Hey everyone! I'm an American young professional moving to Sydney for a year-long transfer with my company (work in consulting). Looking for a room (preferably furnished) in a shared house or flatshare. I’m super flexible and easygoing and (I like to think) tons of fun. I'm highly social and like to have a good time, but am always respectful and courteous of roommates. Keep a clean shop and am highly reliable with paying bills, cleaning, etc. I travel most weeks for work so I'm a bit of a bargain - half a roommate but (hopefully) a full friend! Excited to move down under and meet new people. If you think I may be your gal please reach out!
Hello there! I'll be in Sydney from 6th September till 3rd January. I'm an Art Designer / Production Designer from Brazil going to Australia to improve my english and do some short film courses. I'll be full-time on courses, including some weekends. I'm a quiet guy and drama free, LGBT friendly and tidy. I'm looking for a place to share with cool mates. Let's talk about arts, movies and culture. Cheers
Hi, I'm Ben, a 33 year old Brit living in Australia with a permanent residency visa. My last flatmate moved in with her fella, so I used that as an opportunity to take 3 months off to go travel and dodge the winter. Now I'm back, and I'm ready to find my next place. I've lived in Sydney for 5 years before and am keen to settle back somewhere for the long term. I've got a job at Optus doing standard office hours, and like to make the most of my time off so I'm always planning a trip - whether it be for a weekend or something longer! Outside of work, I'm pretty typical - I like all the usual stuff; sports, movies, music. I'm always keen to do something interesting; road trips etc and generally like making the most of the beaches and the sun here! For me a flatshare is very much about being friends with the people you live with. I'm looking for people who like hanging out together in the living room or socialising together, rather than just hiding in their rooms. Ideally I'd prefer easy going, respectful people that are happy to chill with a couple of beers after work.
I just finished my traineeship to become a hotel specialist in germany and would love to discover the world. I am totally into good food, wine, clubbing and big cities. In Sydney I am going to look for a job in the food and beverage industry.
Crown Street (Between Stanley and William Street) The Crown Street Palace has an opening and is looking for an awesome new housemate to become best friends with forever and ever ever! About the house: It's huge. The rooms are massive! The living room is also enormous and there’s an outdoor section where we have a BBQ area organised. We've had a few and its just the best! Kitchen is the only real minus as it would definitely be described as petite. Washer and dryer undercover outside. The location is unbelievable! It's a simple walk down William Street to the city, Surry Hills and the Cross are also very short walks away and there’s bloody buses everywhere, being the inner city and all... Another added bonus: your room has air conditioning! Living within our 4 bed house we have Samantha and Lloyd, a delightful Welsh couple (par the accents) who live in the terrace room at the front, love a night out and are extremely susceptible to week day bevvys. Sam works in Recruitment, so is a Monday-Friday gal, but come the weekend if she’s not attending some sort of event she’ll be heading out to support one of her million friends who DJ nearby! Lloyd is your classic bloke and works as a tradie, has probably never drank a cider in his life but does love a good chick flick on movie night alongside Sam. Also a huge Bunnies fan. Caleb: Recently finished his masters a USYD, from London, works in hospitality meaning he regularly bring brownies, cookies and other deserts home. He play AFL for Sydney Uni and his favourite things are excellent banter, sinking beer with likeminded people and going out on weekends. Loves beach days and happy hours. Kyall: A 27 year old from Melbourne, works a pharmacist in a children's hospital, looks like a Viking, also plays AFL for Sydney uni. Loves his downtime, but just as much getting wild on weekends. We’re looking for a legend to live in our newly available room for $330 and move in close to Monday the 28th of August. You must love fun and good times! If you’re interested, message us to arrange a viewing. We look forward to hearing from you and getting to know our new best friend! No couples unfortunately (one is enough!) and no friends who want to share a room. Admin: 330/week not including bills Unfurnished room 5.35mx3.2m Bond: 2 weeks rent as well as always being 2 weeks of ahead payment. We look forward to hearing from you, Caleb, Kyall, Sam and Lloyd
Hey. I'm really easy going. I love to work out and cook. I enjoy a quiet night once in a while, a drink or two is great. Never excessive. Always kept tidy and clean. Currently studying in UNSW, looking for a new place to stay.
I am Portuguese, doing my Masters in International Management in USYD for the semester (until November/ December). If I had to describe myself quickly I would say I am quite a sociable and easy to live with person.
We have a small private room available for rent in Darlinghurst in an old style house. This is a sharehouse with great flatmates. The room comes furnished with basic furniture (single bed, cloth hanger/small wardrobe). Kitchen and bathrooms are shared. The house is located in a quiet street, walking distance to Victoria Road cafes, restaurants and shops. 5 minutes’ walk to Kings Cross train station, 15 minute’s walk to the city center! You can stay as long as you want so long as you help us find someone else to take your room when leaving. We can show you the room any time so please message me to arrange a viewing.
