Hello! My name is Lynette from Singapore and I will be in Sydney starting June 2017 for a 2 year college course. I worked in the hotel and tourism industry for the past few years and I love meeting people from all over the world and all walks of life. I have lived in Sydney before and I am looking forward to returning to this beautiful city. I am 38 but look and feel more like 30 at heart! Lol! I am a really neat and tidy person and love to have an organised space to live and relax after coming home from a long day. I am respectful and considerate of people around me and hope to find like minded flatmates. My preferred length of stay would be anything from 3-6 months (with a possibility to extend) or 1 year or more if the place is suitable. Hope to get in touch with a future flatmate soon! Thanks for reading :) Lynette
I'm an international student studying at MQU taking my master's degree. I am very clean and tidy, I want things to be organize. I am also outgoing and friendly. But I also want some time alone. I prefer staying near the train station. Looking for a private room and sociable flatmates. Hope to hear from you soon! :)
Hello, future house mate! I'm friendly, honest, easy going, non smoker who cares about her health & fitness. I enjoy cooking, playing football, Campos coffee, and travelling to name a few. Looking for a home, not just a room to rent. I'm interested in living with a like minded individual who takes pride in their home. I'm considering moving from the East to the Inner west and flexible with the move in date. No couples and no night owls please as I work full time and value my beauty sleep :) I own bedroom furniture, kitchen equipment, washing machine (front loader), tv and entertainment unit. I may consider selling them if your home is furnished. Built in wardrobe and gas stove top are preferable.

Very close to cafes and shops, with Arlington Light Rail stop just a one minute walk away. From there it's a two minute ride to Dulwich Hill train station, or a 30 minute trip into the city. I am heading to Europe for three weeks and looking for someone to stay in my room! If you're between houses, or travelling to Sydney, this is your dream room! I'll be away from 27 June to 20 July, but dates are flexible. The room is in a dreamy, spacious share-house in Dulwich Hill. Our house has wooden floorboards throughout and lots of natural light. My bedroom is large and comes furnished with a queen bed, chest of drawers, clothes rack and big desk. There is a huge grassy backyard which gets lots of sun during the day, and a beautiful shared kitchen. Unlimited internet & bills are included in the rent. You will be close to lots of bus routes (426, 428, 412, 444, 418), 10 minutes walk from the light rail, and 15 minutes walk from Dulwich Hill train station.
Hey :)! I am moving to Sydney in June to start a new role with the media company I work for. I am originally from Melbourne but have spent the last year in lovely Adelaide. I am easy-going and enjoy being able to have good chats with the people I live with, but also respect other people's space. For fun I love to check out gigs, go for runs and hikes and catch up with mates over meals or drinks.
Gorgeously leafy and peaceful area, with east facing windows and balcony to catch the morning sun. Is two levels, with bedrooms/bath/laundry upstairs, open plan living and balcony downstairs. We have most of the standard mod cons: secure entry & intercom, pool, dishwasher, big bedrooms, built ins, bath, NBN. Air con and floorboards downstairs, bedrooms with ceiling fans and carpeted. Light rail station is a couple of minutes from the front door, train station approx 10-15min walk away. Heaps of unmarked parking on a quiet street with no troublesome types, and the neighbours and real estate are all really lovely and friendly too. Your room is unfurnished/ready for you to bring all the things, and these pics don't do it justice-you can easily fit a big bed, desk plus the usual bedroom furniture in there and still have room to lay on the floor. Rest of the house is furnished, am currently just short a tv/entertainment unit, but also happy to negotiate if you have extras/double ups that life just isn't the same without. Very relaxed feel here - I literally spent most the home time over the summer just enjoying the sun and serenity from the hammock on the balcony.
Sublet available in June in a spacious house in Dulwich Hill. Train/bus/light rail all around the corner. Shops, cafes, a few mins walk away. The house is really lovely and light, on a quiet street, with a really good sized living area and kitchen and HUGE yard. You'll be sharing with some awesome super chilled, tidy, housemates while I'm away. Get in touch if you wanna come check out the house and room, which is furnished Thanks!

I'm a professional, young, fun guy who has been living in Sydney for 21 years and living in shared houses for 2 years. I work full time in advertising and enjoy the fun things in life. I spend my weeknights usually cooking and relaxing after work. Whereas I spend my weekends usually out of the house or having some friends over for some drinks. I'm looking for one or 2 housemates to start a new place with in Sydney's inner west, somewhere near a train station ideally. I'd love to live with other neat, young professionals who share a passion for cooking and enjoy a drink...or 10. I can provide a fridge, washing machine, dryer and TV to help fill the place, so someone who is willing to fill the rest of the apartment would be amazing! (lounge, dining table, tv unit)
