I currently work full time in the HR industry and I have been living in Sydney for almost 10 years. I am a clean and tidy person, easy to get along with and love meeting new people! I generally keep to myself and am respectful of my roommate's space. I usually like to go out on weekends with friends for fun or have a quiet night in with Netflix. If you'd like to see if I would fit in with you, let's meet up for a chat!
My Situation: I'm moving to Sydney from Perth for a grad program, so looking for somewhere to stay for about 9 months to a year - possibly with the option to stay longer if i like it where i'm living. I'll be moving to Sydney in early February, with a view to moving in sometime around mid/late February, since I'll have temporary accommodation sorted for the first few weeks. What I'm looking for in a place to live: Would prefer to live in an area that is relatively close to the CBD and has good public transport links, whether it be a train station or a frequent bus service as i won't have a car in Sydney. As to the house itself, i like to think I'm not too fussy. A place that has good internet (good enough to stream HD quality YouTube or Netflix while other people are using) and bathroom/s that aren't shared by too many people would make me a happy man. with respect to furnishings, I'm looking for a place that's flexible with furnishings or fully furnished. I'm not interested in a place that isn't furnished. About me: I'm a 24 year old economics & law graduate who's going to be working full-time in the CBD. Enjoy watching AFL and F1 on the weekends during the winter months and cricket during the summer. Play tennis and badminton occasionally for recreation, but I'm unsure if I'll have time to do those sorts of things once i move over to Sydney. Play the odd video game as well. What I'm looking for in a roommate/s: Looking for roommates who are preferably also working regular full time hours like myself, but is also keen to occasionally hang out - whether it be going out for dinner, drinks, a movie etc. or just spending a night at home. Having said that I would like to think that if you're interested in having me as a roommate that you're respectful of personal space and boundaries. I'd like to think i'm a considerate person when it comes to others so i will endeavour to clean up after myself in common areas (though i admit i can get a bit lazy and untidy when it comes to my own personal space). if you share similar interests to me that would be a welcome bonus, but it's certainly not a deal breaker if you aren't.
Hey, so as many tend to say I'm really "easy going" but it's true. I have a great time with my life and those around me, but also very responsible about the things that matter! I have a steady full time income in a career I love (Lead Designer at an ad agency). I'm reliable as all hell. Equally social and independent, so I love a good chat yet understand privacy/quiet time around the home. Interests in music, creativity, travel and go to the gym for a bit of fitness. Born and raised in Sydney, looking to move into a home with 1-3 other residents. Male/Female, LGBTIQ doesn't worry me in the slightest. Any questions or concerns hit me up!
Heya! :) We're an easy-going couple who are clean and pull their weight around the house. I'm Aussie and Kevin is Irish. We are both easy to get along with, love to have a chat and hang out with roommates but also like time to ourselves. In my free time I like heading to the beach, adventuring around the local nature walks, going to the gym and watching a bit of Netflix. Kevin is into sports and enjoys an active life style, enjoys the beach and trying to rid himself of that Irish tan! Hoping to move into a share house as we both like the friendly and social atmosphere of a share house. We've both lived in share houses before and understand how it works. I'm working in HR and Kevin in the sports health sector. Currently staying in Glebe looking to move into a place in the next few weeks (pretty flexible with the date). If you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact me! :)

Looking for a clean, tidy, responsable and reliable flatmate to share my 2 bedrooms appartment . The place has a share garden downstairs, perfect for BBQ during summer, a balcony to chill in the morning with a coffee. It's only 2 units house with young couple living downstairs, so really good vibes. The room is fully furnished, however happy to remove furnitures if needed. Located 300 meters from train and light rail. 500 meters from shops. Myself originally from Switzerland, I work in Insurance, been in Australia for 8 years. I used to live with my GF but broke up some time ago, so now I got this spare room. I m really easy and outgoing in general, love have a chat, share a meal, have a glass of wine, however looking for someone mature, respectful and clean.
Hi, I moved here from Canada 2 years ago and love it so much I plan on never going back! I work full time in finance and go to uni full time as well. Looking to move inner west to be closer to uni and a change in lifestyle from the north shore. I have a beautiful little pup named Lucy whom I love to bits and pieces and I'm sure you will love her to! She has always lived in apartments and is very well house trained but mainly just sticks with me, she's 3 years old. I am very outgoing, love to have a good time, hang out with friends, go for drinks, love going for runs, pilates and to the gym. I like to keep very busy! Looking to move places in Feb inner west and need a new house mate or mates! I have a bunch of furniture so happy to find a place and sign a lease and have someone take a room in our new home! I love to cook so looking for someone(s) to be able to have a chat with, have dinner and hang out with in our spare time (however much that will be). Let me know if your interested in finding a place with me! Cheers bec

