As the profile suggests my name is Alex, I studied Landscape Architecture and in my post uni trip to Europe I got very distracted helping restore a sailing ship which is where Thor and I met. He has now come out to Aus to help build some stuff in Kangaroo Valley, he is also a sailor, has enchanting eyes, flowing curls and plays guitar. The full package. We are old souls with young hearts and minds. We love activities like cooking strange things, crafting things, swimming, making up random songs and having a boogie to live music but no pop doof doof, please no pop doof doof (maybe only as a guilty pleasure once in a while).

It has a sizeable L-shaped built-in, a black-out blind and access to the tv aerial. It is beautifully warm and breezy and with the sound of the waves you'll feel right at home here. East Corrimal is a friendly, relaxed suburb populated mostly with families and beach lovers. It's a great place to live especially considering the great proximity to almost everything you need! 🚶 - 15 min walk to Bellambi Beach - 10 min walk to Bellambi Lagoon & Park /Corrimal Beach - 10 min walk to Corrimal Shops (Supermarket/ Cafe/ Bakery/ Liquor/ Butcher/ Hot Food) - 20 min walk to Corrimal Train Station 🚗 - 10 minute drive to Wollongong Central - 10 minute drive to both the Main and Innovation Campus of the University of Wollongong Located on the 03 ad 08 bus routes- they stop right around the corner! We're just two young people looking for some housemates who like BBQs, beaches and binge watching TV series. We moved to Wollongong in September last year, but our lease is nearly up and we would like to move out of our little apartment into a place with a bit more space.. We like to get outdoors on the weekends, socialise and also have friends come and stay with us from time-to-time. I'm from Perth and have been in Wollongong for almost a year now. I work full time as a carpenter and on weekends I like to get outdoors. I'm into health and fitness but I still enjoy having a few drinks. I'm quite social, considerate and also very clean/organised. Ideally i'd like to live in or near to North Wollongong. I'd love to live in a social house which is like one big family. I'm also a big animal lover so a house with a dog would be a bonus!

It has a lounge and bedroom combined with a separate bathroom and combined laundry, there is also a food preparation area with a sink. An undercover area with outdoor furniture to sit out under on our many sunny mornings. Also for your use there is a shared clothes line and grassed area which will also be used by us and our very friendly Toy Poodle. A Side entrance with a secure gate with sensor down lights, there is also ample street parking. All of the furniture is very good quality and well looked after such as a Queen size timber bedroom suite with a good quality latex mattress with two bedside drawers, lamps and a tall boy. There are 2 x storage chests and baskets. A large timber cabinet. A two door mirrored robe with shelving, drawers and double hanging. A large wall LCD TV and DVD player. Ceiling fan, exhaust fans, down lights, vertical and double privacy blinds. All linen, appliances, utensils, dinner and glass ware, toaster, kettle and microwave are supplied. Also a heater and dehumidifier. Fully tiled throughout with floor rug. A small table that extends with two dining chairs that can be used as a desk if needed for study. Internet is available for a small fee. We are approximately 1.3 klms walk to the Beach, close to Local Shops, Medical Center, Pharmacy, Petrol Station, Clubs and Gyms. Our street is the first one in Bellambi and an easy paved walk to the station at the end of the street for a train to the City or Wollongong. Easy access to Memorial Drive which takes approx 10 mins to Wollongong and then just up the road to the University. There is plenty of on street parking. Go for a lovely drive along the coast road and experience the Sea Cliff Bridge up to Stanwell Tops and watch the hang gliders. Or travel south to beautiful Shellharbour for the day, the places to visit are unlimited in the beautiful Illawarra. About us and our expectations. We are hard working, friendly & helpful people but are private and respectful. We are extremely clean and house proud and value our home and furnishings. We are looking for someone of the same mindset. It would be expected that whoever stays there keeps the accommodation and the enclosed outdoor area in a very clean and orderly manner. This is a non smoking property. And definitely no pets. There is no parking in our driveway at anytime. The water and electricity are included in the accommodation with the realization of not wasting these resources by leaving them running is a must. If you feel that you are of a similar ways please come and have a look. The Guest Accommodation is $300 per week for strictly 1 person only staying there. If a couple then it would be $340 per week. The house is a sunny go lucky three bedroom in Corrimal with two massive backyards. It is a 10 min bike ride to the beach, 5min ride to the shops/cafes, 15min drive to UOW and a 10 min drive to the Thirroul station with express trains to Sydney. We are either looking for a rad couple or two amazing singles. If you are a couple we would split the rent with you and have a spare room which works out at $275 per couple. The room rate for radtastic singles is $165 per room. There are two rooms for rent. We are also open to a pet if they fit with the Milli dog. Hi Everyone! I just rented this property and collect the keys from the real estate early October. The property is one storey with ducted air con throughout the whole house including bedrooms. It will have new carpet and new paint installed next week. The kitchen is gas for anyone who loves to cook. You will get a remote for the garage to park your car/bike or storage (i dont care how you use it!). There is also a Jacuzzi on the timber deck and a second toilet in the laundry. The room itsself is light filled with two large windows. The built in wardrobe is 3 metres in length and has 4 sliding doors. I can provide the room furnished with a double bed (white leather), bedside tables and lamps OR it can come unfurnished.

I've been out of home from 18 where I moved down to the Illawarra from the Central Coast for work. I'm doing University part time studying Computer Science and working Full Time in a cadetship for a local industry. I enjoy having a tidy house in public areas ensuring I don't make a mess or anything that effects other flatmates. I am very social and would enjoy having a couple of drinks making new friends and potentially have the occasional night out. I also make sure to give others space when needed. For sports and recreation I mostly like to surf during summer and snowboard during winter. I currently own some tables, chairs and some kitchenware I can take during the move if required.
I will only be there every second week. I am a week about dad. My children and my home is in Temora Country NSW. The other alternate week I spend in Sydney/Wollongong with my Design/Manufacture and import business. I love the Northern suburbs of Wollongong and have a good network of friends in that area. I am pretty easy going and keep to myself if needed. I am tidy and can't stand a mess!! A good glass of wine and a chat is always welcomed. I love to cook and love trying new dishes. I do have a gorgeous little cat who loves EVERYONE. He loves cuddles and will sing to you to thank you when you give him a pet. He loves being outside so he usually goes out in the morning and in when I get home. I work with my mum so sometimes I work full time. I do have a second job (CIH) so i will be home late some nights.
