Hey future housemate! • I work full time as admin Monday to Friday • Love an occasional drink (or two) but generally in the space of my own home • Financially I’m looking to move sometime in January. • Early this year came out of a 3yr relationship and will need to sell the townhouse I currently own with them (we still live together) • Own a car so would like a car space (garaged or car port, or something near) • I keep to myself but love a good chat! • Love my makeup, playing video games, and watching Youtube, TV and movies I also come with a super duper awesome and handsome 3yo Maine Coon. His name is Cheshire, and he gives the best cuddles. I’m fun, easy going, and reliable. Regardless of what happens, I'm also looking to make some friends so feel free to send a message! Please know that I may be moving out with a friend of mine later next year, so I’d only be sticking around for either 3-6 months.

Neat and tidy, quiet (will never hear me), keep to myself, love cooking and eating. Working 11 hours of the day so I won't be around much. *only interested in rooms with ensuite bathroom*
Hi! I'm 25 and originally from Melbourne, but have been living on the Gold Coast for a few months now. I'm currently working fulltime in Brisbane, so I'm looking for somewhere close to the city or with easy access to the Train Station. I would love somewhere that is social, but not a crazy party house, l like my early mornings and early bedtimes - secret nanna life :P. But I do still enjoy a drink or two at night or on the weekends. I like to think I live the "healthy" lifestyle. I go for walks most days and do at-home circuit workouts. I'm after a place that has OFF-STREET parking (a must!) as I will be living my car at home during the day and I don't want to be coming back to it damaged or with a massive parking fine. I 'd describe myself as quiet, but great at joining in on conversations, very tidy and respectful of others, easy going. I'm hoping to find a housemate who has similar interests to me and hopefully make a friend out of our time living together. Furnished, with mainly a bed (doesn't have to have linen) is all I need! I'm very open, so if you have any questions or would like to know more about me, just ask :)
-I'm very neat and clean. - mature and mind my own business - not a wild party person - kind and friendly I'm looking for my own space like a granny flat or studio
I am a 17 year old girl, who is outgoing and friendly, I clean up after myself and I generally keep to myself, willing to live with male or female. I dont have a car at the moment so access to train stations or bus stops are important :) I can move in ASAP but I would prefer to wait till the new year. 420 friendly would also be beneficial but not important :)
This house is brick with a large yard and very nice swimming pool for the summer months. I have BBQ facilities and plenty of room to have your own space when you dont feel like company. There is a large lounge/dining room, separate kitchen and also a shared office/study space. There is a bus stop on both sides of the street right outside our door. And only a few minutes drive to Oxley central. The room available is a good size and comes furnished or unfurnished and has a walk in wardrobe. The bathroom is shared. This is not a party house however you're free to entertain as you please within reason!
I am quiet and very respectful. A former Primary Teacher redirecting my career and currently studying Phlebotomy at Mater Education. I would prefer my own bathroom or an ensuite in an unfurnished room.I would also like to be in a quiet area not on a main road. I love pets and am happy to pet sit if you are away for long periods of time. I am happy to babysit too. I keep to myself but I am also sociable and friendly. I take pride in my surroundings and I am very clean and tidy. I am very trustworthy and respect other people's space. I have three adult children, two of whom would visit occasionally, but they are equally as respectful and considerate of others. If they would stay, it would be on a mattress in my room and only overnight.

Hi I'm Phoebe! I'm 27. I would say I'm a friendly, creative & easy going person. I'm looking for a great new house (hopefully in a leafy suburb or street) with like minded friendly housemates who don't mind a laugh now & then. Sometimes I like my own space but most of the time I'm down to socialise! I'm tidy & respectful & have lived in share houses for 6 years now, so I know how it all works ;) Things I love in no particular order: music, food, animals, nature, photography, random adventures & YouTube marathons (don't judge me). The end.
I'm a transplanted kiwi looking to rent for the first time since moving here two years ago, I've only ever stayed with friends and family. I work full time as a property manager, so really don't want to have to rent my own place in case I end up with someone like me being my property manager. I don't have any friends yet so won't be having any parties any time soon. And I usually just like to keep to myself as my job has me dealing with people more than I'd like to sometimes lol Im a smoker but outside only and a wee bit of a lightweight as it's usually only one or two in the arvie, unless I get stuck into a chinwag on my phone then I apparently become a chain-smoker without even realising. I do want to get a cat at some stage (but not absolutely necessary) as I've not had one since moving countries so I'm getting catclucky. I enjoy having a beer while watching the rugby (union), getting out and exploring, Netflix marathons, fishing and camping, and sleeping (which is how I spend at least half my weekend lol). I'm very clean and tidy, will always do my fair share and always pay my rent on time. Sometimes you'll only know I'm home because the kitchen has been cleaned or the floors are a hazard because I've mopped them and don't have one of those caution yellow signs. I just want somewhere where I can feel comfortable being in my room if I want to be alone but in the communal areas if I feel like bugging you about how miserable your rugby team is. Respect is a huge thing to me, as long as you give it to me, I'll always give it back to you too. Don't steal my red bull, wash your socks with my pretty dresses or mock my embarrassing impromptu concerts while I'm showering and we'll pretty much get on no matter who you are. Prefer not to live with couples though. Any questions after all that, get in touch 🤓
