Hello! I am enthusiastic and open minded - I see the world as a giant role playing game full of potential friends and adventures. My passions lie in sport, music and interesting conversations. I am interested in hearing about other peoples passions and sharing their joy discussing the things they love. I also enjoy deep diving into psychology, philosophy and conciousness with the aim of exploring and slowly unwrapping the layers to reach the heart of what it truly means to be human. Mostly I love learning through experience and being around other students of life.
Hi! My name is Alex (33), aka "the Greek" and I have just arrived to Australia from the UK, where I lived for about decade (with a short two year break in Germany). I am an easy going, laid back kind of dude who is always looking for an excuse for an after work beer or glass of wine. :D I like to get up early and drink espresso watching the sunrise and listening the birds sing. I try to do an hour of sports everyday (gym/cycling/tennis/yoga) even if work consistently tries to get in the way. My house doesn't have to be spotless just clean, tidy and fairly organized. Ultimately, I am looking for a place I can call home and a group of flatmates I can share a laugh, and my dinner with.
Moving to Brisbane in April for a PhD at UQ. Tidy, friendly and love a good cuppa. Used to living with at least two other flat mates, dogs and kids so super flexible and easy going.
Hi! I am a PhD student from the University of Tübingen in Germany. I am visiting for 4 months to work at the University of Queensland. I have an international background (half Italian, half American (USA)) and can speak multiple languages (English, Italian, Spanish, German, and a little French). I enjoy eating spicy food, photography, and outdoor activities like swimming and hiking. I'm looking for flatmates who would be interested in having a drink or dinner a few times a week or on the weekend. I am looking for a flat that is less than 30 min from UQ (either by walking/biking/public transport).
Hi there, I’m moving to Brisbane in May and am looking for a place to rent, either a house share, or a place on my own. I will be working part time and volunteering and plan to begin studying my Masters in Clinical Psychology next year. I’ve lived in house shares for close to 10 years and have always had really positive experiences! I’d love to find a place that feels like home, with people who value and respect each other, can have fun together but also are also relaxed and easygoing. I’m very clean and am a team player when it come to chores and housework. Hmmm, what else? I guess I’m a pretty chilled, positive and happy kind of person. I love being active, getting outdoors and exploring nature, and I enjoy dabbling in making art when I have some free time. Dogs are life to my soul, and in the absence of having my own pet, I pour my love into my indoor plant-babies instead. So that’s a little insight into me!
The apartment is on the top floor and is situated on Annerley road across from Boggo Road Gaol. The complex itself is only about 4 years old and has lush gardens, an entertaining area and a pool. Public transport is very accessible for those wishing to travel in all directions around the city. If you enjoy an active/healthy lifestyle like myself, there are great walking spots, gyms, bikeways and cafes nearby. Fairfield Coles is only 10 minutes away and there are markets at Boggo Road Gaol every Saturday. The apartment has great views of the city and has high ceilings. Both bedrooms are identical in size and come with a wardrobe, an extra storage cupboard, air conditioning, and a private ensuite. I have attached photos of my room (and what it looked like with the previous tenant) as my flatmate is still moving out. A single or double bed can fit with enough room left over for a desk, etc. There is a shared spacious kitchen, pantry, laundry, living room and balcony. I am currently planning to put a breakfast bar and herb garden on the balcony. You are more than welcome to bring your own decor and plants. Some general information about the property: - Rent is $260/week - Bond is 4 weeks rent ($1040) - Electricity and water are not included in rent - There is internet available but, it is best to bring your own - Washing machine, dryer, fridge and dishwasher are all included in the apartment - The bedroom is unfurnished - The rest of the apartment may be partially furnished (still sorting out furniture with current flatmate), so feel free to bring what appliances, furniture and decor you like. - Move in date: 31st of March onwards. - Car space available after Easter holidays If there is anything else you would like to find out please message me.

I'm easy going, tidy and friendly. I enjoy my own space but always keen for a chat. I'm studying Information Systems at QUT. Looking to move within the next week or as soon as possible. I enjoy cooking and having a night in rather than getting uber eats and going out. Please contact me if you have any questions.
Hi there! I study Environmental Management full-time at UQ and work part-time for a local Council. My busy schedule means that I'm out and about most days of the week. I love cooking healthy food, shopping at famers' markets, going to music gigs, and doing various forms of exercise, such as running, swimming and yoga. When I have spare time on the weekends, I like to escape the city by going for a bush walk or heading to the beach. I value living in a clean, sociable, and relaxed home environment. I'm a conscientious housemate and put effort into contributing to household duties. I'm always up for a chat, meal or drink, however, I do like my own space too - especially after a long day or when I'm studying.
