Hello! I am Roxine, a Registered Nurse. I will be working in Flinders Medical Centre by April 2019. I am interested to meeting and living with, but not exclusive to, fellow medical professionals. My partner is a hotelier and will be living with me every now and then as well. I enjoy reading a good book, watching documentaries, and have recently started doing yoga/pilates/barre and a bit of circuit training. I am a very neat and organised person with mediocre culinary skills that I continue to try to hone 😊

We work part time as well, so we come home only in the evenings. We make sure that the house is always well maintained so we will definitely keep the house clean and tidy. We are friendly and we like to socialize. Looking forward to moving in to a good house with friendly roommates. If there is any leads do ping me. Cheers!

Socialy active and involved or like to be involved which it may be also an interesting thing too. Not in relationship and not looking at. Sorry! Thank you for check out my profile, see you if it works out!
I'm an outgoing and friendly person who respects other people's needs and privacy. I tend to be independent and do my own thing but I'm more than happy to socialise (nothing a beer can't fix). I love to keep tidy too! Preferably looking for people around my age (18-30) that are studying or work part time. I'm currently studying Psychology (Human neuroscience) at Adelaide Uni
Hi, my name's Sarah and I'm looking to move to a share house to save some money on rent. I currently live alone with my dog Max. He's a very well-behaved Maltese cross who adores cuddles. I'm currently working part-time but will be moving to full-time soon. I tend to keep to myself most of the time but I also like to socialise and have a chat, so ideally I'd like to live with others that are similar. I usually spend my spare time reading, watching Netflix or catching up with friends. I'm a bit of a foodie and love going out to dinner.
i'm a pretty easy-going person, tidy and a little quiet at first working full time at the moment love the beach, cooking, wining and dining, music etc etc. enjoy a night in with a few drinks and netflix, a night out is always good too love time to myself but am always up for hanging out or a chat first time moving out of home so am looking for a few people to live with! send me a message if you're interested :)

this is a three bedroom, two story property. the bathroom is newly renovated as well as the downstairs floorboards. its fairly modern and has a cute little area out back. it is about 2km off of Main South Road so many resources are close by. there is built in air ducts into the bedrooms and other areas in the house which also includes heating. bedroom 2 has a built in robe which is a decent size so no need to worry about storage space. looking for preferably one roommate as my parents own the place and they wish to use to third room as a spare room.
We're a couple of Paramedic students studying at Flinders University. We'd obviously love to live as close to uni for as little rent as possible. We both love socialising so it'd be awesome to have friendly housemates we can get along with -- but we also like our own time to study and chill out at times. We're both very tidy and pretty busy with university and part-time work. We don't intend to throw parties or be too rowdy or anything; we're both pretty mature in that aspect. Stuart has a medium sized doggo so that's definitely something to take into consideration. If there's any other questions you have don't hesitate to contact us! Also, we'd ideally like to keep our accommodation until the university year ends, and internet is pretty important to us. Besides that we should be able to furnish at least our own rooms and add to the house/place if needed. *Note: we can't afford to pay more than $150 per person including weekly bills and such -- ideally it would cost less than $150pw. Also, as I will be on holiday soon my mobile will not be contactable, so reach my via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We'd also prefer our own rooms -- we aren't a couple or anything.
I'm an international student in Australia up to the end of this year. I'm currently doing a part time volunteer job and am looking for a place to live for a month. I love to meet new people and travel. I'm quite reserved but very friendly. I value everyone's privacy, and also love to tidy up. I also tell great stories about my experiences so I'm fun to talk to if anyone wants to hear about it!
Hi! I'm Tyler, and despite my age, I'm a quiet, respectful and clean housemate who's down to keep to myself, or to be sociable and have a drink (non-alcoholic, of course (; ) if you want! Regardless, I spend a lot of time at my partner's house, and often spend the night there, so you won't hear much from me. I'm queer and prefer to live with other queer people. I'm a musician and I work and do full time school, so my place in the house is little more than a hangout space when I'm waiting to go to my partner's and a practice room! I'm open to rooms anywhere below North Adelaide and above Hallett Cove - looking mainly for the South or West. Contact me for more info, I don't bite!
Neat and tidy, retired Police officer. Have been in share accommodation for past thirteen years with no complaints from anyone. Love sports and watching on TV. Easygoing but not a pushover. I’m clean, I bake, I occasionally knit. I’m your grandma except more open-minded. Probably. I’m a non-smoker and I drink very occasionally - I’m much more likely to deso drive you to maccas. I work part time as a receptionist and attempt to be an artist the other part of the time. I have one, house trained cat who thinks he’s a dog.
I am currently doing my masters in screen production / media at Flinders University. Additionally, I work part-time as a secondary teacher. I live a fairly busy life with study and work. I am an easy going, tolerant, polite and tidy person. I am looking for a quiet, relaxing house. I try to live a healthy lifestyle and enjoy swimming, gyming and bush walking. When I am at home I like to unwind to a book, podcast or film, to the occasional drink.
I'm a mature trans woman who can be social when appropriate, and self-contained when not. I respect other people's privacy and property. I'm not much of a green thumb but do well with destructive gardening activities. I am pretty handy around the house - I have my own power tools and know how to use them safely. I have worked in IT for the last 22 years. As such, I'm pretty handy with helping out with tech matters. I am between roles right now, but when I am earning, I do so in the low 6 figure range. I am looking not just for a room for me, but for a place that has a rumpus area (or similar) that I can use for recording podcasts with half a dozen friends a couple of nights a week. I've just had to downsize from a 3BR house, so I still have a fair amount of stuff that I need room for as well. (Most of it is in plastic tubs and can be stacked vertically.) Note: Thanks to factors beyond my control, I have a hard limit for rent of $148/week at the moment. I can pay separately for utilities/internet but the rent has to be below that number. Bond can probably be fudged if I pay an extra week or two.
Great location right next to bus and train stops, walking distance from shopping centre and the large complex Marion Westfield shopping is a short drive away. 15 minutes drive to city. Very short drive to Flinders University and Universities of Adelaide and South Australia are just a train ride away! Two levels, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom upstairs. Living area and a toilet downstairs. Clean house and very welcoming to international people, particularly students!!!
Beautiful 3 bedroom house, sharing with one other person. Street is quite, leafy and close to public transport - buses at either end of street, train and tram stops close by. The room is large at front of property, share bathroom and separate toilet, eat in kitchen, good size lounge room and spare bedroom. Large backyard, undercover entertainment area and garage plus undercover carport. The new housemate will need to be approved by the real estate - but they are really good barley hear from them.

