I am a 28 year old Scottish female who is very clean, friendly and polite. Looking to meet new people and make friends. Looking for a place for 6 months to indefinite.
Hi I'm Jake, 24 and currently working as a graduate lawyer for a property/construction firm based in Barangaroo. I'm polite, tidy and respectful. Ideally looking for easy going housemates who are happy to do their own thing during the week but would still like to have a drink occasionally on a Friday night/weekend.
Hi I’m Bobby 34 years old, im a systemic family therapistI but I’m working full time as a construction worker at present. I’m a down to earth man and I’m searching the same kind of guys or women to share a flat with. Im used to sharing houses, I’m clean and tidy and i like to experiment in the kitchen. I’m an Australian who left as a child and have recently returned to Sydney and open to making new friends. Please note that I’m not interested to live with people who use drugs. Thanks for the understanding :)
Hi, I'm a ballet and contemporary dancer currently living in Moscow, Russia, but will be moving at the end of December to Sydney for a new job. Grew up in Alice Springs, Australia. I previously studied and worked in Germany and Russia for 6 years. I like going out for social events or dinners/drinks with friends, but I also like relaxing at home after a long day of work. Looking for a place with easy travel to Ultimo/Central station and now and then Circular Quay/Wynyard due to work. I hope to hear from you soon! :)
Hi everyone, we're looking for TWO spare bedrooms! I'm a working law student, and my friend is from the UK who's in Sydney for a year on a working visa, and we're looking for a place to stay! We're friendly and sociable, but really respectful of others and always keep our place tidy. Feel free to message if you think you have something suitable!
I'm looking for a room in a relaxed share house in the inner west or inner east, preferably close to Sydney Uni. In terms of a bit about me, I'm 28 and I'm sociable, agreeable and optimistic :) I'm currently doing my PhD in public health. In my down time I'm usually drinking coffee or wine, running, eating overpriced avocado toast like a typical millennial, out dancing (what I lack in coordination I make up for in enthusiasm), or hanging out in a park somewhere soaking up the Sydney sun. I really enjoy getting to know people and am always up for a chat, but I'm independent and very respectful of the need for personal space. I love catching up with housemates over a glass of wine, some tea in the kitchen, a dance or a good old fashioned dinner party at home when the stars align.
my girlfriend and me are looking a room for to live , we are friendly , funny , happy, responsible, orderly and very respectful. If you are interested in having us as roommates , let us know. Thanks
We are two British girls in our late twenties, looking for two rooms in a house for a period of around 6 months. We are pretty laid back, easygoing and enjoy socialising. However we also respect other people's need for space and are clean and tidy. We work in childcare and hospitality so work various full-time hours. We are looking for 1 or 2 people of a similar nature to share a place with :-)
Hi I'm Dave, looking for a room in a social share house with 2 or 3 others so the house feels alive and homey. This isn't my first Sharehouse Rodeo so I'm house trained and well versed in housemate respect & personal space, we have to live together right? As a broad stroke I'm interested in how things work, I fix air conditioning systems for a living. Love a specific conversation about any general topic and very much enjoy a general conversation about any specific topic. I enjoy live music and the Inner West bar scene, markets, restaurants and cafes. I'm a tradie, I work all over so I'm generally up and out pretty early. When I am at home I'm pretty chill, Netflix, music, a bit of gaming, growing Chilli's for hotsauce and other gardening, I enjoy cooking and I'm always keen to just hangout over a couple beers or dinner. I also command a mean Weber.
One private room available from 10th December! Please contact my mobile directly if interested for faster communication. 3 mins walk to Redfern station and 5 mins walk to University of Sydney! A cosy, spacious townhouse with high ceiling, floorboards throughout, a fire place in the living room and an outside deck area. The rooms are all furnished with a bed, clothes rack, lamp, and bedside table. There are 2 bathrooms; the second bathroom also has a shower. 4 weeks bond + 2 weeks in advance rent.
Hi I’m an international student, studying law and marketing at USyd. I’m pretty easygoing and I like to keep my accommodation clean and quiet. Looking for a temporary accommodation that I can stay in between of my two holidays while I’ll be away from Sydney.
Hello there :) Just moved to Sydney from the Netherlands (but I'm originally from Italy). In the last 11 years I lived in different cities in Europe and I am used to share the apartment with other people :) At the moment I am looking for a single room in a shared apartment with a good vibe (not a party house, but a place where you can have a chat or a drink with your flatmates in the evening ) and people in their late 20s or early 30s.
We are a Mexican/German couple who like to exercise regularly and go out every now and then to have a good time. We like cooking and watching movies on a Sunday night. Usually busy during weekdays.
