Hi, I’m Julz. I’m a 21 year old full time hairdresser who works Monday through to Saturday. In my spare time I like to get out and discover new places and immerse myself in nature. I am a lover of sports, music and animals, although I don’t have any animals of my own. I enjoy socialising and connecting with old and new friends but also enjoy a nice relaxing and quiet environment to rejuvenate myself. I pride myself on being a clean, considerate and respectful person, who is looking for a positive place to call home with like-minded and friendly people.
It is a spacious, light and clean house with wonderful treetop views. The house is modern styling throughout with 3 robed bedrooms and a really nice garden. Believe me, it will give you a home feeling. Other features include ducted heating, evaporative cooling and split system air conditioner. This dreamy house is only around 2k from Eltham Station and 600m from bus station.
Looking for a place to stay with my husband and 2 cats :) I’m expecting a baby boy on the 26th of March! So I’ll be on parental leave for 6 months then return to work as a teacher. My husband studies engineering. When at home we’re generally eating, watching movies and sleeping! If this suits you let me know. Thanks, Samantha and Sava
Very cleanly and organised, like to keep to myself mostly so very respectful of privacy and personal space but also always up for a chat. Love to bake and happy to share my cooking haha
I'm mature, clean and respectful of others and their privacy. I'm also easy going with a good sense of humour. I work full time and keep myself busy with training at the gym, getting outside, reading etc Looking to move into an unfurnished bedroom long term and I do have some furniture. Not looking to live with couples.
Hi everyone, my name is Ronja Schneller and I am a 20 year old full time student at the Rudolf Steiner Seminar in Warranwood,VIC. I have lived in a shared house before and love having other people around me in a family type environment. My personality I would describe as cheerful and easy going. I am a non smoker and non drinker. I have high standards for cleaning and tidying but don't mind pets- I especially love dogs! Also I like to be in nature, work in the garden, play music and cook. I go to Uni 3 days a week Tue-Thu 9am-3pm. I am open to doing house-pet and babysitting in exchange for accommodation otherwise my financial limit is $145 per week bills included. Looking forward to meeting you and your cozy home. Cheers, Ronja
Hey everyone my name is Dylan, I am a 23 year old that’s real easy going with a fairly busy lifestyle. I work 13 day fought nights as a Garden manicurist, through beautiful toorak and Malvern and would like to find a place closer the better. I am looking for somewhere with a back yard as I have some pot plants I would like to bring with me if possible (not the illegal kind haha) also I like to spend most of my time when at home out side. I like a beer on the weekends and don’t mind sitting down for a chat in the afternoons. I’m a clean tidy person with respect and a sense of humour. Thanks for reading and hope to hear from you guys soon.
Hi my name is Charley, I am 20 years old and work full time as a travel agent at Doncaster on a rotating roster that includes weekends. I am easy going and I am respectful of other peoples space. I am quite neat and tidy plus organised when it comes to paying bills. I do enjoy my own space but will never turn down a chat/dinner/night out. In my spare time I am a cheerleader so I train two nights a week plus competitions on the occasional weekend. On my days off if I am not catching up on housework and chores I love to go down to the beach for a surf/tan, explore and go for day trips or just chill out and catch up on my new tv addiction. I'm hoping to find someone who is like minded and can become friends with not just housemates. I currently live on my own however am hoping to find a house mate to make things a little cheaper and plus have a little bit of company. I look forward to hearing from you :)
*Update* Brass tacks: I'd pay max! $250 pw if that includes either bills, perfect location or both! - internet's just a bonus. All depends on the details! Fitzroy's my home so anywhere where there's a station or the city's within walking distance is blitz for me & my furbaby Taco! Taco is medium in size, house-trained, loved by everyone & will be my roommate -esp inside of the night- cos if someone was trying to break-in he would be a greatly appreciated asset in your eyes & he wouldn't be able to save your ass if he was kept outside! Add to that, he never stinks cos he thinks he's a cat & so cleans himself as such. Is great to live with; quiet & gentle & fun! You'll fall in love with him right from the start!