Excellent location with nearby bus stop and local shops. The room has built in robes, reverse cycle air conditioning, TV point, and smoke detectors and can come furnished with new furniture upon request at extra cost. All utilities are included in the rent. For those who love to cook or have a green thumb, we have cultivated an edible kitchen garden filled with a variety of herbs and vegetables in an inviting outdoors space. Housemates have access to the common areas of the home: living room, kitchen, central bathroom, including a large covered patio and yard spaces.
Here's the 10 second version of my life, full 6 hour PowerPoint presentation available upon request. - ENFJ - No kids - No pets - No drug or alcohol addictions - Might be a hand model - Ok, ok, I'm not a hand model - Studying human resources - Working in gailes - Avid gym enthusiast - Digs jewelry making - Still might be a hand model I'm a pretty chill person, I don't come with much drama. I work, I eat, I train, I study and once a week me and a friend go out to dinner. I'm an extrovert so I'm looking for someone I can get along with and communicate with so household affairs are in order. Happy to do my share of chores. Looking for a place close to work. I don't want a party house but I also don't want to live in a church 😊 I'm ok with kids and animals. I don't mind on street parking as long as there's something..
Looking for someone who wants to help me build a permaculture suburban farm in Darra. There’s a plan taking shape and plenty of space; I own the property so there’ll be no landlord deciding on a sudden sale and eviction. The room available is a smaller room, it can be furnished or empty. The house is cosy and simple, the yard is large. I have eight chooks, two geese and two cats. The train is 1.7km away. A mob of kangaroos hangs out across the street and the area has a lovely village community feel with great neighbours. I’m hoping to find someone who is keen to pitch in and learn as we go. Someone who really wants to create something and continue to build it instead of just rent a room. I’d prefer a non-smoker and the house is vegetarian only. The rooms are relatively small and would only really be comfortable for one person so no couples, sorry. I work full-time but shifting to part-time in July to spend more time on the farm build. It would be lovely to have someone to look after the pets when I travel for work.

Hi I’m Kira, I’ve been with my partner Tommy for two years. We have recently relocated to Brisbane from Taree (NSW) and are currently looking for a furnished room to share (but we are flexible and can get furniture if needed). I have worked in retail and aged care - Tommy has worked in constructions. We have only just moved to Brisbane so are currently unemployed but we are actively searching and very motivated to be employed soon. In the meantime we are both collecting New Start allowance so we have no problem fulfilling our obligations for rent and bills. We are both easy going, friendly and clean people. I really enjoy cooking and would be happy to help the house by doing this for us as a group. Tommy loves working outdoors and can help maintaining the property. We are both happy to hang out with housemates but also like our private time so we won’t be in your face all the time. I have my drivers licence and have my own car but am happy to park on the street if needed.
Hey there :) I'm having a look at places to move in August or September. I'm looking for a place to live with other ladies that is as close as possible to both Ipswich and Woodridge. I consider myself a considerate housemate, I keep public areas tidy and happy to do my share of housework. I'm out a lot during the week but also enjoy spending some quiet time at home. I'm working 4 days per week. I enjoy playing Frisbee, art, playing piano (I have a keyboard but like to play with headphones in). I'm a Christian.
