Hiyo! I'm Kate, 24, from Melbourne. I'm looking for somewhere to live during a 4-week placement at NAAFLS (Casuarina) in Darwin, from 22 Jan to 20 Feb. I like yoga, running, rock-climbing and cooking végan food. I'm outgoing and personable, and all the usual things - clean, organised, and considerate. If this resonates with you, please get in touch! :)
Hello, I am Sancho (31) and my wife Samantha (30). We are looking for a place in Darwin CBD. We are tidy, quiet and easy-going, full-time professionals. We do not drink or smoke. If you think you might want to live with us, please let us know.
BREEZY TOP FLOOR CITY APARTMENT WITH LOVELY TREE TOP VIEWS. Available now. My Flatmate is leaving town, so I'm looking for another awesome person to share this lovely place in a great location - walking distance to the city, the botanic gardens and Mindil Beach. One spacious bedroom is available in a 3 bedroom, 2 bath top floor city apartment, with great views and natural light. Furniture pictured is not included in the bedroom, although a queen size bed is available if necessary. This is a cruisy space, well located in Darwin city, with lovely views, natural breezes and a balcony. Share with one other, a professional lady. And a cat. Must like cats. She's sweet and kind of cool, 8 years old and well behaved (in photos). This is a friendly home environment: the odd soiree, social chat and glass of wine is welcome, but it's not a party house. Would best suit someone with an active, healthy lifestyle, as mine is. One off-street car park and some storage space is available in a medium sized secure apartment block with good neighbours and a home feel. $250 per week rent, plus equal share in household expenses, internet (NBN unltd), power and incidentals. Four weeks bond and two weeks rent in advance. Minimum 6 months is preferred. This is a sublet arrangement, with approval required by the agent, including references and ID etc. Quarterly agent inspections requiring thorough cleaning also applies (it's not so arduous & great to have a clean place!). Strictly no heavy drinking or drug use; and prefer non-smoking.
It's a cosy apartment with a little bit of harbour view and amazing breeze, located 3min walk from the city centre. Bedroom is quite big with brand new double bed. Being Lo cated on second level it's quite cool, room has air conditioning, big wardrobe and acces to its own bathroom. There is swimming pool and gym in the complex and undercover car park.

I'm a health professional, been i the Territory for over a year I'm super laid back, and easy to get along with. I love a catch up and a bit of a yarn, i love any form of exercise especially hiking and bushwalks, and don't mind a beer at times. I love playing the guitar (acoustic), fishing, camping and a little bit of gaming on the side, so a bit of an all rounder/good egg. Whilst I enjoy cheap places to live, i also appreciate new places and what goes along with it.
Hi, I'm a QLD girl moving to Darwin to work as a teacher for 2017. I'm clean, respectable, easy going and I have lived in share houses before. I love playing sport, going to the gym and baking- I'd love a house mate to share these interests or just be keen to help eat my baking. I'll be working a lot but would always be keen to catch up with house mates on the weekends to hang out and kick back. Looking forward to hearing from you.

We're looking for a place to call home in Darwin! We're both from Melbourne, moving up here for employment! We both love camping, hiking and everything outdoors! We want to explore everything the NT has to offer, both coming from a share house situation, we're easy to live with and respectful of others. Kath's easy and breezy and working in town at the Darwin Community Legal Service. Simon works in hospitality and can cook, bake and provide the kitchen with a whole new set of kitchen appliances you never knew existed. Looking forward to many adventures with our new housemates!
Tidy, easy going and social couple - currently travelling Asia for 3 months. Looking for cheery, mature (but fun) flatmates. We're both into the outdoors and will be outside at every opportunity we get - beach, walking, sightseeing etc. We are both very tidy and respectful of others - would love to meet some people in the same boat as us just wanting an easy life! Ideally we would like an ensuite room/own bathroom and would like all bills and Internet inc. (if that means paying slightly more per week, happy to negotiate!). Granny flats IDEAL - but very enthusiastic about sharing too! Any questions or if you have something you think we would like - get in touch!

Help me I’m homeless! Jk! I’m not…just yet. But my lease will be running out at the end of March so I’m looking for home. I’m a 28 y/o female extroverted introvert who likes to entertain from time to time but also rug up with a block of chocolate and Netflix. I’m a local and work full time in the government. I like to keep things clean and tidy but I’m not a clean freak and won’t flip over a few dishes left in the sink…just not for a week cause that’s how you get ants! I understand that sometimes life just happens but I am respectful, reasonable and approachable. Plus, I pay the bills on time which can be a bit hit and miss in this town. I do like to have friends around and even to hit town for the odd birthday or special occasion but I’m not a town rat. I’m an outside smoker and I do have a cat but she does prefer to spend time outside on a balcony so she isn’t underfoot or in your face. Ideally, I’m looking for someone the same. Someone who is respectful of the shared situation and isn’t a party animal. I’d prefer to share with 1 other and will consider 2 but I’m not looking to share with a couple. I’m looking for a long term lease min. 12 months.
