Hi there, I'm 28 and originally from Minnesota in the US, having come to Australia about five years ago to travel, study and work. I've been working for a markets risk advisory firm called Rochford for the past two years. While I really enjoy what I do, it isn't everything and I love being out in the sun and near the water either running, surfing or in good company. Most looking for a longer term fix with some sociable like-minded flatmates who are up for grabbing a few drinks and taking advantage of what the eastern suburbs in the summer have to offer. If this sounds like you, please get in touch!
Hi my names Renate and I'm 24 and work full time as a graduate lawyer in North Sydney. I grew up on the south coast of nsw and have been living in the eastern suburbs for the past 6 months. My lease is up and the landlord now wants to renovate. I'm clean, considerate and like to have fun. Whether that be at home watching tv, cooking, or out at the bar! During the week I work long hours and then gym and/or run every day so am not home until late. In summer I love to head to the beach, I enjoy a good coffee and sunshine and getting out and socialising as much as possible on the weekends. Looking for a room in a share house with like minded professionals, people who are independent and respect privacy but those who I can still enjoy a few beverages and a bit of banter with too Also interested in teaming up :)
Hi guys! I work in the health and fitness Industry being both a trainer and a yoga teacher. Hey there, I'm looking for a mid to long term accommodation in Sydney. I work full-time in Finance, and relocated from the US about 2 years ago. I'm usually busy with work, but I'm big into running, travelling, and just being outdoors in general. I'm tidy but easy going, really like meeting new people. Looking to pay up to 400 but flexible depending on the room, location, bills included etc If you think I might be a good fit, let me know. Cheers, Yuta
I currently work in Paddington full time in the corporate construction industry and am also continuing my studies. I am also trying to start up my own business online with the eventual dream of being able to do contract (6 months) construction work and travel in between once i graduate. As such, I am a busy person although I do love to pause my day and have a good chat. I love to listen to people's stories and learn about other cultures, lives and subjects that I don't necessarily have a personal interest in. I am often attending seemingly random events or activities, such as this past week I went to a lecture at the powerhouse museum about Egyptian Mummies. I will not be finishing my studies until next year and will be around until at least May 2019 when I graduate, therefore I am looking for something long term. I am very clean and think mutual respect is so important in shared accommodation. I have no issues with guests and believe the place you reside should be your home where you are comfortable to do as you please. The reason I am looking to move is my housemates cousin has nowhere to live and they need my room for her.
Just 2 mins walk to Edgecliff shopping centre & train station -with Coles, Aldi, Post Office, Commonwealth Bank & Westpac, Coffee shops and much more. Few minutes walk to Double Bay and Red Leaf Beach. Bus interchange - regular buses to the city or to Eastern Suburbs. Bright - very tidy and clean home. You would have a closet and a single bed. Appliances - toaster, kettle, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, washing machine, dryer.
I'm looking for a room in a house/flat with clean, social and considerate housemates. I'm an easy-going, social and considerate individual who works in the Financial Services industry. I like traveling, philosophy, arts, films, current affairs, etc. I also enjoy good food and wine, going out for dinners, and brunches with friends. Please get in touch if you have a room in my preferred areas or would like to team up to rent a house.
Hello everyone! My name is Jasmin, I’m 24 years old, English and Media Culture student from Germany and currently working and doing an internships in Sydney. Right now, I am working as an intern at the Goethe Institut (German Language and Cultural Centre) in Woohllahra. I'd say that I'm a very open-minded and easy-going person. I love travelling and learning about different cultures, I have lived in several countries, Germany, USA, Scotland, Spain and now Australia. I am passionate about arts and culture and always up for going to fun events, going out for drinks, or just spending a calm evening with wine and netflix, reading a book or having good conversations. I have mostly creative hobbies like photography and music. I have a ukulele, but I won’t play if it would bother you! 😉 I have lived in several shared flats and I am always respectful and considerate of my flatmates. If you are interested, I can also give you an Australian character reference, my CV, or whatever information you might be interested in! Let me know if you’d like to get to know me!! Looking forward to hear from you! Jasmin xx PS: No shared rooms! :)
I've just come back from 5 years living abroad to start a new job here in Sydney so am looking for a great place to live with some lovely people. I'm friendly, tidy, easy going and love to cook and have a cheeky glass of wine in the evenings :) When I'm not at work I'll be at a yoga class, checking out cafes and restaurants or catching up with family and friends.
Hi, **Please read my requirements before contacting me, thank you.** I am a full time analyst working in the film industry, in the city. I am an outgoing introvert, prefer quality talks and/or some quiet times for myself. I love food and traveling. I am looking for a studio/1br apartment/unit, or ONE person to share in a home, no couple or family please. I am looking for a long-term home, 12months+, will consider to extend my stay if there's no big issues of the property. I like my place to be bring/sun filled, well circulated (window) and tidy, closed to public transport, with reasonable living spaces, and x1 car park. Ideally it's timber floor or tile, but well maintained carpet is also considerable. No Smokers please. If you happen to have a property sounds like this, please drop me a line with your property link. Thanks, Edie
Full-time working professional (corporate lawyer), who works in the city (can involve long-hours). Am looking for a place relatively close to the city, to share with a clean, tidy and considerate working professional. I'm not a partier, and tend to lead an active lifestyle. Due to work, weekends tend to be quiet for me, and I enjoy just using them to relax and unwind. Anything else, please ask.
Extremely clean and tidy and a non smoker. I am not a partier, but I do enjoy spending time with friends and going out for dinner and/or a few drinks. I work Monday to Friday, standard hours and will often return to my family home on weekends. I'm very easy going and will get along with anyone but will also speak my mind when I need to. I love big dogs, travel, coffee and shopping.

Hi there my name is Suz and I am just getting used to being in my 40's originally from NZ and I work for a wine magazine. I have lived here 6 years and the place is so good I just can't leave! I enjoy cooking, going to the farmers markets, going to see a film, catching up with friends and enjoy the odd dinner party. Andrew is early 40's and works at KPMG he is only here about 4 nights a week as he spends his weekends in Orange and is often travelling for work. We are both very easy going, enjoy the occasional dinner together when everyone is about or glass of wine, we are both very easy going and are looking for a third to join our lovely home. We catch up for dinner about once a week, occassionally with the neighbours too and will sometimes entertain together with friends. The Apartment is fondly referred to as 'Shirley'. Which is it's name and it is a very friendly community. We take up the entire top floor of the apartment and the neighbour is below who we get on very well with. Looking for a good mix of social and independent flatmates who like to catch up for the occasional drink and meal but also have their own lives and are considerate to their flatmates. This place is a home not a flat and we very much enjoy living here. No couples please or pets.

Hello! I currently work in buying for a fashion label based in Alexandria. I am originally from southern NSW where my parents still live on a sheep and cotton farm. I love to get back as much as I can which means I am often away weekends. I have lived abroad for a couple of years and in Melbourne for 3 years also. I love to soicalise with friends during the week for dinners and am always out and about on weekends. I would say that I am not a house lurker by any means, I love to be out enjoying Sydneys amazing outdoors. I am looking for a housemate who is also social and enjoys a meal together on occasion but also is looking for their home to be a quiet, relaxing and a comfortable place to unwind. I am extremely clean, I hate clutter and mess and am big on always having a particularly tidy kitchen and bathroom. At risk of sounding like im pumping my own tyres, I would say I am a fun person to be around, respectful of others, very relaxed and a huge fan of all food and a good time with friends. :)
