I am a consultant working FIFO (1 month on/1 month off). I am looking for accommodation 1 month at a time starting 4 December - 3rd January. Hi, We are three friends (two guys and a girl) looking for another girl to start a new lease with us in the inner west. We are looking for a 4 bedroom house with a backyard for BBQs in summer. I'm a pretty easygoing person to live with, clean & pay everything on time. I like Netflix, food, wine, outdoor adventures, live music... bit of everything. The two guys are really clean, friendly & responsible. Architects who also like to socialise but work long hours through the week. We would like to live with someone who likes to hang out after work and is friendly rather than feeling like strangers sharing a place. If that is you, send us a message :-)
We're pretty fun gals we enjoy a good night out but also love chill days and beach days. We're both very respectful and tidy. Looking for a place where we can chill with our house mates and be friends. Not just make awkward eye contact in the morning haha
Hi There! My second bedroom is up for rent. This is the beautiful cottage. Spacious, clean, quiet and recently renovated. It has 2 bedrooms, is detached and has plenty of light. There is a fairly new U shaped kitchen with Caesar stone bench top, microwave, electric oven, gas cook top, double butler sink, and plenty of cupboard space. Separate dining. Eat-in kitchen. Hard wood floors throughout. There is also a great wood burning stove in the lounge to enjoy through winter. The kitchen leads into an internal laundry and beyond that a garden with a retractable clothing line. The garden has a lovely seating area and is great to have friends over or lie on the grass to soak up some sun. The common rooms are furnished however my current housemate is moving out and there is scope to include your own pieces. Perfect location. A short walk to buses, light rail and train station. Minutes away from Dulwich Hill Village – cute shops, post office, gyms, pub, cafes, IGA, grocery stores, hair dressers, nails, and library. An easy stroll to parks, bike paths, and Petersham’s Little Portugal along with the famous Oxford Tavern. Swimming pools are nearby, along with Marrickville Metro. The area is quiet, tree lined, and has plenty of unmetered street parking.

Hey, my name is Peter and I would describe myself as a very career focused person who spends a lot of time on study/work. I think I am pretty social, laid back and will occasionally unwind by binging on netflix :). Enjoy study and just finished a bachelor of IT in July and considering starting masters mid sem 2017, but will see how I feel in 6 months. On 28/11 I flew from QLD to Sydney for a job in the city. Currently staying at an Airbnb property (and breaking the bank lol), so I am seeking a more suitable long term solution to help settle into Sydney and my new job :). Also love to ride motorbikes and was hoping to get my motorbike sent down from Brisbane so... If there is secure parking, a shed or somewhere out of sight to park a motorbike is a bonus!
I'm a 22 year old female from the Netherlands. In January I will move to Sydney, to work for a hotel for at least 10 months. I'm a friendly social person, but I also like my privacy. In my free time I like to watch movies or series (Netflix!!), listen to music, read books, drink a glass of wine and talk or go out!
Hi, I'm Joanna, 27 years old. I work a 9-5 job in the City. I'm moving up from Melbourne to Sydney for a bit of a change in scenery in January 2017! During the weekdays I like to exercise after work and chill at home or with mates. On the weekends I like going out for brunch and trying new places. I love socialising (but respectful of people's personal space too), learning new things and being adventurous! I'm looking for socialable housemates who don't mind having a chat. I'm tidy and respectful of communal areas so I expect my housemates to be the same. I want to live with people who are honest, chilled and caring. I'm happy to cook communal meals or occasionally go out as a group.
I enjoy a good chat but sometimes come of as quiet. originally from South Africa but have been in Australia for 10 plus years. I like drawing in my spare time or relaxing and watching a tv show. I like comedies and watch a lot of them. I also like cooking, diving and skiing. I used to be in the Australian Ski and Athletics team. i've travelled to a lot of places. I respect people's personal space but also like to have the occasional drink and have a chat. In urgent need of a place to stay.
I work as a Security Officer with the ACES Group, aside from my typically late work hours I keep to myself. Hobbies include martial arts (Uechiryu and a little MuayThai), TTRPGs and model painting, and gaming. I like to think I'm rather easy going when not on shift, and have no problems with smokers and pets, though I am mildly allergic to cats.
We've got a very large, beautiful, unfurnished room available in a huge, modernised 5br Edwardian house for a non-smoker, 25-45, to share with 2 males and 1 girl (1 male is a 17 year old who stays 3 nights per week). Note that the room is not for a couple, even though it's big enough to host a small music festival. There are 2 living rooms, 2 dining rooms and 3 bathrooms, 1-2 guest rooms that can be used as needed, a good sized deck with modern BBQ and a big backyard with some pet chickens. The room is the one with the bed in the photo, although it comes unfurnished. That said, you are welcome to use the bed from the guest room while you get yourself sorted. We're within 100m of cafes, supermarket, pubs, small bars and transport and more. There are three transport options nearby - train, bus and light rail. We're also only a few km from Newtown, which is one of the social hubs of Sydney. The rent is divided $260 + $40 for bills (so $300 total and $1300 monthly). Bills comprise broadband internet, gas, electricity and bi-weekly cleaning by a professional cleaner (excluding bedrooms). We're all musos to some degree, so you might need to get used to some singing in the house. Please contact Richard for an appointment to view the house and room. PS. in case there is any concern about living with a teen 3 nights per week, he's a good kid who'll happily chat to you or he'll keep to himself to work on his hobbies. So he's just like any other flatmate
I am a 26 year old student currently completing my master's degree in physiotherapy while working part time in the city. Easy going and clean and just looking for a place to call home whenever I'm not working.
I'm an easy going, positive, friendly person and I would love to live with like minded people. I have lots of share house experience and am adaptable, open minded and great at compromise. I like to live in a neat space, and I love to cook. I'm addicted to my glass of wine in the evening and I'm always down for weekend shenanigans. I'm also a musician and would be occasionally playing cello/violin. I'm 25, currently living in Perth and moving to Sydney in January. I'm applying for full time jobs as a high school music teacher in the inner west, and am more than happy to work hospitality to make ends meet until that happens. Getting so excited for the move, to meet new people and to kick start this career!
Hi! I'm relocating to Sydney from Brisbane. I am a very friendly, easy going and tidy person. I don't mind going out and spending time with friends, but also enjoy my quiet time reading and watching movies. I will be working full time as a flight attendant so won't be home half the time either! I am looking to live in any of the suburbs surrounding the airport (within about 20 minutes of it!) and move date is by end of December/first of January! Don't hesitate to contact me :) Prefer to share with people between 19 and 27!
Looking for a flatmate to share my apartment in Dulwich Hill. It's on the third floor, with a nice balcony and elevator in the building. There's plenty of public transport around within walking distance, with the light rail, buses and trains around the corner. You'll have your own bedroom with a walking in robe and your own bathroom. There's cable internet, wifi and netflix and they are included in the rent! Great coffee in the area :D
