Hey, I'm RJ! 28, from the UK, working full time and nearing the end of my working holiday visa I'm now looking for something consistent, comfortable and commutable to work while I see out my 2 year stint in Australia As a housemate I'm pretty chill, I don't mind helping out with housekeeping duties, fairly tidy staying in hostels for most of the past 18 months has made washing, drying and packing away a habit! In my free time I'm usually exploring, exercising or eating... Not sure what else to put here but looking forward to meeting you!

Hey there! I'm 24, almost 25. currently living in Randwick for 2+ years now looking to move to the inner west areas. I'm a freelance photographer and specialise in live music, portrait and wedding photography so my life is busy but also fun! means I get alot of plus ones to events and gigs hehe. I'm quiet, clean tidy and love to have a casual drink. Looking for a place and people to live with that are fun, young and friendly. Open to pets and smokers but I do/have neither My life is basically music, photography, the beach, yoga, good food and alcohol haha honestly anything you want to know about me I'm an open book :)
I'm looking for 1 or 2 friendly people to fill two rooms in a huge Victorian house, both with built-in wardrobes. The larger of the bedrooms is the one in the picture. Both rooms come unfurnished (although if necessary I can furnish one or the other). The rooms are not available for couples, sorry. I'm not too fussed about age as long as you're friendly, mature minded, up for a chat or beer now and then, oh and not a teenager or needing a retirement village. The house has 4 bedrooms + a guest room, 2 living spaces, 2 dining spaces, 3 bathrooms, a modern kitchen and a good sized deck with BBQ. We're close to buses (1 min away), Lewisham train station (12 mins away) and Waratah Mills light rail station (5 mins away). We're also close to Dulwich Hill shops, about 3km from Enmore & Newtown and a short walk to Marrickville. Cycling into the city takes around 20-30 minutes. The rent is $300 for the larger room ($260pw + $40 for bills) and $255pw for the smaller room ($215 + $40 for bills). Bills include electricity, gas, unlimited internet and a cleaner who comes every 2 weeks. She doesn't normally clean bedrooms. The bond is $1000 for each room. I may be ok with a dog if you come with one, depending on breed, but not a cat sorry. I have 2 chooks and there are plenty of free eggs coming from them. I'm going travelling next year for a few months and I'm hoping one of the people moving in will stick around long enough to look after the chooks while I'm away. If all this sounds interesting for you, please send me a message.
Hello! You'll find me warm, considerate and enthusiastic about making a harmonious, clean and tidy household. I enjoy reading, a good chat and stopping to smell flowers and pet that dog and/or cat. I work part-time in medical administration. Looking for: - long term share accommodation - all female preferred, but not essential. Rental experience: - 5 yrs renting a relative's granny flat - 2 years renting flatshare with sibling.
I consider myself to be a sociable, respectful & tidy person. I enjoy taking pride with things. I love a bit of fun but also, working & studying is a priority for me.
Hi, My name is Chanel, I am currently working as a Provisional Psychologist within the Sydney CBD and looking to move somewhere a little closer for work. In addition, I have also been accepted to study at the University of Sydney to complete my Masters in Clinical Psychology (2 years), commencing in 2020. I have a little Shih Tzu that is 7 years old and has always been an inside dog. He does not malt (as Shih Tzu’s have hair, not fur), he has completed all of his training, very friendly and there have been no issues in previous accommodations with him! During my spare time I love to bake, listen to music, and read a book or two. I am looking for a relaxed clean environment, and a roommate that is easy to get along with, enjoys a bit of a chat, but at the same time understands the need for some study time.
Hi Guys Looking to move to Sydney later this year. I am looking for some space in a friendly creative home . I am a writer/director with a project on the go. I do have my own furniture so I need some space. I am open to a whole house or a studio, granny flat, or large bedroom with my own bathroom and extra room. I do have a little cat and an older dog so they need to be happy and safe. I am easy to live with and give good space and expect the same in return. I have ongoing income so bills and rent are paid on time . I am flexible with rent depending on what is available. So if you have anything coming up please contact me. Cheers Peita
