Hey there! We're looking for a new member of our little townhouse team. We think it's pretty great and hopefully you will too! Here's a few of the reasons we love it so much: - It's in a great location, walking distance to regular buses to Garden City and the CBD as well as supermarkets and a sweet selection of restaurants (if cooking isn't your forte) - It's in a gated complex, pretty quiet and nice and secure. We've also got a pool for those hot summer days and get a beautiful breeze through the place as well (there's aircon too if it's extra-unbearable) - Walking distance to regular buses to the Garden City and the city, lots of restaurants and easy access to a variety of supermarkets. - Being a townhouse, there isn't a great deal of space to stash your stuff but we're pretty good at problem solving when necessary. - Parking is available, we have a single garage, driveway and a visitor spot at the entrance of the complex.
