Looking to move from the North Shore to the East to enjoy the beach and lifestyle as it starts to warm up. Working full time in the city so I stay busy during the week, but enjoy a few drinks on the weekend. I spend most of my weekends outdoors and i'm always up for a chat. Looking for roommates that live a similar lifestyle :)
Hello! We are an engaged couple from The US, and have been living in Sydney for almost a year now. Breanna is a Legal Assistant and I am in Banking both working in the CBD full-time. Our hobbies include fitness, the outdoors, adventures. We are very easy going, love having our own time as well as spending with time with friends. Thanks and we are excited to meet you!
We have an apartment to share with a couple or a single in the suburb of Double Bay. This is a security building and the apartment is on the 4th floor, serviced by a lift. Large attractive two bedrooms apartment and each of the two bedrooms has it's own bathroom. The apartment is fully furnished. Wifi and unlimited Internet supplied. The weekly rent is $365 for a single, and $390 for a double. There is a sun-drenched balcony that overlooks beautiful Sydney Harbour. Restaurants, bars, shops and the library are all within 3 minutes walking distance. Additionally Edgecliff station is 10 minutes, or a short bus journey up the road, and we have a bus stop opposite us. If a ferry ride is your method of transport a Ferry to Circular Quay is 5 minutes away. There is a double sized sofa bed in the living room to allow for friends or relatives for a small period of time to stay. Please give me two hours notice to view. Murray Rose Pool and Harbourside beach is a 5 minute walk! Travis
I work full time in the city in marketing and I am about to start studying online full time. I can be very mature which usually winds up in people mistaking me for being much older than I actually am. Just up until a few weeks ago, a lady who i had been working with for 18 months thought I was 28. I'm not a massive partier, I like to think of myself as very friendly, but very respectful of others. I am tidy and do like coming home and hanging out in my room watching Netflix sometimes. I am looking for a home, not just a house share and i want something long term. I love animals also!
Work full time in the CBD in advertising. Studied Zoology. In my spare time I like to read, run, cook and sometimes binge on box sets. I am a Vegan. Looking to move in on the 8th of Septmeber. Want to live with thoughtful, active people who have a similar outlook on life.
Hi, I am 25, originally from Adelaide but living and working in Sydney now. I work in the city, full time in the legal industry. I keep fairly regular hours and prefer mostly quiet nights although I am up for the occasional night out to explore Sydney. Very easygoing and I love Netflix and movie marathons.
I'm a professional sailing skipper and instructor out of Rushcutters Bay. If I'm not out on the water, I'll be out with mates, but I also enjoy time to myself. I'm highly organised, clean and tidy, easy going, and hard working. I'm just a local Sydney gal looking for a place close to work!
I'm from California and am heading to Sydney for a year to study design! I'm super easy going and and love the beach, live music, and camping. I love making things, in particular clothing and painting. I'll be studying full time and working part time. Looking for someone who's easy going and would be down to explore/grab a beer every once in a while. I'm super clean and would love to talk and hang but also have my own space. I'd love to find somewhere near the beach! Message me if you think we'de be a good fit :)
Looking for a third person to join our Double Bay pad. We’ve got a great, top floor flat within stumbling distance from The Sheaf and other instagram worthy spots around Double Bay. The flat has great chilling spaces, including a lovely breakfast nook, super comfy couches for you to spend hungover Sundays on, and a massive dining table that we're super proud of having hauled up 3 flights of stairs. There’s internal laundry, secure building, and we’re walking distance to Red Leaf, Woolies, Double Bay Ferry Wharf, and Edgecliff Station. You’ll have a unfurnished room sharing a bathroom with one other, and move in date would be around 26/27th Aug (negotiable).
I am a person passionate about fitness and the creative industry. I have just moved to Sydney from Brisbane, living in Clovelly at the moment. Mainly looking for like minded people to team up with to get a place near the beaches/city.
Hi I'm looking for someone kind, and friendly to live with. I am tidy and enjoy getting to know new people. I am easy going and respect peoples personal space. Thanks
Hi guys, I am Martin, from Argentina, I am here with a student visa and working in Sydney. I got friends and relatives over here, so I guess I would be most of the time hanging out at their place rather at where I would be staying in the near future. I will be staying here for at least 6 months. I studied agricultural sciences back at home and I love traveling and getting to know people from other cultures. I consider myself a easy going kind of guy, which would join for a couple beers and a nice talk. Cheers!
