Hi, I'm a 22 year old clean and friendly student and am currently doing tafe. I'm originally from England but I've spent years living in Toodyay. I don't have any pets and I'm a non-smoker, though neither bother me. I love to bake a lot, so I end up having to give out excess cupcakes, as well as read and scroll through my Stan account. I like a glass of wine or a beer on the weekend, but I'm not a big party person, especially in my own house. I would prefer an unfurnished room, and don't need my own bathroom. I would also need space for my car.

If you plan to travel to the city, the travel time for the bus is about 15 - 20 mins. We're also located close to the Victoria Park strip. There are various restaurants and cafes to choose from as well as some small boutiques to garner at if you're the shop-aholic type.
