Hey our names are Tiff and Tayla. We are an active couple who enjoy going on adventures throughout Brisbane. We love cooking and socialising, but also enjoy sitting back and watching TV series. We are looking for a new place close to the city with relatable roommates.
Hi there I'm an archaeologist and am moving to Brisbane to do my Masters degree. I'm seeking a room in an apartment in a small, quiet complex or a house. Wants: - Share with only one other person - My own bathroom - Built in robes - Unfurnished bedroom (at least 3.5 x 3.5) or 2 smaller rooms - Non-smoking and non-drug house (and limited drinking) - Someone who is quiet and keeps regular hours during the week (quiet before 6.30am and after 10pm works for me!) - Socialising predominantly kept outside of the home - A pool! Desirables: - A lockup garage About Me: I am 44, very tidy, very quiet, and really respectful of other people's property and personal space. I'm very friendly and enjoy a chat, but I tend to keep to myself (studying, meditating etc.). I don't drink, smoke, take drugs or listen to loud music, and want to live with someone likeminded. I don't watch tv and prefer to live somewhere where it's not on 24/7. I have all my own kitchenware which I prefer to use. I also have a few pieces of furniture that would need to go in the living room (lovely wooden bookshelf, wood tea chest, vintage Danish coffee table, large gorgeous tribal rug, a couple of large paintings and some vintage Scandinavian bric-a-brac). I am looking for a place that is clean, preferably modern, with tasteful furnishings. I have all my own bedroom furniture and need a room able to fit a queen bed, 2 bedside tables, and a desk, chair. I have a second bookcase that can go in either the living room or my room (if it will fit). I am 100% reliable paying rent and bills on time (I can provide references if required). If you think I would be a good fit for your place then please email me. Alternatively, I am open to house hunting with 1 other person, so drop me a line if you're interested. I look forward to hearing from you! Cheers, Annika

Love motocross, beer, coffee, markets, running, weights, PC gaming, wakeboarding, snowboarding, drawing, music, camping, travel the list goes on. Looking for a place with aircon in the room, all bills and internet inc. Also i'm pretty handy with cars, bikes, computers and around the house. Hope to hear from you guys soon. Cheers :)
Hi! My name is Laura. I'm 24 looking to make the move to Brisbane from SA. I'm into a healthy active lifestyle. I rarely drink, total homebody. Respectful, tidy and like to keep to myself a lot but also looking to make some friends! Sorry I'm allergic to cats.
27 year-old journalism student at UQ searching for housemates around my age to live with who are fun, independent and socially like-minded. Although I work crazy hours as well as study through the week, I'm always up for being social on weekends. I'd like to think I'm well-travelled having lived in the United States for close to 10 months just recently. Look forward to hearing from you soon! Cheers, Rhodezy
My partner (24) and I (20) have just been notified we have to move out within just under a month and are very worried we will soon become homeless! We are into living a healthy lifestyle but sometimes over indulge when enjoying a movie night in. We aren't huge party goers as we both work 25-38 hour weeks and are exhausted afterwards, in saying that we don't mind a couple of wines / beers every now and again. We are both commencing study this year as well. We are very friendly, tidy and laid back, if you think we might be a good fit please message me so we can discuss things further / meet for a coffee!
Hey all! I'm a fun and happy young 23yo Girl that is looking for some great people to live with. As I do work full time I'm not home alot but when I am I don't mind either kicking back and watching some Netflix or having a beer with the house mates. I'm happy yo live with either Guys or Girls 😊
I am a male student returning for my second year of study at QUT (Bachelor of Science). I keep to myself, socializing on-campus or at home. All my hobbies are non-disruptive, and I spend a great deal of time socializing with high school friends over the internet. I appreciate my own area where I can carry out study, however I don't mind having conversation at all. I am a non-smoker, non-drinker, and will not be hosting house parties. I need a place which - - Is connected to the NBN, as I require the reliability and speed allowing me to work fast. - Comes pre-furnished with at least a bed and desk. - Is in close proximity to public transport, which would allow me to commute without a car.
Hey! I´m a 20 years old, German student, doing an internship in Brisbane for about 5 month. I have a lot of experience in living in shared flats as I have studied, worked and lived for over one year in France. I like travelling, Sports (Ultimate Frisbee) and Music (piano, dancing), cooking and spending time together with my flatmates and I am open to new activities!
All my friends are now married, so I'm seeking to share a unit/townhouse with one other person. Preferably two bathrooms and a carpark (although a place with ample street parking is also fine) - these are not a prerequisite however. Looking anywhere Brisbane Inner North (I have listed many example suburb options but not further North than Chermside). Looking to move now, as I have had to extend my lease a further two weeks to Feb 1st. I work at Eagle Farm so closer to there is ideal. I have all the gear required to setup a place (indoor/outdoor furniture, TV, kitchen stuff etc etc), so if you have a place for rent that is already kitted out (or nowhere for me to store) chances are it might be tough for us to manage. Unfortunately it seems many of the rooms listed for rent are also already kitted out. I have storage options available for some of my items but not all, so perhaps something could be negotiated there. Happy to meet up this week to discuss teamup possibilities and gauge suitability. My work is understanding with me needing to find a place to rent so anytime can be arranged. I work as a logistics manager for an IT company have just completed two degrees (Diploma of Graphic Design / Bachelor of Communication Design) in the past 2.5 years. Weekends I like to go to the beach / hiking / visiting friends. I would like to find someone who is open to the possibility doing a bit of meal sharing because I enjoy cooking for others more than myself and I appreciate that communal aspect of it. I like to have a couple of hours later in the weeknight evenings to myself to work on projects / wind down. Flexible with leasing options but would rather something 6months+ Cheers!
