The bathroom door is about 2 or 3 metres away from your bedroom door. - The room is fully furnished with a mirror built-in wardrobe, white side tables, fan, heater, 3 sets of white drawers, white desk, chair, shoe rack, etc. - The double bed frame is an almost new White PU Leather Bed and mattress is an almost new Pocket Spring Latex Memory Pillow Top Bed. - Two complete sets of new, or almost new bedding, (quilts and sheets and covers) are supplied, together with a mattress protector plus 4 new pillows. - The windows of the room are overlooking a quiet lane at the back of the apartment - this means that you won't be disturbed by traffic noise. I'm David. I grew up in Sydney (Parramatta) and lived for many years in Marrickville before I moved over to Adelaide in late 2018. I used to work full-time as a teacher and librarian (unis and TAFE). Now, I work part time doing the same stuff - just less of it. My family still lives in Sydney. Lovely little apartment in a terrace house that’s been subdivided into two seperate apartments. Decent sized living room and kitchen and a cute courtyard! Your bedroom is the main bedroom with an en-suite. It’s a massive room with a built in wardrobe. I’m pretty envious of the room and want it myself, but I occupy the designated car space as I drive daily to work, There isn’t a parking spot available, but there is plenty of street parking available we would just need to apply for a permit! There’s so much to do! The apartment is smack bang in the middle with kings cross station, woolworths and coles etc on one side and on the other side we have Taylor square and oxford street! Each way is about 400m. Short stroll to Hyde park and a lot of other Sydney attractions. There’s a convenience store across the road and several local pubs to choose from to hang out as a local! There is also an abundance of great cafes with alright coffee floating around!
Hi! I'm currently making the move to Sydney to continue my studies into Animal Science and Teaching. My classes begin mid-January so making the move mid-December would be ideal. I will be studying at Taronga Zoo and (hopefully) at the University of Sydney, as well as online study through the University of New England. Living with other students is really what I'm looking for in order to keep myself from becoming too isolated. I am a respectful, sociable individual that loves to travel, experience new things and make new friends. I have lived in a rural setting for most of my life but my travels as an Au Pair have taken me into the heart of America's biggest cities. I love to hang out, so sociable roommates that like to sit and chat or go-out would be fantastic. I do plan to live long-term in Sydney, so accommodation that is open for 12+ months would be fantastic. I do own 2 Netherland Dwarf rabbits (both SUPER cute) but I have made arrangements for them with family if they cannot make the move with me. I can't wait to talk to you more!