^_^ Me, well recently, I was studying Visual Art in Bendigo (2017) which is from where we'll be moving. I want to come back to Melbourne cos I've missed the place &;the people much! I'll be studying at CAE + finding part-time work this year - I always get what I want from life cos I let nothing stop me. - Ideally looking for a 6 month stay or more. Clean, easy-going, friendly & like my people much the same & enjoy my own space ;) Love cooking communally every now & then- it's well fun! Enjoy happy-go-lucky/spontaneous/fun/chill people; love music, art, playing with my furry baby, being active, dancing, adventures, reading, & playing guitar, etc. Always cover living expenses on time! Can handle myself. - I've never been in debt & have paid rent etc since I was 17 years old; took care of horses since I was 9 (for the hard work appreciated I got to ride them at a cheaper price) & cared for all other animals since even younger (naturally I love them); first started paid work at 15; sold artwork at first exhibition aged 16; volunteer work with rescues/op shops/RDA; teaching guitar freelance; working behind bar, etc. & have always studied both in & out of school. So there's my work ethic all laid out for you, & for these reasons, I guess- lazy & boring people are a total turn off to be around for a second- let alone live with. So if you're boring/apathetic or think I'm gona split with Tac' don't even waste my time. Thanks much. Need to know any more, ask.. Naturally, if you don't love dogs there's no way -so in that case- don't ask ! Want to get back to melb asap ^_^ Advocate against animal abuse/cruelty & never buy products tested on animals - you'll be surprised by how many are!! See & share this link with your family & friends♡☆ N.B. fm wont accept urls so just search 'animals australia animal testing list' if you love animals & want to help put an end to the cruelty! Passionate about social justice; LGBT friendly; "perfect tenant" blablabla lalalove! ;) Luna♡☆

I'm open minded and will be happiest sharing with genuine people to create homely vibes
Lovely garden villa is across the road from the beautiful Eltham parklands - a lovely place to take a walk. Although close to parklands, bus stop, etc - it is very quiet. A short walk to the bus stop and about a 10-15 walk to the railway station (or catch a bus there) and to shops and cafes and Eltham's main shopping centre. There is even a lovely cafe right next door. There are general shops (butchers/take away (pizza/fish and chips/chicken shop) /deli/florist/bakery/greengrocers) a 5 minute walk away. The villa is situated at the back of other villas so it is really peaceful and quiet. A lovely courtyard which is perfect to sit and relax in with a coffee on a sunny day. Lorikeets even come down to say hello in the afternoon. Offstreet parking available. $200 weekly includes all utilities, gas, water, electricity. No bond payable.
I am a friendly down to earth guy who works full time and plays a lot of sport. I am clean tidy and very organised. I love meeting new people and having a chat and enjoy to cook
Easy going quiet relaxed people.. both employed full time 8 hours + per day. I am a qualified carpenter with all tools so any house repairs or maintenance are free of charge! Not party animals by any stretch. but enjoy a friendly drink or food and chats with housemates. :) Have utmost respect for others privacy. We have lived in shared houses before and experienced and understand how to get along well in a shared property respecting others privacy and peaceful enjoyment. No pets. However animal lovers if there are any there :) We have been living in shared accomodation for 2+ years now and are looking for 2+ more to finish saving to buy our own property to share. Only leaving current shared house due to it being demolished for units.. hope we hear from you.. Andrew and Sharna
Looking at moving out of home. I'm clean, respectful and am excited about a fresh start. Currently working part time in a cafe. For fun I like adventures and anything outdoors. May also be bringing my cat with me to live, if host is okay with pets. Happy to discuss.
Clean, neat & tidy, capable of being quite social, also happy with own company. Work a lot of hours, spend lots of time out with the horse, and somewhere like to fit in a pile of reading and some walking/running/cycling. Like to grow a few vegetables is space is available.
A friendly, respectful, neat and tidy fantastic cook! I think I'm an interesting person who has worked in professional theatre, television and I'm spiritually artistic. I am looking for secure, permanent living arrangements with like minded people who I can provide with space and also enjoy being able to converse with. I also love animals !
I'm currently 17 turning 18 in a weeks time, (17th of January), I'm a tidy, easy going and always up for a chat but do enjoy my own privacy. I've rented before so I understand all the responsibilities! I'm from the country so I'm pretty far from home but have been living within Melbourne for the last two years! I'm currently trying to get into a hairdressing apprenticeship and will be studying and working a part time job until I've got that sorted! So you won't have to worry too much about your privacy because I keep myelf busy!
I am 29, working full time as a high school Science Teacher. I am very busy and like to come home to quiet, tidy space. I love to travel, so spend most of holidays overseas. I also love to cook, especially bake. I am sociable person but also like my quiet time and will respect your choice to socialise, or not. I am looking for a place/team up for 6months-year or more. I love dogs and don’t mind if you have one at all! I have to bring with me a queen size bed, desk and a bar freezer. So I would preferably like an unfurnished room and, space for a desk outside my room as I would not want to sleep with my work! Get in touch if you’re looking for something similar.
