I’m a 38yo single guy working on a startup. Looking for a place to call home. I’m well traveled, easy going, enjoy good conversation, sports, good coffee and music. I’m ideally looking for somewhere ASAP as I am flying back to Melbourne on Monday 21st October. Happy with something short-term or long-term.

I am clean, tidy and like to cook. Enjoy walks, hiking, traveling, reading, crafting and dinner with friends. Returned to Australia late last year after a few years in the U.S. Spring and Summer are my seasons! Looking to share because renting solo is expensive when also saving for travels and I enjoy company, community. Ideal location 5-10km of Melb CBD. Working FT.
The building comes with a gym, an infinity pool with an amazing view, BBQ area and a study area (equiped with wifi). The tram number 70,75,86,30 and 35 is right in front of the building so you'll never miss your tram and this brings you straight to flinders station and Southern cross station. This room is offered without a parking, however, if needed a parking can be rented from other tenants for $40 a week. Although this listing does not include utilities, based on the 6 months I have been living here, the bills pretty low and affordable. As for convenience store, there is an IGA, Thirsty Camel, and a variety of restaurants just 100m away from the building. District mall is right across the street, and Costco which is connected to it. The Melbourne Star is across the building, which is connected to the district mall, and is the view from the balcony of the living room. This is a convenient place with all the basic necessities within a walking distance. Its beautiful view, and easy access to the stores including retail stores such as HnM, Cotton On, and many more makes it even better. The docklands dock is right behind the apartment, with great views, and excellent restaurant selections.
A large chunk of my time is spent working at Crown, training jujitsu and writing/video editing on my laptop. I am self sufficient, open minded and conscious of how I fit into the group dynamic. Just need a bed, mattress and relatively convenient spot to park my vehicle.
I am a 22 year old Japanese man. I have to find a new house by next week. I always keep my room clean and prefer cleanliness. I am a student. I go to school on weekdays. I came on a student visa. I am a university student in Tokyo in Japan. I like to live quietly.
I'm a full time accountant in Adelaide, looking to relocate to Melbourne in January 2020 (possibly earlier). I'm currently looking for a full time role in my field in Melbourne. I'm a friendly introvert. While I do enjoy a good chat and social time I also like to balance this with time and space to myself. So I'm understanding and respectful of others personal space too. When I'm not at work I'm either relaxing with a book or spending time with friends and family. I'm looking for another female with similar interests to share a preferably furnished place. I like to keep my space clean and tidy and hope to find someone similar. If there is space for a car that would be a bonus as I'd like to bring mine over eventually.
I'm originally from the US, moved around a lot with family and have decided to live in Australia permanently. I'm working in the city at the moment but I do plan to study in the near future. I'm clean and generally keep to myself but love to hang out, have drinks and movie nights with my future roommates!
I'm graduating in December and looking for a place to stay until February/March-ish, a sublet would be ideal. I'm hoping to move in between the 20-25th November. Looking for any place with easy access to the city. I tend to be fairly busy, pretty quiet and can be social on occasion. Happy to live with anyone as long as you can keep the place clean.
