Our home is in leafy Davidson next door to Frenchs Forest and Belrose, minutes from Glenrose Village shopping centre, Glen Street theatre, library and fitness centre . We have a furnished studio within the house with separate entrance. The room looks out to the front garden and has r/c air con. Your bathroom is next door and there is a kitchenette in our laundry at the end of the hallway, including microwave. There is a small courtyard with cafe table and chairs. Reasonable and responsible use of internet and utilities included. The bus at the corner can take you to the city, Chatswood and Warringah Mall and has connections for Macquarie uni and beaches. We are a family of four looking for a non-smoking, quiet, clean and tidy person. Prefer female but not exclusively. Students welcome. No pets or overnight guests.
I cook I like a clean house especially the kitchen, though not a clean freak (Chef trained). I am also happy to do garden chores (a vege' patch?). Currently I work as a Sydney Harbour Tallships Historical tour guide and host. I love the smell of Real Coffee anytime of the day ..... Sport interested and active. I sometimes do cosplay - medieval re-enacting in the winter months. I have some of my own furniture, and some baggage too .... O well. FRENCHS FOREST is close by our large, Davidson (2085) home, where 2 furnished double bedrooms and 2 single rooms. )1 single now taken). One double has its own en-suite and is $300pw for one person $350pw for couple. The other double is $250pw for one or $300pw couple. The single rooms are $200pw. Share kitchen and massive living space with Lynette and I, but we have upstairs. Hi Speed WiFi and bills included. Gym, new Glenrose Village shops, theater close by, as is bus to Chatswood or City. Hi, I'm an easy going guy working in the automotive industry. Originally from the Northern Beaches but moved away to focus on my career. Now looking for a change to sharing a place with some friendly like-minded people. I drink socially on occasion, do not smoke, and work long hours. During the week I enjoy a quiet meal and some Netflix, or to chill out and listen to music. I'll try to get some jogging or cycling in if I can. I often work long hours and also work interstate and overseas every now and then.

I’m a tidy, considerate male in my 40s seeking a room in a house (or in a granny flat) to rent from the owner in Frenchs Forest, Belrose, Davidson, Narraweena or Dee Why. The house needs to be in a quiet location - far enough away from any main roads like Forest Way, Warringah Road or Pittwater Road. I want to rent from the owner instead of sharing a house with other renters so that I have some predictability and stability with the tenancy. The maximum rent that I want to pay is $200 per week including electricity. However, I’m happy to do chores such as weekly or fortnightly lawn mowing and edging (with the owner’s equipment) and garden clean-up to make up the shortfall in the rent that the owner is seeking for the room. The room needs to be unfurnished and rectangular in shape with vertical, non-sloping walls. The minimum size of the room that I’m looking for is 3 metres long and 2.5 metres wide. A room with this minimum size would need to have the door on one of the shorter walls. A room of this size would mean that I would need to store 20 plastic, stackable storage cartons containing belongings somewhere else in the house, which have a footprint that is 152cm long and 56cm wide when stacked in four columns of five cartons each. The room could also be larger. The ideal size of room for me would be 3.5 metres long and 3 metres wide with the door on one of the shorter walls. A room of this size would allow me to store these 20 plastic cartons inside the room. Whatever the size of the room, I have two steel toolboxes that would need to be stored outside. The footprint of each toolbox is 116cm long and 38cm wide. The room needs to have a minimum of two 240 volt power points. Four would be ideal. I would want to put a small fridge in the room on a wooden base to store my food. I cook very simple dinners - steamed vegetables and rice (with things like tomato cut up on top) - and I cook three nights' dinners in one go. I need internet access so it would be great if there's an opportunity to share the owner's internet access and pay an extra weekly or monthly amount. I don’t smoke or drink alcohol. I also don’t have any pets but I love animals - especially cats. If you have a suitable room, please let me know. Thanks a lot.

For fun I like to read a book and put on a cup of tea or take architecture city photos for instagram. I have my license but I don't want a car so I won't take your car space. I'm bi, I have a boyfriend; I'm not political. I work 8:30-5:30 weekdays and I spend most of my free time sleeping or keeping to myself. I can't remember the last time I swore.
