Hey I’m Jess, I’m 23. I work full time and am looking for a place. I’m quite chill but love to be social and like to enjoy my weekends at the beach and socialising with my friends. In the week days I’m pretty chill due to work. I’m pretty flexible on accomodation just wanting it in a prime spot. My lease at the place I’m at is up in March but can move out late feb.
Hey there, I'm going into my 4th year of psychology next year at Southern Cross Uni and am looking for some like-minded housemates! I'm usually pretty busy with study and work but love a wine and a good chat, or a bit of live music. I tend to spend my spare time chasing waterfalls, attempting yoga, meditating, running, or reading, and love a Sunday morning at the markets. I keep myself busy and like anyone need my down time- but would love to be able to come home to a friendly, loving house hold. Yes I'm vego but what you eat really is none of my business. Just looking for some down to earth house mates that don't mind a lil' splash of eccentricity :)
Hi, looking for a place to call home. I've just moved back after spending four years abroad in London before that I was in Sydney for six years. I work full-time as an Executive Assistant at a Law Firm on the Coast. Looking for a low-key place to lay my head. Independent and very clean. I respect personal space and am very active when not working during the week starting my day with a run. Would love to find a flatmate that's like-minded and prefers their peace and quiet rather than loud partying lifestyle. Hit me up if you think we would get along!
Hey! I'm a cruisy and clean roomie, looking to find likeminded people to share a home with. I enjoy being out in nature, going on adventure, healthy living, music, bit of yoga and surf. I'm friendly and also enjoy down time at home to recharge 🌞
Hi all! I’m 31 and I work in finance full-time 9-5. I went to uni on the Gold Coast and I’m moving back after living in Brisbane for a while. I’m looking to live with a female around the same age. I’m looking for someone to sign a lease with me to begin 16th Feb or earlier.... I can be flexible with dates. I have all the furniture and can provide a spare queen sized mattress. I’m looking for a two bedroom two bathroom apartment close to the beach :) A bit about me: - I’m social, friendly, positive, calm, easy going and down to earth. - I am respectful of housemates, clean, tidy and quiet My interests: - Early riser, I enjoy keeping fit and healthy - I love the beach, I’m there every chance I get - Enjoy going out for dinners and drinks I have the following furniture: lounge, fridge, washing machine, dryer, coffee table, bookshelf, two TVs, TV unit, 2 kitchen bar stools, all kitchen items, my bedroom furniture and a spare queen sized mattress.
Hi I'm Marnie, I'm studying a bachelor of midwifery at southern cross uni and working a part-time job. I love going to the beach and playing touch football!. I consider myself a tidy and well mannered individual, who loves to have a few drinks here and there, as well has hanging out with friends and enjoying the company of my roommates.
Originally from the US, I've been living on the Gold Coast for nearly three years now- more recently in the Coolangatta/Kirra area. My current flatmate is leaving to travel at the end of January, so I'm now looking for a place to move to when she leaves. I work full time in travel sales/consulting and in my free time, love spending time at the beach, taking weekend trips and staying active. I'm definitely a bit of a foodie and enjoy cooking (vegetarian) and do like to go for a few drinks, but am not a crazy partier. I'm quite chilled and have been told I make a great roomie :) Also a big animal lover, so very okay with pets in the house! Because I'm also planning to start traveling again later this year, I'd only need a room for a few months- flexibility with length of stay and shorter term spots would be perfect. Feel free to send me a message if you think I'd be a good fit for your home!
Depending on the Area sometimes a homebody other times quite active with sports or exercise, if not working long hours sporadically we will be trying to maintain a social life. Flexible with everything but work.
We're a couple from Porto, Portugal, who moved to Australia for 1 year (Working Holiday Visa) last April. We’ve been working fulltime in Sydney for the past 9 months and have just moved to the Gold Coast. As hobbies, we love to travel, surf and broaden our culinary knowledge. We consider somethings necessary in a day-to-day life (e.g. a clean kitchen/bathroom).
I'm moving up to QLD after living in Hobart where I was working as a personal trainer, running my own business as well as managing a gym. I'm looking forward to moving up to the warm weather, getting outside, exploring, working, making friends! I'm not a drinker or smoker, and due to my work I need to live in a house that is supportive of early starts! I'm vegan but not one of the annoying ones ;) I love cooking, live music and exercise is a part of my daily routine - i'm a bit of a grandma, not one for partying, but i like sitting down and chatting, or just being around people!
