I'm a nurse at the PA hospital, and I do a couple of night shifts now and then, usually finishing around 2am, so someone who does nights as well, or doesn't throw parties every night is definitely my kind of flatmate. I'd also prefer somewhere within walking distance of the PA. I don't have an exact date I need to move, but early April-May would be ideal for me. I've also put down 6 months, but ideally I'd like to find a place with a longer lease. I love to cook, and would prefer a place with a yard, though a flat's ok too. I've got 2 (incredibly sooky and affectionate) dogs, but my mum's happy to take them if I can't find a place that allows pets. I also try to keep fit, and have a weights bench that I'll need room for. I'm also very respectful of the noise they can create, so I always put them away gently- no worries there! I don't drive right now, so as long as there's room in the garage for your car, we should be sorted. I also know my sister's Netflix password (with her permission), so yay, free Netflix! Anything else you wanna know, just ask!
Hey guys! I'm a clean and respectful housemate, looking for accommodation close to public transport. I'm eager to meet some cool people throughout the process as I love to live in a social environment but I can also keep to myself! I'm also open to starting a new sharehouse if anyone else is interested!
In my spare time I tutor university students on a private basis, trade online, try to get out of the house often but can be found lounging around reading or watching netflix as well. I'm also studying a grad dip in chartered accounting (almost done). Backpacking overseas would be my favourite thing to do along with getting outdoors in summer, I'm a reasonably active person who rides to work daily. I work Monday to Friday in the CBD at a professional services firm. I'm also clean & friendly, while being happy to put my fair share into the house and wanting to get to know those around me. My immediate situation isn't urgent, I'm simply looking for a room that is a bit bigger & nicer than what I have now with some awesome people. My move date is flexible, I'm about finding the right place. Looking forward to hearing from you.
I am a clean, tidy, friendly professional, who works full time shift work as a Nurse at the Princess Alexandra Hospital. I pay all my bills on time and would expect my future housemate to do the same. I currently live 45 minutes away from work and would like to move closer. Ideally I would like to have my name on the lease, and find an appropriate housemate to stay and leave for as for as long as they need. I would purchase/own all the furniture, appliances and decor myself and this will all be of high end quality. I am looking to move out mid way this year around August/September and would like to find someone to move in with me first before I find a place - You can assist in working together with me to "team up" in a place we both find suitable. I have a few apartments in mind they will be 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom - minimum with all ammenities. I would like someone who enjoys dogs, I do not currently have one, but will hopefully when I move out - The apartment would be pet friendly. It would be favourable to have someone around my age, bonus if you're a nurse too! Who enjoys staying in, or going out and won't mind me coming or going at late hours for work. I promise I'm not scary, I'm pretty laid back and like to be organised. If you are looking to move out around the same time as me feel free to send me a message and we can organise something :)
My friend Rosa and I are looking for a WHOLE PROPERTY TO RENT that’s a little closer to work and TAFE - preferably within 2km of the CBD. I work full-time in the city and so will spend most evenings at home or visiting family. Rosa studies full-time at TAFE Brisbane. We’re social, but not rowdy so would be respectful tenants with nothing but respect for your property. We’re looking to go onto a lease so everythings above board and there’s accountability and a good landlord/ tenant relationship. I’m trained in both First Aid & CPR and Mental Health First Aid. We have our own bedroom furniture and some other basic home furnishings but would be grateful for places with washing machines, decent fridges, and possibly a sofa until we could get our own to suit the space. Message me if you’re in one of our listed areas!
Hey! I'm looking for a place within a walking distance to QUT where I work full-time as a researcher. I also give tutorials at UQ so would be nice if it's somewhere in-between. I'm social and fun to be around, I train with the UQ Olympic Handball team and I like hiking, yoga, and outdoors activities. I'm usually quite busy and quiet during the week but sometimes I like to have a sneaky beer with housemates after work... Looking to live with social people but not in a party house, somewhere to feel comfortable to come back to after a day of work. I'm clean and tidy and I expect the same from others. interested people please feel free to drop me a message I check here frequently as I wanna move within the next 2 weeks. Looking forward to hear from you! Cheers, Omar

I’m doing my PhD at UQ in developmental biology looking at heart development. In my spare time, I like to keep active by going for jogs, hiking, swimming and cycling. Hi, I'm Tessa and looking for a place to stay. I'm a PhD student at UQ, so during the week I'm working at Uni and during the weekends I'm often out and about. I like a place with privacy so I can rewind when coming home. I also love the occasional chat to tell all the good and funny stories that happened that day. I am very tidy, so I appreciate it if my housemates are also like that. I'm looking for a room with own bathroom. A rental price between 200-250 AUD/week (depending on what bills are included) would be great. If there's a bit of extra storage so I can put my stuff away that would be great. I do have a car so parking (on or off street) would be great. Love to hear from you if you think it would be a match. Cheers, Tessa
Im a friendly and social 19 year old that will be studying and working, love going out and having fun but being able to chill out at home too.
I’ll write something a little later!
Hey there! My name is Seraphina and I am studying at UQ. I am super friendly and love to socialise. I am a big fan of music and art and would love to live with some like-minded individuals. I work part-time and go to University so I'm not home a lot, but when I am, I am always down to hang out. I come bearing a box of vinyl and some charming plants.
This older studio apartment is perfect for a couple wanting to get their own space, or even friends who are happy sharing a room. There are 2 large rooms, 1 coming off the kitchen (which is brand new with gas stove) and another in between the kitchen and bathroom. The apartment also has access to a very large 'rainforesty' type back yard which would be perfect to have a sit out under a tree during summer... The apartment WILL come fully furnished with lounges, TV, queen bed and linen, desk, wardrobes etc. The kitchen will also fully functional with pots and pans, knifes and forks. The location is great either for UQ uni students or those who want to be close by to the good time that is west end, with both being about a 20mins walk away! Please note it is a studio apartment - not a 2 bedroom unit
Hi! I am Julia, working and studying nearly all the time))). I love quietness and comfort, but I also enjoy to have a nice evening with mates. Easy going and friendly person. I do not mind about your pets. I'd love to hear from you soon!
