I work full time Monday to Friday 9-5 so I'm not home much during the day. I keep to myself when I'm home and play video games or my piano (which I use with headphones as it's electronic) so I'm usually quiet but I'm always down to chat with my roommates especially if I'm cooking. I also go out a lot especially weekends. I clean up after myself, I'm not dirty (except with humour sometimes), I do my chores. I am a light sleeper so I do appreciate if people could keep things down at night unless there's a house party or something, but that being said I do have my own measures to block out sound. Garage spot is a MUST as I love my car and want it to be safe at night. I do have experience with moving house, I've done a share home twice now. All in all I think I'm a quiet and great guy to live with and I generally never have a problem with what my roommates do. **Also I've had a few responses that have specified house rules which I want to clarify main things that I don't want restricted. Being a young male I don't want restrictions on: - Who I bring over - How much I drink - Where I drink - What I do in the privacy of my own room This being said, I'm not going to be noisy and I will respect when people are sleeping. I want a stress free home where I can relax, therefore I want to make sure I'm not going to be bombarded with rules.
