Hey there! Liv here! I'm in my final year of studying nursing all while working full time in a CBD hotel in Guest Services. I consider myself to be pretty easy going (originally a Coastie), clean and enjoy playing a part in the household. Due to my study/work schedule my down time involves me either studying, watching American Horror Story or Kath & Kim repeats, enjoying some good ol brie and sav blanc. Im looking at moving elsewhere as I am after somewhere a tad more modern than my beautiful federation house in Balmain. Let me know if your interested xo Liv
Wanna rent an apartment/a house for my family of 3. Rental rates negotiable. Would be staying for 6 months or longer. Having stable income and will pay the rent on time. We are from HongKong, and would be your ideal tenant.
I can fix things. Handy with computers. Awesome at google searches. Working full time and studying part time. I don't smoke. Can sit extended hours on youtube or watching tv shows or playing games to relax.
I am from Nepal . I love meeting new people. I can cook and also im a clean and tidy type of guy.I will reach sydney on Feb 6th also i will be studying in Western sydney university for bachelors.I dont smoke but do drink once in a while with friends :) .
I'm clean, kind, respectful fun and have seven years experience living in share houses. I love my food and fitness and have a solid income. I get along with basically everyone I meet. Feel free to message me if you have a nice room available. Happy for a 3 month stay but willing to go for up to 12 months plus depending on circumstance.
Non smoker. Easy to get along with. I am an accountant, originally from Italy. I was born in Naples but came to Australia as a baby, so grew up as an Aussie. I am health focused so love to exercise. I love sport.
I am an older (40+) quiet reliable and clean flatmate. I generally like to keep to myself but can socialise as well. I work a split shift so am up early in the morning - but always very quiet and respectful of flatmates still asleep. Sometimes I am at home during the day and back at work in the late afternoon and evening. I am happy to share cleaning chores. I like to keep fit by playing squash and swimming.
Amy and I intend to get married and settle down and live simple and quiet lives. We are a couple that is very organised and don't cause any trouble. I am Australian and Amy is Chinese. We love music TV cooking and like to get out on the weekends.
It's 3 mins walk to Rydalmere station and bus stop on Victoria Road. Another min walk and you will be in Western Sydney University Parramatta Campus. (We do have long legs and a brisk walking manner). Shuttle bus to Parramatta city is every 15 minutes. Silverwater road and James Ruse drive is near so you practically can go all directions. There are 7 buses going both to Parramatta city and Sydney city running 24 hours. The kitchen is fully equip and all we ask is keep everything clean after using. Yes we do have a rice cooker. It's a quiet street where you can hear birds chirping with plenty of off street parking.
Hi, i have rooms for rent in a share house, close to Western Sydney Uni (7 mins walk) and public transport. All rooms are clean and fully furnished with bed, mattress, desk, chair and built in wardrobe. Separate bathroom for male and female. Thanks
House is fully furnished includes full kitchenware, separate lounge room with LCD, unlimited internet, very clean and looked after property ; rooms are very bright and spacious with large built-ins : very friendly environment
You get your own room and the surroundings are pretty calm. kitchen and laundry fully equipped. You can use everything in the house as your own. There's a pool and tennis court for the residents of the community to use. The bills are not included in rent. Bills will be split equally in this case or we can include the bills for 220 pw.
I get along with all sorts of people. I'm relaxed and realise there are really no big deals in life. My work is IT, but I'm also active in sport in my free time. I have 3 gorgeous kids, but they are building their own succesful lives, I often visit them...I love kids! Importantly I'm exceptionally tidy and love a neat home, but without being the tidy 'policeman' ;) I'm certain you know what I mean. I'm a quiet person by nature, and am comfortable on my own, but that doesn't mean I don't like to see others have fun - and maybe, you might want me to join the party. Living with someone is just so easy, and so relaxed if people talk, compromise, and...chill. ;)
I'm friendly student looking for a place to live. I'm a very clean person and can take care of my stuff while also contributing to house chores. I'm always willing to have a laugh but I am mindful of those around me and don't make a lot of noise for my housemates.
I am young man working fulltime coming to Sydney. I am looking to share accommodation or rent a space together. i am easygoing , Sociable, flexible, respects other's privacy and very open minded and considerate towards people and their backgrounds.
