Hey! My name is Naomi and I work most days of the week and study at UTS as well, so I'm out and about a lot of the time. I love going out with friends, but I also like chilling out at home in my free time. Also I like to hang out and chat, but have my own personal space as well. I'm easygoing, tidy, and reliable. Looking for somewhere that is long them and feels like home! My move in date is flexible - anytime between end of Feb and mid March
I am organized with my things and clean after I go, cause I grew up with sort if an OCD mother. I like to be quiet and at peace when I am at home. But I also enjoy from time to time to have a social gathering within flatmates. My job was in Marketing so I am used to talking with different kinds of people. I am currently a student and part-time working. More inclined to arts as I love singing, dancing and guitar playing but very analytical and observant.
Hey there I’m Hannah! I have been living in Sydney on and off from California for the last three years. I am looking for a place to live long-term for 6 months to a year. I will be studying full time and working part time so I’m mostly out of the house but would love to share a glass of wine or a meal whenever convenient! A little about me: I am 21 years old, I live a healthy lifestyle, I’m clean and tidy, I enjoy going out occasionally and you can always find me at the beach. Ideally I’d like to live with people I have good chemistry with, I love making new friends! I’ll set up an automatic transfer for rent so you never have to worry about that. If I sound like a good fit for you feel free to send me a message. x Hannah
Fully Furnished: Short-term or long-term opportunity. Reach out if you're looking for short term accommodation from 20th January. I'm moving into a cracking new house with a beautiful leafy outlook in Edgecliff - just 2min stroll to the station. At the moment I'm looking for a couple of people to move in on a short-term basis as I transition into the place. Ideally, I'm looking for long-term flatmates, provided its the right fit to make a happy house :) I have included some photos of the space and also some photos of my previous place so you can see that I have nice furniture, so your stay will be more than comfortable. I have 2 rooms available - One is smaller and one is large with private outdoor leafy outside area.
Room available in Edgecliff Rd apartment until 10th March , literally 2 min from the train station and the local Coles, Aldi, post office, beaches etc. You will be living just one other person, i.e. Michelle (my ex flatmate) She works long hours Mon-Fri so you will get the place yourself most weeknights Level 7 views of the ocean from the living room, and fully furnished minus bedroom(we can arrange a bed or just bring yours)
Jack and I are looking for our own apartment rather than a flat share. A one bedroom or studio (providing it has all cooking facilities). We are looking to be as close to central as possible, Edgecliff and Rushcutters Bay are our favourite spots but we're open to anywhere within a 10 minute train to Martin Place/central. We both work full time and are clean, responsible tenants searching for a place to stay for the next 4-5 months :)
Looking for a private room in a modern/clean flatshare eastern suburbs close to Bondi. A place I can call home with a lot of sunlight. Ideally with 1-2 flatmates who likes to share but likes to have their own privacy. 27yo french guy, full time worker in finance in the CBD. I enjoy sharing with people but I like my own time as well. Enjoy wine, cooking, running, gym and obviously the beach! Very active between work and fun but like to settle down for a movie or good dinner. Clean and courteous. Friendly :) .
Hi! I’m Natalia a very easygoing and positive person who is looking for a place to make my home. I'm super clean and tidy. Sociable as well but I'm not looking a party house, just a place where I can chill and know new people :). Let me know if you are interested too!
Hi 👋 there I work as a cardiac sonographer at various hospitals and private consult rooms around Sydney, mainly eastern suburbs. My primary background is cardiac nursing (but not to forget the arts degree before that 😉, man those were the days!). I’m working 4-5 days a week now, with weekends off duty ;) I’m mid thirties , mature but fun 🤣 Have just returned to Sydney after a year’s stint up on the North Coast of NSW (where I grew up!). A bit of city escape I suppose but ultimately my work and friends are based here in Sydney. Weekends I like to go to movies sometimes, see music and drink tea (or wine) with friends, swim, get to yoga when the motivation strikes and walk down at beautiful Bronte or Coogee, and otherwise just to potter. I have grand plans to use my bike more often, go for hikes and to get back into some regular exercise, maybe mixed social basketball again (I’ve allowed work to take priority for too long!) I love a bit of beach, sky and greenery having grown up in Coffs but have been predominantly in Sydney for the last 18 years (half my life!) - studying, working, making life long friends & having fun. I love Sydney’s beaches and coastline, Bronte Beach and Wylies Baths are my favourites once the water gets above 18 degrees 😉 I'm very trustworthy, friendly and sociable but really I do appreciate and respect others and certainly value my own privacy and bit of comfortable quiet too, a place with my own en-suite would be ideal. I’m at a point in my life where I would like to find a place to call home for a while, however I have put 2-3months just as a starting point ! ☺️
Hey there! I’m moving to Sydney from Adelaide around mid January 2019. I’m flexible with move in dates but I would ideally move in by 27 January at the latest. I'd like to live in a non-smoking, social house/flat where we can host dinner parties and BBQs here and there, but I also value quiet nights. Having flatmates who are up for the occasional outing or hanging out will be nice too. I’m 23 and work full-time in the finance industry. When I’m not working, I like going to dance classes, going to the gym or just taking it easy at home. On weekends, I like discovering new places, going out with friends or going to beaches or parks. I also love travelling, wine, gin, trying new healthy recipes and art! Being bubbly and easy-going, I enjoy spending time with my flatmates but also respect the need to have alone time. I’m tidy, clean and reliable when it comes to chores and bills. I'm looking for like minded people who are tidy, respectful and fun to be around! P.S. I'm allergic to cats :(
I’m from Argentina with w&h visa, living in Sydney for the last year and half, I’m part time working and I’m looking for private room. I’m a friendly guy and usually I spend the day away from home.
