(I am extremely good at budgeting and am very financially stable right now) I'm flexible with stay length, I'm most likely wanting to stay in Launceston for at least a year or two as I don't like moving around a lot but 3-6mths stay length or shorter could be possible and may suit me fine. The main things I'm looking for is a reasonably priced room in a nice clean house, in a good location with easygoing house-mate(s) hopefully that share some similar interests .. but I'm not overly phased as I'm pretty flexible and easy going with most things .. cheers !
