I like listening to music, the beach and spending time with my two boys.( they dont live with me) They are 2 and 5 months. I just need someone to give me a go as i dont have a rental history yet. Work full time so rent will always be paid. I'm tidy and clean up after myself. I'm easy going and laid back and respectful of others and their personal space. I work in Sydney and have 2 kids. My wife and I are separated and I need to get out of the house so our relationship doesn't turn any more toxic than it already is. Somewhere on the coast near Wyong is preferred so I can see my children on a daily basis. I like socializing and having a couple of quiet drinks. I like most sports and I am an avid All Blacks supporter.......yes I'm a kiwi, but don't hold that against me. Most nights I'll be tending to my kids and putting them to bed and will be using the flat to shower and sleep. Hello! :) I'm Aaron - I came to Australia on the 14th of January and am looking for a more permanent living situation. I will be working for a small company in Tuggerah and am currently living near Bonnells Bay in Central Coast. It's way too isolated for me so I am looking for a flat or possibly a room in a shared house (but separate) to stay in near a train station preferably around the Tascott area or very close. I would prefer long term but short term is ok too. I'll just have to look for something more permanent eventually. About me - 29 year old American Male, clean, quiet, tidy, and respectful to my surroundings. I do my own chores and don't need someone waiting hand over foot for me :). I play guitar and love other musical activities as well.
I currently live in Victoria wanting to return to Wyong where I work with senior citizens in different roles. I have epilepsy which is controlled by medication, due to this epilepsy I receive a disability pension so I would like to pay my rent into a nominated bank account on a fortnightly basis and any bills in cash as required. I play lawn bowls at Wyong as a time consumer and I own a unit of my own in Coffs Harbour so I understand the need to be clean, tidy and share the household duties. Due to my extra spare time I would be only to happy to do more around the house.
