Another Brit who has migrated over. About to start a job in the city within finance, therefore will be busy most weekdays. Lived in shared accom for 4 years, so know the drill. Ideally would like some chilled housemates that don't mind some bevs beaches or brunching over the weekends. Would also be keen for team-ups.
Hi i’m Michael, I’m relocating back to Sydney to work for an engineer company in the city and am on the look out for new a place to live in for at least the next 6 months. I have been in a few flat shares before, and know how important it is to find the right kind of flatmates to ensure everyone gets along. I am easy going, clean and reliable, so you can be sure rent and bills are always paid on time. I do like to keep things tidy, so responsible flatmates that know how to clean up after themselves is a must in my book. After a long work day i do tend to like having a nice quiet night to unwind and relax, so i’m definitely not interested in living in a party house. Always up for a nice conversation, socialising or just chilling with flatmates on the couch with a drink. On my off time i tend to enjoy pursuing my interests which includes movies, gaming, art, cooking and random exploring i’m not in a lazy mood.
I'm a 31-year-old American who’s lived in Sydney for 2.5 years. I work as an account manager 9-5, Monday to Friday in Surry Hills. I’m easy going, friendly, sociable and love travelling frequently. I enjoy cooking and like to keep a tidy place. Ideally I would like chill flatmates who don’t mind a drink during the week and the occasional adventure or Netflix binge watching session over the weekend.
The property is huge and super convenient! Right next to edgecliff station, which has Coles, Aldis, Harris Farm and access to many amenities. The house is very safe in gated community and quite. We back on to trumper park and only short stroll from Rushcutters bay. This room is for one person only, NO couples sorry.
I am an independent, positive person, like to keep fit and eat healthy. Happy to have a chat & a laugh but also respect others space. Looking to live with a professional who has some emotional intelligence and actually wants to share a house with someone.
I would consider myself to be clean, respectful and houseproud. I work full time in the city and I’m looking for a place to call home in the Eastern Suburbs. Not looking for a party house, somewhere with parking (on street close by, without a permit or off street) with people preferably around the same age as me, likeminded, fun and loving but mature. Please reach out if you think you have a room that would suit x
I'm a student and I came with my wife. we are looking for a cozy, clean and organized place. I graduated in graphic design and my wife in human resources. we do not care about living at home with pets.
I'm a 24 year old male gay professional that works full time in the city at a tech company. Interested in the room you have posted. I tend to keep to myself during the working week after long days, but also like to socialise in my spare time. Up for a casual drink on some occasions.

Hi, my name is Bec! I’ve just started searching for accommodation in Sydney, preferably in Double Bay as I will be starting a new job in Edgecliff in June - moving from Melbourne. I’m a creative professional, working full days and active outside on the weekends. I’m looking for a secure and peaceful home as my career is priority and I need to be focused during my days. Looking for likeminded flatmates.
I've just made the move to Sydney from London on an 18 month contract working in the CBD and am looking for a room in a flatshare which is sociable and friendly! I'm pretty flexible on the length of stay, but obviously if I like a property more then I'll be happy to stay longer!
I'm a soccer coach from England. ⚽️ I'm pretty new to Australia and love adventuring, hiking and going to the beach as well as just chilling out with a few beers. 🍻 I want to experience everything Sydney has to offer! 🇦🇺 I will work hard in the week and usually like to make the most of my weekends. I'm very social but also like to give Flatmates their own space to chill too, as I like to do the same. I'm looking to get something sorted ASAP. So contact me if your place matches the description, Thanks! The room needs to be 300 max - all bills included and also fully furnished with a bed so it's ready to move in straight away.

Been in Sydney for over two years now and planning on staying, so looking for a place to call home :) I’m a sociable housemate, happy to catch up and hang out but will also have my own life as well! Super tidy so looking for a clean house share!
I am 6 months away from finishing a Combined Laws degree at University. I currently live in Double Bay, have two hospitality jobs and am a fun, outgoing and confident individual who is always up for a glass of wine and a good catch-up when i'm not working or studying. However, I am a very busy person who is not home very often. I love travelling, going to the beach, exercising and cooking. I have been renting for a while and understand how important it is to get along with your housemates. I am a very personable, understanding and easygoing person and a very relaxed housemate who is merely looking to live with people who are similarly easy to get along with.
Hi I'm an Adelaide girl that has just moved to Sydney to work for an airline. I am a nutritionist by trade and love the health and wellness lifestyle (with a few indulgences here and there :p). I would preferably love to have a quiet place to stay (not on flight path, near loud bars, not too close to busy traffic, a party house etc.) as those early wake up calls and long flights can be draining and I love my sleep ins :) I am an ambivert so I enjoy socialising but if flatmates also prefer to keep to themselves that works fine with me as I also love my own space too :) I am after a fully furnished apartment and bedroom (preferably with own bathroom) and a place that is close-ish to a train station (green square/edgecliff station would be perfect) Some things I love are hiking, trying new cafes/restaurants, movies and travelling. Hope to hear from you soon xx
FLEXIBLE On move in date and rent as I am looking for somewhere that I love and lucky not to be in a rush! ME: I'm a 30 year old who works full time in infrastructure comms, hours being 9ish-5ish, with the occasional late night and some regional travel. I'm pretty social and get out of the house most evenings if only to go to yoga or something. At home, I alternate between being social and hiding in my room with a book. I stay up quite late most nights, so you may hear me creeping to the fridge to stare at the contents before convincing myself it's way too late for a snack. WHAT I'M AFTER - MUST have my own bathroom or ensuite. - Must have decent sized built-in wardrobes. - Ideally some kind of parking solution. - Prefer not to live with a couple. Also, would really appreciate air-con but as long as there's decent insulation not a big deal! YOU: Gender or sexuality wise - no preference. I just like friendly and genuine people as I am the same. (Fair warning - am rather grumpy in the morning). I'm looking for somebody considerate and straight to the point (blunt even) so that little household issues don't turn into hurt feelings and instead get resolved easily. I.E. if you think I'm being crap or my tv is too loud or whatever just tell me and vice versa. - A non-negotiable quality is the desire/willingness to keep shared places clean, particularly the kitchen. Open to a cleaning roster if that's easier, or maybe even a cleaner. (Victim of post-traumatic share stress disorder on this issue) - Ideally somebody I can talk to/joke around with so that we can have a comfortable balance of doing our own thing and interacting. GUESTS : - Not open to a "party house" but definitely need everyone to be able to have friends over for a gathering occasionally or an unplanned overnight guest (common sense/consideration being key.) FOOD SHARING AND FURNITURE: ◦ Happy to share any bulk food items - I cook pretty well but it's not a hobby of mine. Would consider a room with a bed in it depending on the quality of the bed, as I plan to buy a new one. PETS Love animals but would only consider a breed that doesn't shed if living indoors.