Friends since high school, lived in Brisbane 3yrs, if your house is close to public transport we are interested. If you have a cat we are VERY interested. Not a couple. We are looking for two private rooms
A bit about me, I'm from little old Adelaide originally and somewhat new to the big Brisbane city. I'm an apprentice hairdresser working long hours 4 days a week and I spend a little bit of time at my boyfriends house. I'm basically looking for a laidback girl I could get an apartment with somewhere on the north side. I don't have any friends in Brisbane so I'm hoping this site leads me to some hidden gems. I don't go out as often as I would like, apprentice hairdresser doesnt pay like royalty 😂 I'm a huge bass head, I live for trap and dubstep so If your into that PLEASE hit me up! I'm really easy going, I like to have a laugh and socialise but I also like my own space. I just really want to find an place I can call home! I've registered to inspect a few properties over the next few weeks so message me if you're keen to come along and have a look at houses with me :)
I am a happy person who sometimes is very social and other times just like my space. I like keeping busy and doing new and fun things. My Dog Kim is even more likeable than i am and is super super friendly.
Hi, my name is Jamie Aisthorpe and I am a game developer based in Brisbane. My lease will be running out at the end of April and this time I want to move in with like minded people. Originally from WA bush. I have come to enjoy the Brisvagas lifestyle and what it has to offer. I usually get referred as the gental giant of the group cause I'm 6"5' and even tempered. As being a game maker, my life revolves around games and game development. I like every bit of it and currently I teach it full time in the CBD. Outside of that bubble, I enjoy a variety of hobbies from the outdoors, electronics, art, video making, music and a bunch of other stuff. If you would like to see, my internet alias is Aisjam, google it. Some other points about me - I can be sociable to have a good time or reclusive to leave others in peace. - I like to cook. mainly savoury, some sweets - Handy with tools. I do a lot of projects - Don't smoke or do drugs, not much of a drinker too. - Open minded, patient and even tempered - Tell it like it is - House trained :P, I have been renting for 5 years with others. What I am really looking for is to join with a bunch of other creatives, people who pursue there passion. to space where we can create together. I am working on my social medias and youtube so I do a bit of recording, however it would be cool to team up. So what do I need? I need a decent sized space to fit my equipment and living stuff. depending on what is needed, I have some white goods and furniture that can come along Walking distance to transport (prefer train/ ferry) and shops. recording time, this does make noise but i keep it to a minimum and don't do it at stupid hours. What are some extras that would be cool? a lockable space. You have some serious brownie points? a workshop/ garage to do some stuff. a majority of my work I do in my room, some times I take it to hacker space. be nice to not have to move it. What are some deal breakers. - can't live with students due to teaching. - drugs that is all If there is anything you would like to ask. Please feel free to leave me a message. I look forward to meeting you.
Hello, we are a fun loving couple, who are looking for another couple or single person to join us in our search for a trendy place to live close to the city... We respect peoples space and the environment we live in, like to keep neat and tidy and want the people living with us to be the same. That being said we tend to bomb the kitchen most nights as we are pretty keen foodies and experimenting in the kitchen whilst listening to good tunes is what makes us a happy couple! We are both pretty active, go for runs around the park nearly every afternoon and hit the beach, surf and kitesurf whenever the weather is good! We have a pretty good balance between keeping to ourselves and having quiet nights in and when the occasion calls BBQs and dinner parties with friends. Avid travelers and adventurers.
Probably only stay two nights a week. I wont be around on Weekends. I work from 8-5 weekdays as a Building supervisor. I am great with people, clean and quiet.

I am looking for either a one bedroom place in Brisbane for university, or alternatively, would be looking for a master room/two bedroom place for my boyfriend and I North Brisbane/South Sunshine Coast (as he goes to USC). Helllo! My names Oscar and I'm looking for a room to rent in the surrounding suburbs of Brisbane City. I'm 26, am studying a Bachelor of Nursing & Paramedics full time at ACU and work as a carer in an aged care facility in the Valley. While studying and work take up most of my time I rock climb 3-4 times a week with any other free time is usually spent playing video games or whatever takes my fancy. I'm social person who likes beer and chats though I do definitely value my quiet time so a party house isnt really my thing. Having lived in share houses before I recognise the need for cleanliness however I'm not a clean freak.
I'm friendly, considerate of others and have respect. I'm quiet self contained and like to do my own thing. No mess no stress is the way of life, I spend most my time with my loving cat Penelope she's indoor during the night outdoor during the day. I work Monday to Friday full time.
I'm a young professional who works in admin and also does freelance content writing for a major marketing company. I love dogs and cats so if you have any I will shower them with affection! I enjoy good food and wine, eating out, live music, and getting out and about in nature. I'm clean, tidy and quiet, but I do enjoy hanging out and socialising. I'm looking for a move-in date around March.