Hey! My name is Tereza and I’m soon moving to study and work in Sydney from Czech Republic. I already studied in Canada, where I have been in homestay. So I do have previous experience with living abroad and sharing a place to live with people of multiple nationalities and all walks of life. Experience suggests respect and honesty are essential, so let me tell a bit about my preferences. Overall I like my personal space clean and organized (little bit of OCD, haha), so I tend to get best along with people of similar preference. I’m fun but an introvert (INTJ), never party and don’t smoke/have pets/have children. I don’t get along well with loud, party loving, unorganized people I lead healthy, minimalistic lifestyle, and like open spaces, my own personal space and dislike clutter Own (semi)furnished room would be preferred, the closer to center and train the better. My budget is $300/w (including bills). Fast internet is a big plus for me! Happy to answer any questions! :)
I'd like to find someone to "START A NEW" flat/house share with and happy to wait it out till I find that lovely place I'm looking for with that great person I'm yet to meet! I'd like to team up with someone who wants to be close to the water i.e. Rose Bay, Vauclause or somewhere similar in the Eastern Suburbs. I'm looking for a 2 bed, 2 bath, LUG and a decent balcony or outdoor area that has a NORTHERLY aspect. In other words, I'm really looking for a NICE place to call home for the Long-Term but you don't have to be, minimum 6 months for you would be fine with me too. While I'm looking to team-up in a new place, I am open to sharing an existing place if you've just started one and need a bit of furniture to get started that would be cool too!!! I work quietly from home on the computer during the day and dance the night away 3 or 4 or 5 nights a week :) I like to take a break during the day and go for a walk or a swim so I'm looking for somewhere I can do that. When I'm not working or dancing I love to get to the beach, I love to swim laps in the ocean baths and take walks in the beautiful national parks in and around Sydney. Some of my other interests are Sailing, Music (I'm a frustrated musician) I love anything to do with the water so snorkeling, kayaking, etc etc are all things I love to do. I love all things Latin and have a passion for Latin music and dance. I'm well travelled, a bit of an adventurer, my last decent trip was backpacking my way solo through 6 countries in South America for 3 months, I love a good laugh and enjoy the company of people from all over the world. My Ideal flatmate would be someone who's not too serious or a complete recluse. It'd be nice to enjoy the occasional coffee or a vino and a chat from time to time as friends or even go out and do "stuff" together if we have some similar interests but I'm also happy and independent and enjoy getting out and about and doing my own thing too. Male or Female, young or old, it doesn't matter to me, I'm gregarious, open minded, non judgemental, and just seem to naturally get on with everyone. Just looking for someone with an upbeat and friendly personality to have a friendly and nice vibe at home where we would both be socially aware, sensitive to and respectful of each others need for privacy and down time and comfortable enough with each other to really feel completely at ease and really feel 'AT HOME'. I'm not full blown OCD but I do like to keep the place neat and tidy and clean. I leave the place clean and tidy after I've used things and I particularly like to leave the bathroom, living area and especially the kitchen clean for the next person to use and would like to team up with someone who does the same. Weekends I like to get out and about as much as possible especially when the weather is gorgeous outside. I'm out several nights a week dancing so there'd be plenty of opportunity to have the place all to yourself to relax, unwind and enjoy when you get home from work and I often take trips away to visit my family on the mid north coast or over in Perth for a week or two at a time. I'm really looking for a place that offers lifestyle, that could be the Eastern Suburbs or anywhere that is close to the beach and or ocean baths suitable for swimming laps (must be walkable distance) I'm also open to other beachy suburbs that are not too far away i.e. Manly Ideally the apartment would be light and bright and open with a northerly aspect, two bathrooms, main with a separate bath tub, built in robes, storage space, LUG and a decent sized balcony or outside area for relaxing. It'd be wonderful to find someone looking for the same things in the same area and I'm really excited to meet you!
I'm an American working full time in Australia – I'm relocating from Melbourne to Sydney for a job. Friendly, respectful, and clean. Likes a good party or alternatively a good book. Would love to be friends with those I live with and make the place a home. Enjoy playing soccer, going to the gym, having geopolitical convos (maybe we can exclude Donald Trump for the time being...), road tripping, spontaneous travel, and burgers. And bacon. Looking to move in end of September :)
I'm working and studying in the area of applied neuroscience. Apart from reading in this field, I enjoy dance. I consider myself respectful of others and their space. I'm mindful of being clean and tidy. I'm a healthy eater. Pescatarian all my life but no issue with meat-eaters. Ideally after a bedroom that is large enough for both a desk and some storage. I appreciate an aesthetic home. My ideal is housemate is someone that I get along well with and that has a busy life of their own.
I’m very friendly, respectful, half sociable, half quiet, calm, most of the time busy but I always have time to be with friends, cooking and having some wine. I’m looking for a cosy accommodation, where I can study, have a good sleep, chat with flatmates, share ideias, share our culture. Also, I want to practice my English speaking with other nationalities flatmates. I’m Brazilian, architect, and I’m currently doing my masters. I work all day so usually I’m home at night and weekends. I’m a positive person, and I would love to find flatmates with the same good vibes. Looking for a single room. Cheers! Ju
Hi I'm Rohan! I am moving down to Sydney from Brisbane for work. My new job is near Hyde Park, starting September 17th, so trying to find something around that date. I'm a lawyer, so I am generally pretty busy at work during the week, but like to make the most of my weekends. Love travelling, sports (big rugby fan), and getting out and about. I am fairly easy going, and have done the whole roommate thing for a while (also lived in London), so I know the to do's and not to do's. I'm very tidy. Ideally looking for a place with 1 or 2 roommates, and preference is for something 6-12 months. Happy to hear from anyone with a suitable room or looking to get a house/apt share together. Cheers
Kat & Alex - 26y/olds from London, working in the CBD. Friendly & easy going couple as well as clean and tidy. We are interested in an active lifestyle so are usually out and about on weekends hiking or surfing or going out drinks/dinner but also love a quiet one in for a movie night. Looking for like-minded flat mates!
Hi There, I'm Anna. I'm 22. I'm currently living in Bondi (originally from Wagga Wagga & recently moved to Sydney) but looking to move into a place with some more like minded people somewhere in the eastern suburbs closer to work. Flexible with move dates. I'm always clean and tidy. I work 8-6 in the city and usually workout every evening. I like relaxing at home but I'm often out and about at the beach or doing the coastal walks on weekends. I love to cook! You can expect fresh baked brownies on the weekends! Happy to answer any questions you may have. Available to view any suitable rooms from about 6:30pm on weekdays or anytime on weekends.
SHORT TERM AVAILABILITY 18/08 TO 12/09 Perfect huge room for a couple My housemate is going on holidays so the room is available to rent for the dates above! You'll share the flat with 1 couple (English and NZ) and 1 girl (French), all lovely and chilled. This room is HUGE, we call it the studio, and it is furnished.
