The physical house itself is undoubtably the nicest and most modern share-house around, feeling like a family home. All appliances including the fridge, dishwasher, washer and dryer are already installed and work great! The entire indoor and outdoor communal areas are all fully furnished, making our home the perfect share-house to slot right into. The property is just over a 5 minute walk to the Phillip Avenue Metro stop, 5 minute walk to both Downer shops and Watson shops. It is less than a 20 minute cycle into the centre of the city/ANU and a 10 minute bike ride to the Old Canberra Inn. As the house is quite modern there is central heating throughout the entire house and it is extremely energy efficient. Our massive backyard is perfect for sunset watching and drinks whilst still offering privacy. We also have an enclosed back porch that has proved on many occasions to be the perfect way to start your day with a coffee and end it with dinner. The entire house has central heating, including all indoor communal areas and bedrooms.
I'm a very friendly and easy to get along with person. I am tidy and experienced in share housing. I enjoy climbing and many other adventure sports. I grew up in Canberra, and am currently working fulltime.

Hi I'm Mitch. I work as an urban planner and am a cat dad. I like to boulder, mountain bike, and play poker/card games in my spare time. I think podcasts are great to cook to, I have two bicycles, and will be buying a car soon so will need parking. The cat continuing to live with me is preferable, but he can stay with family if this isn't possible.
Hi, The apartment I was renting I am looking for a new room. I work fulltime in the public service, am happy to share with guys or girls and am easygoing. I wouldn’t mind sharing a meal and a few drinks but I also know how to respect personal space. I enjoy being in the outdoors. Happy to move in now or in a couple of weeks.
Hey guys! My name is Cheyanne, I’m 24 and I work part time as well as study. I’m looking for a room with like minded people! I like to think of myself as super laid back, colourful, artsy, bubbly, outgoing person who can bring laughter into any household :) I would ideally like to have/cook a family dinner and a few bevos regularly with my housemates but I also enjoy my own space and alot of the time while at home I’ll be studying, doing my art or procrastinating. I’m out or away most weekends and I’ve lived in share houses before and know what’s expected, I’m very respectful of others property and space :) I clean as I go and like to live in a clean house but I’m not over the top! Im happy to live with males or females (and any animals!). I smoke but always outside of coarse!! Thanks for reading!! 🤟🕉🌈🤗🍁

I look for the teamup to share a house with garden and deck as I am traveling from Sydney to Canberra time to time. I like to think the life as a learning place with peace, joy and love. I found helping people is joyful but also value my own time a lot. Interior design, being in the choir and walking/hiking are my hobby.
