I am a 26 year old kindergarten teacher. Born in Brisbane but travelled all over. I love animals but don't have any. I'm a non-smoker who's a big fan of headphones. I like having barbecues with mates but like going to bed early to watch Netflix. Very easy going and easy to get along with.
Hey! I'm Amy, a vivacious 23 year old cake decorator. I love reading, baking and decorating, am currently learning to paint with water colour, fithooping, walking and board/card games. I consider myself a mindful and considerate person, and greatly value compassion. Whilst I enjoy my own space I socialise regularly. At present I'm decorating cakes one day a week (3 days in the busier months) and am look after a three year old on Wednesdays (in his/his mother's home) on wednesdays. The reason behind my desire for my own space is that I have a shy, but cheeky/funny, 2 year old boy.
Hi I'm Tan, I'm currently looking for a rental (4,2,2) in Warner/Eatons Hill/Albany Creek/Clontarf/Woody Point/Scarborough or Newport. The properties I'm looking at are between $550 and $700 a week, so I've come to the conclusion I need a house mate to share costs etc with. I have a little blue Quaker parrot...he has his own house...and a 12 year old gorgeous male Ragdoll cat. I'm ex Air Force (22years), financially independent, very neat and tidy, very easy to get along with, love gardening, cooking, sport, gym, outdoor adventuring, music...the list goes on!
I'm super fun and friendly, eager to move out of home and closed to my job on the Northside. Graduated two years ago and matured quickly. Would prefer to live alone.
im never around im quite i am very clean & tidy and considerate towards others i have my own car i dont usually party or drink i do smoke can do outside i dont have kids nor family or pets i dont mind pets i just dont have any.. i love working on cars im mechanically minded i like fishing video's movies but just really keep to myself..
Mature, non smoker, great cook, can baby sit or pet sit. A family home, who seeks someone they can trust is something I could consider. Studying and working, so very quiet and respectful. I am a teacher and professional writer. I am also a contractor and do field work away sometimes as well, as I am changing careers. I have experience working away and understand people who are FIFO or who travel regularly. I like keeping a home. I do a lot of reading and outdoor activities, health conscious and like to relax. I go to the gym and swim weekly. Like watching movies. I keep to myself a fair bit, very busy but like children and pets, peace and quiet, gardening. I like a good chat over a drink or meal but also respect other people's need for space. I require good internet for study purposes. I could possibly move earlier than March but this date is preferred.
Im easy going, enjoy a laugh but also like time to myself. I'm honest and motivated. I like a house that is kept clean and looking to share with other people who are motivated. Only want to share with 1 or 2 people. Im a shift worker so would like a quiet house.Thanks.
The house is set on a couple of acres and cannot be seen from the roadway as there are hundreds of trees. The property backs onto 4 mile creek. The house has separate lounge room with a fire place and has 3 toilets. To live here you must have your own transport.
2 good sized bedrooms with a built in wardrobe in each. Easily fit queen size bed plus furniture. Big house with plenty of space unlike the subdivisions and still only a few minutes drive to Eatons Hill Tavern or Albany Creek Shops. The house is 4 bedroom upstairs with a self contained granny flat part of downstairs. Up for rent are two of the upstairs bedrooms. The house has recently been renovated so the room has new carpets and wardrobes. Big bathroom. I have my own en suite so only have to share the bathroom with 3 other housemates. Bedrooms are unfurnished but can probably put together a bed and some basics for use in the short term but you would need to sort your own mattress. Everything else you need is here. There is a huge verandah that wraps around the upstairs which has a big outdoor setting and bbq. Downstairs is the bar/pool room with patios off either side. Plenty of parking. You'll be sharing with 5 professionals that all work full time. We like to have a laugh and a chat but also understand the need for privacy as we like ours too. With a place this size you can always have your own space. Utilities (Gas, electricity, Water and Internet) $30/wk
Property is very private, peaceful & quiet. Nice views & your own pool to relax by. 1 furnished room with built in wardrobe, A/C & your own private bathroom. There's 3 lounge area's so personal space is not an issue. Only 5 mins from Albany Creek shopping centre, 10 -15 mins Aspley / Chermside.
Living here is fabulous because it is beautiful and quiet, yet so close to all shops, banks, restaurants. There are gyms, public swimming pool, lots of places to go out. The bus is a 2 minute walk. Close to everything! 30minutes to city, the beach, the countryside! We are convenient to nearly everything you could possibly want. If you like to go for walks, the parks have walkways that will lead you to the shops, or you can go on a walk just to enjoy the scenery
You really feel like you're Home. Nice and Comfortable, peaceful. The house is quite large, so lots of room to sit and watch TV, or sit in the Undercover BBQ area. Nice garden to enjoy (we have a variety of birds that come into the garden) Everything is here, all you need bring is your personal belongings. Fully equipped kitchen; large bathroom; separate loo; and good housemates. All the shops are here, Woolies; Coles; Aldi. The banks and major facilities here as well. The bus is a 2 minute walk and it takes you Direct to the City. Bus also takes you to Bus/Rail Interchange

My personality would be a mix between a career driven professional, a hippie, a creative and a comedian. i love to joke around and make people laugh. I have a dog named Gypsy she's a 4 yo kelpie x and is about the most chilled out dog you will ever meet, doesn't dig holes or chew on things! she does sleep on my bed so you'd have be cool with her coming inside. but she is very low maintenance a list of things that would be awesome to have in a house for me would be.. -lock up garage or a carport at least - sick of washing crap off my car every day! -fully fenced decent sized yard for gypsy -nearby bushland, trees and plants in the yard, i like birds -fast internet -flatmates similar age to myself If we sound like we would fit your household please get in touch! looking to move out of where I am early March.

My dog Chevy is an angel, or rather a Border Collie! He's very kind, respectful and patient, coming to work with me on the occassion to lay quietly under the desk all day. I'm in my early thirties, and have lived in sharehouses for the last few years whilst studying (a Masters course) and working. I'm active, friendly and tidy. I enjoy pretty much all outdoor activities, but am also pretty happy to kick back with a good book/movie, or have interesting conversations. I enjoy cooking, and can whip up a mean Thai meal in next to no time. I'll be in Brisbane from Sunday Feb 19 onwards, and am eager to start viewing places around the Warner area straight away. Hi, I am looking for a studio, granny flat or a downstairs bedroom in a quiet share house which is large, as I need to be able to have my desk/computer in my room for work. I don't make a lot of noise and I don't crowd your kitchen. I sell horses from my paddock at Bridgeman Downs so am not home a lot. I have 2 x 10 yr old dogs. A golden Labrador and a border collie. I take my dogs with me most of the time. I don't have people over really, I do smoke outside. I don't drink or do drugs. I get on well with most types of people however loud noise and caged birds do bother me.. My rent is ALWAYS paid on time. I was raised in Sydney. ...but have lived in Brisbane since I was 23. For fun I do my horses and visit friends. Cheers
