I am a 25 year-old fulltime English teacher at a language school in the city. I am reasonably quiet (it takes me a while to get out of my shell) but can be quite fun and lively once I get to know people. I occasionally like to muck around on the piano (they come with headphones don't worry!) and sing a bit (only when no one is in the house!). I enjoy a drink and every now and then but would probably prefer a cafe date with friends rather than huge nights out every Friday (Don't be surprised if you find me on a Fri night with a good movie or book or engrossed with some good music with my beloved headphones on). I am not a huge cook but will sometimes prepare Asian food. I enjoy a neat & organized environment and am also obsessively on time with payments and rent. I am also quite adept at making groan-worthy dad jokes! Thankyou Chamberlain Zhang

Active, outgoing and outdoorsy, clean and tidy, working full time as an engineer in Sydney CBD. I'm looking for a like-minded household with other young professionals. Easygoing and always happy to be social and share a few beers / meals as a flat. Generally spend my weekends out and about doing adventure-like activities, however every so often I will gladly embrace my inner sloth and binge watch some Netflix. Have all my own furnishings so would like to team up and find a nice place, however I have no qualms with just selling it all. I recognise that while share houses can be a great way of meeting people, they can be challenging if the fit isn't right. Would love to meet you for a coffee/beer/drink of choice for a chat to see if we could live harmoniously.
I'm a full time worker in the architecture field. When I'm not working I enjoy my sport and my gaming, as well as playing musical instruments. If I can get away and travel, I'll usually take the opportunity. Sociable enough around people but also happy to keep to myself. I was born and raised here in Sydney to Filipino parents, so there is a mix of cultures in the way I was brought up. In general I'm pretty flexible and respectful to everyone's differences.
Hey guys, My name is Majed, I'm from Palestinian origins and been living in Dubai for the past 3 years, and now I've decided to move to Sydney after I have been granted the permanent residency, so let the fun begin.. :p I'm a very friendly, open minded, and accepting guy. I respect privacy of others just as much as I expect them to respect mine. Very neat and tidy without crossing the normal limits.. lol I'm new to town so will appreciate all the advice I can get at the beginning and hope I can meet a nice roommate to click with.. cheers.. Majed
I am an Architect and Phd Student working and studying full-time. I just moved to sydney from Canberra for work. I am very open , friendly and easy going. I love meeting new people but also love to enjoy my quiet time to reflect and study as well. I am very organized, tidy and respectful of the rights of others especially in a shared apartment scenario. I am looking for a place that meets my needs of coming home to relax after a busy day and also quiet enough for me to study at night. I get along with pretty much anyone and everyone.
We've got a very large, beautiful, unfurnished room available in a huge, modernised 5br Edwardian house for a non-smoker, 25-45 yr old professional to share with 2 males and 1 girl, all singles (1 male is a 17 year old who stays 3 nights per week). Note that the room is not for a couple, even though it's big enough to host a small music festival. We're from NZ, Canada and Australia. There are 2 living rooms, 2 dining rooms and 3 bathrooms, 1-2 guest rooms that can be used as needed, a good sized deck with modern BBQ and a big backyard with some pet chickens. The room is the one with the bed in the photo, although it comes unfurnished. That said, you are welcome to use the bed from the guest room while you get yourself sorted. We're within 100m of cafes, supermarket, pubs, small bars and transport and more. There are three transport options nearby - train, bus and light rail. We're also only a few km from Newtown, which is one of the social hubs of Sydney. The rent is divided $260 + $40 for bills (so $300 total and $1300 monthly). Bills comprise broadband internet, gas, electricity and bi-weekly cleaning by a professional cleaner (excluding bedrooms). We're all musos to some degree, so you might need to get used to some singing in the house. Please contact Richard for an appointment to view the house and room.
Fulltime corporate lady hailing from the Northern Beaches. Wanting to test living closer to my work in the CBD. Looking at a shorter rent-time, but if it all works out happy to consider staying roomies for longer :)
I am a 22 year old newly graduated university student who is currently living at home, working part-time (around 4-6 days a week) in fashion retail. My home lifestyle is simple and quiet, if I am not out. Usually my parents are relatively preoccupied with outside engagements so I try to find as much time as possible to contribute with home chores such as the cleaning and cooking. With a healthy amount of balance in my life that I juggle between social activities / relaxation time / work, I do a routine daily inspection around the home and can always be trusted to immediately stock up on groceries or home utilities / necessities if it is running low for all members of the household to use. Cleanliness and general consideration for all others in the home are qualities I consistently manage to maintain. As a relatively busy, social, and out-going working young person, I like to keep my schedule filled with a variation of leisure activities, or social engagements. My interests are in fashion, films, music, literature and cooking. If I am not reading, writing, or watching films in my room, I have a love for spontaneous outdoor walks, day trips, or mini driving explorations and adventures. Please take into consideration of my several mini talents which could be of use from time-to-time in a shared-home living condition: I make rather good guacamole. I scrub bathroom tiles very meticulously. I am generous with contributions to groceries for the kitchen. I keep immensely quiet during late hours, and very early mornings. Rent will be paid consistently, never late. I have a helpful nature around the home. I am friendly, and polite.
