It's only a short walk to Edgecliff Centre where there's a train station and bus station. Only two stops from the city, one stop from Bondi Junction. Shops include Coles, Aldi, Harris Farm, Butcher, Fish Shop, Bakery, Cafes, Health Food. There's a lovely park next door and a short walk to Oxford Street, 5-ways in the heart of Paddington, Rushcutters Park.
I'm Brazilian, student and work part-time. Been in Australia for 1.5 years now. I am an easy going person, social and up for a laugh, clean and tidy. On the weekends I love head to the beach and watch movies. Kind regards
I'm a 29 year old from the UK looking for a double bedroom in a homely and sociable place. I work full time (standard 9-5) so preferably looking for a professional house/flatshare. I enjoy going out at the weekends and am big into food, sports and music... and badly attempting to surf. Ideally looking for a place that is pretty laid back in the week but with friendly housemates who are happy to relax on the sofa after work. Drop me a message if I sound like a fit for your place!
Hi I’m Meg, I am 28yrs old and have recently moved from Brisbane to Sydney . I work full time as a Retail Coordinator for a property development company and am looking for some cool people to show me the ropes of Sydney. I am a particularly tidy person and am very respectful of others belongings. I also make a mean cheese 🧀 board. Look forward to hearing from you. Cheers!
I am a 27 year old South African living in Sydney for 8 months now. I am a full time marketing professional working in the city. I am super neat and tidy, loving having a glass of wine and going out but also enjoy having a chilled weekend.
Room available for at house in Edgecliff. The room has windows on two sides and views of a lovely garden. Amenities include parking, grand piano, tennis court. Walk to Redleaf Pool, Double Bay and Edgecliff Station. Scientists, classical musicians and bookish types are particularly welcome, but all candidates will be given fair consideration. A separate wing of the house is occupied by the owners, an elderly couple. So this is definitely NOT a party house. But for someone who likes peace and quiet, it couldn’t be nicer.
hi, i am Pauline, from France. I looking for a quiet place for relax after work. I work in full time near to The Rocks and I am hairdresser. it's will be for long term, I am calm and quiet person
21 year old bar man from Dublin, on a working holiday visa! Easy going, quiet and clean. Like a drink every now and then but I’m not someone that would be out constantly. Work in a bar so have all different shifts, some times starting at 8am and sometimes not starting til 5pm. Probably looking for a house with other lads my age who are out here on a WHV themselves.
Nice - nice is kind of my "thing" and most people reckon that I'm pretty good at it Laid-back (also low-maintenance and drama-allergic) DTE - keep it real all the time Quiet - I can occasionally be a little excitable, but I don't play death metal at full volume Always respectful of everyone and everything Clean - My environment always has a spotlessly clean kitchen and bathroom of my own making. I have forsaken the ability to use a vacuum cleaner as I believe it is a skill I no longer want to posses. I'd probably want to discuss a cleaner if you don't already have one. Tidy - Don't leave s***t lying around but not OCD Can cook - professionally trained Considerate (refills the kettle after I’ve finished the water, always replace the toilet paper etc) Environmentally aware (recycles, doesn't waste much of anything) Professional listener (and secret keeper) Don’t ever do spectacle or scenes in public or private Takes 11 minutes in the bathroom (including the hair wash) Excellent crisis management Intelligent and well travelled Would NOT be a good fit for a white supremacist
Hey ! I'm Clément, I am from France and I've been in Sydney for 1 year now for work (I am an engineer working in the cosmetics industry). I've been travelling a lot these last couple of years and I enjoyed so much Sydney that I decided to settle here for a few years and see how it goes. I'm an easy going guy, respectul and very clean. I love sport (tennis, golf, running, bushwalking, yoga) and music (I'm always down for a live band session), I am not a party animal and I prefer relaxed conversations with friends around a glass of wine (it sometimes ends up into a party though). I'm into reading as often as I can and I like cooking from times to times. I also wish I will have time to explore Australia and enjoy the amazing nature we have here ! Cheers
Hi there! I'm Michelle, just turned 32 yo and Melbourne born and raised. Moving to Sydney for work (coordinating a clinical study) after 8 amazing months travelling the world. I'm into nature (keen to check out Sydney’s beaches and national parks), always keeping an eye out for the next gig/concert/festival, can’t wait to check out a whole new bunch of restaurants/cafes/bars and basically up for fun activities and events. Also love to chill with a good Netflix binge. Hoping to find social, friendly, considerate housemates that are up for hanging out :) Flexible with move in date.

