This is why my name may not appear on a rental history ledger during that period, as the properties were rented in his name with us both contributing to the rent equally. After my father's passing, I have been focused on rebuilding my life. I am financially stable and have a perfect rental payment history since June 2023. I have always paid my rent on time and can provide bank statements to prove these consistent payments. What I'm Looking For: I am searching for a long-term rental in a quiet and stable area.