Hi, I'm Yave. Hard to pronounce? replace D with Y in Dave and u'll make it. After I was given Subclass 476 visa (Skilled qualified graduate visa) around 4 months ago, made it to this lovely country as fast as possible and now I'm happy. 4 months of both happy and sad days and having some experience in a country in which I knew no one then when I moved has been amazing. This country helped me feel ALIVE again. I'm a 32 yo Environmental Engineer and specialized in Air Quality Engineering in the best university in my country: University of Tehran A few words might describe me more easily (as a flatmate): Experience: 8 years experience living in shared accommodations of different types Personal Characteristics: caring, tidy, clean, sometimes talkative n sometimes quiet (depends to others), Job: 1) installing automated irrigation systems 2) Kitchen hand 3) semi-pro Poker player Appearance: black hair, black eyes, 5' 5'', slim Hobbies: Hanging around, watching films, listening to music. I might start surfing or Kayaking as well. I wanna: find flatmates who feel happy and comfortable with each other. I don't wanna: waste time finding another place only cuz my mates can't understand and respect each other enough. Things I cannot tolerate: - Know-it-all / sarcastic / illogical / sexist / racist / impolite people - any messy shared area specially the kitchen - dirty bathtub and toilet - people who either DO NOT TALK or TALK RUDELY when they have any problem with something related to me
I'm studying part-time for 6 months and will be looking for a full-time in the listed areas. Most of my time I'll be at home sitting in my room doing something on the computer unless i score a position within the 6 months period. Feel free to invite me to join in video game activities or card games etc... though I'm not very interested in large groups staying over and noise after 10pm.
Hi! I am a student in my final year of study at Western Sydney University. Looking to team up with someone to get our own place. before uni resumes on 20 Feb. Preferably a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with parking which is fairly new in Wentworth point/ Sydney Olympic park / Ermington area. Moving out of home as my parents are moving interstate. I am a clean and tidy person, friendly and easy to get along with. If you're keen to team up and find a place, I'd love to hear from you :)
-I'm clean and tidy -From Melbourne moving to Sydney for work -Enjoy "me" time as well as hanging out with friends and meeting new people -Easy-going and friendly -Love Netflix -Am a real foodie -I'd prefer no couples if possible
I am a future Masters by Research student at the Western Sydney University and looking for a nice place around Parramatta where my campus is. I am a calm and independent person. I keep to myself normally but do not mind socializing from time to time. :)
Im a 26 year old from Far North Queensland who has been living in Sydney for the last 8 years. I am ideally looking for an apartment with 1-3 other people who are friendly and sociable like myself. Im not looking for a 24 hour party house but im also not looking for a convent either - people who are up for a couple of drinks and a meal at the pub or the occasional weekend exploring is what im looking for. I work full time at a professional role in Rydalmere and am generally leaving the house by 7:00am and getting back at 4:30/5:00pm Monday to Friday. When im not working im generally cooking, travelling, scuba diving, going on eating and/or drinking adventures, playing computer games, going to the gym (buddies welcome) or some combination of all of the above.
Prepared to spend more for the right space. 35 years young, single, simple respectful gentleman. Easy going and able to get along with people of all ages. I'd love to team up with someone clean and hygienic to rent a place as I am relocating for work in the new year. I exercise regularly (trying to get rid of this spare tyre) at the gym, I'm a professional in the property industry and find Krispy Kreme doughnuts ironically liberating. I'd prefer to live with a female mainly for hormone balance. I do try to eat well and am an amazing cook. I respect privacy, can take a joke, occasionally smoke (never inside) and maintain a clean criminal record for security vetting reasons. I have a kind heart and believe in being fair to my fellow humans. Don't do drugs or party hard so prefer that sort of behavior be kept away from our home. Would be awesome to make a new friend and hang out during mutual down time. I'm reliable and respect privacy so looking for the same. A secure parking space would be ideal. Oh, and I cannot stand when something smells in the fridge, if it's rotting, lets chuck it out shall we?! Best of luck to you all. Cheers :)
Hi, My name is Luka Metreveli. I am looking for room in sharing apartment. I am 39 years old Christian married men with 3 kids (they all are overseas, back in Italy) and I have full time job in Sydney Botany Port and Im out from Monday to Friday (6am-6pm). I am not smoker and drinker at all. Free time I am out to clubs listening smooth music, or playing pool in a bar with friends. I would like to rent a room, one you're offering . Please reply when can I come for inspection, of course if you would like hear from me again. Thanks in advance P.S. I am more neat and tidy men, than some girls out there )
