STARTING A SHARE HOUSE Hey! I'm Kat, 37 Y.O. part-time zoo retail worker and Interior Decoration student. I temporarily moved back in with family and am now in search of a couple of friendly people to team up for a share house. I'm happy to take on the admin responsibility as main tenant if you're comfortable with that. I have most items and furnishings needed in a kitchen and shared spaces but open to discuss, and can help you furnish your room if also needed. MY IDEAL HOUSE SEARCH: 3/4 bedroom, preferably old-style house, no carpet, little yard/ outdoor space. That's it. I value my personal space, but would still want my housemates to be more than strangers and share some occasional chill moments together. I'm clean, respectful of shared and personal spaces and try to keep home duties eco-friendly, at least the bare minimum (eg. Recycle, earth friendly detergent, etc). MY ROUTINE: work/study 5-6 days a week with alternating weekends off, and my spare time is recently just gym, movie at home and occasional hangouts with work friends. I LOVE: animals, languages, salsa dancing, craft, puzzles, movie nights, books (though I've struggled to get through a whole book in recent years), fantasy and mystery-type stuff, nature walks/hikes and always interested in learning of other people's different hobbies and pastimes!
