Well for starters i'm easy going, I'm considerate of others, I always clean up after myself and overall, always try to be the best the room mate possible! Right now i'm living out of home and have been for the past year and a half. However, I hope to move on to somewhere new and meet some new people now that my lease is coming to an end. I'm currently Studying Nursing at TAFE. In my spare time I like gardening, photography, fitness, travelling and just chilling with friends. If there is any further details that you wish to know about me feel free to message me.
I'm living in Australia after moving here from Scotland to live with my boyfriend. We're both very friendly, clean and tidy. I'm looking for somewhere to stay with no cats or dogs as I am allergic.
Hi everyone, there is a room available in this VERY spacious house! As you can see from the photos, we have 2 living rooms, large kitchen and plenty of space outside + a backyard. We would love to have someone join our household, as mentioned above, children are welcome but we prefer them to be of primary school age as the house isn't really toddler/baby proof! We are a brother and sister, both working professionally. We like privacy and quiet but also open to social events: coffee, watching movies, board games etc. We often go back to our parents' house for dinner during the week so if you fancy cooking, the kitchen is pretty much all yours!! We are looking for someone that works full time, is neat and tidy and will treat our home like it was theirs. For example: help with cleaning and maintaining of garden etc. The rent includes all bills. We have 500 GB internet and Foxtel. You also might want to know that we are both practising Catholics. For example: we go to Mass with our families on Sundays. We are not here to convert you and will not talk to you about religion (unless you ask). It is just something that we thought you might like to know before considering moving into our home :) Any questions, please ask!
This room is a large add on/extension to an already huge home and is perfect for a couple or the average person wanting a lot of space. Available as of Saturday 3rd June. We are a couple and have thoroughly enjoyed living here, we are moving interstate in two weeks for work hence why we are advertising. **urgent** It features a large/ Master bedroom with a full access private balcony, Large private ensuite with bathtub, large walk-in wardrobe. Directly below our room is an equally large rumpus room/lounge room/wet bar which opens onto a deck which follow through to our backyard which would be an additional area included in your rent. This second room is " shared" as is not completely private being the only access to the deck however this house has two lounge rooms making this area relatively private regardless. The bedroom and lounge room back onto vacant land with a nice view of the bush. To the right is a completely vanacnt block and to the left we have a small family of Burmese refugees extremely friendly and quiet. Plenty of parking as we are located on a service road. We live within two minutes walk to a set of strip shops and have walking access to a dog park , cricket ground , Schools and bus stops . This room would be best suited to a couple however if somebody is prepared to pay this amount of money for rent it is open to any singles. As part of our original lease agreement with our landlords we were required each to pay a months rent upfront (537 pp) which means your last month will be FREE. The only payment we require is reimbursement for our bond ($1300) which effectively is returned at the end of lease.
I was renting this room from Jeff and Julie and they are wonderful people. It's a place you can certainly call home. It's warm, welcoming, cosy and spacious. The room is a perfect size and ready to move straight into. I have felt comfortable from the minute I met them. Beautiful big kitchen with open plan living downstairs. If you are reading this, stop looking and contact these guys, you'll enjoy living here as much as I did.Terri

Hello!! I'm very quiet and prefer solitary due to social anxiety. I'm very clean, take pride in my surroundings and home, very dependable with rent and bills and come with fantastic references!!! I don't drink, party or do much of anything social. Very firm believer that your home is your sanctuary so for that reason and the fact that I don't know anyone in Melbourne I do tend to keep to myself! Hope to hear from you!! Mel xx
Hello Im Amy. I work full time mon-fri and studying as well. I am a tidy person who's happy to keep the place clean and keep to myself. Im looking only for female house. cheers!
I am a respectful considerate easy to get along with person. I like to keep my place clean and I'm very houseproud. I like a little bit of socialising with my housemate but I do also like my space. And I am not a party person. I work for VicRoads where I have been working for the past 7 years. I do work part time, however it is permanent, Monday to Friday, 6 hours a day. I am a very honest person where what you see of me is what you get. I also have a very good sense of humour and love a laugh.
My name is Shannan. I’m 19 in mid-June and have been living out of home for almost a year. I’m currently living with a friend's family but I’m looking for a little more independence. My family lives in the Dandenong Ranges so I moved down to Warrandyte as it is very difficult to secure full-time employment up there. I keep in touch with the family regularly and miss my little 2.5 yo old brother loads! Sometimes I go up and spend the night there depending on my rostered shifts. I have a part-time job as a barista with a large chain of well-known cafes and intend to get a second job when I settle in somewhere. I generally find it very easy to find work in the hospitality industry and should have a second job within a couple of weeks of moving in. In the mean time, I have some savings and am happy to pay a months rent in advance for my new housemates peace of mind (in addition to a bond) ;-) I’m very friendly, outgoing, sociable and love meeting new people. I’m up always up for a good laugh/joke around and have a cheeky sense of humour. I try to be thoughtful of others and respect people’s belongings and space. I'm clean and tidy and more than happy to help out around the home. I care a lot about my friends and would give someone my last dollar if they needed it. I also love a good movie/tv series marathon, gatherings with friends, shopping, and going out for coffee, a drink, to see a band or nightclubbing. That said, I am not a huge party animal and won't be coming in and out of the house at all hours swaying and telling you I love you or anything ;-) Although I currently don’t own any pets, I love animals of all sorts and used to own/live with some lizards and dogs when I was at my mum’s place. Then there are are all the wild animals that live on the property - Cockatoos, Kookaburras, king parrots, lorikeets, deer, wombats and wallabies :-) I don’t yet own a car - I’m still working toward achieving my 120 hours (almost there) so I’ll be missioning it everywhere on PT for the time being.
Hi there my names Rob and im looking for a place to rent, im a 43 year gay guy who pretty much loves to have fun and be happy, im not looking for anything fancy, just somewhere which has a good atmosphere and great housemates. tbh id probably prefer gay females as housemates as ive found theyre the easiest to get along with and live with :)
I am a graduate Civil Engineering student starting my full time career with a local consultant agency, I will be relocating from rural Victoria (Shepparton) to live in and around the Ringwood area. I am a quiet person who mostly keeps to themselves but; upon finding the right individual or persons I can be quite friendly and sociable, in my spare time I socialise with my high school mates online and like any opportunity to chill out and play some games and have a drink with my mates. I am a non smoker/user I like to keep a tidy and presentable home/sleeping space, I do not currently visit a gym but given the chance I would like to begin to improve myself. I have previously rented in Footscray during my uni years and have had an excellent relationship with my previous agency. I hope to find myself a home in which I can begin my new life.
My name is Janice, I am 22 years old, a smoker rarely drink, and work in a food manufacturing company. Also own my own car. I'm single, with few friends and mainly keep to myself :) Complete animal lover! Will walk your pups for free and live them unconditonally haha ! Thanks for your time 😊
clean, calm, and quiet. i like travelling, gaming, cooking. I like to skate, dont mind a social drink/smoke. I'm just as keen to make friends as i am about finding a place to stay. currently unemployed, but happy to to talk about a bigger bond as i can guarantee all bills to be paid on time and in full. I'd look for work once i know where i'll be living. slow internet is a deal breaker ;)
Currently reside in Hobart, but have visited Melbourne a few times. Looks and sounds like a great city to live and reside in. I am currently taking a year off from my University studies to search for other work, study or volunteer opportunities. I wish to travel to further places in the future. I hope somebody can share with me their knowledge of Melbourne, and if they are interested, I can share with them my knowledge of Hobart too.