I'm looking to move into a cat friendly house, not an apartment. I'm a mature quiet and tidy professional (Business Development Manager - Power), who travels, and has recently relocated from Brisbane to Sydney due to work commitments. I have recently returned from South America, (Colombia), where I intended to work as an English Teacher for a year but had to return unexpectedly to Aust. I have an International English Teacher Licence, and I am a Berlitz Qualified English Instructor. I'm not into house parties, (except for Dinner parties), and I'm looking for share accommodation for 3 to 6 months, (possibly longer), with 1 or 2 mature professional people of either gender, or maybe within a family household. Room either furnished or unfurnished. Maximum of $360 including or excluding any outgoings. I would like something close or in any of the surrounding suburbs to Rydalmere but am flexible with this and would consider further out if the place was right. I would also prefer off street parking if possible. I'm quiet, tidy, easy going, non smoker, non TV addict, who enjoys good conversation, respectful of others, and will pull my weight with household chores. I can also cook and bake (if required). I enjoy going to the markets, having breakfast in nice cafés on weekends as well as the movies, in addition to numerous other activities. Note: There is the distinct possibility that I will be bringing back from overseas my two cats so I would prefer a cat friendly house / villa / terrace house which is not on a main thoroughfare and one where the occupants accepts pets. Apartments are out thanks.
Hi! We are moving to Sydney in February and are looking for one or two housemates to join us in starting a new share house. I have recently graduated from Uni and am starting a job in media and Dave studies nursing and works as a bartender. We are both easy going individuals, very clean and enjoy a good chat as well as time to ourselves. I will be working full-time and Dave will be working part-time whilst studying. Just a bit about myself: I love exercise and the outdoors, I love hiking/bushwalking, I have a horse (don’t worry he won’t be living with us), I enjoy cooking, I enjoy a good cheese plate and a glass of wine, I enjoy traveling and I enjoy history. We are looking in areas such as Parramatta, Rydalmere, Ryde, Epping and surrounding suburbs. We are looking to pay up to $300-400 between the two of us. We are looking for a place that is in close proximity to public transport for convenience to Sydney CBD. We have two cars so street parking, a carport or a garage is a must. If we sound like the type of people that you would like to live with, get in touch! Feel free to send me a message
I am a Civil Engineer, aiming for a Master's degree in Sydney. Working part-time and studying, but very neat. I like running, and eventually I go to the beach. I don't mind sharing bathrooms and groceries, and I am a very social person, still I know when to stay quiet in my room watching my series. Hoping to find some good flatmates to share a good experience with. Looking for something long-term, but it could be as short as 3 months, or up to one year (more than that is too much to commit with random people, but who knows...). Arriving in Sydney at the 8th of February, and looking for a place to stay, hopefully by the 13th I'll be set.
Hey! 23, Full-time bartender, Part-time student, actively looking for places and also people to room with, ideally one person but will room with 2. Looking for a modern decor place that's pet friendly as I have a 1-yr old kitten who is super playful and affectionate. I'm very active and go to the gym frequently, very sporty, easy to get along with and is willing to cook and share meals whenever. Don't smoke Enjoy the occasional drink and a night out but can also love staying in and chilling out. Usually work weekends but can work day or night shifts. Let me know if you're interested in looking for places or have an offer for me Kindly appreciated. Cheers.
I'm a 20 year old student currently work 1-2 days a week and studying Law/ Social Science. Looking to find a place before Uni starts back up in February. I'm very easy going, reliable, trustworthy and consistent :) I'm not much of a party-goer, but prefer quiet nights in watching a movie, and weekends spent cafe and market hunting! I love getting to know new people but also understand how to share a space and respect the privacy of others. Look forward to hearing from you :)
Starting at WSU Parramatta in late Feb 2017, I'm laid back, friendly and tidy! Team ups would be great! I've been looking into apartments in the area that are 200$ or less/week per person (If shared amongst 3 people). Other than going to Uni and studying, I enjoy spending my time at the gym and spending my days out. I'm looking for places closer to Parramatta station or WSU Parramatta Campus. :)

I'm an easy going female in late 30's that is Australian and very independent, is very quiet, non smoker that is very clean but not OCD, I keep to myself.