Im a clean freak always clean up after myself, trust worthy. Love helping others out who help me. :) I love sports, and my dog is my everything she is fully trained and good with everyone :)
I'm a friendly, down to earth, self proclaimed comedian. I love my quiet time but am also always up for socialising. I love making new friends and get along with anyone from any walk of life! I'm currently studying a Bachelor of Aviation Management and love it! Prior to that I studied Psychology. I also work part time and have been at the same place for 7 years now - so I have a steady, reliable income. I'm a bit of a nerd in that I love computer games, playstation and binge watching Netflix series. Although I do not get to travel often, I love all things associated with it, hence why I am studying aviation. I loveeeee music, coffee and going to the gym (or at least attempting to). I play basketball once a week and am hoping to get a bit more outdoors-y this year and explore a little. I'm also a massive dog lover, so bonus points if you have a fur family member I can spoil. I have lived out of home for the past couple of years and love the independence. I am experienced in share housing and am always tidy, considerate, and respectful towards my fellow house mates. Though I like to think it'd be more of a home than a share house! Sometimes I do finish work around midnight, but absolutely make sure I am as quiet as a mouse when coming and going. Looking for somewhere long term, but can be negotiated if you have somewhere with a little less length of stay. Also happy to go on a lease if need be! Female household preferred.
Hi. My name is Luke. I live in a quiet, leafy suburb in Melbourne named Montmorency. The home is a large 5 bedroom house with 2 kitchens, 2 living/dining and 4 bathrooms. The area is very safe and is conveniently located only a 2min walk to train/bus stations and also the main shopping strip which has every thing you need including cafes, a popular bar, organic food store, supermarket, bakeries, take-away food venues, gym, beauty salons, post office. Also approx. 40 mins to city by train. Our street is wide with little traffic. Would love to have you stay and help you settle in to our community. We will be more than happy to help show you around and help get things sorted for you if you require it. Bills are flat rate $30 pw per person
This is a near-new 3 bedroom two storey townhouse in St Helena. Close proximity to St Helena Shops and Greensborough Train Station. I am looking to rent out 2 bedrooms to 2 flatmates (one bedroom is now filled by a female nursing student, and the other is still available). - Rent is $180 per flatmate per week (including internet) plus utilities (electricity, gas & water). - Bedrooms are unfurnished and include built in wardrobes. - Both flatmates will share a bathroom, which includes a toilet, shower and bath. There is also an additional toilet downstairs, so you won't need to hold on. - The laundry includes a washing machine and a condenser dryer. - The rest of the house is furnished, and includes near-new appliances. - A new decking is at the rear of the house for entertaining.
Briar Hill is a little known gem close to Eltham, Greensborough and Montmorency. This property is very close to parks, transport and shops etc. The home is light filled and thoughtfully decorated throughout. You will not just be a boarder but an integral part of the household. There are two living spaces here and a big rear deck. The bedroom offered is the air conditioned, master bedroom with ensuite. It is furnished but if you prefer, you can bring your own bedroom furniture (no room for other furniture, sorry) Enjoy Netflix, Foxtel & Internet. There is a large living/dining/kitchen upstairs with a leafy outlook. Downstairs there is another lounge/study. Meals aren't provided but happy to share cooking.

The property offers a lot of shared space including a large lounge room and kitchen, a sheltered balcony for outdoor eating or bbqs, air conditioning and heating, and good storage space to boot. Easy access to shops and public transport. The 513 and 901 bus routes have stops right around the corner, and the Montmorency train station is a brisk walk away. On the whole, safe, comfortable and relaxing. We are looking for flatmates who are tidy and friendly. We're happy to socialise, but also understand that some will want their space.
