We are a couple from Estonia who have just moved from Perth to Sydney. We are looking a place for a month or two, to have same time to settle in with Sydney life. I will study and work part time and my partner will be working full time. We are pretty laid back, clean and considering people, who like to socialise, but in the same time have some private time when needed. Ideally we would like to have a furnished private room and a parking space for our car. In the same time I will be using the bus/train, so it would be good if they are close too.
Full time employed, professional person sought to share apartment with one other male in Dulwich Hill. Matt (me) is a sociable, easy-going, clean and considerate 40 something male who has worked in and around music and festivals most of my life. I like to be social and sometimes have friends around but it’s not a party house. I work from home 3 days a week. I’m looking for a tidy, respectful and easy going flatmate. The apartment is a lovely, light filled 110m2 space, on top of a double fronted brick home, close to Dulwich Hill light rail, train and buses and both Hurlstone Park and Dulwich Hill shops. It is less than 5 min walk to Hurlstone Park train station. The apartment has a very big open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area with plenty of light, rugs and seating. The kitchen has a large Ilve gas stove and dishwasher. The bathroom has a double vanity with bath and shower so no need to share sinks! Laundry has a new washer/dryer and the apartment has a 2nd toilet. Overall the unit is big for 2 people with 110m2 of liveable space. There’s also a balcony overlooking the quiet street. There’s a cleaner that comes to clean the open areas and bathroom every 4 weeks. The available room is of a good size (3.5m x 4.5m) with high ceilings, huge floor to floor built in wardrobe, polished timber floors, ducted air conditioning and comes partly furnished and in excellent clean condition. The house is furnished and would ideally suit somebody without many possessions. Included in the rent is gas, electricity, cleaner and gardening. The house is non-smoking and there’s no TV in the open area so you’d have to be cool with that. If you need a TV, your room is your castle. I eat mostly organic, vegetarian and generally would keep food separate. I’m ideally looking for someone who’s quiet and self-contained but also a little bit social. This is a lovely apartment and I’m a cool and easy going flatmate. I’m looking for the same. The room is available immediately, if you’re interested drop me a line. Matt
I'm very clean and tidy maybe a little too over the top. I keep to myself and prefer my own space. I'm Looking for My own space and not looking at Sharing unless I have My own bathroom. Reason why I'm looking is cause I need more space and would like to have my things out of the garage. I'm a Vegan......need I say more I like my privacy to be respected. Im pretty easy to get along with. I work part time as a hairdresser so I'm happy to give you one of the best haircuts you'll ever have haha. If you want to know more please ask. I don't have my photo showing as I prefer to stay private. If you contact me I would gladly show you what I look like, but I am a Virgo Rooster. I am self employed and I'm always busy doing something.
Hi guys, I am Farid. I am a Civil Engineer from Mumbai but currently working in Middle East. My friend's name is Raafa. She from Bangladesh and a Professional Accounting student at USYD. We are looking for people (female preferred) to share a whole property with. We are looking for a place from 26/28th July onwards. Please leave a message if you would like to team up with us or if you have a property to rent. Cheers Farid
I have lived in Sydney for 28 years. I am a "physically small", easy-going, kind and considerate person. I weight approx. 55Kg and my height is 164cm. I would almost consider myself as a "Metrosexual Male". I am a non-alcoholic, I don't drink or smoke but I don't mind having flatmates who do. I am a vegetarian except for fish (I am happy to live with non-vegetarian flatmates). I live a "less sociable" lifestyle and it is very unlikely that I will intefere with other people's private/social life. However I would love to have some friends to have a chat with, and go out shopping at the supermarkets every so often. I am very respectful of other's privacy and belongings. To prove that I have a good rental history of paying rent on time, I have kept all the rent payment invoices from my (Licenced) Real Estate Agent over the past 9 months. At the moment my weekly budget for rent is $250-$280/wk. Due to unforeseeable circumstances, I put down my preferred length of stay as 6 months, but I want a place that I can stay at for 1 year or more. I will consider paying more than $280/wk, even though it is outside my comfort zone. If you send me a message via the website, please be prepared to wait until the evening for a reply (since I cannot get to a PC during business hours.) Also I do no logon to the flatmates website frequently due to a busy lifestyle. Thank you for your understanding. Cheers.
Hi, I am Maria Vittoria. I come from Italy. I am in Aus thanks to a working holiday visa. I am quite creative (I draw, paint, write...), I enjoy watching youtube videos and movies, studying and researching all things nutrition and health, I like reading and visiting galleries. I am quite open minded and absolutely LOVE meeting people from other countries! I enjoy my privacy and I am kind of an introvert for most of the time, but do not worry! I am friendly, polite, easy going and always available for a chat:)
We are Jesse and Dani, 38 and 24. I (Jesse) have been in Sydney since November and have been in Australia mainly over the past five years. Dani is just moving back here from New Zealand (our home). We are looking for a large 1+ bedroom apartment, terrace or similar. Please do not contact me if you are offering a shared house or a room only. I am a coms and engagement consultant, primarily in Government. Dani is a yoga teacher and artist. I also do art but I'm the main bread winner so I do a day job... plus I love what I do and it pays pretty well. We are both house proud and tidy, offer good references, and will take care of your property. Any location considered, pref 3 months minimum. We'd like to be in the Inner West, by the sea, or lower Northern Suburbs. It'd be amazing if there was a study and a garden(!) We can pay up to $650 neg/wk. We are happy to buy/provide our own furnishings but we are flexible if your place is semi or fully furnished. You'll like us - we are pretty nice and interesting people.
Hey flatmates, Flo and I are about to move to Sydney from Tasmania having completed our farmwork (yay!) We're easy going and like to keep things tidy, and respectful of any house rules and understand that everyone needs their own space, although we're always up for a chat over a cup of tea or at the local pub. If you have any questions about us just send a message
The property has been newly renovated with the owner living there previously. Rent includes the private room, unlimited cable internet as well as utilities. All shared areas are furnished and we're happy to supply a bed if required as well. There's on street parking available and always plenty of spaces. The bus is also right in front of the flat and can take you straight to the CBD. Train station is about a 15 min walk away.
Hi! I'm Kristy and I will be moving to Sydney soon from Brisbane to start my dream job working in the music industry. I am a tidy and considerate housemate and would be looking for a room with an ensuite or own bathroom preferably in inner West Sydney. I am friendly and generally pretty quiet but am happy to have a chat over dinner/drinks. I've lived in my current apartment with housemates for nearly 7 years so would like to find a place I can call home. I like to cook/bake, read, listen to music and go to gigs. I will be looking to explore Sydney on weekends so would love any recommendations for adventures :) I'll be heading to Sydney around 15 July and will be available to have a look at rooms from this time.
We are a couple looking to move out of the city into the inner west, or eastern suburbs. We are both currently studying in Kensington, however Katie is graduating at the end of the year. We are looking for our own place, not a share situation, somewhere to settle down for the foreseeable future. Hopefully somewhere that has an area for Katie to put her plants :)
Hi! I'm a friendly, easy-going, quiet guy. Not a party animal (those days are past) - but I like music, podcasts and unwinding with Netflix or a movie. I've recently returned from 6 years overseas, and am looking to set myself up in Sydney. I'm currently looking for work and am likely to be starting study soon. I'm responsible, tidy(ish) and a half-decent cook.