While I’m a big fan of personal space I will always happily have a chat with a glass of Pinot too. Look forward to meeting you :)
Hi 👋 there I work as a cardiac sonographer at various hospitals and private consult rooms around Sydney, mainly eastern suburbs. My primary background is cardiac nursing (but not to forget the arts degree before that 😉, man those were the days!). I’m working 4-5 days a week now, with weekends off duty ;) I’m mid thirties , mature but fun 🤣 Have just returned to Sydney after a year’s stint up on the North Coast of NSW (where I grew up!). A bit of city escape I suppose but ultimately my work and friends are based here in Sydney. Weekends I like to go to movies sometimes, see music and drink tea (or wine) with friends, swim, get to yoga when the motivation strikes and walk down at beautiful Bronte or Coogee, and otherwise just to potter. I have grand plans to use my bike more often, go for hikes and to get back into some regular exercise, maybe mixed social basketball again (I’ve allowed work to take priority for too long!) I love a bit of beach, sky and greenery having grown up in Coffs but have been predominantly in Sydney for the last 18 years (half my life!) - studying, working, making life long friends & having fun. I love Sydney’s beaches and coastline, Bronte Beach and Wylies Baths are my favourites once the water gets above 18 degrees 😉 I'm very trustworthy, friendly and sociable but really I do appreciate and respect others and certainly value my own privacy and bit of comfortable quiet too, a place with my OWN BATHROOM would be ideal. I’m at a point in my life where I would like to find a place to call home for a while, however I have put 2-3months just as a starting point ! ☺️
I currently live in syd and work full time. I'm looking for flatmates to share in a nice, friendly house that respect privacy but are also willing to socialise, I am very easy going, clean and am used to living with others. Message me if you're interested!
Hi I'm Josh, Australian 26 y/o professional. Just moved up to Sydney from Melbourne for a full-time Engineering role with pretty standard working hours. During the week, I enjoy relaxing after work with a beer/wine and might be found in the kitchen cooking dinner. On the weekends, I enjoy socialising, hitting the beach, having a beer etc. I'm looking for housemates that are social and can have a good chat as well as respecting each others space and privacy. Ideally looking for a long term lease 6 months+. Quite flexible with move-in date for the right place. I enjoy a chilled home life whilst still living with sociable people who are open to having the occasional meal/ BBQ/ drink on the weekend. Not looking for a party house but do enjoy a weekend gathering. I am clean, tidy and respectful of communal areas as well as other people's space and would expect the same from my housemates. Hoping to live with other people who work full-time and share similar values.
Hi, My name is Alex and I'm 35 years old. I've just relocated back to Sydney after spending the last 11 years overseas (most recently Vancouver, Canada). I work in Film and TV. and have just started a new job based in Redfern and work 9-5 Mon-Fri. Once I get settled, I'll be exercising, out socialising, hopefully volunteering in the theatre or for festivals and being active outdoors. I've lived with housemates pretty much my entire adult life. I'm very easy going, clean, and respectful. As I'm still adjusting to life back in Australia, I would prefer a shorter term rental commitment (3 months) but there is every likelihood that I will stay on! I am looking for a furnished room (double or queen bed), with a private or ensuite bathroom, sharing the apartment with 1 or 2 others, in the Eastern suburbs, within walking distance (around 15min or less) of a train station and within 30min walk of a beach. We don't really have swimmable beaches in Canada so I need to soak up as much beach time as I can to make up for lost time :-)
Hey Guys, I’m a pretty easy going clean girl from Germany. At the moment I’m working full time in a Restaurant under the week and as a bartender in a nightclub on the weekends. I’m out of the house most times of the day, but love to have a relaxed evening or to go out for a few drinks, dinner whatever is coming up. I’m looking for a new place to closer to the city, preferably furnished.
