We are seeking a housemate/couple in a large house in Doncaster East. 7 minute drive to Doncaster Westfield. 5 minute drive (max) to tunstall square that has coles, chemist warehouse, bakeries, cafes restaurants and boutique stores. Also a 5 minute drive to Stockland The Pines, with kmart, dan murphies etc. Everything you need is close by and an amazing souvlaki place close by! The house is pet friendly. I have a black lab x staffy here and he loves the house. He is occasionally indoors but only when I am home. He is timid, playful and will only lick you to death :P The house has a very large open living area. Large ping pong table in the larger space. Don't worry, we rarely play it and use it as an everything table, but may do on occasion of a new housemate! There is a lovely dining area connected to these two rooms and a kitchen area with a lot of storage space. The backyard has a lovely grassy area that we are planning to furnish with a table and umbrella for the hotter weather. BBQ is connected to the houses main gas so no effort required there! We are also currently growing vegetables and have a great lemon tree. There are two sheds. One smaller to keep mowers etc and the other that has a locked off area accessible through backyard or car port. The other shed can be used for gym equipment or storage if you like. There is another side area where we have a fire pit and is partially undercover. Backyard area is perfect for entertaining and we cannot wait for the hot weather!
