I'm really easily to get along with and I'm pretty good at cooking Thai and Korean food. I also like to keep things clean. I have an adorable sharpei puppy who loves people and other pets. Rent is for an unfurnished, air conditioned bedroom, kitchenette, lounge/study and own bathroom exc internet and bills at $190 per week. I will consider all people depending on dynamics. You will be staying in accommodation similar to a studio flat/granny flat, downstairs. All applicants must be family friendly and will need to be approved by the real estate, need to sign a roommate agreement and pay a bond and a weeks rent in advance before moving in.
