Clean and tidy, I have a clean as you go mentality. When sharing you need to be respectful of others. I enjoy hanging out with my housemates, and hope to find a place where you're not just people I share a house with but friends I share a home with. I do however spend a bit of time in my room and keep to myself so I'm not going to be in your face but happy to do dinners together (I can't cook, be prepared to eat raw unflavoured food, I apologise in advance) or casual drinks at home on the weekend. I'm a first year, first sem accounting student at QUT. I also have a border collie puppy so we need a pet friendly share house with a large fenced backyard (preferably tall fencing, as I think she's going to be an escape artist). Mia is currently 3 months old, she's a clever little monkey and wins everyone's hearts. It would actually be fantastic if there was another dog to share with too. A bit more about me... I'm Irish Filipino, grew up in PNG but have been in Brisbane for 18 years so technically I really grew up here! I go to the gym several times a week, I have been recovering from a few injuries lately so it's kept me at home. I'm the type of person that will push myself at the gym but later go home and eat an entire pizza.. I have no will power. If you eat clean, please show me your ways lol I'm single...I don't want to live with couples or single 40+year old men, nor families. Just like-minded people my age that are dog friendly would be amazing :)
Cheerful german biochemistry student, coming to Brisbane to do my master thesis at Griffith University. Clean, tidy and sociable. I enjoy all kinds of sports as well as good meals and conversations over a beer or two. I am looking for a nice and tidy place with roomates to talk to, cook with and possibly explore the city with, but also with the possibility to close my door at times if the thesis does get stressful. Preferably looking for a furnitured place.
Beautiful spacious Queenslander with hardwood floors. Room is set back from the road with a view of the garden. There is open storage under the house for bigger items / large outdoor equipment. Big garden and a veggie patch for those who have a green thumb. Rent does not include utilities Please note that this 5 month lease is from November 16th to April 15th 2017 Will be sharing a large living room, kitchen, bathroom and front room with two ladies - one professional, one postgraduate student. Looking for a like minded, easy going housemate who is also at a similar stage career-wise. Someone who doesn't mind hanging out at times but is also respectful of privacy. Garden and Veggie patch
Clean & tidy. Easy going. Secure monthly income. Love a chat(at same time respectful of people's space), a drink or 2, cooking, keeping fit. Can operate a lawn mower and a vacuum cleaner. Pay my bills on time and rent 4wks in advance. Have a beautiful 7yr old female Kelpie-Jess, who's personality is quite infectious. Not too much phases or surprises us.
Hey, my name is Vanessa, I'm a second year uni student, looking for a friendly share house. Relaxed and easy to get along with looking for like-minded people.
The space downstairs consists of two large rooms; nice bathroom, pokey kitchen and undercover outdoor space. The space only works for a single person or a couple or two friends. It is an excellent location and neighbourhood and plenty of gardening opportunities. There is some furniture and kitchen gear which can be available, or not. Water, electricity and internet (not excessive) are covered. Upstairs is pretty separate from downstairs, although noise does filter around, and we need to share the laundry and might be able to do the same with an onion.
Huge room up for grabs in a top level house in Dutton Park, with the house itself being within a 10min walk to the Eleanor Schonell , crossing the river to the University of Queensland! The room could easily suit a couple or just someone looking at spending a few more $ in rent to get some more room for activities. Out the back there is a concrete terrace providing an awesome chill place for after work/study and there’s a nice big grassy back yard. As mentioned the house is super close to the bridge linking the University of Queensland with south side Brisbane. I have uploaded a google maps screen shot to give you a better idea ☺ There’s a bus stop 200m from the front door, and plenty of parking on the street if you have a car. There are 3 dudes living at the place at the moment who are all at Uni. They’re all friendly, respectful, social etc etc but the best way to get a feel for the place and the peeps living there is to come say hi! The house and is fully furnished ready to go and the room can come with everything you could possibly need as well. Queen or double bed sir? Looking for anyone who can pay rent on time, keep a clean house, and who’s lives are somewhat on track… *drama free zone yo* Bond will be the usual – 4 x rent and the ‘lease arrangement’ (if you could even call it that) is as flexible as your are :p - Just give a heads up before you would like to move out and help find a suitable replacement for your room – easy. Internet and bills to be split between y’all. Singles or couples welcome – the house can easily accommodate 5 people as there are 2 toilets and plenty of room in general. Either way swing us a PM if interested telling me a bit about yourself and when you would potentially be looking at moving in. Cheers yall ☺ Room available next week. Peace!
