Hi I'm Aaron, looking to move interstate to Sydney around November. Budget: $350-450 pw. Work: I'm an economist and run my own software company. My day-to-day can be quite varied with a few days WFH or in the CBD depending on my client needs. I also travel a bit for work and conferences. Location: Must haves for me are somewhere with good public transport connections and close to a swimming pool. Close access to some green space would be a plus. Cleanliness: I'm somebody who values a clean, safe and peaceful home environment. I tidy as I go and take my shoes off inside the house. I play acoustic guitar when nobody else is home to hear me. My ideal evening is a bbq, wine and board game with friends. I like to make fresh pasta, but otherwise don't spend a lot of time in the kitchen. Other stuff: I don't smoke or do drugs, and prefer housemates who don't either.
