My partner Logan has recently got an apprenticeship with a large company in balmain, we have had to relocate for this job. I am currently a labourer working long hours. We need a place to rest our heads and cook our meals. We are not big partiers and prefer to keep mostly to ourselves. We are still friendly people though and don't mind a quiet drink and a chat.
My name is Jess and I'm a 27 year old female public servant. I'm originally from Canberra but moved to Sydney a few months ago for work. I've been house-sitting around town, which has been great fun but I'm looking to find somewhere more permanent with a great group of people. I am easy going, friendly and reliable, will always pay rent on time and will keep the house tidy. I like being social and having a good chat over a glass of wine but also appreciate having some down time. I enjoy reading, running and the occasional Netflix binge and am always keen for a trivia sesh at the pub. I'm currently finishing off my undergrad, majoring in Human Rights so I do have some quiet weekends in studying. I'd love to find somewhere relaxed and with a friendly atmosphere, and it would be great to meet a few new people as I don't know too many people in Sydney.
I'm a PhD student at UNSW and work as a private tutor and teach at uni. I'm a pretty relaxed and low maintenance flatmate. With the little time I have free, I like to go see live bands, go to the movies and cook.
Hi. I've lived in Sydney for 2 years and work for an airline. I travel every couple of weeks back home to Perth or to Melbourne (to visit extended family). I am very clean, considerate, honest and quiet. Easy to get along with. Looking for something that has carparking :-) Hope I find my new home soon!
I've grown up all around the world so I get along with most. I've just finished uni and will be working here for 1 year before I decide if I want to continue working in Sydney or move somewhere else in Australia. I work in Events so I'm busy 4pm onwards most days of the week including weekends with late finishes. I'm looking for somewhere quiet with a nice kitchen because I cook my meals at home.
Two bedroom one bathroom apartment with lounge, kitchen and laundry. Bus stop right outside, light rail station across the road and train station a 10 minute walk to public transport is super easy. Living with one other female house mate who's super chill. Just up the road from Marrickville road with places to eat, bars etc.

This property is a great inner city pad and would suit someone that works in the CBD as there is easy access to light rail/trains and buses. The property is reasonably new so modern bathroom and kitchen, large living area and balcony. The room is a good double to queen size room and has ample storage but you would need your own bed - this may be negotiable. I have my own furniture in the rest of the unit so there is limited space available for more furniture and there is a storage unit in garage. The unit is close to Dulwich Hill coffee shops and Marrickville Asian eating

Single, laid back, sporty person who loves the great outdoors and sunshine and time with my puppy Gatsby. Weekend BBQs and a quiet household during the week due to a hectic workload as a Physiotherapist. I run my own business and also contract work where available. I am social but I also respect others privacy and need for space. I like to be clean and tidy. I am looking for a nice relaxing home to live in with nice friendly/clean flat mates.

I'm employed full time with the state government in Leichhardt. Have moved recently from Victoria. I dont party anymore and enjoy a relaxed, quiet, clean home to unwind in after work as my job can be very full on at times. Love animals but don't have any so would love a place that already has a pet/s. I have a car so either off street parking or plenty of street parking would be good. I'm looking somewhere in the inner west preferably.
So it's kinda awfully difficult to just jump into telling somebody why you're fun, or like, are you supposed to tell them that you're not fun so that they're more likely to give you a place cause you don't party? #justsharehousethings I'm Toby, I'm a professional musician/tutor and I love a house that smells like Jazz first thing in the morning. My hobbies include listening to hip-hop and wondering how somebody as ethnically ambiguous as myself could have turned out so white, looking at memes and trying to understand the whole "why" behind wine. I'm not the sort of guy who really throws party (legitimately have like 5-10 friends max and I work a lot, but most of them are really good looking and if not, they definitely have nice hair) but I really like going to parties though, so am totally fine if you ever have them going on :) I do also have dope speakers for if a party is ever to be thrown! And a few Cards Against Humanity expansion packs/drinking games. Mostly spend my time at home listening to music/practicing but I can do all of that with headphones on so it won't disturb anybody. Also super into low-budget true crime documentaries on Netflix where the twelve year old children are played by very adult men. I'm a big fan of most animals and totally LGBTQI+ supportive so lowkey please don't ask me to live with you if you're hella transphobic/homophobic/sexist etc. because I'd like to live somewhere I feel comfortable taking my friends back to. No tea no shade, it's just really not my vibe. Kind of a prerequisite that the place has parking available; musicians have an awful lot of gear D: My move in date is pretty loose; I'd be looking at around 3-4 weeks after making contact ideally so that I can give ample notice at my current place :) Pretty strictly limited at $270 a week so if your place costs more than this, please only message me if your room is the size of a small airplane hanger or you wanna barter music lessons for discounts in rent. Kinda joking but mostly not really. Re teamups: I'm v keen! But I'm looking for somebody who would sign the lease with me so teamups with exchange students might not be a vibe I'm afraid :'( But yaass, hit me up <3 xoxo Gossip Toby