I am a self employed professional working in the finance industry and I have been living on the Gold Coast since Feb 2015. I'm neat, tidy, healthy, sociable and easy to get along with. I don't have kids or pets, I enjoy eating out or a casual wine at home. I would be looking to establish a 3 or 4 bedroom 2 bathroom 2 car garage place to share with someone, I am also happy to consider rooms for rent in an already established place. I do most of my work from home, so I would need to use one of the bedrooms for a home office or a large bedroom, so it would work best if you are employed full time working 9-5. I would obviously pay a larger portion of the rent as I would be taking up 2 rooms. I would prefer something close to the beach so it is not to long to walk there, I'm happy to live in a modern unit or house anywhere from Main Beach to Coolangatta. I have to be out of my place by the 18/2/19 but I can move out sooner with 2 weeks notice.
The property is on 10 acres with lots of wildlife around. The upstairs house is massive, and has 5 bedrooms, although we will only have three people living there. There is a pool and a huge deck, a massive kitchen and plenty of storage. Basic furniture can be supplied for your room if needed, and if it’s a deal-breaker you could have the master bedroom at an additional cost.
Hard working and open-minded individual from the cold north (Finland). Very tidy to live with. I consider myself sociable and outgoing, but I also respect other's personal space and "own time". I will be studying and working on the Gold Coast for a year. I would say I am not-taking-life-too-seriously kind of person. I also enjoy learning new things about other cultures. Well traveled. READ THIS PLEASE: 1) You do not have to have a vacant bedroom. 2) Do You want to reduce your bills / and rent? If YES: 3) Do you have a level driveway or a garage slot vacant? If YES: 4) If you are willing to share the kitchen, I can live out of my van and help you clean/fix the house and pay the bills 50-100$ per week 300-400$ per MONTH + I like animals and pets + I do not smoke nor drink alcohol. ( I will still join you on some nights out!) + Can-do and positive attitude (if something is broken I'll do my best to fix it) + Active lifestyle (surfing, acroyoga, snowboarding, gymnastics) + Fluent in English, Finnish, Estonian; learning Italian, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish I hope to hear from you soon.
30 yr old male, non smoker, clean, quiet. seeking quiet place without smokers. Interested in places on the Gold Coast or Brisbane Not 420 friendly! (if you smoke weed I'm not interested)
Hi, I'm a primary school teacher from Brisbane starting at a school on the Gold Coast this year. As I don't know a huge amount of people on the coast I'm looking for a room in a shared house or team-up with like-minded housemates that I can be friends with. Some of my hobbies include travel, gym and kitesurfing. On the weekends I like going to the beach, for coffee, netflix binging and having a few social drinks. I'm also relatively clean and enjoy spending time by myself. Look forward to hearing from you!
Hi everyone! I am a 20 year old Nursing student from Victoria looking at moving up to the Gold Coast to continue my studies at SCU. I have been studying nursing part time this year and working 6 days a week as a nursing assistant in a public hospital. I have been living out of home since I was 17 so I’ve been in share accomodation for quite some time. I like to live in a clean and tidy house, where everyone shares the responsibilities evenly. I have 2 adorable black and white cats who are very well behaved and spend pretty much every moment with each other! I’m open to having other pets around too! I know the Gold Coast very well, and like to call it my second home. I’m not much of a party person, I don’t drink Or smoke or do drugs. I’ll go out every once in a while but I much prefer to spend my time adventuring outdoors, travelling and beach beach beach. I also live an extremely active and healthy lifestyle and am a bit of a gym junkie ☺️ Looking for a place close to the ocean!
24 year old qualified carpenter moving from Brisbane to goldy for work. Very easy to live with and Can get along with anyone. Clean tidy and respectful. I work big hours weekdays and occasional weekends. Into surfing, socialising and going to the gym. Don’t worry the kids aren’t mine!
22 year old. From Brisbane. Love the beach, cafes, and surfing. I work part- time and also train for triathlon with a squad. I am looking for a place that is tidy and easy to come home to after a big day. I am a clean person and enjoy hanging out at home when I’m not working or training.
This self-contained unit is located at Currumbin beach-side. It's across the road from Currumbin beach. It is also around the corner from local cafes, restaurants and the Currumbin Surf Club. This place contains two bedrooms, separate living and a bathroom.
I'm a 28 year old male who moved from California to the Gold Coast to study physiotherapy at Bond University in May, 2017. I will be graduating in June, 2019, and I am hoping to find a long-term accommodation beginning in April, 2019. I'm tidy, easy-going, and can get along with just about anyone. I am very active (much prefer to be out and about rather than being in the house all day), enjoy cooking, love music and traveling, and I'm an avid sports fan. I enjoy socialising and having a few drinks from time to time (love a good G and T or a glass of red), but my biggest party days are definitely behind me. I love animals and I don't smoke, but am okay with living with smokers as long as they don't smoke in the house. My ideal flatmate(s) would be like-minded, young (mid 20's - 30's), active, motivated, social individuals (no bias towards male / female) who are looking to welcome a new long-term flatmate! Please send me a message if you think I'd be a good fit, or if you'd like to know more about me!
