Hey everyone 👋 Me (26) and my mate Zak (25) making the move from NSW, we are looking for 2 x seperate rooms in the same house to move into. Timeframe would be to move in around end of October/November but can discuss options. 3 or 6 month lease. We both are Carpenters and will be working full time locally so will be out and about a lot of the time and also going away camping on weekends, we are both looking at getting back into FIFO over winter (Would still rent). We are both very clean, tidy, respectful and appreciate a nice space. We both love training, love being outdoors, going to the beach, going fishing, cooking, we are stress and drama free + very easy going. Have rental history and good references. We are ideally looking to find a place in the following suburbs: Scarborough Innaloo Wembley downs Doubleview Woodlands Trigg Karrinyup Duncraig Cottesloe Joondalup OPEN TO SUGGESTIONS TO GET US INTO A PLACE!!! Basically anywhere around there that isn’t too far from the coast and the city. Our budget would be max $400 a week each inc bills.

I’m financially secure and looking for casual or 3-6month lease with insight to continue on. I am a professional 45 Electrician, currently seeking affordable, comfortable accommodation in the Northern aspects of Perth to be closer to work contract I have commenced for a minimum of six months with a potential extension of another six months.
