Have recently just departed from my existing rental and looking for a new place to call home! I'll try and keep this short and sweet; but I'm a 25 year old dude turning 26 in November. Employed full time as a Heavy Diesel Mechanic - I predominantly work in Perth, Monday to Friday - however - my job does occasionally require me to work away for extended lengths of time, anywhere from a week up to a month. This also comes with the perk that I will attend to all repairs & servicing of your cars either free or at a heavily discounted price. I'm fastidiously clean & tidy; if the place I call home isn't clean I can't settle until it's clean. Live quite a busy lifestyle - however you could almost refer to myself as an introverted extrovert, as I enjoy my own company; though at the same time always keen for a tin or two when I've got some down time from work an extra curricular activities so to speak! Only thing to place emphasis on is that I have two cats that i'll need to bring with me. They are both pure-bred Burmese that are 7 months & 2 years old respectively, but are exclusively indoor cats, so a place that already has pets would be ideal. Any more questions don't hesitate to get in contact!
Hi there, I'm clean and tidy while also enjoying a glass of wine or two. I enjoy keeping fit but love a good binge watch too. I currently work in Sports and Recreation and am studying full time in the same field. Love swimming and anything to do with the water. I think I'm more coordinated than I actually am, but will give anything a go. I'm from Perth, lived in Sydney for a little while. I'm always saving for my next adventure. I've got my own bedroom furniture and some pretty nice black leather couches. And have some other stuff in storage. Love all pets!
Have a Rottweiler x mastiff puppy he loves to socialise and play with the adults As for me I like to work and socialise with the girls, beaches and will be moving to Perth for a change in lifestyle and more work opportunities I'm from Victoria (Geelong) My partner Jake he likes to go to the beaches and wants to work in the mines over in Perth We are both clean hygienic people we don't like to live in a messy room/house

I'm a Norwegian girl looking for accommodation in Scarborough, Innaloo, Doubleview area. I lived in Perth last year and loved it so will be returning on a working holiday in end of August. I am tidy, easy going, social and happy! For fun I like to snowboard, travel, rock climbing, photograph, be social in a bar or at the beach, work out and experience new stuff! I have studied 3 years in Wales, so very used to shared accommodation with 2-6 people. I work as a wedding photographer in Perth.
Hi, my name is Sammy. Iam a 32 year old tradesman. My personal interest are surfing, scuba diving, gym, travelling cooking, music and socialising. I love my own space as I work very hard during the week. I'm a positive, peaceful, clean, respectful and motivated person looking to live with similar minded people. Preferably near the beach. If your interested call me anytime after 4pm or anytime on weekends.
I am originally from Melbourne. Moved here for love but that didn't work out. So I want to stay in Perth and live with housemates. I am a non-smoker. I don't drink much. I like clean warm houses with nice clean pieces of furniture. I had an entire house furnished in Melbourne with good solid qulaity pieces and all of my things are in storage ATM. Bringing it to Perth is a possibility if a house needs to be furnished. I am not a party animal but I am not shy and timid. I am extroverted when I share common interests with people. So common interests are crucial. I like a good sense of humour and light heartedness. I don't want to feel like I'm walking on eggshells. :) I like running and going to the gym. I like cooking and preparing healthy meals. I have polish ancestory. I have learnt from past experience common political views are a must when living with someone. I am a right wing traditional conservative. Not into extreme feminist theory or thinking everything is a social construct :/. My political opinions align with people like Lauren Southern (on YouTube). I want housemates I can become good friends with. I would prefer females who are open to becoming good friends :).
Awesome house close to public transport, beach, cinemas, westfield shops and cafe's to share with two people one female working local and I do Fifo 2:1 so you'd pretty much have the run of the place 😁We are both easy going and don't mind a weekend drink. The room is 5.0 X 4.8 metres and has a half bathroom toilet next to it . It's shared bills and the gardens are taken care of ..there is also a lockable shed for your storage. I am looking for someone chilled and like minded this definitely isn't a party house ...would suit professional or FIFO worker ducted aircon too and unlimited wifi 😁 Hope to hear from you soon 👍😁
Short drive to Scarb's and Karrinyup shops, The Saint is just up the road!. Handy to public transport (Bus stop outside driveway) Freshly painted and newly carpeted warm social house Bills split between 3 people, Internet $25 each a month. Utilities when they come in are not much at all :)
Hi all! I am looking for a decent sized unfurnished bedroom in a clean and tidy cat friendly house. I would love to find a positive, chilled out place to call home for a while. I work full time Mon - Fri doing admin work and enjoy chilling out and having a few drinks on weekends. I also come with a loveable little Siamese cat ( short hair, doesn't shed much thankfully! ) and we are both fully house trained. Can also crack a pretty bad dad joke.. Hoping to find something around Doubleview/ Innaloo/ Scarborough/ Karrinyup but open to surrounding areas.
I am looking for someone to rent out my room from late July/ early August until late February (preferably) because I will be leaving to America for travel, BUT you can stay long term in the room if you want to!!. The house is in Doubleview which is central to Stirling station, Innaloo shopping center and Scarborough beach strip so very close to lots of cafes, shopping centres and public transport which is great. The house is a big three bed room house, my room is the biggest room with a massive built in wardrobe and reverse cycle aircon/heater, and you'll be sharing with my two house mates Hamish (30 year old hospo worker) and Crystal (26 year old illustration student at Curtin) who are very laid back and easy people to live with. The house has a big back yard, a pretty big kitchen, two toilets, and two lounge areas. The house also comes accompained with two cute cats Muffy and Falky but we won't be able to take any more pets sorry!. My room is $155 per week and you'll split internet and bills with Hamish and Crystal. If you need furniture i.e a bed, a desk, TV etc I am happy to keep them there for you (although I will need them back when I return from America), otherwise I can completely clear the room if you want to bring your own furniture. If you are interested in the room, please PM me for more details :).

Health professional, genuine, friendly, considerate and respectful. I enjoy a good laugh, good conversation, a glass of wine on the weekend, morning walks, hiking and exploring new places in my spare time, farmers markets, trying out new recipes, healthy eating and spending time with family and friends. Looking for a quiet and clean place with preferably my own bathroom, a garage space for my car and some storage space. Would be great to share with only one or two housemates max. Happy to keep the place clean and have meals/drink together from time to time.
Responsible, friendly and homely accompanied by a good sense of humour. At this stage looking short - mid term until I figure it out.
Hi. I am easy to get along with and always pay my rent first before anything else. I am on the disability pension due to having bi-polar which is managed with medication and lifestyle factors so I have a regular income. I also trade foreign exchange online and have been doing so for about 6 years and I am studying computer programming. My income is stable on the pension and I earn extra money trading online and have money put away for unexpected expenses. I would like to live with people over 30 yrs of age who are relaxed and treat their home as a sanctuary from the madness around us, so definately not a party house. I am responsible and always pay my bills even if it means going without. I treat other people and their property with respect. I work mostly at night on the computer so wi-fi would be a bonus although not essential as I can use prepaid data. I do not sit around the house all day as I am active and entrepreneurial. I can be sociable but enjoy my time alone. I am compassionate as far as people and other living beings are concerned and I love animals, especially dogs. Thankyou for considering me as a tenant.
