Hi, I am a 36 year old professional who is socialable, likes to spend time with my friends on the weekends, enjoys the gym, plays sport but I will admit am a workaholic during the week. I like to chat but sometimes just as equally like to keep to myself as I have a very demanding job that at times can exhaust me. I am a clean and tidy person, who is respectable of other people’s Space. I love animals so if you have a pets I am open to sharing a home with one or many. I have a whole house of furniture so happy to contribute as needed otherwise it’s just going to be locked away in storage. I am looking for roommate/s who are like minded, tidy, open and honest. If you think I could be a good fit happy to hear from you.

Hey, my name is Chatoya and I am currently both studying and working. While completing my VCE (Year 11) currently, I am also doing an apprenticeship in business management and also gaining my certificate 3 in that area. As I am often working/studying I need a place where I can come and go as I please, from early mornings to late nights. I have been in shared accommodation before and it was very sustainable however I needed a more suitable location and more flexibility. I’m very tidy, easy going and can get along with just about anyone!
Hey Everyone! My current roommate and I are looking for a third person to move in from the 9th of August. Our house is a fairly new two story house with large living space and courtyard. Bedrooms are upstairs away from the lounge room which makes it a convenient living space for 3 people. We are close to bus stops and only a 5- minute drive from the nearest supermarket (The Pines). The bedroom fits a queen bed and bedside tables, it also has a built-in robe (bedroom is pictured empty below) The whole house has air conditioning/heating and large entertainment space. As we just moved in there aren't too many decorations, however, we love a bit of interior designing! We both study law full-time and one of us works full-time, so we aren't home very often. But when we are you can find us binge watching crime documentaries or having a few checky bevs. Our hobbies include: ⭐️ procrastinating study ⭐️ binge watching Netflix ⭐️ telling each other we need to eat healthier than be in maccas drive thru in 5mins ⭐️ hardcore makeup and afterpay enthusiasts We'd love to have someone who is friendly and always up for a chat! We’re looking for someone drama free and independent. However, we do enjoy someone we can binge watch Netflix with or who is up for a boogie on the D FLOOR 💃🏼 Bills are split three ways including unlimited internet. Rent is $186 a week, however, we pay monthly ($742). Bond is $1080. We also have a kitten that is LOW KEY a dog (Salem). You can probably see her toy basket in the picture as she is obsessed with toys. She is very, very, friendly and always up to play. We are very neat people and always clean up after her (everyone hates those delusional cat parents who don’t clean up after them) 🐱 Feel free to message myself for any other questions/queries you have! 💫
I'm a neat and tidy person, loves a chat but respect when you need your own space. Have busy schedule with work and would most likely only be home at nights and part of the weekend.
I’ve taken 2019 to defer from university in order to work and save money, so far this year I’ve been working multiple jobs but I’m looking to move from my current home in order to situate myself closer to Swinburne university where I will begin a health science degree. When I’m not working in a kitchen I enjoy collecting house plants, practising my very mediocre ukulele skills, binging all genres of tv and movies, baking and keeping fit. 😊
Hi, I'm Nick, a 26 year old uni teacher of linguistics, Italian and mathematics looking for a lease to sign on to. I'm flexible with my moving date (anywhere in the range 2 July-19 July). During semester I'm on campus teaching most if not all weekdays (times varying, but roughly 9am-5pm). I'm also heavily involved with the Dante Alighieri Society, so some evenings and weekends I help run events related to the Italian language and culture. Otherwise I can be found reading, listening to music, watching political satire or playing computer games. I'm also a Star Trek fan and an origami enthusiast. Possibly best described as a friendly introvert, I tend to do my recharging by myself while still most of the time being up for a chat at the end of the day. I'm hoping to live with communicative, open-minded and honest housemates. Looking for people who are friendly, happy to chat and can respect boundaries. Looking for a home that we can maintain and feel comfortable in together while maintaining our independence. I've got some not-quite-FODMAP dietary requirements and sometimes teach late classes, which basically means that everyone else gets more cheese/onion/wine/etc while I organise my own (blander) meals. I've got a year-old front-loading washing machine that could find a new laundry to live in. No pets of my own, but potentially willing to become a cat's uncle.