Hi there. I'm interested in moving into a house or teaming up with 2-3 friendly, respectful yet fun individuals. I'm a UQ student who spends quite a bit of time studying (Econ/Finance) but also like to have down time with some bevvies. Looking for a homey, comfortable house. I have a steady casual job as an admin assistant at UQ. I grew up in Brisbane since I was little, originally from South Korea but I promise I won't stink up the fridge with my mum's kimchi. Give me a holla if you like what you hear :-)
Hey, I'm a mechanical engineer moving to Brisbane from Sydney on the 22nd of March and I'm in need of a place for a long term. I'm clean, easy going, respectful towards you and your home. Regards, Abhishek

Hi! I'm James, 24, male, UQ postgrad. I'm a friendly, easy-going, fun fellow. I'm always clean, keep my shits together, and I'm fun to be with. I do need my own space to study so not really up for a party house, but I'm always happy to meet and socialise with new mates when I have time. In my down time I like to go running, do yoga, chill and explore the city, hiking, cafe, and more. Feel free to contact me if you want to know or team up for a share house :) Cheers, James
I am a relaxed and friendly housemate. I get along easily with others. I am respectful, clean, courteous. Environmentally conscious. I always like to have a few herbs growing and more if there is space and shared enthusiasm
Hi I'm Ella and I'm a 27 yo currently returning to sunny Brisbane for work. I'm a clean, reliable, easy going and considerate non smoking housemate who loves a friendly chat and a bite to eat. I'm a big Traveller who loves to cook. I'm hoping to find a place to call home with like minded people with a little bit of living space. My new job is in the city so public transport is a priority to me. If you think I'd be a good fit please get in touch for more info! I am looking for a place ASAP :)
Hey, I'm Matt. I am 27 and work full time as a civil engineer. I am single with no kids and am looking for a room in an existing house. I've lived in numerous different sharehouses over the last 9 years and have developed incredible friendships as a result. I spend most of my time working, and catching up with family and friends. In my free time I enjoy reading, practicing yoga and making music on my computer.
Hello! I’m 21 years old, im tidy and respectful, and i work full time in childcare 5 days a week. I’m looking for a big bedroom with an ensuite.. I’m also super clean so would need a place that is the same! It would be great to live with a girl of similar age, although I am open to anything. I like my alone time so will often be in my room but sometimes do enjoy a social drink with a friend. Looking forward to hearing from you!
Hi there, I work full time as a marine biologist by day and enjoy spending after work hours finding new outdoor activities to try or spending my dinner hours baking yet another batch of cookies whilst finding a documentary on Netflix. That said, I am always up for an occasional meal together and trying out new cafes or restaurants once in a while. On weekends, I’m usually at a farmer’s market / looking for an ocean to swim / a mountain to hike. Feel free to drop me a message if you’d like to team up for a 2 or 3 bedroom place as well. Cheers :)
I'm easy to get along with, enjoy keeping busy and socialising but appreciate my own time and space and allow others theirs. I work full time and enjoy being creative in my spare time :) I'm clean and tidy, and reliable so paying rent on time wouldn't be any issue.
We have a beautiful melon coloured queenslander, with wooden floors and large rooms. We have a big kitchen and the beginnings of what will be a great veggie garden. It is in a great location, if you use public transport it is only a 5min walk to Park Road Train station, if you drive we have onstreet parking and a driveway.
I am a really friendly and positive person! I am super clean, and love socialising, cooking and playing music. Myself and a friend, both really down to earth and mature people, are looking for a 3rd person to rent an apartment/house with. We are both students, I am studying a bachelor of Environmental Management at UQ and my friend (male) goes to QUT. We want to live near a train station, and (ideally) find a place where I could ride my bike to uni. We have found a few places with three bedrooms and three bathrooms, so we would all get our own bathrooms at a really good price. We are looking for someone who is respectable and clean. We aren't party animals, but we don't mind the few drinks here and there, so no one who likes to party all the time. Strict no drugs. Looking to move out ASAP. Message me on my mobile if you are interested- please introduce yourself and what you are like!
Hey! I'm looking for a team up or existing share house where everyone gets along and is social. I'd love to live closer to uni/city than I currently do but I'm not in a rush to move, so i'm flexible with move in dates. I'm a third year psychology student at UQ but I'm originally from northern NSW (and last year spent 6 months living in Amsterdam). Most of my week is occupied with uni and teaching kiddos how to swim. Beyond this I spend time being active, social and going to cute markets/outings. I love cooking for others, going to the beach and having wine/netflix nights! Swing me a message if you're interested in a team up or if you think I'd be a good fit in your house.
