I have a room available to rent now. It's a shared house and there are already two girls living here. We're looking for a quiet, respectful, clean and friendly person to occupy the available room. It's conveniently located next to Curtin University. The bus stop is right outside the door and takes about five minutes to reach the Uni. If you plan to travel to the city, the travel time for the bus is about 15 - 20 mins. We're also located close to the Victoria Park strip. There are various restaurants and cafes to choose from as well as some small boutiques to garner at if you're the shop-aholic type. :)
Both fun, easy going people who love to travel and make the most of any free time. We're tidy, reliable, and responsible individuals who are considerate towards our roommates. We're both students at Curtin University so we do have times where we are busy with assignments and uni work but in between, we like to get out and socialize.
I'm from Mauritius and looking for a private room in a shared house to rent. I am a responsible, mature and friendly person. I like to socialise and share my life experiences. I am not much of a party freak but i would enjoy spending some quality time with my mates when i'm free. i don't mind living in a house with ppets as im a dog lover. I strongly insist that privacy must be respected and be mutual among my flatmates
Extremely clean, easy going and can cook a good meal :) I'm pretty relaxed, easy to get along with and I love animals. Currently scheduled to start studying at Curtin University in February, so accommodation fairly close to there would be great but I'm flexible to anything.
I am the kind of person who minds his business most of the time and does not like to poke my nose everywhere, love to play and watch cricket, big movies fan as well. A very social and outgoing person. Hygiene is my first priority!
Friendly and polite girl. Very clean and tidy. Non smoker and does not have children or pets. I am looking for a private bedroom in an existing shared house (preferably with own bathroom) in any suburb near Curtin University. I would like to live in a quiet house in order to be able to study and sleep. I will be studying (full-time) and working (par-time) at the same time. So I would be out of the house most of the time.
We blend easily and can make never-ending conversation or just keep mute and watch the news! Also, we come from a land far, far away, journeyed across the seven seas (actually, just the Indian ocean) with a bucketload of tales to tell. Wife's a baker & I'm a gamer (at night mostly though); during the day, I'm an engineer and we've got a cute and bubbly son who's 2yo- he's yet to choose his career. And as a plus, we do know how to keep a home tidy- and hopefully, you do too! Looking for a large room to stay, with all bills and internet included- while our accommodation is sorted.

Hello, I'm an English international postgraduate student from Zimbabwe and I am studying at Curtin University. I am great at house-keeping and keeping things orderly and clean and I'm looking for a more studious environment as I need to focus on my degree. Although I am still up for a bit of socializing occasionally. I am also quite good at cooking some home-cooked meals. It is just me, as I have no pets, no children and no spouse so I am looking for a room to rent out in a student house for about 6 months while I find my way around Perth and Australia. I do enjoy my own space reading some good books and listening to music, but I also make time meeting new people and having a games or movie night on the odd occasion.

Hi there friendly people, Welcome to my ad and me (Ben), hopefully your near future housemate! I'm a British post-graduate student moving to Perth on 8th February to undertake 3 month research internship based at CSIRO in Kensington. I am urgently looking for place stay during this time and thank you in advance for contacting me. I'm a fun, friendly, sociable, and considerate guy. I always keeps a orderly, clean and tidy respectable living environment and am looking to contribute good vibes toward a happy home! Day to day I will be focused on the internship and will likely be having more of calm/chilling time in the evenings. On weekends I will be spending time with friends in Perth, meeting new people and exploring all that Perth has to offer. I'm a keen cyclist, an average runner, have an eclectic appreciate of music and film and am fairly well travelled. Hopefully I meet the profile of what your looking for in a housemate. If so, please do get in touch. Looking forward to hearing from you, Ben :)

Hey! I'm Alex...from Perth...easy going, like a laugh and a bit of fun. I work as an Uber driver while in Perth (so irregular hours) and have a professional background. I have a social life and I like social clubs. Not looking for a party house, but not looking for a house with no character. A place to park my car would be great too :)
Dutch PhD Student, spending most of my time at uni. 2-3 evenings away for sports and Saturday or Sunday as well. I've lived in shared houses for the last 8 years. I'm a quiet guy and a decent cook. My preferences: furnished room, double bed, 1 or 2 flatmates, rent including bills (just more easy)

I'm a writer in my spare time, so I'm relatively placid. I don't drink/smoke/do drugs. I like a tidy and happy home and I'm known to be very generous. I'll happily cook for everyone a few times a week. I do have a dog, he's an 1 year old border collie. Fairly small and very easy going around the house and when I'm not working or writing I'm going on adventures with him. I'm looking for a pet friendly place of course. I mostly keep to myself but I'm happy to have a movie night with house mates. I just got back to perth after 2 years working up North so I'm still adapting but ultimately happy to be back! I work full time in the cbd and drink a lot of coffee to keep up so having me as a house mate also comes with a Nespresso machine and free coffee if you like coffee. I'm in no rush to move, more interested in finding the perfect place for us.
Air conditioning, Super fast NBN internet, public transport just in front of the house. Walking distance to Curtin Uni and Poly Technic West. Friendly Flatmates and happy people. Safe and comfortable home. Quiet.
A recently renovated villa on a quiet no thru road in East Victoria Park, surrounded by friendly neighbours. All amenities close by; Bus stop 3 mins walk, local pool 8 mins walk, train 10 mins walk and the city is a 10 minute drive away. The best part - the café/shop strip on Albany Highway is a 5 minutes walk (closest pub The Balmoral). My home has great security - a locked up garage, an alarm and all windows and doors have security locks. The room for rent is medium sized, has a built-in wardrobe and has a queen size bed in it (in the photos), and whist the rest of the house furnished the bedroom is unfurnished.
This place is located in the heart of East Victoria Park, it's an old 1930's style house on a duplex block. It has been recently renovated with a new kitchen, bathrooms and living area. It has NBN and is conveniently located near multiple shopping centres, the Albany Hwy Cafe strip, Oats St Train station and Curtin University. There is 1 room available it has reverse cycle air con, Jarrah floorboards and lockable doors. 1) Master Bedroom - 3.9Mx3.6M For those with cars it has room for 4 cars to park in the driveway and there is street parking available nearby. It's only a 10min drive into the city,~5mins to the nearest supermarket, ~5mins from Curtin and about ~15mins drive from Perth Airport. For those who don't drive there are multiple buses and trains nearby to get around. (I lived here for years without a car and had no problem getting around Perth for work/study). Pets are considered but they must be, non-destructive, house trained and compatible with existing pets (cats/dogs). TL;DR - 1 room available in recently renovated house - 3 bedrooms total, 2 bathrooms, 4 parking bays. - Small backyard that has a gate connecting to rear unit. - NBN 100mb Internet connection! - Good location 15mins from city, 5mins from Curtin Uni, Gym, near shops and public transport.