Hullo, I'm Brett. I'm moving to Syd from Wollongong, my home for the past 7 or so years, for an exciting new job in the city. I'm a neat person by nature, I like to keep my space tidy and will clean up after myself pronto. I respect people's personal space, but am open to making new friends and love having a good chat :) I enjoy cooking, and will ask if you want a cuppa when I'm making one. I'm really looking forward to exploring the city - I love discovering new cafes/pubs/beaches/nooks/crannies. I'm a web designer/developer, so you'll often find me staring at screens, but like to live healthily with running/riding/gym/sport activities. I like to laze about the house and watch TV as much as anybody, but also looking forward to going to see a few gigs and such, while I'm enjoying city life.

Hey! I will be moving to Sydney in July. I will be attending USYD. I am also planning to work part-time along with my studies. Basically, I am looking for an affordable place near my uni. I am looking for a place which will be 5-10 mins walking distance to the station and near to other local amenities like gym, local stores, etc. About me? I am an outgoing person who likes to socialize but enjoy my privacy and space. But, I would definitely take my housemates' comfort into consideration too. Very friendly and I believe I can adjust to any situation. And of course, I am a very organized person. I'm open to people from all nationalities. Lastly, I am not a pet friendly person at all and I would like to invite my friends over sometimes for a nice chat or few drinks. Drop me a message if you think my criteria matches to yours! xx

Hey, we're a pretty laid back couple interested in the outdoors and intellectual pursuits. I work full time as an electrician, I'm involved in scouting, and am always up for a board game. She studies psychology and works casually in hospitality. She's vegetarian, likes rock climbing, and prefers card games :p