There are room/rooms upstairs with trees view from all windows and a great outside living areas. The home offers privacy, generates a feeling of warmth and I feel inviting to all. There are private seperate entertainment areas. The upstairs rooms are pine lined with a reasonable size foya. Laundry and kitchen are shared however housemates are responsible to be self sufficient in every aspect of what includes acceptable behavior, general personal living expenses and respect for self and respect others and their guests who share this home. Please initiate quick mature resolution to any problem/issue that may occur, which I feel lends harmony between all. This home is our home. Our home gives a warm feeling of country, yet it is within a short pleasant walking distance from all amenities including transport. I am very easygoing, approachable and caring person who enjoys life, laughs and adaptable to new circumstance. I care deeply about others and can problem solve. Equity for all good people is high on my aspiration list. If you are interested or require more information about the living arrangements l will happily answer anything you may need to know. Moira

APPEALING TO ANY GOOD SAMARITANS WHO CAN HELP!! I'm friendly and clean. I'm generally a private person but occasionally like the company of others to socialise and have a cuppa or a meal. I also am a huge dog lover!! I have a small/medium female dog whose 12mths old and super friendly towards humans and other dogs! She is well taken care of and I clean up after her. So I do require some type of yard space. Doesn't have to be huge but bigger the better! We currently live in an apartment so it's not suitable. I have to move ASAP due to a bad break up! I don't have my daughter living with me. She's 16 and would like a 2 bedroom place so she can join me. It's quite sad due to break up she had to stay with my parents! So if I can't find a 2 or more bedroom place that's affordable and right location then I'll need something temporary 3-6 months while I look and not rush! I'm praying for any Good Samaritans out there who'll have what I need/want! So basically it's just me and the dog if only a bedroom in a house or if 1 bed/studio/bungalow place. The rent needs to be cheap as I'm a pensioner but also have child so got more income. I'm just looking for a clean quiet peaceful place to call and make a home! I'm needing to rest and recover from an abusive partner and already feeling so much better and getting on with life! Some of u may be put off but I hope u don't judge too quickly as I'm a honest dkind caring and big hearted person!
Hi :) I am a friendly, well mannered, considerate lady with good old school values. I am from South Africa and are currently studying towards my Bachelors Degree. I would like to get a granny flat or bungalow to have my own space, as I have been in share homes for the past 3 years and I decided that I need my own space now. I am a very tidy and clean person who appreciate the same from others. I am mostly at Uni and in my free time, I take long walks along the beach or find new hidden treasures in the city and enjoy a coffee :) I love to work with kids at church and have fun and I have a part-time position as a bookkeeper and do some admin duties for my brothers business. If anyone should hear about a place that I can make my own, kindly let me know, please? Enjoy the warm weather Cheers Charmaine

Hey! Chelsea and myself are an engaged couple. We are looking for a reasonably large space in a share house around Epping, Greensborough, Mill Park, Heidelberg area. We have all bedroom furniture as well as a fridge and some other stuff. We both drive so somewhere to fit 2 cars would be great. (street parking is fine). Chelsea works part time at Melbourne Airport and studies Psychology full time at La Trobe. I work as a Mental Health Support Worker in the Northern Suburbs. In our spare time, we are out with friends, playing American Football or chilling out with food and Netflix. We are relaxed and easy going people, and would like the same in our housemates. We mostly keep to ourselves but are are definitely okay with dinner and drinks together :)
Self suffecient, tidy, respectful of peoples property and space! I’m a very charasmatic guy and easy to get along with, work a full time job mon-fri standard working hours. Generally out with mates on the weekend enjoying life. Adapt to pretty much any environment and always up for a good time. Always down to talk and socialise at home but do value time by myself! Looking for flat mates that share the same interests, full of energy and enjoy socialising as much as the next person! Guarantee to not disappoint
First things first: I won't be wanting to move into a new place until after I have recovered from surgery, scheduled sometime between Jan-March 2018. I keep to myself, friendly and quiet. I clean up after myself and can cook. I work full time, been at my place of work for over 7 years. 40 years old, recently divorced. I host my own radio show on community radio, Apple 98.5 FM, located in Bacchus Marsh. Back in February 2017 I had major surgery to remove cancer from my body, with a temporary stoma put in while my rectal area repairs itself. In May I began aggressive chemo treatment for the second time, which completed in late September, and then I'll be having more surgery sometime in early 2018 (Jan-March). The person(s) accepting me into their home (if that is the case) will need to be aware of my health issue and be understanding and ok with it. I am also a high functioning autistic, better known as Asperger's. Doesn't really mean anything, doesn't affect anything in any way, just best that I mention it. I'm currently living at both my father's house in the eastern suburbs and a share house in Darley (Bacchus Marsh). A transition period, where my father wants me closer to him while I go through the things I'm going through at the moment. However eventually I need to make a decision on where exactly I want to be living. I won't be wanting to move into a new place until after I have recovered from my 2018 surgery, which will be anywhere from Jan-March.
