I’m an IT project/program manager in Finance relocating from Canberra. I’m also financially secure and can pay bills on time. Looking for somewhere I can call home and a person or people who don’t mind the occasional wine together. I’m pretty considerate, extremely respectful and I make an effort to have a nice home because it certainly contributes to my overall wellbeing. I also make a mean taco bowl - taco Tuesday anyone?
I'm renting out my medium/small size room in a three-bed apartment in Double Bay for the entire month of September (from August 30th - September 30th) while I'm away in Europe. Our apartment is in a prime spot- super close to Edgecliff Station, and to the pubs and shops in Double Bay - 10min train to the city, 5min train to Bondi Junction. My room has a super comfy double bed and an in-built wardrobe with shelves which you'll be able to store your things in. The room shares a spacious main bathroom (with a bath!) and a separate toilet with one other girl (the master room has its own ensuite). We also have an internal laundry with a washer and dryer. We keep things pretty low key during the week, but that being said, we love a glass of vino and a natter too. If this sounds like you, feel free to shoot me a message with a bit of info about yourself and we can go from there! Also happy to be flexible with dates if you don't need the room for the entire month xx
Hey hey future roomies! My name is Kurtis and my partner Avishka and I are looking to move house! I am just in Redfern at the moment but have also lived in Rozelle with Avi living in Ryde. I am currently studying my Master of Architecture at UNSW and Avi has just finished his degree in Commerce. We are both 23, love a cheeky wine, and just to chill about. Avi loves to eat and loves to cook, so if you’re really lucky he might cook a family meal. We are both a lot of fun and are very respectful guys. We like to keep fit and explore Sydney on the weekends. And love to binge watch movies and/or Netflix. We have been together for and year and a half, and I have lived in share houses for the last two. We are both familiar with living with people and get along with almost anyone. I should mention we are also both working and I actually work away for three days a week so lucky you (you get to have Avi all to yourself for half the week). Avi is in customer care so will know how to take care of any future roomie, and I work in an architecture firm. We would love to come and meet up, for a drink or two, and get to know you a bit more. We are both super keen to make a move looking to move within the next few weeks. Hopefully we are a great fit.
Our apartment is situated in the heart of Double Bay, off the main road so it's quiet. It is within walking distance to Edgecliff station; shops, bars and cute cafe's are just around the corner. It's very light all day round and has a private balcony, as well as including both a shower and a bath. The lounge and kitchen are all fully furnished. The apartment block has a few families so while we enjoy being a social space it isn’t a party house as we are considerate of our cute young neighbours.
Hi, I'm Ken from Japan. I will stay in Sydney with using Working Holiday Visa from 20th Aug for 1 year(expected). So I'm seeking the place I belong. Playing and producing music is my lifework. So if you are the person who like going to shows, playing instruments, writing songs, and even just singing, That's awesome!!! BUT, don't worry about your sleeping, I know well about reducing the noise. The tips is turning knobs to left.
I'm renae, I'm working in hospitality (mostly full time), studying part time and do some freelance styling work here and there. I've been living in share houses for a while and can say I'm a very considerate and respectful housemate. I'm really social and like to be around people and have a chat. I enjoy going to the gym, being productive and definitely having a wine ! if I sound like your type of house mate id love to come and check the room out 🙂
Hi all, my work takes me all over the country, so looking to go halves with someone, preferably a male, in a 2 bedder within 20 mins of airport & city. Not keen on sharing with couples unfortunately. But would consider teaming up on a bigger place in eastern subs and Airbnb the spare or something. Future housemate must know the basics of adulting, like how to stay employed, or even better, how to maintain a clean environment. Talk soon
I am a French Moroccan, who has lived in Sydney for the past 3 years and looking for a new place to live. I am working as a financial auditor in the CBD for now. I love art in his wider sense - from music, to paintings, passing by food and cocktails. I love to cook and make new cocktails 😉 I am super clean and like to live in a tidy place. Let me know if I fit with your expectation as a new flatmate.
I'm Chris, I moved to Sydney from the UK, 7 weeks ago. I'm currently serving as a Sergeant in the police, but I have taken a 5-year career break to study a Masters degree at UTS and work within the project management world in business or construction. Although I will be studying, I am a mature working professional and financially secure. I am sociable and easy-going. Whilst living in Sydney I'm keen to make new friends and enjoy the restaurant and social culture. I enjoy, good wine, good food and keeping fit. I am looking to join a soccer or rugby team. I'd like to share with someone who is sociable, clean, tidy and is open to showing me some of Sydney's best spots. I am flexible with the age of my potential flatmates, as long as it's the right person.