Hi, my name is Chris. I am an honest, trustworthy, hard working and super clean young man that has lived in Mitcham most of my life. My schooling was at Scotch College so I am very familiar with the area and the south eastern suburbs in general. I am always willing to help out and contribute as much as possible to keep a positive living environment and I enjoy relaxing and having a few wines/beers on weekends. I think my level of cleanliness is well above the average person so rest assured I will keep and look after a home as if it were my very own. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch with me if you have any further questions or would just like to chat regarding team-ups for properties. Thank you :)
I'm a 30 year old guy from Perth who decided to start a new career and go back to uni next year. I got accepted into Flinders to study starting in March so packed up everything I own into a car and drove across the nullabor. I've been in Adelaide for only a few days, so I'm looking for a house to make my new home. Love to cook, don't mind a drink (but usually only on weekends as hangovers are now like recovering from minor surgery) I'm getting really into my running ( trail running mostly ) and love a good chat. I plan on studying pretty hard and working as much as possible during the week, and getting out and discovering Adelaide on the weekends. Love to hang out and make friends with my housemates, but I also understand limits, and know that people need/enjoy their privacy.

I am a full-time engineer. I am on 3 weeks on 1 week off roster. So basically most of the time I will work away from home. I am looking for an unfurnished room in a furnished house/flat/apartment. I have own bed. Or if you have storage for putting my bed is also fine. I am pretty quiet and care about hygiene. Especially not a party animal if it comes to that. I am a non-smoker and don't have a pet. I expect reasonable rental since I will not be at home most of the time. I like cooking in my spare time and share my cooking especially good at Asian food. And at same time do some jogging along the beach.
Hi I'm Wen, currently living in northern suburb in adelaide. I am looking for an accommodation for myself near Flinders Medical Centre or near the beach. I am flexible with the location as long as it's down south and could prefer somewhere not too far from the city. I am grade nurse will commence new employment at FMC in 2019 Jan. Prefer somewhere I can stay minimal 6 months at least. When I am not working, I go to the gym, hiking, cooking. I like to go out as much as I can. I might be lazy in my room. But I always keep in mind and keep common areas clean and would appreaciate if everyone else could do the same. I don't mind a cleaning roster and everyone share a bit housework together.
