Sprawling downer home seeks friendly and engaged housemate. We are close to the light rail, a very homey cafe and woolies Dickson (a people watchers delight). Farmers markets are minutes away, we have compost and a worm farm to feed the garden, and indoor plants galore. There are multiple living areas, indoors and out. Some other awesome features include: - continuous hot water - spa bath - brand new oven - central heating - snazzy fireplace - housemates who like people - a cat who also likes people
Hi I'm Leilani, I'm 28 and a full time public servant working around the Barton area. I'm looking to share a place with anywhere up to 4 people to save money on living costs. Preference is to share a flat in the Barton/Kingston area, or a cheap house in inner north. Looking for people who are friendly, don't mind a chat, a drink on the weekend or a netflix binge, but also enjoy down time to chill and relax solo. I absolutely love pets, so no issues if you already have a cat/dog. I'm very easy going, quiet, friendly, clean and I drive to Sydney every month or so for the weekend. Happy to team up with anyone, but preferably 20s-30s age group. I do have some furniture I can bring with me including a couch/chair, fridge etc. I'll be looking to move around December/ January, if you're interested please contact me. Cheers :)

I'm returning home to Canberra after travelling the country for the past 5 months and would like somewhere to settle in for a year as I begin post-grad in philosophy/economics. I've been living in beautiful, harmonious sharehouses in Canberra for the last 4 years and have loved establishing nice relationships with the people I have lived with. I'm very flexible and adaptable when it comes to different living arrangements - I personally like spending a lot of time alone and working on my art pieces for extended periods (a space to set up my easel would be amazing). I will be continuing my job as a bookkeeper/ administrator while I'm studying.
Hey all! My name is Brianna, I’m a third year law/development studies student at ANU. Im really keen to move into a sharehouse in January for the year (+hopefully the rest of my degree!). Im really keen to move into a home rather than just a house! I am a tidy, respectful person who loves a good chat over a glass of wine and the occasional roommate outing (esp to the local farmers markets). I love being outdoors so when I’m not studying you’ll usually find me running/hiking somewhere in the ACT or down the coast relaxing. But I do work two jobs so there’s that too! Feel free to get in touch, would love to pop by and see what’s available.
Hey! I'm Grace, a born and bred local. I work full-time in the APS. I keep pretty busy but otherwise I'm catching up with friends, playing soccer, painting, or cooking. I'm always considerate of communal space and housemates' downtime but I would also like to join a friendly sharehouse environment with people who are down to share a drink or a meal. Ideally I'm looking to move somewhere that puts me closer to the heavenly cheese fridge at Ainslie IGA. I'm aiming to move from the end of November onwards and definitely by early January. I'd be willing to sign on to a lease for the right spot. My best domestic skills are stain removal and cleaning the bathroom. My best personal trait is my modesty about my domestic prowess.
My name is Jeremy and I am an easygoing, IT Professional in his 30's who has recently moved to Canberra. I am social but also respect peoples privacy. I am clean and like cooking, so happy to cook an occasional meal for the house.
I'm currently studying IR at ANU and am looking into moving off-campus into an already established sharehouse. I would prefer a smaller place, maybe only 1 or 2 other people if possible. I love to just chill out and read (I'm a giant bookworm and spend 90% of my time reading) or watch Netflix (aka I'm a huge homebody). I'm fairly quiet and not the most social person, so the chances of me ever having more than one person over at a time is slim to none, but I love a good chat and movie/trashy TV marathon. I'm very tidy and will always keep up my end of the cleaning deal. Pretty flexible with move-in dates and can do any time between the first of December to the 30th of Jan :)
I love getting out doors, i'm pretty laid back, i enjoy cooking reading and juggling. I have two little bunnies that i would love to bring with me. I enjoy being social but i'm not really a party animal.
Hey I'm Luke, I am a qualified painter by trade currently living in Canberra with my parents and am looking to move out. I am an honest, hardworking 24 year old, who enjoys gaming and socialising. I am looking for a room share with some like minded people. Looking to move out in December but happy to have look or discuss any potential places beforehand. I have my own car and can bring furniture if required.