Light filled, spacious art deco apartment in botique block of four. High ceilings, polished floorboards, full of books, art and dvds. All rooms are large including both bedrooms. Balcony with front bedroom, and shared garden on property with BBQ. Great location, green, quiet and close to all public transport (light rail, bus, train), cafe culture of the inner west, and shopping. My favourite living space in Sydney so far. My room available from now till 27 Feb while I am overseas and willing to negotiate on price.
Howdily Doodily, I'm a 24 year old nursing student -very well versed in the art of share-housing. I spend most of my time reading, drawing and adventuring. I'm looking for a home where I can shamelessly spend a lot of time indulging in my typically-introvert-hobbies. But I'd also love to be friends with my housemates and share meals and have crafternoons and tea together.
Hello, my name is Alejandra. I am 27years old, independent, clean and easy going. Very respectful of peoples private space and happy person to be around. I enjoy music, reading, quite nights in, or eating out. Ale

I'm DTE , I enjoy good conversation and a good laugh, I like cooking, swimming, going in the gym, ...... I'm honest and reliable professional. Having a great work ethic translates to respecting those i live with. I like to live in a clean, tidy house. While I do not have pets, I'm animal lover and do not mind if there are pets in the house. I enjoy socialising but do not do this at all hours as I respect the people I live with.
Hi there, my name is Alex. I'm a 25-year-old guy who is focused but fun, wanting to contribute to a homely and respectful household. I'm very tidy, clean and quiet. I love a good chat and friendly housemates. I'm originally from Melbourne, studying postgraduate law at Sydney University. Don't hesitate to ask me anything you'd like to know.
I am a young I.T professional. I work from home 3 days out of the week and am an active and avid gamer. I seldom leave my "cave" when I am working or gaming and enjoy going out on the rare occasion over the weekend. I don't smoke but I do vape religiously. I am also South African so I love making dishes that I enjoy and miss from home. (I have been living in Sydney for three years) but would love to expand and meet some more people from all different backgrounds. On top of keeping to myself, I am tidy and also incredibly respectful of peoples living area. I love animals and I do not mind smokers at all. :)
Rent includes unlimited wireless internet, electricity and water bills, toilet paper, all cleaning products and access to fully equipped kitchen and separate laundry downstairs. Furnished room includes: queen bed, chest of draws, bedside table with lamp, hanging closet and desk. 1-5 min to: Direct buses to City, Burwood, Ashfield, Newtown, Bondi, Mascot. 5 min to: Light Rail station Dulwich Grove to Darling Harbour, Fish Markets, Casino. 10 min to: Dulwich Hill Train Station The apartment is well equipped, perfectly located and very cozy with a sunny and green outdoor area. Walking distance to bank, post office, supermarket, library, cafes and bakeries. By sharing with only one other person, you'd have the whole place to yourself a lot. Very spacious and clean. Smoking permitted outside only.
I've just been lucky enough to get approved for a 3 beddy apartment in Dulwich Hill. Complex comes with a pool and cafe for when you're too hungover to walk for coffee. Plenty of unlimited onstreet parking around the area, the arlington light rail stop is at the back gate and Lewisham station is a 10-15 min walk down the road, depending on your pace. I need two new humans to help me and my cat Reggie fill the place. We're on the second floor, and the place will be mostly furnished except bedrooms. I come with all the kitchen gadgets anyone could ask for, all I ask is to clean up after yourself and I'll clean up for me and Reg (the cat) These two rooms would be sharing the downstairs bathroom. The rooms: Room 1 (the one with the guitar) down stairs is a bit smaller than the two others but would fit a queen bed and a small amount of furniture, it has a window and a built in wardrobe. Room 2 (with all the boxes) is upstairs and is more of a 'loft' style, with no windows but a half open wall (opens to the top of the stairs, no-one can see in) and a bit more space than the other. Has no wardrobe but plenty of space for a clothes rack and some draws. If you're lucky, I'll even give you my old clothes rack.
