There is not much furniture in the house at the moment so you will definitely require a bed. I will be looking at getting someone in after the 18th July when my current flatmates move out.
I am a courteous and tidy female Uni student who is looking for a place close to the city but also for great housemates :) I am respectful and kept to myself but also love having a good chat and getting to know people.I am pretty open in terms of gender and age of housemates as long as I am entering a warm and friendly environment!
Hi, my name is Tom. I'm a student of Flinders Uni. Currently studying full time and working part time. Looking for a big room with good light condition for myself, needs to be at least 16sqm as I have a queen sized bed and a big study desk and book shelf. I have everything of my own so no need to provide me any. I'm a fairly quiet and tidy person, always keep it quiet and clean after myself. I'm none somker nor drinker, don't have pets either. Only looking for a house, not unit or townhouse or student apartment. And perferably no more than 5 people in it. My ideal housemates would be students or working professionals, no couples. I don't usually bring people over but I'mok with others have parties on Friday and weekend nights. I also love animals so I'm fine with others have pets. Internet needs to be NBN wireless, as I watch a lot of stuff online for my study. That's all about me, if any landlords have the right house for me please send me a message. Genuine people only, no scammers and time wasters. Please read my description first.
I'm friendly, able to get along with everybody - I like to socialise with housemates but also like my downtime just as much. I'm clean, respectful and considerate of others. I'm pretty adaptable, so if the house is quiet I am happy to live like that but if there's something going on I'm happy to get involved. I have a small inside Maltese shih-Tzu, Pippa - she is very quiet; doesn't bark (postman excluded) but very playful and loves a cuddle.
I'm a very quiet tenant who is full-time employed at an engineering company and I'm involved in a number of community organisations. I'm very socially engaged and have a very wide and extensive group of friends that I visit however rarely have over. I like watching old movies, listening to old music, and reading old books (there's a pattern there) but I'm very interested in new things and look forward rather than backward. I'm open minded on social issues and enjoy a good belly laugh. I try and keep myself in good condition though I am susceptible to a nice shiraz. A great day for me is breakfast at a nice cafe and a walk or swim at the beach. My life is an open book so if you'd like to know something then just ask me. I'm looking for long term accommodation however never say never. Please note I am not looking for share house accommodation.
Hey there, I am an incoming international PhD student from the Philippines. I am friendly and eager for chats when I'm not busy studying at home. I'm also neat with my things and can even cook for my flatmates occasionally! I'm quite adaptable, so please do hit me up and who knows you might find the perfect flatmate! :)
I am looking for a decent place to live in for atleast two years, near Flinders University. I am an international student from India who doesn't have any preferred gender to be their house mate as long as they are understanding and decent. My expected month of arrival is in July. I am a clean and organised person who respects other people's privacy and in return asking the same. I am okay with pets.
The house is functional and kept very clean at all times, with a big kitchen and a lounge with Aircon, heater and fireplace. Separate laundry. Great outside entertaining area with BBQ, pool table and Gas heater. Free range chickens in a coop outside. Veggie garden.Inflatable pool in summer.
I currently have a room up for rent. The room comes with a built in wardrobe. Internet is 500 GB NBN and is $25 a month. Our house is a modern home that is only a few years old. The house has air conditioning in all rooms and has a dishwasher in the kitchen. The house is a 5 minute walk to the Seaford Train line, which takes you to CBD and Marion Shopping Centre. Castle Plaza is very close. 10 minute drive from Flinders University. The house is furnished except for the bedrooms but if you have any household furniture we can accommodate it. I am looking for a housemate who is clean and respectful. If you are interested please text me a little about yourself. I look forward to hearing from you.
Fully furnished room, great for students, 4.6km from Flinders University and Flinders Medical Centre and 30min from CBD. You’ll have your own furnished room with double bed, desk, storage and Wi-Fi. The house is fully furnished with a good-sized kitchen and back yard. The house comes with evaporative air-condition, NBN internet, washing machine, kitchen appliances and TV. Internet and bills are included in the rent. There is street and driveway parking. Travel times: It takes 7-14 min by car or 30 min by bus during peak hour to Flinders uni and 20min to CBD via car or 50 min via bus. Walking distance to shops and a few cafés. The house does have a resident dog (Australian kelpie) who generally stays inside or wherever there are people. He is very friendly, trained and good natured, however he does have energy and will try to be your friend. Paying rent on time and cleaning up after yourself is essential.
I'm currently studying childcare and hope to go onto teaching next year at Adelaide Uni. I'm friendly and outgoing but also quiet and respectful of personal space.

