Hey there, myself and my twin sister have a room to rent in our beautiful 2 bedroom apartment in a great location. It is a double bedroom, furnished, right in the CBD, the building has a gym (with new equipment), pool, sauna and BBQ area, very close to Perth station and free cat buses, off street parking bay and our very large balcony with dining table (fitting 6 people), seating area and own BBQ. The rent is $300 (for single) and $350 (for couples) which includes the bills and internet, it's reasonably negotiable. Unfortunately the pictures do not do the apartment justice as we are not photographers sorry, have to view to appreciate it. The room is available mid February, with some flexibility in the move date. We are twins from Germany but have lived in Ireland for 12 years, pretty easy going and relaxed. We are looking for someone who cleans up after him/her self, is respectful of others and their property and just a good flatmate. If you are interested please send me a message and I'll get back to you. Thanks
I am looking for a housemate, just one , so NO couple or 2 friends, from 22/2/2018. I'm looking to share a house, apartment with one or two other females or my own granny flat. I'd prefer something close to public transport and shops. I'm an animal lover so a small quiet dog or a cat would be ok. I also have a fully automatic coffee machine so coffee lovers, no need to go to a cafe for a good coffee. PLEASE READ THE AREAS I'M LOOKING TO RENT IN before contacting me, if you're not in an area listed please don't waste your time contacting me
Work Full time FIFO as product support specialist, pretty much home 1 week a month. Passionate about healthy living, exercise, yoga, photography and travel. Looking for a share house for the summer with like minded people.
Hey! I'm Desiree and I will be moving to Perth this coming Feb. I'm an international postgraduate student at UWA, so will preferably be looking for accomodation near the university or close to the city. Overall, I'm clean and tidy, quiet, respectful, rather easygoing, and also have experience living in a sharehouse before. As I'll be juggling both studies and work placements, I don't foresee having much free time, but on the rare occasion that I do, I'll be more than happy to hang out! Ensuite / own bathroom preferred but not a must.
Aloha, my name is Alex, young at heart 44 male. I'm looking for a great house with my own bedroom and bathroom. I work full time and studying a masters degree part time. I enjoy music, cooking and good conversation. Im reliable and clean up after myself.
Hi, I'm Towe, 23 years old from Sweden, doing my exchange semester in Perth at Murdoch University. Except studying I like to explore, visit new restaurants or dining at home and concerts. The reason why I'm will be a good flatmate is because I'm always positive, cleaning after myself, easy to hang with and so on.
Have just arrived In Perth to start my working holiday, looking for someone around my age who is fairly sociable and can help me settle into the city. I have my own home in Northern Ireland which i let rooms out in so I am fairly clean and tidy and aware of whats involved in house share! Looking for work in admin, transport or shipping and love days at the beach. I am intending on staying in Perth and working for 3 to 6 months to save so I can travel.
Hey my name is Luke I'm looking for a room to rent 😋 I'm currently not working at the moment as I have a fractured spine but my old boss is willing to take me back after 3 months when my back is healed.... So I'm currently on centrelink till then. I'm a clean person and can be a little shy at first, but can be very outgoing once you get to know me. I love keeping busy, so I won't be there all the time... So if your looking for a housemate please contact me 😉
British and Irish nationals, on working holiday visa both have employment. Both enjoy cycling and other sports such as badminton and football (definatly not called soccer) Both up for a laugh but always very clean and tidy.
I currently work full time in CBD and will be studying at UWA this year so am looking for something within reasonable proximity. I would prefer a place with my own bathroom. I dance and play piano for hobbies so currently not home until around 8-9pm 3x nights and spend at least one night a week at my house with my grandparents. I have a car and motorbike so parking is ideal for both but essential for car at least. I am a homeowner who is tidy and respectful of others property and space. My hobbies keep me pretty busy but I'm also very sociable when at home so would love to build good friendships and find housemates I can share an occasional drink with!
We are a french couple very friendly. We would like to experience living with others people, to discover others cultures. We are in Australia for a WHV. We like to go out, have fun but we also like to be cool, stay at home, make a meal... We are respecful, eco-aware...
Hi! I'm Ashleigh, 34 from Northern Ireland. Recently moved to Perth. I am a hard working professional who likes to have a drink some weekends to unwind. (the Irish in me!) I am clean, tidy and very house proud. Ideally I would like to make friends that socialise and go on random road trips exploring Perth and greater areas. I have a keen interest in food, from cooking and going to food shows. I love animals and the great outdoors! Also, I don't mind what area house share / flat share is in.. since I'm not familiar with all areas feel free to contact me!
Hi guys, we are Carina & Greg. We are a French couple. Greg studies and will work as a lawyer and Carina works as a nurse. We are looking for a room in Perth near the CBD. We are very clean and tidy. I'm Tessa and I work full time in Belmont. I respect the space that I live in and I respect privacy. The things that I look for in a house: I want my housemates to turn into friends, gym buddies, you name it. I have lived in Canada, so I'm no stranger to living in share houses and housemates turning into family :) I don't want to live with strangers. Whilst I like to socialise, I also like my alone time, so I understand the need for space and wanting to wind down after work on your own. I don't want a party house, but somewhere that a social drink with friends (housemates included) from time to time is a must. I would prefer to live with no more than 2 people. I want this to be my/our home to be cared for, not a share house with a bunch of students/young people that have sheets as covers on their couch because its full of stains from parties. I am mainly looking at the Vic park - East Perth area. Somewhere that has a small town feel (everything in walking distance) and is close to the city. I have a car and do not want to park on the street. I am also allergic to animals.
We are two students from Norway, who are taking a year abroad in Perth. Madelene is going to study Petroleum engineering at Curtin and Johanna, Marine Engineering at UWA. We are both nice and friendly girls, who would like to live in a fun, social and clean environment. Both of us are very interested in summer activities and travelling, a major reason for choosing Perth and Australia. The ideal place to live would be something between Curtin and UWA, since we are going to different schools!
Hello everyone :) I'm a fun loving, very young at heart- yet responsible, down to earth type of girl. Respectful of my surroundings and others. I'm Australian born and raised- with an Italian background so I love to cook and entertain. Family and friends are important to me, so I would love to be able to host them at home from time to time. I'm very clean and tidy. Have my own vehicle. I am a mix of socialable and also private. Rather attend/host dinner parties rather than actual parties these days. I do enjoy my down time and can respect that of others. I do hope to find a home that I can feel at home-relaxed and comfortable and form some kind of friendly relationship with people I am living with. Im always down for an adventure! Have travelled WA vastly the last year. Love spending time outdoors, the beach, the Bush or Weekend camping trips when I can. Looking for either a place on my own Max budget $250 to rent or to share with 1-2 other people Max budget $200 inclusive of bills. Thankd for taking the time to read, I look forward to seeing what's on offer :) Ciao!
