I'm a full-time software engineer currently based in Melbourne. I've recently accepted a great offer for a new position in Sydney CBD, and I'm looking for a place ideally under 35 minutes commute from the door to Town Hall Station that fits under my budget and listed requirements. I would describe myself as being very clean (unusual for a guy, I know) and need to live in a very clean environment. I'm particularly fussy when it comes to bathroom cleanliness - so I'd prefer my own bathroom if possible, but I am flexible on that if you are clean yourself. I love to be sociable, so if you like to have a chat in the evenings and so on, that'll be really awesome. Or not. :) I own my own home in Melbourne, so it's really weird (and distressing) to have to go back to renting again. At the same time, I know how much more you respect something once its yours - and you can trust me to keep your place impeccable like my own. Interests include: video games, board games, anime, karaoke, going exploring.
Gday guys. A little bit about myself. Yup, im Asian, speak fluently English. Im a professional working 9-6. Not a party animal. Organised and respectful. Friendly and easy going - wouldn’t mind sharing a beer or two and meals. I work-out a few times a week but I’m fat. I have a car so off-street parking would be great. Im lookin for a long stay. Interested in inspections over weekends or after hours. Need a room before mid-Jan 19.
Originally from a little country town, I love cooking, baking and working out! I'm very clean and tidy, quiet but looking to meet new people in a friendly home. I'm currently studying physiology and working in the city as a manager's assistant/fit model.
Creative, non smoking professional seeks beautiful place to live. I have a perfect rental record stretching back to when I was 18 years of age so I know the drill! I work pretty hard from home on my computer a lot. Clean, reliable and friendly. I have two beloved rescue dwarf bunnies. They're both over 7 years of age and so love to nap a lot :)
Hi I'm lex I'm a young professional looking to live with similar people. Definitely over the going out every night phase, but still try and stay relevant and go out every so often. I'm closely approaching the 23rd year of my life and am exhausted from living with people who care too much about things that are just simply out of their control!! so, looking to team up with people who enjoy each others company but respects space, if issues arise we can have an adult conversation about it and not screenshot texts to friends for validation, keen for a drink or a hike or a swim, pay bills on time, and share music playlists. I'm a very empathetic and supportive person, so if we get along well consider me your #1 fan in life and we can get. this. bread. Anyways, if I sound like a good fit feel free to message me!
Hi! My name is Lucy and I work in IT. I enjoy going to F45 / the gym, playing video games and boardgames, reading, watching movies (especially horror and action) and drinking the occasional Guinness. If you're geeky / nerdy then we will get on well. I am down to earth, clean / respectful, LGBT friendly, animal friendly and enjoy quiet nights in with a glass of wine / bottle of beer, some Netflix and video games. Not a big party / clubbing person either. I currently live at home with my parents in Mosman, but I am looking to move out next year. I am considering getting a cat or a dog when I move, but if this causes an issue, I can wait until I live alone. I am a big animal lover and I currently own a dog which would stay with my parents, so it would be great to meet a fellow animal lover. I am easygoing and enjoy a laugh, and if we become friends while rooming together, then that is an ultra plus too! Always up for making friends, especially new video game / movie buddies. I'm looking mainly to have my own studio / granny flat, or to share with one other person, but if I meet the right people I am happy to extend this to a larger group. :)
The room is so divine. Extra large room, you could easily fit a king bed if you wanted! The wardrobe is massive and the natural light a view from the room is just beautiful. The apartment is really quite impressive for inner west living. It has the perfect mix of character and modern living. Every room including the lounge room has a ceiling fan and all the rooms get fantastic natural light, find we don't often have to use the lights because of it! Balcony looks out to a luscious view of the neighbourhood. Apartment is at the back of the block so is nice and quite and private. We have our own internal laundry which also has a mini clothes line for when its raining. There's a heap of clothes line outside as well. House is completely furnished so need to bring a thing except for you room! Bedroom can come with or without the bed (no mattress, but can get you a discount from my work!).
A clean and really bright apartment, lots of big windows with plenty of daylight. Single bedroom (queen bed) is fully furnished with bed, wardrobe, mirror and bedside table. Blankets and towel also available included in the price. Only 2 rooms in the flat and only my wife and I live here. Flat is fully furnished. Quiet and green residential area with river and park around the corner. Very close to hurlstone park train station and main street. 5 mins walk to Dukwich Hill lightrail and train station. 15 mins walk to Dulwich hill main street. Wi-fi is unlimited and Netflix available.

Im 23 and from Melbourne, I'm moving to Sydney for my career as a fashion designer, full time work. I'm looking to stay for a year or more. I'm a happy, social person who loves the outdoors especially the beach. I'm a creative person and pretty laid back, I like to keep to myself as I enjoy my own space because I constantly am on the go during the week but also love to laugh and chat. Sometimes I like to stay in with a glass of wine or three and eat lots of great food and watch movies. Other times, I love going out exploring bars and restaurants. I love cooking and baking in my spare time , I'm also a neat cooker and clean person. I have a partner max, 23, who will be most likely be moving in with me 20th of January, if he can get work transfer. He also works full time at the airport. We are easy going people, really easy to get along with, always laughing. I'm looking for my own space (room with own bathroom) but happy to share kitchen, laundry and lounge. I will be very busy working early mornings and late nights, sewing or designing. so please keep in mind I might need my sewing machine.

I will be starting a graduate program on February 4 for a construction company in a Health, Safety & Environment role. I will be moving over to Sydney from Perth for this new job and would ideally like to move in a few days before the start date so I can settle in and get to know my surroundings. I like to regularly go to the gym to stay fit, go and see music acts especially at festivals, and I enjoy binge watching tv shows and playing video games.
TEAM UPS ONLY!!!! I am a 25 year old Australian girl from Sydney. I am an easy going friendly person who works two jobs (sales during the week and own my own makeup business on the weekends). I enjoy going to the gym, going for walks, watching Netflix and hanging out with friends and family. I just got a new job in the city and want to move. I have all furniture and applicances if that helps
I'm a high school teacher, tidy, easygoing and friendly. I'm fluent in sarcasm and have a knack for banter. I'm always up for brunch and equally up for a night in watching Netflix. I'm looking for a social house that isn't a party house.
I've recently moved back to Sydney so I'm just starting to put the feelers out to start up a house with lovely peeps. I have most of the things required to set up a house (kitchen stuff etc) so now just need the peeps to start looking with :) I’m a very young at heart 40 y/o…I still can’t believe I’m 40 ;)…with the experience of 20 years renting. I am mature/responsible where it counts, and also fun loving; enjoying ‘sensible silliness' as well as chilling at home ;) I play guitar/ukulele/bass, love camping and going to festivals, love board games, watching docos as well as bad and good movies/t’v shows. I am looking to live in a clean and respectful home with people who are happy to socialise and share a meal every now and then, but also happy to have down time and our own space. As I have a fair bit of camping stuff, I look for houses with a garage so there is heaps of storage space, and as I like my 'things' books/crystals/trinkets/decor items etc, I need a decent sized bedroom. I have an adorable cat who is very affectionate and is used to people and/or other animals (including dogs) to keep him company. I am open to where I live in Sydney. It would be great to be in the inner west if the right place comes up for a decent price, but also happy to live on the outskirts too. Let me know if you're keen to look for something, hopefully with a third person. I am very flexible as to when I can move. Cheers xx
