HI i'm Shannan, i work full-time and also study full-time so my days are pretty busy. I work 9-5 and uni afterwards most nights of the week. In my spare time I'm either at the gym or at home snuggled in bed watching movies
I'm Nick. I work as an IT consultant working for a Travel Technology company during working hours. I'm looking in areas which are a quick commute into the CBD. I'm easygoing, sociable and friendly. When I'm not working, my favourite activity is probably dining out with friends, good wine and intelligent conversation. As a flatmate, I'm clean, organised and considerate. I definitely need a very large/king size bedroom, so I can include a desk and computer etc. This means I probably need the master bedroom, and am willing to pay a higher share for it. Ideally with a nice or leafy outlook, in a friendly, professional house :-)
I have most recently moved to Sydney from New York City. I am currently looking for a permanent home. A little bit about myself I am a very easy going guy who enjoys art and cultural events. A huge fan of going to the beach, and enjoying the outdoors. I also enjoy hanging out having a glass of wine with my housemates. I am currently working in fashion in surry hills.

I'm a 28 year old full time structural engineer from Perth looking to find a private room in a tidy place in the inner east. After working on a project here for the last six months, I've decided to move to Sydney permanently. I'm looking around Darlinghurst, Potts Point and Elizabeth Bay. I'm hoping to share with like-minded full time professionals. I’m a non-smoker, mature and considerate. I usually have to work long hours and I like to spend time at the gym after work. On the weekends I enjoy some relaxation time and socialising over coffee or dinner and drinks. I’m clean and tidy but without being obsessive about it. I’d consider myself friendly, social, tolerant and flexible housemate. I lived in a share-house back in Perth and had a great experience and met great people. I’m hoping I can have a similar good experience here in Sydney. If I sound like a good fit, please get in touch.
Hello! A bit about me: from France, 26, I've moved to Sydney few months ago and now looking for a new home. Used to flatshares as it is the way I live since many years. Looking for a social and chill place. Open minded and easy going, I don't consider myself as "hard to live with". I'm working full time as a business developer at the french consulate (food sector). Into sport, cooking, chilling at the beach, hiking in great places; I'm always up for many things. Wine & cheese enthusiast (I'm not French by accident) ! Please pm me if it sounds like a good fit, I'd love to come have a look at your place. Cheers, Celine
We are couple from Europe, from Czech republic and we came to Sydney on student visa. We will stay there at least 1 year and we are looking for fully furnished room in share flat/house for long term. We are really easy going couple and really respectful with our flatmates, house trained, very tidier, friendly, chilled and of course we can pay rent :).
Hi! My name is Cecilia Spinozzi and I am an italian girl who wants to realize her biggest dream: live in Sydney. I am 21 years old and I will come to Sydney on the 29th of November with my boyfriend, Bill. He has 26 years old, he works as bartender and he is honestly one of the funniest boy I have ever met. He cames from Venezuela, so he speaks Spanish as mother language, but he also speaks Italian very well, as opposed to his English. He loves going out and one of his passions is dancing. Then there is me. I finished my studies (I studied languages) last year and for this reason I am particulary good at speaking English (verily I am not scared to make mistake, in fact I hope this letter will not contain too much mistakes, haha) and I worked as waitress in many restaurants. I love sing in my free time (don't worry I will not disturb you), going out and do sports. We are a clean, respectful and tidy couple and we respect space and privacy and we also love cooking! We hope to find a place where we can feel at home.
**move in date is flexible, looking for somewhere for Feb, then visiting Family and will be back in Sydney in April :) ** Hi! Im a really friendly, social person, from a small island and loving living in Australia. I'm considerate and empathetic. I get along with almost everyone, I'm open-'minded and tolerant. Im on a working holiday visa currently and then will switch to a student visa in August, and will be working full-time until then. I'm a non-smoker, no partner or pets, no furniture or car either. I'd love to have a housemate that I can enjoy a glass of wine and good conversations with, but I also respect other peoples' space and alone time. I love art, one of the things I'm really excited about in Sydney, the beach, live music/being introduced to different music, reading, socializing, and I'm a huge animal lover! I'm pretty easygoing and looking for a positive living environment. Feel free to ask me anything :)
My name is Natalie, I'm 29 years old .. I'm currently working full time in marketing. I'm a bit of a foodie and really enjoy eating out. I love the beach and enjoy being active. I enjoy getting out of the house and socialising on the weekends.
Hi there! I'm Elisa, I work full time in the City in science communication. My work is pretty fun & I'm looking to find a fun relaxed house to call home. I love a good chat over a glass of wine or cuppa tea but also am respectful of others space and downtime! I like to exercise during the week with regular yoga & swimming in the summer months plus my new years resolution is to join a team sport, I'm thinking netball. I also fill my spare time with doing pottery! And I love to get out into nature on the weekends for a hike. I've lived in share-houses in Australia and overseas, so I'm house trained. I tidy up after myself and like living in a space that's clean. I'd like to live with no more than 3 others, either all girls or a guy/girl balance. Thanks Elisa :)
I'm Em! I work full-time in HR, been living on my own for the past couple of years. My lease is up in the middle of the year so I'm now looking for a fantastic housemate. I'm pretty relaxed, quiet, clean and tidy, terrible cook (but I still try anyway!). I do like my alone time but am usually up for a chat, tv binge, spontaneous living room dance party or chilled session Preferably looking to share a 2 bed, 2 bath with some form of parking (street is ok). No smoking or drugs :)
Easy, social person when I'm free. I work in a bar so you will rarely see me if you're a day worker. I like to have a drink! New to Sydney!
I am a full time fashion design student looking for accommodation in or around Surry Hills . I am organised and clean. I am a friendly and easy-going person and I enjoy hanging out with friends on my weekends, or just watching a movie in my down time. hey! how is it going? I'm a nice and easy-going brazilian guy in Sydney and I would love to find a cool room in a flat-sharing with great people. I speak portuguese and english fluently, learning spanish, so international environment is what I am all about! I like socializing and learn a lot from others but I am also quite calm and quiet when needed. I like cinema, Sports, Music, Skateboarding and Surfing! Please feel free to contact me !
I'm 27 and originally from London. I moved to Sydney in October last year on a working visa and have been working full time. Big believer in balance in terms of healthy living and having a good time (being easily persuaded by a glass of wine in the sun can lead to it swaying to the latter..!) Clean and tidy but not aggressively so! And lover of flowers and candles in the house :) Looking to live with people who have a similar outlook - love a house that all gets on really well and enjoys the occasional family meal/drink but everyone has the space to do their own thing too.
Your rent includes all bills :) Features - Television in your room - Unlimited WiFi - Fully furnished - Weekly cleaning service - Landline telephone - Outdoor area with BBQ The house is located on Flinders St and it is a short walk to USYD, UTS, TAFE and central station.
