Hey! My name is Tereza and I’m soon moving to study and work in Sydney from Czech Republic. I already studied in Canada, where I have been in homestay. So I do have previous experience with living abroad and sharing a place to live with people of multiple nationalities and all walks of life. Experience suggests respect and honesty are essential, so let me tell a bit about my preferences. Overall I like my personal space clean and organized (little bit of OCD, haha), so I tend to get best along with people of similar preference. I’m fun but an introvert (INTJ), never party and don’t smoke/have pets/have children. I don’t get along well with loud, party loving, unorganized people I lead healthy, minimalistic lifestyle, and like open spaces, my own personal space and dislike clutter Own (semi)furnished room would be preferred, the closer to center and train the better. My budget is $300/w (including bills). Fast internet is a big plus for me! Happy to answer any questions! :)
Working professional who is reliable, friendly and tidy. I am looking for a reliable, easy going and clean flatmate. I used to work as a lawyer at an international law firm. I now run my own boutique consulting company.
I am looking for a place as close to the city as possible. My preference is for a flat with only one other housemate. I am easy going and i am very chill as a housemate and i respect people's space.

Personable, friendly and clean but mostly quite busy. I’m in between jobs so looking to move out from my current place as it’s expensive to maintain without my current job. I work in audit/professional line of service. I’m looking to start with 3.5 months tenancy and we will see how things go from there.
I am a working professional moving to sydney from canberra. I am a easy going individual, clean. I am a chill fellow. I work all week. Beers with friends over the weekend and some cooking sums up my life (with gym days I dread). Text me we could probably just meet and see if we like each other and take it from there.
Hi! I'm Ricky (30, Australian), a fairly social male looking to a move in to a place where I can socialise and get along with my housemates! I work regular hours Monday through Friday, and enjoy reasonably quiet time on the weekends. I come with baggage, aka my girlfriend Pauline (23, French). Lol. We're both very approachable and have shared interests (travels, food, outdoors activities, chocolate). We'll enjoy spending the weekends all together doing some fun day trips, or we could be spending the weekends visiting our family. Please reach out to us for a meet and greet! :)
I’m a student until November this year, and currently work part-time in IT, which will be full time come November. I’m friendly, outgoing and love to have a night out as much as I like staying in on the couch. Looking for a private room quite close to the city.
Hi, I will be moving to Sydney from India and working full time as a consultant. I clean and I think I'm pretty friendly - always in to grab few drinks. Will always pay my rent on time.
Hey there, I've recently moved from Perth for work and looking for a place to call home! Very neat and tidy, will always clean up after myself and respect others space so would only ask the same in return :) I'm outgoing so always up for a chat over a meal or glass of wine and like to keep active. Also love my down time too, can't go wrong with a good movie or book! Look forward to hearing from you! Thanks, Natalie
We are two young students currently studying, working and living in Sydney. We are both neat and tidy and respectful of others space. Usually busy with work and uni but love to socialise, catch a movie or head to the beach in our free time.
Heya, My name is Kara I am a 27yr old Australian. I have just recnelty moved back to Sydney after working abroad for 5 years. I work in the Travel Industry Mon-Friday. My office is located in the CBD so I am looking for a spot close to work. After work I like to come home, relax, catch up on missed episodes of The bachelor and enjoy some down time (this sometimes includes a glass of wine...or two). Though on weekends I do like to go out with friends have a few cocktails and enjoy myself. I am only wanting to share with one other person (preferably female). I am a trustworthy and well mannered person and am looking for the same. I really do hope to find someone that I get along with, have a good conversation/laugh with and can soon call a friend (as we will be sharing a home together) When it comes to ideal properties, I am looking for a location close to transport, something relativly new and modern, not necessarily furnished as I have a lot of brand new furniture of my own and having my own bathroom would be the ultimate! After reading my listing descriptions, If you feel I am suited and someone you could see living with please don't hesitate to contact me. Thanks! :)
Easy going, active and fun 24 year old Analyst working in the CBD who can respects others' privacy but is also down for a few drinks. I love reading, yoga and basketball and I try to hit the gym whenever I can. I value quiet nights in with trash TV and UberEats as much as going out and meeting new people! Want to live where my room mates are friends and somewhere where I can create a home.
I'm a nurse. I will be starting a new job at St George Hospital on 29th October so will be looking to move during the previous week, a little flexible on exact date. Looking for a place ideally situated 10-15 minutes walk from Bondi Junction or Edgecliff stations. A little about me... Im 31, originally ftom England. Moved over amost a year ago permanently. I will be working afternoons/evenings only, no nights! Approx.1-9pm so will generally be out 5 out of 7 evenings a week until about 10pm so if you're a 9-5 worker you will often have the place to yourselves during many evenings. I'm generally out and about on my days off, spending time with friends, outdoors and am generally looking forward to spring and summer by the beach! Company welcome! I'm well house trained, easy going and looking for a quiet, relaxed place to call home with some friendly housemates included! I like my home to be my escape from a busy work life so am definitely not looking for a party house! I like my privacy but like the company too. Occasional meals together might be nice as I love to cook for people and am looking for a friendly home not just a place to stay. Let me know if it sounds like you've got a place to fit what I'm searching for! Thanks! Fiona

Hi everyone! Welcome to the house of Peace! We have really large ( huge ) apartment in Edgecliff available from September 20th 2018. ( now ) This is a 4 bedroom apartment, but we dont really want to fill all the rooms. We only want to fill ONE room, so that the house never is busy and remains super relaxed. We are looking at two options at the moment. 1) We are looking for either a working couple and / or 1 professional to take the large double room ( which has built in wardrobes and also its own private balcony ) , AND you would also have an a spare room with built ins as well - that could be used as an office / studio or whatever you choose. In this instance, you would also have sole use of you own bathroom, which has separate shower ( with amazing water pressure) and bathtub. You would be sharing the rest of the house with the leaseholders ( a couple who has their own room - that has self contained shower, toilet, and ajoining private room, hence, you dont have to share much space. The kitchen is oversized, and there are two large new family sized Samsung fridges - you would have your own! We love cooking, but we eat out alot. The area the apartment is very quiet, and its very secure and safe ( as its a gated community with electronic access and two layers of security. The apartment itself is really spacious and bright (with an additional extensive balcony which we love!) and an oversized kitchen. It is also super convenient as it is located stone’s throw (25meters) from Edgecliff train Station, Aldi, Coles and loads of amenities. This means that you are directly on the Eastern Suburbs line – i.e Which means, Bondi, Martins Place, Kings Cross, Town hall and Central are less than 10 mins away. The property is overlooking Trumper park oval, and is also only 5 mins walk from the beautiful Rushcutters bay. Double Bay and Paddington are 10 mins walk away. No lives above us or next to us. Which is cool cause it means we seldom if ever here our neighbours. Most the neigbours are lovely retired elderly people. The price is $650 per week including all bills. What we are looking for: We are looking for a genuine happy sociable professional person(s) who are happily and gainfully employed! We are 28 and 34 respectively. This house is great for entertaining but please be aware we are not a party house! And the area is very quiet. We love to keep a v. clean and tidy home for everyone to enjoy so we would love to hear from similar people. We are not concerned whether your male or female etc just that we want to maintain a harmonious, clean house and for everyone to get along and enjoy. If this sounds like you - please get in touch asap as first to see this place will take it! Do let us know abit about yourself, and if you have any questions. We are happy to arrange viewings on a case by case basis - just get in touch and we can work out a good time. Thanks : )
