Laid back guy, uni student and working part-time at Crown, just looking for a bunch of new people to share a place with. Clean and tidy and happy to share household chores. Ending my current lease at the end of July, wanting to move into a place asap once i have moved out, prefer to be in a house with under 30 year olds, not fussed male or females. Either a current rental that is looking for another roommate, or a new vacant rental with 3-4 people. Send me a message if youre also looking to teamup, and searching for a place in a similar location to myself.
Single UNFURNISHED room available, $115 a week (excluding electricity) or $130 a week (including electricity). Located between Albany Hwy. and Carlisle Train Station and just around the corner from a bus stop servicing Curtin University and Murdoch University via Oats Street Train Station. We have an unlimited 100Mbps NBN connection, a washing machine, a large communal living area with couch, TV and sundries and a modest but clean and useable kitchen. Please note that this is an old house, and isn't fitted out with new fittings or fixtures. Despite this everything works and the house is kempt.
Great location, 5 minute walk to Oats St Train Station, 10 minute walk to Albany Highway Cappucino Strip. Bunnings 100m away. House is fully furnished besides the room for rent. Need to update pictures as these were taken before we moved furniture in. All 3 bedrooms are upstairs, unlimited nbn wifi (included in rent). You will be sharing the bathroom with Jon who works FIFO so he's barely home, basically your own bathroom! Room is a good size. Also, you will be able to use the garage soon as I'm selling my car.
Hi I work full time in the real estate industry. I have been working in property management and leasing for over 5 years, so I understand choosing the right tenant and how to look after a property. I am respectful, a bit of a home body during the week. I need to live near Burswood Peninsula. Looking for ONE quiet and easy going person to live with (preferably a male & preferably the owner of the property). I have my own bedroom furniture and big TV. I love animals, so living with them does not bother me. Things I can't live with out: My own living space (I have my own big TV) and bathroom (preferably with a tub), NBN, air con and a big wardrobe (I own a lot of shoes). :) I have a small car, would prefer a garage parking spot, but can be flexible on this (depending on the area). About me: I enjoy having a wine or rum, and go to a lot of live music gigs during the weekends. I love the beach, music, travel, wining and dining and meeting new people. I rarely cook, and if I do it is simple meals. Usually home during week day evenings. The house MUST be drug free (also I have 0 tolerance for people who use drugs!) Child free and I need to be able to trust the person I am living with. This means, no one with any weird fetishes etc. I wouldn't want to spend more than what I already am ($180 per week including all bills). I have a police clearance and rental references upon request :) Please don't contact me if your advert does not meet my criteria.
Socially quiet, friendly, non-smoker, tidy & clean, enjoy goin to the movies & out to my social dances

Hey guys, I am searching a shared house/room around Victoria park. At the moment I am in a job change but I definitely will work 2 days per week but search something to work full time. To my person: I love to cook after a long day and just relax and talk a little to my house mates. I am a clean and funny person who keeps everything tidy. Also I am no one of these party backpackers, just trying to find a job and a good place to stay to earn and save money. It would be awesome if some animals would live in the house! Cheers Jan
Oh hey! After finishing Uni (Public Relations) I am looking at moving out of home and being an independent woman (cue destiny's child). I am from Perth and work at Perth Airport. I enjoy exploring new cafes, restaurants, walking trails and cultural events in my spare time. While I'm definitely a people person, and love a spontaneous wine or hangout I am equally happy enjoying my own space and having some down time. I love hanging out with friends/ socializing, some kind of exercise (just so dessert doesn't punish me), going to concerts and generally enjoying the weekend. I am quite a social person but am also respectful and polite. I love travelling and culture and am always planning my next holiday.

We are new to Perth as just moved from the eastern states. I work in the city and my partner Mark works as a FIFO worker on a two week on, one week off roster. We are a happy go lucky couple who enjoy having fun during our spare time, whether that be going to the beach, camping or travelling to a new place we have not been before. We have a miniature daschund named Lily, she is the star of the show, super friendly and lovelable. She loves meeting new people and dogs and loves exploring new places as well. Lilly is an inside, outside dog. We also have our own bed as well as two bedside tables and a set of drawers. We hope to hear from you soon.
My name is Izaac. I am currently living in Brentwood and looking to find somewhere to live from early December of this year onwards. I am nearing the end of my current level of studies, I hope to find somewhere secure to live in order to make this transition from being a working student to my dream career as successfully as I can. I am employed, and I have new opportunities in the works. I am considerate, I try to be as respectful and as mindful as I can be. If you do think I might be someone who you would be happy to live with or rent your home to, please get in touch. I hope to find somewhere that is suitable for me, and also somewhere that is sustainable not just convenient.
2 furnished rooms for NON-smoker, 2 rooms sharing one bathroom/toilet. WALK less than 10 minutes to Curtin University, 1minute to Polytech Bentley. Free NBN WiFI. Near to bus stop to everywhere. $140 per week each, share expenses.

Hi, I'm Tina. an experienced, responsible renter who is looking for a granny flat or self-contained studio to lease. I started a new compliance auditor job in West Perth on 4/9 and would love to move close to this area and as soon as possible, although I will look at areas further out from West Perth if suitable. I can move on 16th September or after this date. I am responsible with bills, clean, tidy and will look after your property like my own. I have a talking baby galah who is in training for education and is caged when I am at work or not home. He is toilet trained and has a social personality with people. I am an outside smoker who is overly considerate of those who are not. I am a vegetarian who enjoys gadgets, tech, walking, portrait painting among other interests. If you feel that I am suitable for your property please reply on this site or phone.
My name is Nisha, and I'm a full time student at UWA. I work 4 days a week at a GP in Bentley as a receptionist- and I'm looking for a house close to work as I sometimes work very early mornings. I'm easy-going and friendly, and love to have a chat and a giggle with anyone. I value my personal space, and will respect yours. I like to spend my free nights doing face masks and binge watching reality tv with my boyfriend. Looking for something within the next couple of months, with a short term lease- preferably 3 months.
Pretty much stay in my room and game the whole time, just looking for a nice place to live for 6 to 12 months while I evaluate where I'm moving to out of Perth (or if depending on y'know, anything, but I'm in a stable position here and I always give plenty of advance notice of changes). Just me and my little buddy Peaches (love bird, chirps during the day but that's about it, lives in a cage). Looking for someone who can keep the place nice, tidy and quiet. A place with a lovely kitchen and reasonably modern. Aiming in the $350 - $500 region split with me and +1. Suburb choice is pretty limited to East Vic Park / Vic Park / Bentley / St. James / Rivervale and some surrounding areas with NBN (as listed on the NBNCo Rollout map) as shit internet is the number one cause of anger amongst housemates. Looking for a 4 x 2 place so we each have 2 bed 1 bath each. (or a 3 x 2 if you want to pay less and only get one room and a bathroom but up for discussion) If you need help with your budgeting, I work in Analytics / Finance so I can give you a pretty good idea of costs. Based on my current estimates (which over-estimate just to be on the safe side), bills add about $30 a week to your rental costs. I expect to split everything 50/50 if we're aiming for a 4 x 2 place (compromising on space divisions) or a split closer to 65/35 (for rent, still 50/50 on services of course) if we're aiming for a 3 x 2 place and you intend on only having one room and a bathroom to yourself. I work full time at Crown, been there 8 years so pretty stable. Able to move ASAP