Hi my name is Mattea, I'm a 26 year old Dietitian, working at the Repat Hospital and studying at Flinders Uni. Looking for a room close by. Non-smoker, no pets. Im fairly easy going and clean. Prefer a furnished room but flexible with this.
Hey I'm Will. I'm a pretty chill guy. I get along with most people. I enjoy having a casual beer/glass of wine and listening to people's stories. I get along with pets. I'm a clean person, not a neat freak but if I make a mess I clean it. I work in retail full time, and study part time. If you want to know more just ask.
Hi There! I'm looking for a housemate (preferably long term) to team up and share a property. I would like to find a place in the Daw Park/Melrose Park area or neighbouring suburbs (I have a long list of suburbs; south, south west and south east of the city I'd be willing to live in), modern-ish, with 2 bathrooms, air con, low maintenance, preferably a dishwasher, preferably 2 living areas (or a spare bedroom). A house, or a town house, somewhere with at least a little space and privacy. Pet friendly because I have a cat. I would like to find somewhere asap, but am flexible with my time frame. I'm thinking somewhere around $400 to $530 ish (total). I've seen some nice places that fit all this coming up around ascot park, edwardstown, millswood, plympton type suburbs recently. I am late 30s. Pretty laid back. Quiet, honest, fair, nice, friendly, think i'm pretty funny - pretty sure I am, sociable but don't go out much anymore, don't like confrontation, don't like bossy people, don't like self-centred people. I work full time and I work hard so I can be quite lazy in my free time and spend a lot of it sleeping in and watching tv and movies, if not brunching with friends, so I don't want to share with you if you have a tendancy to be judgey. I'm very close to my family. I like things pretty clean and tidy and would like someone who will be on my same wave length and help me clean the place when we've decided it needs cleaning (or maybe we could splash out on a cleaner!). I don't expect you to be cheery all the time..... I'm not. I like going out for brunch and meals in general. I'm good at basic cooking. I like the outdoors. I like movies. I don't like excerise but I wish I did. I like road trips. I like music festivals (but the grown up kind). I don't garden, but I do like gardens, especially herbs. I love food and coffee and tend to go through phases of no will power when it comes to food, so again no judgement please. Looove music, but only the good music that I like. Sooo, I've been living by myself for the last however many years and so have all the required furniture, but you might too, so a place with a garage would be good so we can store the extra things we have. This, and my love of tv is why I'd like a place with a second living area or spare bedroom so we could both have our own space to do what we want without being stuck in our bedrooms. Although if you'd like to join me in whatever i'm watching, that would be nice. We don't have to become friends, but that would also be nice.... I would prefer a female, just because I can be pretty shy around strangers. If you're a guy and you think our personalities will work, I'd still be happy to meet with you. I take a little while to warm up and come out of my shell and be myself and then you'll probably wish I'd get back in my shell ;) I know I said I wouldn't judge........ but........ *not a smoker *Vego and vegan fine so long as you respect my love of meat. *need to be reliable about money. i.e. splitting and paying bills. If you agree with at least most of what I've said please contact me and we can arrange to meet. Cheers Margo :)
Fun and easy going, currently studying, Australian, looking for a nice place to stay with nice people :)

This is our first time experience in living overseas. It's a mixed feeling between excited, curious, as well as afraid. I would love to learn everything about Australia and its culture, especially the food. we would also love to share wonderful things about Indonesia. and.. My wife is very good at cooking Indonesian food. Wanna try? anyone? By the way, My sons are still considered babies, so please expect a bit noise from the crying or the yelling. Also my wife wears hijab, so a whole properties rent with an appropriate privacy would be preferable. Thank you...

I'm 30, clean, tidy, and work full time in retail management at Mile End. Not a party person at all - I prefer to spend my free time outdoors kayaking or hiking, or on the couch indulging in a Netflix binge or destroying you at Mario kart haha. I love animals and do come with a dog. He's an 8 year old pure bred Siberian Husky, and he's an absolute gentleman - friendliest Husky you'll ever meet! He loves humans - kids and adults alike, and gets along with other dogs great. He can be an outside or inside dog depending on whatever you prefer :)
Have just moved here this week & looking for share accom as I have just been offered and accepted a full time job in the CBD. Well travelled and a fair bit of life experience enjoyed, I am an easy going person who enjoys a mix of people and experiences that life presents along the way. I enjoy my own company as well as having a good conversation about life, the world and beyond.
I'm very easy to get along with, social, laid back, and a clean person. Very handy around the house if needed. I'm a licensed builder and when I'm not doing 60-70 hours a week working, I'm at the gym. I also enjoy social events and the casual drink when I have time.
