Hi I'm Dwayne, I'm 21 years old and I am currently studying Law at Flinders Uni. I’m originally from the country. I have to move out ASAP and am ideally looking for a 3 month lease!! I am open minded and super friendly. I love music, sports, and having a beer or two on the weekends. I am quiet and clean but also enjoy going out or having a drink (or 3) with mates, I love living in a tidy environment, am well mannered and respectful of peoples privacy. I am also quiet a good cook. I am looking for like-minded, compatible people to share a house with. Please do not hesitate to message me if you think i would make a good housemate!
I have lived in shared accommodation in the past and understand how they work and what is expected of me as a housemate. I have anxiety and tend to be quite shy until I get comfortable where I can become very talkative. I can cook, clean and manage my own space and tidy up after myself. I’m not a huge fan of conflict so I try to be as polite and respectful as possible. I also have a small 6 year old cat whom I would love to bring with me. Her personality is much the same as mine as she tends to take time to warm up to people but only takes a couple weeks to learn her place with other cats. If it’s an issue to have her with me, I have family willing to care for her. I’m currently doing an online course in Community Services but am hoping to take advantage of the study group that is running in Hindmarsh and for the first few weeks I’ll probably be out applying for jobs

My name is Omkar, 33 yr ol male, moving to Adelaide in mid-July from Mumbai, India. I am a marketing professional back in India, moving to Adelaide to look for employment and eventually call Adelaide my home. I am a tidy, relaxed and a positive person and easily get along with almost everyone. I will gladly participate in the house chores and help keep the premises clean. I can cook decent Indian meals (if you can manage the spices ;) ) which I would gladly cook for the lot to enjoy over a cpl of beers. I am excited to hear back from like-minded people who could accommodate someone with my personality in their home and life :)
I am studying full time and work part time. I’m tidy and easy going. I like to spend my free time with friends and family (:
I am a 17-year-old independent student wanting to live anywhere in Adelaide for a reasonable price. I am clean, polite, and extroverted (though not to excess). I am finishing high school this year and am planning on attending Flinders next year. For fun, I like to go to the movies, catch up with friends and unironically study.
Hi There! My name is Tia and I am looking for a safe and comfortable place to call home. I am currently studying criminology and psychology at Flinders University and hope to broaden my horizon with forensic science along the way! At the moment I am looking for employment in retail and as I have a work history, shouldn't be too long before success! I am easy to get along with and love to joke around and have fun. I love going to concerts and gigs whenever I can, but contrary to that I also enjoy quiet leisure activities like camping and reading when my busy uni schedule allows me. I pull my weight with chores and housework and like to keep things clean and tidy. I am looking for a shared house or studio/granny flat with a max budget of $150, bills included. Non-furnished rooms are not a problem. Although I do not have pets I am perfectly fine with a house with pets. Smokers are also not an issue but I am a non-smoker myself. Thank you for reading my profile, I hope to hear from you soon! :)
A lovely private granny flat with own entrance. Use the carport as a carport, or use it as a lovely private courtyard. Walking distance to the Edwardstown train station (electric, so no noise), a 20m drive to Glenelg or the city, Castle Plaza and Marion shopping centre nearby. Private sauna in the bathroom is included in the rent. New r/C aircon. All furniture pictured is included, excluding fridge, bed, and any shelves
Hey there! I'm originally from the Riverland, however I moved to Adelaide to complete my BPsych. (Hon), and then my MSexology. I'm currently working full-time in retail, and am looking at studying further next year. I am fairly quiet, and you'll find me baking up a dessert storm, crocheting a bunch of blankets, and watching Netflix if I'm not working or out meeting friends. I have two gorgeous 6yo cats who stay indoors (they're microchipped and desexed) who would sleep all day if they didn't have to eat.
I am an international student at UniAdelaide who moved from Canada last semester, I transferred my degree so I'm not an exchange/study abroad/temporary student. I'm loving Adelaide so far! I love forming good bonds with the people I am living with so that we live as friends and not just as housemates. I am very neat and clean and respect other's privacy. I would love to live with people who share the same views, especially regarding cleanliness. A relatively quiet person who loves reading, cooking and baking, so frequent free tasty treats are given. You'll often find me curled on a bean bag cradling a book. Also, I love plants and gardening and going on impromptu adventures to explore the wilderness, camping, hiking or a sunset by the beach. (that's Hallet cove trail on the photo on a rainy day, thought I could outwit Adelaide weather mood swings) I don't mind having a night chat over a cup of tea and catch up every once in a while. :) Seeking a party-free, non-smoking, no-pets household; although, I wouldn't mind a cat. Contact me only if you're looking for/ listing all-female flats. Thanks!
I work 3 jobs, i spend a lot of the time at the gym, I have all furnishings that’d be needed for a new place. I’m very clean, love cooking, love gardening. I have 2 cats both indoor. My lease finishes in August, looking to find a new place to share with a few people or one person to help split up some of the bill costs.
I am a university student studying midwifery, who also enjoys dancing, watching movies, reading and playing netball. I am quite a neat and tidy person and will ensure that the house is always kept to high standards. Although I am not the most outgoing person I cant wait to spend some time getting to know you.
This 3 bedroom townhouse is located in a fairly quiet neighbourhood, close to shops, schools, public transport, gyms. The house is also about 10 minutes from marion shopping centre, 10-15 minutes from flinders uni and the beach. The rooms themselves have air conditioning and built in robes. Netflix and other streaming sites are also available. I have lived here on and off for the last 15 years and its my home

