Hey ! I am looking for a studio or a room in a shared flat (ideally from July 15th). I am 32 years old, Swiss, working at Sydney university. I'm always in to chat, cook or have a drink with the other flatmates and would prefer to find a place with people who like to socialize (but I respect when people need to stay alone and sometimes I also prefer to spend my evening reading a book or on my computer :-) ). At the moment I am living in a shared flat in Camperdown but I would have nothing against moving somewhere else in Sydney. I am a quiet person, I like to go out in the week-end or to the restaurant, to the beach in summer, and so on. I would be happy to chat if you have something interesting to propose !
Heya, I'm good humoured and easy-going , work in Sydney and interstate as an Engineer.. I usually spend 7am-6pm out of the house for gym + work. In the evenings you'll usually find me going out for dinner, having family and friends over for meals, or just hanging out with a book :) Looking to share with a reasonable housemate who is cool with sharing space and accepting that if I'm paying half the right, I'll have equal rights to use the place and furnish it how i like (i.e. I'm not a guest).
Young French professional working full-time in IT and data analytics consulting. I'm looking for a place to share with friendly people in the same mood and preferably in my age.
My name is Michaela and I'm a 28 yo german girl. In the middle of December started Working Holiday Year in Melbourne and since two months I live in Sydney. At the moment I work in a hostel as a receptionist minimum til the beginning of August! So I look for a room to call home. Here some informations about me: in Germany I worked fulll-time as a sales controller for a bank and I'm also studying part-time. I'm a clean, relaxed, respectful and funny person! I like it to have a chat with my flatmate but its also very important for me to have my own space. In Munich I had my own flat and sometimes I rent my living room ... so I know how it is to share a flat ;).
I am very clean and expect that my house mates be the same. I am very active and play sports during the week and weekends. I am very social and enjoy going out with friends at the weekend for drinks or dinner. I am currently in the process of buying a house and am looking for a room to rent until if find a place.
*MUST HAVE OFF STREET PARKING* I've recently moved to Sydney from Brisbane, working full time in Civil Construction and looking for a place to call home. I'm looking for a private room that could fit a queen size bed/chest of drawers/ has built in wardrobes. I am looking for a share house with one to two males or females (preferably not couples) around the same age (mid to late 20's/early 30's) that are non smokers. I am clean/tidy, respectful of others space and noise levels but do enjoy sharing a meal /having a chat or glass of wine together. Max rent per week: $450 inc bills Look forward to meeting you, Sarah
Stunning and modern house in double bay, 5 min walking from the train station! Location is perfect for public transport, grocery shopping and social life! - The house is located: 5 min walking to Edgecliff station, there is a bus stop just in front of the house Looking forward to hear from you guys!
Working full time (8-5) as Senior Business Analyst in payments/banking industry. Been in Sydney from last November. I am an avid motor cyclist (Do not own a motorbike in Sydney yet). Love to explore the city. Workout 5 days a week. Had been living in shared accommodation past 8 years. Clean and tidy. Love to have an occasional beer with the flatmates. I am looking for a long term accommodation. Moving in date could be around 1st week of July as my lease ends at current accommodation short after.
Beautiful bright, spacious flat, with a harbour view from the balcony! The place has been newly carpeted and painted. I am currently in the process of furnishing it (as only moved in a couple of weeks ago) but hope to have it all done by next weekend! Excellent location- within easy walking distance to redleaf beach, double bay shops, and the ferry terminal / edgecliff station. The room on offer is very large (there is room for a king size bed) with plenty of space for your own furniture.
Grew up in Sydney, I’m easy to get along with and down to earth :) I am a 25 year old female who works full time in the City and studies a Masters part time at UNSW at night. This keeps me pretty quiet and focused during the week. On the weekends I love to get out and about. This usually involves catching up with friends for lunch or a drink, going to the gym or relaxing at home... anything that avoids study really! haha I have flatshared for many years so am always respectful of the others within the house, keep things clean and pay bills on time. I'm looking for somewhere that feels like a home and is kept tidy. I currently have a queen mattress and a couple of other small pieces of furniture so am looking for an unfurnished big enough room to fit this. Also preferably somewhere close to decent public transport to the City. Hoping to find a room in a share house or team up to find an apartment with like minded people. Please get in touch if you think I would be a good fit :) T
The flat is in a killer location, literally 100 metres to Woolworths, About Life, Dan Murphy's and the Golden Sheaf (and all the other cool Double Bay Bars and cafes). It's just a 10 minute walk to Edgecliff station or 10 minutes walk in the other direction to the beach (Redleaf Pool). It's also 2 minutes' walk to the bus stop for buses to the city. Two decent sized rooms, both with double beds, plenty of storage and a large bright lounge and separate cosy kitchen! Based on a couple taking the room, bills are about $40/month each for electricity and $23/month each for internet (nbn).
Hi guys, I'm an Aussie/Filo guy looking for an unfurnished place to live in with one other person, as I have a lot of furniture. Easy-going, young-at-heart, professional engineer who likes to work hard and play hard. I'm into holistic health, do weights/yoga/pilates at least twice a week (to keep myself looking young), have traveled extensively around the world. I also do what I can to protect the environment, keep in touch with humanitarian issues and generally have an altruistic outlook in life! I'm happy to meet some people to find a two-bedder (no couple please) who are clean and respectful when peace and quiet is required, but also know when to party and have fun. I'm also very clean around the house and expect the same. Aside from my Aussie mates, I also have lots of Latino and British/Euro mates, so that's a plus if you want a good match! I'm even happy to meet up for a coffee first, so we can see how we get along. I'm also considering getting a dog again, so a pet friendly place is a bonus, but not a necessity right now.