I am a 26 year old master's student who is also working part time. I am looking for a space to call home for the next year while I complete my degree. Clean, friendly, organized, and easy going. Very busy so I tend to rarely be home, and when I am it's to wind down from long work days. Self-contained property strongly preferred. Own bathroom or ensuite strongly preferred
A certified gun at washing dishes. Tidy and respectful. Very easy-going. Likes sport and gym. Financially stable. Consumes beer and scotch. Originally from Sydney. Hoping to find one or two like minded fellas to share with. I'd love to be close to a train station so I can conveniently get into the city for my 9-5.
hi, all, I am looking for someone to take an apartment together. I am quite low key and enjoy a friendly chat with my housemates. Recently graduates and start to searching for jobs now. I am tidy, easygoing and would probably be the perfect housemate.
Two bedroom apartment is positioned on the rear of the building with a strictly private residential outlook and a breathtaking view! Set on the first floor of an immaculate security building with security intercom and stunning entry foyer, the property offers polished timber floorboards in the living areas and carpets in the bedroom, a built-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom in the main bedroom as well as another built in wardrobe in the second bedroom, a separate modern gas kitchen with stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, a gorgeous main bathroom with a combined shower/bath-tub, a concealed internal laundry and a bright open-plan living area. There is also two balconies offering direct views to Sydney’s city skyline. With all shops, train station and parks nearby and a bus stop literally at your doorstep to the CBD
I am a very easy going, friendly guy originally from Canberra . I'm currently in my last year of uni and working part time (full time over the summer) and looking for a room really anywhere in the inner west (honestly not picky at all).
I’m a 28 year old gay male, currently working part-time as a dog walker and studying spatial design part-time at UTS. I’m looking for a place where I can sign onto a lease. I am looking for a place I can begin renting over the next few weeks. I’m fairly happy keeping to myself whilst being social at times, and like to keep things neat and tidy. Ideally I’m looking for a home where I can become friends with who I’m living with, but still have my own space in my room. I love to cook, and live a fairly quiet lifestyle in that I’m not out partying and don’t have house parties. I prefer catching up over meals and a few drinks, nothing too big. Living with me is Frankie, my 3 year old dog who I have trained to be a medical assistance dog. She's an awesome dog with a big personality. She goes to uni and work with me, and I'm crate training her so she'll happily settle in a new house. She also loves other dogs.
I'm looking around to rent a studio bedroom type with kitchen and bathroom to stay temporary or long term in the future (will consider when it goes into the communication with good owners) . My housemate Suzanna will be away in South East Asia from 20th of Jan until 26th of Feb and her room will be unoccupied for that time. The room is fully furnished with a queen sized bed, BIR with space for your clothes, ducted air-conditioning, and a juliette balcony. The property is a two-storey house with a sunny, herb-filled courtyard, fully-equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. You'll have access to unlimited wifi too!
I am a full time teacher who works in the Shire. Love meeting new people, chillaxing on the weekends and exploring new places. I have been told that I am a good at baking things and love to cook for people. I am neat, tidy, clean and organised given the nature of my job. I am respectful and quiet but know how to have fun as well! I am currently looking to teaming up with one other for a new villa style granny flat in Earlwood. Do contact me for more information if you are interested.
Hi, My name is Trang and I am 24-year-old professional, working in CBD. I just moved to Sydney last October and I have been living near Central Station. As I get to know Sydney better, I am looking for some suburb a bit outside of the city to rent a room, preferably with private bath if possible. I have a pretty international background. I am from Vietnam and went to the U.S. to study accounting and Chinese and to work. I have been to China and Europe for study abroad purposes. And here I am, in Sydney! I am a friendly and sociable person, but I do respect personal space. In my free time, I enjoy running, reading and exploring places for good food and good atmosphere. Contact me if you'd like to pair up or have a room to rent out! Thank you!
I'm 25, a student at UTS and working part time as an animator. I draw a lot outdoors and love to watch and talk about movies/tv. I spend most of my time away working and mostly keep to myself at home, but I'm a very friendly and respectful guy. I'm very tidy, and do my best not to disturb people with noise or mess.
I am looking to share with one or more females or one male around the Sydney area. I would like a private, furnished room somewhere very nice comfortable. Working fulltime in the CBD, I'm a quiet, friendly and social person.
