Hi everyone, we are looking for a new housemate! The room advertised is large with a built in wardrobe, and comes fully furnished with a double bed and desk. Share bathroom is with 1 other girl. (Although we do have a 3rd bathroom downstairs near the laundry). Other furnishings are available upon request or if you have your own things that's fine too. The house is double story, and very spacious. There's a large kitchen, and plenty of space in the lounge room too. This is a nice quiet area close to shops (Woolworths walking distance, as well as 5 mins drive from Garden City and Sunnybank Plaza), public transport is walking distance, Griffith Nathan Campus and Mount Gravatt Campus close by. Only 15 min into city. It's extremely central, and convenient for students and most professionals/workers. All bills are included in rent. We are only looking for female flatmates. There is also a public pool and barbeque area for outside dining and family/friend get togethers. Bills and Payment: Bills will be divided evenly, three ways. Every quaterly the electricity bill will come in, and every month the internet bill will also come in. As for rent that will be divided based on the rooms, potentially on garage usage if you have a car. I have thrown together a rough estimate that on a weekly basis you would only need to pay an extra $12.50 a week in rent for all bills to be covered. Any excess charges will be handled. Bond will also be two weeks worth of rent which can be paid in 1 lump sum payment or weekly till the total has been secured. Payment will either be in cash or electronic transfer, if paid in cash you will be provided with a physical receipt, and a bond agreement signed basically stating you understand that any damages caused yourself, partner, friends, etc... will taken out of your bond.