Hey everyone! I am looking for someone to take over my lease from 20th November 2016 at 43 Rawnsley Street, Dutton Park! The lease will end on 8th February 2017. Rent is originally $170 but I'm offering a discount of $120 per week so this is an absolute bargain. RENT INCLUDES ALL BILLS + UNLIMITED HIGH SPEED INTERNET! The room comes fully-furnished with a single bed, a high-power pedestal fan, a study table, a closet and a shelf. The house also comes with all necessary utilities for common use, a flat screen TV, two fridges, a washing machine, a microwave, an oven, a vacuum cleaner, you name it! This place was an absolute bargain for me due to its central location. It is a very easy walk or bike ride to UQ which takes about 5-6 minutes and about a 10 minute ride to South Bank where you will have access to many different facilities. The 3-4 minute walk to the two nearest train stations, Park Road and Dutton Park station, is super convenient to get around to explore the city. If interested PM me on facebook and we can arrange an inspection! 0405780722

I am clean, respectful and friendly. Due to start a degree in Medical Laboratory Science at QUT in 2017 and I would like to find a place where I can study but get along with other housemates. I am a very genuine, down to earth person who enjoys a chat and is social but also respects the privacy and needs of others. I am super clean, friendly and looking for a home with a good vibe and relaxed housemates. I'm really into climbing, fitness and generally an active lifestyle and would like to live with non smokers. I'm studying interior design (part time) and also work in retail and looking for a clean place that I can call home where I can relax with housemates as well as focussing on finishing my studies. Hey guys, i am a student looking for a room in Brisbane. I tend to keep to myself but am up for drinks and a chat on the weekends. i am clean, tidy and easy going. love to cook and garden and gym time haha. i love adventures to the beach and into the mountains. am planning on moving to Brisbane in January 2017. thanks.
Im moving to Brisbane from the gold coast for work, hoping to find some lovely easy going housemates! I work shift work, so my weekends vary. I don't really drink alcohol or smoke. I love a clean home and respect personal space. I believe a house is more than just a bed its my home. Im looking to live with relaxed, like minded professionals.
Enjoy having a good chat and chilling out, but also respect the privacy of others. I'm studying or working most of the time so I just want to come home to friendly faces and a comfortable environment. I also have a car so I would prefer a place with available parking.
I am from Canada and will be a nursing student at University of Queensland starting in February. I love hanging out with friends and having an occasional drink. But I also need my quiet time for studies. I'm open to trying new things and love outdoor activities.
Hey, my name is Jay. I work full time within the events industry so on weekdays I'm never around and on weekends.. well it's pretty much the same. I enjoy playing sport, dining out with friends, going for jogs and walks around my neighbourhood and plain old adventuring! I'm a mature, friendly, funny (at times), borderline OCD workaholic. I am looking for someone or more than one someone to live with.. at the moment I live in a two bedroom apartment in Annerley and my housemate is leaving to travel the world. I am currently unsure as to whether I want to stay here or move somewhere else, I'm open to anything really. :) Chuck us a message if I sound at all appealing.
We are two students; Kate (nursing) & Ellie (psychology) who are looking to move out together (in seperate rooms). We are both easy going, fun and relaxed people who enjoy socialising but also respect the need for privacy and space to ourselves. We are neat, responsible girls who will strive to keep shared spaces clean and we are always willing to give a helping hand around the house. We both love art, brie and cheap wine and a quality banter - so if anyone shares these hobbies that's a bonus!
Dear potential future flatmates My name is Bianca, I'm 25 and planning on moving to Brisbane this November. So if somebody would like to show me around or know of any good coffee places I wouldn't refuse! I'm clean and considerate, work full-time and in my spare time enjoy going on road trips and live gigs up and down the Coast. I like to spend my days off out of the house but enjoy coming home and catching up over drinks/dinner I work in the Arts and would preferably live with like-minded and creative people, even if you've got the slightest interest ;) Hope to hear back from you Bianca
Tidy, considerate, easy going, relaxed and motivated. I've travelled. I'm from a small town. I've been in Brissy for a year. I've got a good job and I'm a keen photographer. For fun I like catching up with friends, go to gym, or walks or go on adventures.
