Hi i am a single mother of 3 and do so solo. Well mannered and very respectful. I am quiet, friendly very welcoming and very clean and tidy. I attend 2 gyms for the classes and I love fitness i get lost without those awesome instructors. I am currently studying and investing in something bigger. So I wouldn't be around much unless needed ad available. update: i am also looking in locations in Perth WA and Darwin Northern Territory I dont have any pets I dont smoke I dont have any chaos attached to me so im quite easy to be around very easy to live with. I've got good references from those we have previously lived with.. some short term experiences also. I'm flexible to living with people or amongst another small family, ideally long term but we also have enjoyed short term experiences where a rooms been available for a week at a time. We have a car and its bought us such a sense of freedom that im new to so we would require a parking space for this please. I will share company where and if i can but also mind ones space easily. Content to share a meal or a chat over a coffee someday with like minded people. You can be who you are around me im very much the live and let live type of person. I'm eager to get into a suitable home sooner rather then later. We often bunk in together and so one room has proven no issue at all. I prefur it to be closer to the beach southern side of Adelaide. Christies would be ideal but west side of hackham , noarlunga and morphett Are just fine too. I like to clean Cook Paint Fix things Etc so il be helpful as well. My children are the same. We can have own furniture if thats required but we can also come with just our suitcase of needs. I am reliable, trustworthy and committed. We adore animals too. i am financially stable and rent always paid on time.
