I will be working as a physiotherapist in hospitals around Brisbane finishing my uni clinical placements, as well as a gymnastics coach. I will be moving to a new city so and don't know anyone so being able to build a friendship and a home not just somewhere to sleep would be an added bonus! Room available: 1 bedroom with double bed and desk and own bathroom. Ducted airconditioning. The apartment block: rooftop recreation area with infinity pool (amazing views of the Brisbane river and city!) BBQ area and gym. There is one carpark which I use so would best suit somebody without a car. However if you do have a car, there is a 12 hour visitor pass you can use (or happy to negotiate alternating between the two!).

The rooftop has a slightly heated pool, gym, barbecue tables and has a great view. Great for entertaining. There is aircon in the apartment. I have kitchen utensils and whitewear available. Room is unfurnished and you have the main bathroom which you will have all to yourself. You will really just need bedroom furniture and linen. Unfortunately pets are not allowed at the apartment, as it is up for sale. No wifi at the moment but can install if you want it. We will just need to split that with the other bills. Close to the airport. Supermarket restaurants and food within Portside It doesn't come with a car park but you can park on the street if there's parks free so would probably suit someone that works nearby.