Hey, I'm a 24-year-old Music Producer moving to Sydney from England on a Working Holiday Visa 21st November. Staying in a hostel for two weeks, so will be able to move in somewhere 6th December! I'm a Clean, Tidy & Easy-going guy. I like to have fun and socialise, but also enjoy my own space as well. Looking forward to meeting new people, and the right people to start my Australian journey with!
Hello! My name is Charlotte and I'm 19 years old. I was born in Canberra and my mum & her family are all Australia, but I've lived in England pretty much my whole life (dual citizenship). Over the past year or so I have been working full time in England and saving up. I decided to move back to Australia, specifically Sydney, on my own because I love this country so much! I have a lot of family dotted around NSW, Victoria and Canberra, whom I've been staying with a lot so far. I recently got a full time job in hospo in Newtown so I would really love to live in or around this beautiful area! I am very excited to meet new people and have my own space as I've also been staying in hostels a lot (sharing a room with 8+ people!!). I drink a lot of tea and coffee (bit of a fanatic as I used to work in the English equivalent of T2), and I'm hoping to eventually apply for a degree in Graphic Design at a university in Sydney. I really love travelling and meeting new people from all over the world (my parents met in a hostel when they were travelling at 21 so I feel like they've passed this down to me!)
I've recently moved here from Canada, am working full time, and looking to meet some fun and easy going people. I'm here for the foreseeable future too! So looking for a place that's at least semi-long term. I'm pretty relaxed and clean at home. I like reading, cooking, and chatting with my roommates over a glass of wine or beer. I would love to find some roommates that like going to the pub for a bite or drink once in awhile, or exploring things likes markets, new beaches, and coffee shops. Truly though, I'm just a go with the flow kind of person! Whatever's going on, I'm happy to check out!
I'm 42 but most people think I'm in my late 20's. I get along best with people 25-40 and really don't fit the typical image of a 40+ person. I've been living in my current place - a hostel - for months. Go figure haha. I just got a job in Chippendale as a Software Engineer and am looking to move out of the hostel asap. 🙂 I am German but have PR here (looking to apply for citizenship soon), and I have heaps of experience in living in share houses! I'm really sociable and never really keep my door closed but I do know when to give people space and how to respect their privacy. Basically, I'm looking for a new home and new friends to live with. There are a lot of people who just want to share the cost but have no interest in the people they live with, but I want a place that will be a home with people who show interest in doing stuff together. And I'm looking for a place where the rent is shared fairly and where people enjoy staying with others and being friends with their flatmates. I play a bit of guitar and work on my app ideas in my free time and am otherwise quite busy at my job at the moment (just started 3 weeks ago). Apart from that I love the beach and hanging out with friends, cooking the odd meal with my future flatmates, and all that stuff. I also (used to) scuba dive and would love to learn surfing and play soccer and foosball again. If that all sounds cool, maybe let me know if you want to meet me in person? Cheers, Andreas
The available room is large and sunny with big windows, hardwood floors and your own private ensuite bathroom. The room is unfurnished and has no built ins. There are two clothing racks and a little metal corner shelf left by the last tennant if you need them! The house is a a lovely, big terrace in Darlington (super close to Redfern Station, USYD, UTS, Broadway, and Central Park). You can walk to EVERYTHING and there are tons of funky cafe's, art galleries and bars in the area. The common areas are furnished but you would be more than welcome to bring stuff if it works better than what we have. There's a nice big lounge room with a TV and Xbox that we use to stream Netflix and such. Big, bright kitchen with all the essential appliances etc. There's one main bathroom with a bath/shower but the available room has an ensuite as well. We have a big, beautiful courtyard/outside entertaining area with a big table and lots of seating. Awesome space to soak up some sun and relax. There's also a garage space being used as a workshop by one of the housemates - but I'm sure anyone so inclined would be welcome to utilize the space as well.
I work a lot, and I am sociable, quiet and clean. Can hold a conversation, but also enjoy quiet moments when in the house. I have been in Sydney for more than 5 years. Work as a manager of a family exotic restaurant, also graduating this year. I have minimum 2 more years to stay in Australia. I like traveling with my camera to capture beautiful scenic spots. You can check out my photos on my Instagram. I am looking for a room shared/private around $200 a week with less density of flatmates in the apartment/house. I'm a light smoker, and happy to smoke at the designated place as required. Cheers
Recently came back from a 4 month holiday in Europe where I was working, travelling and visiting family. I've deferred uni for the second semester and am looking at working part or full time over summer until March 2019 before I take up uni again. I'm easy-going, down to earth and a humble person.
Very laid back, considerate and generally pretty quiet guy. Those are all ideal tenant/roommate things right? During the work week I will like to lay low BUT I will try not to be a hermit MON-THURS if yours is a social house. Some wine and conversation will never go astray. Definitely up for fun on the weekends, going out, movie-nights, drinks etc but like I said I tend to like my space too..