I am a 32 year old female working full time in the community sector with disadvantaged youth. I'm looking for a place that feels like home and where I can share my beloved and a bit of an excessive collection of indoor and outdoor plants. I enjoy being social and getting lost in interesting, challenging and not so challenging conversation, but at the same time, sometimes after a day at work, I'd just want to chill out and read a book, watch a movie, doco or just take some time out for myself. I enjoy experimenting in the kitchen when the mood takes me (sometimes it's a hit or miss, but it doesn't stop me) and would appreciate living with others who also enjoy and appreciate food, but don't mind if we're not sharing meals all the time as I understand we all have different schedules, tastes and budgets. I've lived in my fair share of sharehouses and am pretty clean and respectful. I'd like to live with others who share similar values.
Hi, guys. I am Iris. I am in my third year studying Bachelor of Commerce in Usyd and also working part time in uni. I am always told by friends that I am very easy going! So I guess living with me will be pretty chilled and relaxing. During weekdays, I usually study and work part-time in used. I am more than happy to chill with roommates and have a great conversation. And on weekends, I would like to hang out with friends to grab drinks in the bar nearby (and clubbing occasionally but I will promise I am not a party animal as I am pretty nerdy), visit museums, go to the beach, take a walk and grab yummy food! I like watching TV shows, watching horror movies, playing pool, playing ping-pong and doing pole dancing. I lived with two of my friends in a shared house last year but unfortunately, they are all moving overseas. So I am looking for new friends to team up to start an ideally 3/4 bedrooms house share, and 2 bedrooms are also fine. I am looking for roommates but also good friends as in living together I cannot just treat you the person next door but I would like to hang out as friends with you and we can all call this place a home away from the family. Students or young professionals are all welcomed! Female and male are both welcomed but ideally girls living together. I prefer to live in Glebe, Chippendale and also Surry Hills. Feel free to message me if you think I can make a great roommate! And I would like to move in on 1 March.
I'm a young professional and will be working in the finance industry in the CBD from February (flexible on move in date). I love playing guitar, reading a good book, travelling, checking out parks/markets/anything outside, board games, and sushi(!). I'm tidy and know how to clean up after myself. I'm also pretty relaxed and hoping for similar type flatmates. Looking for something <10 minutes walk from a train station or bus route to CBD.
Single male, I’m from the blue mtns originally and have lived in the inner west since 18 apart from 2014 till the start of 2017 when I was living in Edinburgh. I work as a solar installer all over Sydney so normally 7am till about 330pm is my work day with some sats. I’m pretty social but like my own space from time to time. Love to cook, have beers with friends, I read quite a bit or just vegging our with a good game or some netflicks. Like to spend weekends catching up with friends or seeing family. I’m really easy going and get along with most people. I’m clean especially in communal areas (room can be covered in clothes at times) and very respectful of others around me.
I'm 29 years old and just moved back to Sydney after 3.5 years in London. Keen to get to know a different side of this city after growing up further out west, and also just a little too old now to move back in with the parents! Have lived in house shares for the last 3.5 years and had really great experiences each time. I am clean, chilled out, like a good balance of time alone and hanging out together with housemates. Looking for a house with similar minds.
Hi, I m a French dude, working part time during the week and running my small catering business cooking delicious omelettes on weekends. I lived for two years in marrickville and most of my mates are around the area. I used to have my stall at Addison rd market selling jerky. I enjoy cooking, hiking, drinking with my mates, BBQ with my housemates, hotwheels (yes it is for adult too!), new business ideas brainstorms, riding my bicycle, need to go back on climbing. Anyway, my relationship just ended and i m looking for a new place to call home ASAP. Positivity, cooking and a can do attitude is the best i can bring to the table 🙂 Looking forward to meet ya 🙂 cheers
Hi, I'm Anna, 35. I'm moving to Sydney in January 2018 for a 6-month contract at the Art Gallery of NSW. I'm a NZer and have been living in the UK for the last 5 years. I love art and music and looking forward to exploring Sydney (especially all the good swimming spots!). I'm looking for a single room in a friendly house, preferably furnished and close to transport into the city. Looking forward to meeting you!
Hi! :) Myself and my good pal Luke are looking for a place to live in Sydney at some stage in February 2018, we are preferably looking for somewhere to live in the Inner East, Inner West or on the Northern Beaches and close to a train station if possible. We will be needing two private rooms. We are both young professionals who are moving from Newcastle to Sydney for graduate jobs in the CBD so we will be busy with work Monday-Friday 8am-6pm. I will be working as a lawyer and Luke will be working in accounting. We are very chill people who love to hit the beach and exercise in our spare time and will be travelling back home to Newcastle on some weekends. We would ideally like to be living with like-minded housemates who like to keep their living spaces clean and tidy. We are friendly/social people who would love to make home cooked meals with our future housemates, watch some TV, head out for a drink or play board games when we're all free.

Hey Sydney, I've Just accepted a Graduate position in the city so looking to move to the biggest smoke for the foreseeable future. Originally from Melbourne, I've most recently been living in Canada but am now returning to Aus to get my career started (RIP/Pour one out). I've lived in most kinds of shared accom you can imagine - sharehouses, college at uni, staff accom for work (So well versed in passive aggressive cleanups). I'm pretty reserved and easy going (actually though). Also an eldest sibling so I have all the tidy/neatness genes I'm hoping to find something relatively close to a train line, have somewhere to park my car and definitely my own room. Ideally under $300/week, but no real specific areas. Definitely looking to make some new house friends to do stuff with as I only know a couple of people up this way, Cheers!
it is 3 minutes walk to the tram, 1 min from the bus stop and 15 mins walk to the Train station and 5 minutes walk to the shops, 3 minutes walk to the nearest school. The flat has two rooms and only one room is available.
Hi there, Im looking for a place to call home. Im interested in either moving into an established sharehouse or setting one up with a few people. Ideally i would like to live with no more than 3 or 4 people, in a house that appreciates the balance between socialising and downtime. I work a few afternoons during the week as a support worker and on weekends i work at collectors markets running a stall with my partner, which are long days so i'm not around a lot then. Im transiting from full time on campus study to studying via correspondence so i'm seeking a place that i can study well in, that has a nice relaxing and homely vibe to it. I have a background in Rudolf Steiner Teaching and i'm currently studying social work, with a little over half way to go. I'm vegan and ideally i would like to live in a vegan household but can be flexible to that for the right people. The last few years i've taken on short term sublets, which is completely exhausting so i'm looking for a place to stay long term. Look forward to hearing from you.
