Looking to move around the beginning of November, however date can be flexible for the right place. Ideally the place will be renovated or new and a maximum of 2 other housemates whom I can get along with. I work full time in mortgage broking and doing my final year finance degree at uni. I am generally quiet during the week apart from the odd dinner but enjoy going out and socialising on weekends. I am easygoing and tidy and hoping to live with a likeminded person/people.
I am a very easy going and friendly person and get on with just about everybody. I have lived in shared accommodation for the past 4 years during my time as a student, and so know the importance of respecting others in the house. I now work full time, so will not be in the house during the day much during the week. It is more of a homely base I am looking for.
We are a young couple from New Zealand. We enjoy socialising with our flatmates but also enjoy a bit of alone time. We have moderately busy work schedules, Dan is a banker and Rosie is a makeup artist. We are clean and respectful flatmates and would love to find a place to call home.
Recently moved to Sydney to start a new job. I'm 23 and working full-time in Double Bay :) Clean and considerate of other people and their space. Quiet during the week, more social on weekends and looking to live with people who are similar. Ideally looking for somewhere with parking available either private or street and close to Double Bay. Also interested in a team up to start a new lease!
My name is Charles I'm Australian, laid back, easy to get along with and like to have a laugh. I'm a full time Producer and Drone Pilot at the BBC. :)
I'm Sarah, just returned to Sydney after ten tears on the far south coast writing my collection of short stories. I'm reliable as far as paying bills go, I have a great sense of humour. I'm an ex architect, a writer and a tutor. Mostly I'm out and about busily working 3 part time jobs and seeking out people to tell me their story.
Hello, I'm Rozi, 26 and just moved to Sydney from London where I have been living for the last 5 years. I work in marketing and like to lay pretty low during the week but enjoy a good glass of wine at the weekend. Looking for a social houseshare where the people get along well and enjoy a drink together every now and then but also have own social life outwith the house. :)
Hello, I've currently re located to SYD after living in California for 6 x months and then Melbourne for 4 x years before that. I've lived in share houses since I was 18, travelled the world and now wanting to settle in Sydney with my career being my main focus. I am a F45 Studio Manager, which means I am up super early and home during the afternoon most days. I sometimes am back in the studio in the evening and while I am around during the days at times you will find me in a cafe working away or resting and getting down time at home ! I live a healthy lifestyle, but believe in balance so I also do enjoy good food and wine, a pub meal watching the footy, weekends out and about and meeting new people, a good sneaky sunday session and anything that involves the beach and the sunshine! I am very new here so up for housemates who want to hang out on occasion and love to socialise! I am very house proud and organised, I'm respectful, clean and quiet when I need to be, I like to live in an environment thats fresh, well maintained and everyone pitches in to make the house a home for all. I'm not one to fuss over who ate what in the fridge as long as its replaced and I'd love to share a bottle of wine or order pizza any day of the week! I am a very happy person who gets along with down to earth, health conscious types! I'm not a fan of flashy housemates or the judgemental types. I love good chat, banter and being able to take the piss as well as receive it back! I'm 32, single and over large party nights, although I love a good night out every now and then! I'd much prefer day drinking on my weekends and watching movies in the evenings! I'm ready to move asap ideally , so if you are looking and think I would be a good fit please let me know. I'm flexible with move in dates too. Thanks and I look forward to hearing from you. Leesh

A single room is NOW available in Double Bay, at 470 New South Head Rd. It’s a little apartment in a good location and NOT a party house. The rent is $330 per week including bills, (electricity, gas, water and unlimited internet.) The room is fully furnished with double bed, built in wardrobes, bedside table with lamp and full size mirror and a desk if you choose to keep it. About the facilities, you have the bus stop just 3 mins walk from the house that brings you to Edgecliff station or the City. It takes between 15 - 20 min to get to the City from home. We also have a Massive Woolworths just 3 mins distance from the house with a lot of little cafés and restaurants around. If you’re a student you will also enjoy the brand new Woollahra Library with all your needs.

Hi I'm Ollie, I'm 22 and recently moved to Australia for a year, having just graduated from Loughborough university in England, studying product design. I am a keen sportsman and hope to do as much as possible whilst in Australia, especially rugby. I am a tidy clean person and enjoy any form of activity. Hello hello! Me (Katie) is from NY/California working full time in the music industry and my partner (Fraser) is a kiwi and will be working full time in the tourism industry. We are both super easy going, love being outside/active, and make a mean feast. We are also very tidy and have no problem helping out around the house/flat/apartment. I'm working full time M-F and Fraser will be working full-time throughout the week. We don't go out much but are very keen on having a few wines/craft beers/ciders at night. I can move in as early Oct 21st and ideally would like to be settled by the 28th as Fraser is flying over from NZ. Please contact me for any information!! Thanks :)
HI! I'm moving from my share house in Cammeray due to change in circumstances. I do have an apartment's worth of furniture, so if you have room I'm more than happy to contribute items. Like most people I know, I love food and wine. Discovering that Uber eats delivers Maccas and hot wings have been some of my greatest realisations of 2017. I try to live a fairly balanced lifestyle with keeping active, eating healthy through the week and keeping it low key until the weekend. I do come with a 6 month old kitten, Luna. She is a delight! Very well behaved other than her occasional kitten tendencies, and she's never had any toilet 'accidents'. She is an indoor cat because I'm an over protective cat parent, so flat mates will need to be respectful of this. I don't throw raging parties at home but rather do enjoy entertaining and cooking for family and friends when time and schedules permit. I look forward to meeting you future roomies :-)
Hi I'm a friendly 25 year old working full-time in the city in the PR industry. I am down to earth, love the beach and a glass of wine or two. I'm looking for a room with similar social, respectful and happy flatmates, who ideally can become friends. Feel free to contact me if you're looking to start up a place too.

Enjoys wining, dining, travel, fitness and roadtrips. He's into water-polo, I don't mind Pilates and Yoga, but looking to get more into arty stuff this year. Look forward to hearing!
