Eatons Hill Share House Hello Readers, I am a property investor who has just purchased a large double story 8 bedroom home in Eatons Hill and i am now at the stages of leasing 4 rooms out. I have available two rooms upstairs and two rooms down. Each room will have there own security digital lock. There is a large common room with a entertainment area and gym which will be available to all tenants. There is a giant pool currently being constructed and will be ready for summer. There are 3 bathrooms situated in the house and i will pair off two of the rooms to each one. I am currently residing at the property with my partner and am around on a daily bacis conducting renovations. As this property is positioned on acerage there are many animals already here so i cannot accept anymore. As i am in my early 20s i have no worries what so ever with tenants have the occasional piss up aslong as i am issued with notice to make the other tenants aware. I am extremely easy going and love the afternoon beers and will always remain that way aslong as i am treated with respect and honesty. The common room is air-conditioned and Wi-Fi will be made available. I have two undercover car parks which will go to the first two tenants to move in deeming they have a vehicle to take its place. For those who are worried about public transport being more than walking distance away i am more than happy to shout lifts to and from the train station. All bills and laundry supplies are included in the weekly rental amount and i will require two weeks upfront. Rooms can either come furnished or unfurnished to suit your needs. I am looking for friendly easy going people and will be selective to ensure all my tenants are comfortable whether they want to socialise or be left alone. I am a generally open and accepting person. I wear my heart on my sleeve, and appreciate people who do the same. i am the sort of person who makes the effort to be communicative, and much prefer to settle any sort of disagreement with a thorough discussion and coming up with a reasonable solution. I am currently at the end of repeating grade 12, as I had to drop out of school last year due to extenuating circumstances. After I graduate, I am planning to work for an indefinite period. My reason for leaving home is bad family circumstances, and not feeling the ability to grow and mature in my current situation, as well as using the opportunity to better my mental health. I am up for a good conversation, but also have my days when I am more reserved. Similarly, I respect when people want the same. In my spare time I spend most of my time either with friends, cooking, watching some tv, reading the occasional book. Be forewarned, I am very outspoken, and prefer to be around people who are not afraid to share their opinions. I do not function particularly well with people who are shy, as I find it difficult to gauge how they are feeling. I also have a bad habit of falling asleep in weird places. I also swear like a sailor, so if you don't like swearing I will not be a good roommate.

Hi, I have just graduated uni (Biomedical Science) and am looking to move to Brisbane (from Sunshine Coast) to start my new job late Nov-early Dec. I have two dogs who are my babies, an Australian Shepherd (Jasmine) x and border collie (Bailey). They are both 6 years old and well behaved. I take them for a run/walk at least once a day and the entertain themselves with their several balls/toys. They sleep outside. I am clean, friendly and respectful of other peoples space. I'm keen to find a house around this time if anyone looking for teamups or future room to rent. Very easy going and friendly. Happy to keep to myself most of the time but do enjoy a few mangoes here and there. I work overnight shifts at hospitals 3-4 nights a week, with shifts at the Sunshine Coast Friday and Saturday nights. Will spend most of my days sleeping until the early afternoon and a lot of mornings out fishing. Have a girlfriend that is very busy and will stay over max 1-2 nights a week when I'm not working.

During the week I'm a creature of habit, I like cooking and I try to get to art classes every now and then too. On weekends I like going to brunch, checking out local gigs and bingeing Netflix.
