Hobbies: Anything outdoors, I like hang gliding, hiking, being on the water, scuba diving, etc Would trying new foods and wine be a hobby? I'm about that too. Cheers, Steven Carrion

Student of English, Sports and French at UWA. I'm an open-minded, creative, friendly, respectful, person who loves the outdoors, fun events/ activities/ trips, music, coffee and good food. (My mother tongue is German.) Generally open for any kind of accommodation type.
My name is Marine and I am a French archaeologist moving to Perth in aim to do my PhD at UWA. I am a chatty and funny person who likes to meet new people and socialise, thus I am not the type of roomy who stays locked into her room (even if it could happen sometimes when I will have deadlines with the PhD ;p) I am quite organised and tidy and I like to let the place clean. I also like to do things all together like cooking and "prendre un apéro" ( French expression for an after work beer plus snacks) at home or outside. I like to go climbing, swimming and hiking and love to listen to music (but not too loud, don't be scared). I thing that sharing a house is the best way to socialise and discover a place and enjoy at your best your time in a foreign country (moreover when you are so far away from friends and family). I look forward to meet you future house/flatmate(s) ! Caution: I will arrive in Perth the 17th of May but I will stay there only for 1 month before going up North for few months. I am in search for a ONE MONTH accommodation from the half of May to mid June (and it is starting to be an emergency). I will look for a steady, long term accommodation around August.
Hi all, due to unforseen circumstances, our beloved housemate needs to move out quite urgently. So we are now looking for a likeminded person to join our happy home :) We will ideally be looking for a FIFO worker to move in! We will have a massive, fully furnished room available to rent in East Perth in a gorgeous townhouse. It is 3 stories, 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The bedroom has large BIR's, it's own mini ensuite and it's own private balcony on the top floor which is a great little way to view the number of fireworks displays that take place around our area. The location is amazing - just a short stroll down to Claisebrook Cove and the various restaurants/bars around the area. The Swan River is down one end of our street and Claisebrook train station is on the other (about a 7 minute walk) which is a free ride to the city if you tag on with a smartrider. The city is only a 10 minute drive away (or an $8 Uber), but far enough away from everything to still be quiet. Bottom floor features an entertainers living area with the guest bathroom and laundry, TV, ping pong/foosball table and study nook. Second floor contains the dining area, large kitchen and main living area. It also has a balcony bar that we recently installed which overlooks the city and the new Perth Stadium and there is also a large patio area on the other side for entertaining/bbq's/drinks. The third floor contains the 2 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. It really is an amazing home in a fantastic location :) There is on street parking (parking permit would be provided) Rent includes: all bills, internet, Foxtel and Netflix. The house also has aircon on the second and top floor and in the bedroom More photos of the townhouse can be provided if requested :)
Hello everyone! My boyfriend, Thomas, and I are looking for a place to live in Perth. I think that our best selling point is our story! So here it goes: Thomas and I met at Sziget festival (in Budapest) 1.5 years ago. I fell for his dark eyes, very thick French accent (you'll see!), his humor and his smile. I have no idea what he saw in me, but it might have something to do with the fact that I walked in a bikini all day. Or it might have something to do with my Dutch accent, who knows. Yes yes, we're originally from France and The Netherlands and have been doing the long distance thing ever since we met. Australia is an opportunity for us to be together for more than 2 days a month. Thomas will be studying and working and I'll be working (preferably in my field of work, deaf education). We absolutely love dogs (and cheese)! And unfortunately, my allergies (and hatred, sorry) make it impossible for me to live with cats. Thomas pretty much loves all animals, and humans for that matter. We're both people-people and like to be surrounded by them. We're arriving the 1st of August and we're planning to stay for at least 6 months and possibly even more than a year. This all depends on how it goes with Thomas' study, our job search and on how awesome Perth is. As long as it's affordable, we don't care whether we share a house or live by ourselves. We do prefer a private bathroom if possible. The area isn't that important either as long as it's not too far from the city center and in a safe neighborhood. If you have something for us, or you'd like to team up, please contact us :).
Im Sky, 18 and recently moved to the city from downsouth. I work permanent part-time at the airport so looking for a suburb relatively close, i am doing a double diploma in community services and human resource management this year before enrolling in psychology or nursing (yet to decide) . Easy going and chilled, still like to have a good time, a good laff and some banter never go astray. Very good at keeping the place tidy and happy to respectfully obide by all the house rules.
