I'm Alexander, a 34 year old Kiwi (living in Australia for 6 years now) professional working in corporate social responsibility; I try to find ways in which big organisations can give back meaningfully to the community. I've recently moved to Perth to start studying a Masters in Public Health full time at Curtin Uni as well - no rest for the wicked! I'm fortunate to have flexible working hours and to be able to remain fully employed whilst I further pursue my passion in health promotion. I'm an ex high school PE teacher, sports and music enthusiast with a weakness for dogs, traveling, romantic comedies and philosophical ponderings. Looking for a house that isn't at all wild, but also not filled with room hermits as I'd love to make friends as well as share a dwelling over the coming months. I'm very respectful, reliable re. bills and rent, and come house trained in the cooking, cleaning, socialising and handyman aspects of life.
I am an easy going person, non-smoker, occasional drinker, enjoys good company and conversation, love photography, dogs and cats, and animals in general. I love gardening, permaculture, growing veggies, making composts (studied horticulture). I enjoy a good laugh, movies (action & sci-fi), and getting out in nature. Admire the arts e.g. painting, sculpture, video and photography. I study black and white photography mostly but enjoy landscape and pet photography too. I work as a Project Administrator in the resources industry and returning to Perth to find work. I hope to get a Mon-Fri job working in the CBD so would like a place that is close to main transport routes. I don't want to spend too much time travelling to/fro from work, so the closer to the CBD the better. I won't be in your face flatmate and respectful of other peoples space. I'm trying to get fit so will be out getting exercise, going to yoga classes or taking photographs. I love dogs all shapes and sizes. So if you have a dog, that's fine. I lived with a cat for 5 years and sadly he died when he was 16 years old. Texas the legend lives on. I'm open to cleaning schedules and doing my bit to keep the house clean and tidy.
I'm a social person who also like to keep to myself somtimes I never complain about noise I always clean up after myself and I like to drink and party when I can plus I'm a chef
We’re fun, clean and a happy bunch! A cute little trio with our 2 year old son. Just looking for some accomodation near university and work to cut down on the commute. We also have a ‘wildcat’ Lolita (who you will practically never see unless you have food).

I'm Tessa and I work full time in Belmont. I respect the space that I live in and I respect privacy. The things that I look for in a house: I want my housemates to turn into friends, gym buddies, you name it. I have lived in Canada, so I'm no stranger to living in share houses and housemates turning into family :) I don't want to live with strangers. Whilst I like to socialise, I also like my alone time, so I understand the need for space and wanting to wind down after work on your own. I don't want a party house, but somewhere that a social drink with friends (housemates included) from time to time is a must. I would prefer to live with no more than 2 people. I want this to be my/our home to be cared for, not a share house with a bunch of students/young people that have sheets as covers on their couch because its full of stains from parties. I am mainly looking at the Vic park - East Perth area. Somewhere that has a small town feel (everything in walking distance) and is close to the city. I have a car and do not want to park on the street. I am also allergic to animals.
We are an Italian couple in their 20s taking a gap year in Australia after university. We speak 4 languages and have travelled quite a bit, so we love meeting new people. We are easy-going, laid-back people who keep the place clean and tidy but always enjoy some cooking and drinking together :)
Hello future housemate(s). Hope you're having a good day. My name is Heenay. I am a student at Curtin University studying Accounting. Very friendly and out going. Very honest, and reliable. Can be fun if needed. But you can also have your own space. I am very clean and responsible. I also get along with everyone. Really enjoy cooking. The usual netflix and outings on the weekends. Very sporty and love the beach. *I'm looking to do house chores and cleaning for accommodation or a reduced rent price as I am currently unemployed. Struggling at the moment. Just looking for nice, clean and friendly people to live with. Message me if you would like to team up and find a place together too.
My villa is located at the end of a no thru road in East Vic Park, making it quiet, and is surrounded by friendly neighbours. All amenities close by; Bus stop 3 mins walk, local pool 8 mins walk, train 10 mins walk and the city is a 10 minute drive away. The best part - the café/shop strip on Albany Highway is a 5 minutes walk (closest pub The Balmoral). My home has great security - a locked up garage, an alarm and all windows and doors have security locks. The room for rent is medium sized, has a built-in wardrobe and has a queen size bed in it (in the photos), and whist the rest of the house furnished the bedroom is unfurnished, or I can provide the bed and bedside tables and linen.
Nice and close to the Vic Park coffee strip, quiet street, 4x2 house. Large dining area that doubles as a second living area. Air conditioned bedroom + living areas, bedroom has a built-in robe. Must like dogs as I have a very friendly and well behaved shar pei. I'm only looking for 1 housemate so you will have the bathroom (and basically the back of your house) all to yourself...
