We love our little townhouse! It is in a great location. Our complex is an electronic gated community with a pool.Walking distance to regular buses to the Garden City and the city, lots of restaurants and easy access to a variety of supermarkets. We get a beautiful breeze from on top of the hill as well which is great in summer but there is an air conditioner now to assist with that too! Being a townhouse, there isn't a great deal of storage space but we make do. Parking is available. We have previously alternated the parking spots, two in the complex and one outside the gates in the visitor parking. The pool area has BBQ facilities and our backyard is a great size, not too big and not too small. Bills have been small and not included in rent.
