3 bedroom house with a granny flat. The granny flat is rented out so I'm looking for someone to rent a room upstairs. The room is spacious and the house is kept clean and tidy. It's close to the Oxley central train station, shops and a park. Unlimited internet access, big back yard and balcony that catches nice summer breezes!
Looking for someone who wants to join me on my developing permaculture suburban farm in Darra. There’s a plan taking shape and plenty of space; I own the property so there’ll be no landlord deciding on a sudden sale and eviction. There are two rooms available, one larger with a built-in and one smaller room, they can be furnished or empty. The house is cosy and simple, the yard is large. I have eight chooks, two geese and two cats. The train is 1.7km away. A mob of kangaroos hangs out across the street and the area has a lovely village community feel with great neighbours. I’m hoping to find someone who is keen to pitch in occasionally on the farm. Someone who really wants to create something and continue to build it instead of just rent a room. I’d prefer a non-smoker and the house is vegetarian only. The rooms are relatively small and would only really be comfortable for one person so no couples, sorry. I work part-time and spend a lot of time at home in the garden. It would be lovely to have someone to look after the pets when I travel though.
Gday, I'm Jacob and I work at Bunnings coupled with some part time study, and am looking to move closer to the city. I don't party often, but rather enjoy a few drinks with friends, as well as fitness and DIY (and can be useful at fixing things around the house). I don't mind a bit of clutter, but due to a medical condition, I am very clean and would appreciate roommates the same.

Hello and I hope you are doing well. Thankyou for taking the time to look at my Profile. I am looking for a place to stay at the start of 2020 or earlier. I am a hard working person with a full time job, working as a water and waste water treatment tech. I also used to be a chef for 13years.I love my job and whatever I do. I have only called in sick to work about 4 times in my whole working career. So I have always been a reliable and trustworthy employee and in my private life as well. Love the outdoors and getting out and about. I have a Girl friend also. We have been together for 4years. She is younger than me and she is working in Canada as an Osteopath for the year of 2020. So hence why I am looking for a place to stay
