If you are a student wanting home cooked food then that is open for discussion. You need to be working and primarily a non-smoker. I could consider smoking outside only. I am an ex-smoker so there would have to be no smoking inside. There is alternate weekend cleaning of common areas. Only normal electricity useage is included, not heater usage. It can fit a queen bed, draw and desk if you study. Or if you want more space you can fit the draw outside your door to make more room for other things :) I have lived in the unit for a week and a bit so am still adding more things to it like extra storage upstairs and furniture to make it more inviting and warm!
