I'm looking for Female only accommodation. I'm a 19 year old Sri Lankan female student currently studying at UQ. I'm a very quiet person, though I'm not against a chat once in a while. I don't smoke or drink. I don't have a pet but I love animals so I would be delighted if my roommates have one. I'm good about doing my part around the apartment and I pay rent on time. I'm currently not working but I'm looking for part time work. I need a peaceful apartment with no drama. Also no music instruments first thing in the morning (bad experience). I need somewhere close to public transport.
I'm originally from Brisbane, and after living overseas for the past 12 months I'm moving back. I'm looking for somewhere close to Bowen Hills/Herston area OR anywhere close to a train line on the south side. I'm hoping to secure a furnished room for 3 months, with a possibility of extension while I settle back into life in Brisbane. I'm a young professional, who will be working full-time on shift work. I tick the usual boxes; clean and tidy up after myself. Reliable, no issues paying bills/rent. I'm easy going, I don't get fussed by the small things and get along with everybody. A place with guaranteed off street parking is a bonus.
I am a 25 year old Vet Nurse currently living in Brisbane. I enjoy the outdoors (particularly the beach), live music and have a big love for animals and the environment. I am clean, considerate, friendly and respectful. I am always happy to chat, but am also content in my own company. I am looking for a share house with like-minded people, and a household that is up for a bit of fun, but is by no means a party house.
Be my housemate! I'm moving up to Brisbane in Jan 2020 to start medicine at UQ. I currently am and have been working full time for a while but decided on a career change. Heartbroken about leaving behind a couple of stellar housemates in Sydney so I would prefer a house where we can occasionally sit around for pizza. Having said that, I have a pretty balanced social/friendly to introvert ratio so I also enjoy the occasional pizza party for one. Also leaving behind my pup in Sydney so more than happy to have dogs around. Happy to team up or move into a house, pretty flexible with dates as well :)
Hi there, I'm Jack. I've just spent 4 years living in Melbourne and Hobart but am coming back to Brisbane to study psychology full time at UQ. In my previous life I was an instrumental teacher and musician, and I'll be doing some teaching around the place to earn some extra money whilst I'm back in Brisbane. Despite the fact I'm a musician I'm very quiet, clean and always on time with bills. I eat mostly vegan with the occasional treat here and there. I like chilling out and watching Netflix, bush walking, burning incense, learning and listening to music.
Hello! I'm 23 years old and currently living in Sydney. I will be moving to Brisbane in the new year for work and will be working full-time in design. If I am not at work you can probably find me eating with friends, training or at the beach! Preferably looking for female flatmates.
Hi, my name Brianna (or Bri) I’m currently a graduating student speech pathologist. I’m looking to relocate to Brisbane as I will be starting work in Holland Park West late January. My preferred move in date is 20th December but it is also quite flexible (between 13th dec and 13th jan). I’m a bubbly personality and also have some introverted tendencies. So I’m always keen on a chat and good laugh but will always be respectful of privacy and moments when you just need some quiet to recharge that social battery. I am very easy going and tidy. I’m a creative type (music and art) so I hope you don’t mind someone who will randomly bust out singing the lion king soundtrack or John Mayer. I also enjoy learning to cook so I’m down for cooking shared meals on occasion. I have a partner who is also Brisbane-based and the ideal home would be somewhere he is welcome to visit.
Hello I am a health professional with a little bit of study + property on the side. I enjoy all the typical millennial shenanigans. I will tidy up after myself, will contribute around the place and "play by the rules". Set out your 'few' rules and I will follow them. [REQUIREMENTS & REQUESTS] - Good people that are happy to have a few dinners or go out once a week. Clear cut & open comms - no passive-aggressiveness. Speaking of food, meat/chicken, etc must be allowed. Max house of only 2 (couple accepted - dependent on proximity). If it is a solo unit / granny flat, disregard haha. - Own room with minimal distractions. - Internet + utility bills and body corp fees (if any) included in the rent I pay. **Won't inspect if first offer isn't a room + water & internet** I can return the favour by paying you off financially :) You will never miss a week's rent. I am happy to negotiate a longer stay if we click. [[*6 or 7 week initial first stay*]] Possible extension if we click :) Discounts, terms, etc, etc... __________________ November 30 2019: __________________ I have rented my own, lived with friends and recently this year lived with a Gen Y couple in the Southern Suburbs of Brisbane. I will be happy to inspect places Tuesdays or Wednesday evenings or Saturday mornings. Ideally if you have a duplex flat, unoccupied unit/town house or a large home that separates us and gives space (one or two storeys) then you will have me sold!!
27 yo full-time professional. Hi roomies! Looking for a relaxed, friendly share house near West End to call home 🖤 I'm a hairdresser full-time and I study part-time. I'd love to hear from you if you think I'd be a good fit 😊 Hannah
