Private or partially Private/Private Entry/Detached A/C & Safe/secure Accomodation for minimum One person (as long as room for infrequent Single Mattress or Lounge Overnighter 1-2x month (very flexible and informal,) for my 16year old Son
PREFER PRIVATE not ROOM SHARE (Female Room Share considered or FIFO)

-Detached or Van Residence on Property (must have A/C, Water & access to facilities)
-One to Two Bedroom Studio,
-Live In role for Animal property/au pair,

-Small Private/Quiet Rental for a 42year old Single Woman

Im located SOR, Secret Harbour, but happy for a move to another part of WA
(Opportunities for work, live in/ and Music Opportunities a plus)
Excellent references and do various things for work, (some from home,)
May be required to travel on occasion for Music opportunities, (possibly abroad in future,)
but can arrange someone to tend Gardens, collect mail or other responsibilities if required whilst away
Agreeable and signed negotiated form of desired contract and monetary exchange highly preferable due to previous experiences prior to living with family since June 2023.
At this stage, fortnightly rent payment is preferable
I am quiet, social, tidy and stick to myself a lot, and despite being a Musician I am very quiet and introverted otherwise,
and would be able to accommodate a very flexible time for practicing, or externally if required for other parties residing close by
Can provide some Cleaning/Gardening paid Supports I have entitlement too occasionally if appropriate
I'm seeking a private place to be able to feel myself again, and a new life path and beginning
Prefer dog friendly (or on infrequent basis,)
but not essential and can just be on occasion and not fulltime if this is an option.
She is a large, submissive, highly obedient and social dog, but she is also happy living with my son currently

Previous experience with room shares quite traumatic, but would consider if contract and requirements suitable for both
Nonsmoker or drinker and would prefer drug free environment.
I Vape, but otherwise not a party type except for late nights if Gigging, but alternatives can be made if it may conflict and almost always well known in advance
My teenage Son would occasionally stay for dinner and visit, but otherwise only as few close friends and Son would visit occasionally. If it was a 2x1, he may stay 1-2x month, otherwise it would only be intermittently as he is 16 and high functioning Autistic and a brilliant Photographer
Happy to consider any live in opportunities in exchange for caring for pets or Horses etc