Lovely, sunny room with private balcony for rent on a quiet street, 3 min from Edgecliff train station. The room is furnished with a double bed, a big wardrobe and it has a private balcony. The house has been recently renovated, is light-filled and fully furnished. It has a modern kitchen opening up to a huge entertainment deck with views of the city. About the location: - 3 min walk to Edgecliff train station which takes you to the CBD within 2 stops - Coles and Aldi supermarkets both in the train station. Woollies 10 min walking - 10 min to Bondi Junction and 30 min to Bondi Beach - Double Bay and Paddington 10 min walking - 3 parks at walking distance: Trumper park (5 min), Rushcutters Bay (10 min) and Centennial Park (30 min)
Yes - I do like wine and shoes :) After living many years in UK and Spain, I am making my way back to Sydney. Currently freelancing in digital marketing/anything digital so may be home working EU hours but I am very very quiet. Seeking furnished (double bed and desk if possible) private room with own bathroom and a super cool, relaxed, fun, happy flatmate (1 other no more). Looking to share with someone whos friendly, mature, clean, respectful...well traveled...likes wine, likes to cook, know the word Clean and Tidy....haha ok I know this is not a dating site.... :) I DO NOT SMOKE so I hope you don't either. I am super super CLEAN and TIDY (NO SHOES inside the house please). I know how to do dishes, use the dyson and keep noise down as I love my beauty sleep (I love sleeping in). I like to cook but also prefer going out too. I love a good wine and you may find me often with a glass in hand. I also need a good laugh now and again, so if you tell great jokes, I am there! If you tell bad jokes, well, I might need more than a glass of wine :) Like to have friends over now and again for dinner, but all very low key. Ahora aprendiendo español y me encantaría continuar si mi nuevo compañero/a de piso también habla español! Pero no es obligatorio. Me gusta salsa, futbal, rugby, yoga, gin & tonica, rum & coke, paella, y mas cosas. You do your thing, I do mine but we can always come together. I have no car but looking to get a Vespa/scooter. I can view from 17 Jan. Earliest move in date 27 Jan. Give me a message if you are similar!
Hi! My name is Rhys, I'm looking to move into the city for work which I will start in February. My job is in investment banking, so I work long hours and won't be around much in the week, but I like to socialise on weekends! I was born and raised mostly in Sydney, but spent 4 years in Munich, and also just recently returned from 6 months travelling. Looking to settle down now for the next few years at least. Ideally looking for flatmates who are clean, quiet during the week, but also good for a chat and being social on the weekend. I like climbing, snowboarding, touch footy, but I usually spend my free time by the beach when I can.
Hi, I’m looking for a secure place to call home. I live alone (divorced and single) but I have my 2 kids (8 & 12) who stay over every second weekend. I'm a professional carpenter in my own business, therefore I need secure parking for my ute and storage for my tools etc. I'm very clean and tidy, not like a typical tradie. I keep fit and healthy and love to surf when I get the time. I have lived the last 1.5 years in a 3-bedroom townhouse in Wahroonga and can continue to stay there, however I would like to live closer to the city or beaches.
Hi!!! I'm looking for a DOUBLE ROOM with PRIVATE BATHROOM for my boyfriend and me. From 21 January aprox, but can be little earlier. Easy-going, quiet but fun. Organized, tidy and clean.

Hello all, I'm looking to rent a furnished room in the area. Currently working in the restaurant business near Kings Cross. I am clean and tidy so you won't need to worry about that. I like hanging out with friend, all foods, gin and tonics, the beach and animals. Looking forward to meeting you.
