most other days I will be at work, which is doing promotional work, meaning I will have a steady income to pay bills. My parents currently pay my rent and will continue to do so whilst I am studying until the end of 2017, so the correct amount of rent will always be paid on time. I have lived in Sydney for a year now, after I moved from my hometown of Tamworth to study dance full-time at Village on Broadway for a year. I am clean and respectful, and also a very happy and easy to get along with kind of person. Love to socialise with my housemates but of course give you your space and privacy. I am also not a party animal so won't have heaps of people over/come home super late all the time/make a big mess. I'm very active, and also vegan and really passionate about healthy eating and cooking! I'm also very creative so I'll usually be making something arty in my spare time. Love catching up with friends, going to art galleries and markets and spending lots of time at the beach!

Hi I'm Michael, 29 in a couple of weeks and recently back in Oz after living in Canada for the past 5 years. I work 6 days a week in the city doing remidal and cival work on the mls building. When I'm not at work I'm either out working on my car, at the beach getting back on the board or catching up with family and friends. I make a mean old fashion cocktail and can get on with pretty much anyone.

Hello, the room I am offering fits a queen-sized furniture easily plus has a huge built-in wardrobe. It also leads onto a private balcony. Apartment is on elevated ground floor with wrap around balcony and is really bright and sunny. There is storage space in the garage but parking on the street. My friend is moving out so I am flexible with the furnishings, could use some of your furniture if you would like; the bedroom is unfurnished. I don't have a broadband but would like to look at getting some and share the expanse with my new housemate :-) The apartment is close to both - the beach and the Cronulla mall.
Great central location, super close to beach, shops and train. The unit is very spacious, open and airy. Fully furnished with all essentials. Hi, I am 26 and am originally from Cronulla however left about 3 years ago to travel and live in London. Since returning home i have been living in Coogee but I am finally ready to move back to the bubble. I dont have a place as yet but have a few lined up but would love to find a room mate first to help with the application and moving process. I am like to think that I am fun, easy going and pretty chilled out. I work full time at Qantas so I stay pretty low key during the week, coming home from work and go to the gym, cook dinner, watch some trashy TV and go to bed. On the weekends you will usually find me out locally with friends at a quiet dinner with a few wines or taking over the dance floor at sting. I am looking for someone who is like minded, is a bit of fun and will enjoy a laugh together but also appreciates space and does their own thing. All I ask is that you clean up after yourself and I will do the same. If you would like to chat further, please get in touch. Thanks, Michaela