Lots of cupboards. Alfresco out back for outdoor relaxing, a BBQ and a bit of gardening. House is fully furnished with most required items. Fully air conditioned with Industrial A/C, so can heat or cool the entire house in minutes, so great for the hot summer days and colder winter nights. Off-street parking for three cars. Elliptical and bench for home gym, if required. Simple relaxing gardens areas (gardener included). Bedrooms can be furnished or unfurnished (bed, bedside, table). Both have BIRs. Awesome location... Central to Beach, CBD and Flinders... Huge Park for a jog/walk, or swing. Cross trainer at home as well. Tennis courts locally for a hit. Gyms, Pilaties, Judo, Physio, etc. all locally as well, if needed.
I'm a neat a tidy person who will keep to myself mostly, unless you want a new friend, because I'm also up for that. I work a lot, so I'm not at home much, other than nights. I also love to cook and I find cleaning therapeutic sometimes too. I'm from Adelaide, born and bred and think it's the best city to live in. For fun, I like to get creative, go out and also just stay in for a good movie.
I am clean, friendly and pretty relaxed. Always up for a conversation, movie binge night or drinks out. I come with a little blue heeler puppy, so a yard would be great. Don't worry, I'll always make sure to clean up after! I work full time, play hockey and love being outside and active. Any area close to the city (eg no further than 30 mins), and a fresh place that is modern and not too expensive including bills. I love all sport and being active, so if you want to watch footy or cricket or ice hockey etc, I'll happily watch too!
I’m commuting from Melbourne each week to work part time in Adelaide, most weeks I’d only be staying 2-3 nights. I’m seeking a short term share while I look to buy and then will relocate to ADL fulltime. This may take some months, but I’m looking for a more flexible eg monthly option than committing to a long term lease. I’m married with a teenager and an adorable westie. I’ve lived in shares several times (a while ago!) I enjoy a good chat though value my quiet time and privacy.

Hey guys! My name is Katherine (Kat) and I'm a fourth-year Medical Laboratory Student for New Zealand studying for my degree at Flinders Medical Centre. I am a very friendly, sociable person to live with but still enjoy time to myself. Love a red wine or two and exploring the city and surrounding sites on my days off! I will be studying full time but won't hide away in my room. I'm in Adelaide for 4 months (end June to end Oct) and would love to get the most out of this beautiful city as possible! Look forward to meeting my new potential flatmates.
Hi, my name is Chris. I am an honest, trustworthy, hard working and super clean young man that has lived in Mitcham most of my life. My schooling was at Scotch College so I am very familiar with the area and the south eastern suburbs in general. I am always willing to help out and contribute as much as possible to keep a positive living environment and I enjoy relaxing and having a few wines/beers on weekends. I think my level of cleanliness is well above the average person so rest assured I will keep and look after a home as if it were my very own. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch with me if you have any further questions or would just like to chat regarding team-ups for properties. Thank you :)

Hello there, I am looking for a clean and peaceful place that I can call home. As I am a shift worker I would prefer someone who is considerate of my sleeping patterns. In my free time I like binge watching tv shows and cooking for the week. I like to chat and hang out at home over an ice-cream or a milkshake (yeah, that's right, F****ing weird!). Should you want to know anything else please ask. Feel free to message.
Respectfull down to earth guy, i work full time as a production supervisor, I'm into my fitness but im not a gym junkie. I always pay my bills on time, clean and tidy but not a neat freak. Pretty outdoorsy kinda guy. Feel free to message me with any questions :)
PLEASE NOTE - my current lease doesn’t end until the end of JULY. I cannot move until then. Hey :) I'm Bee. I'm a 28 year old professional, originally from England. I'm respectful, tidy, timely with my bills and really enjoy meeting new people. I work Monday-Friday 9-5 in the city and enjoy spending my evenings at the gym, socialising with friends, or relaxing reading a good book/watching Netflix. I'm pretty new to Adelaide so i like to spend my weekends out and about exploring. Just looking for a tidy place, not too far from the tram route- with respectable house mates who I can get along with. I would prefer to live with other ladies who are around my age.. and if near the top end of my budget - an en-suite room. Not much else to it than that!
