Hi there! Most people find me friendly and well mannered. I tend to keep to myself but always enjoy a drink and chat after work or on the weekends. I work as an administrator for Scentre Group (Westfield) Design & Construction, in a nut-shell we construct the shopping centres. I don't have much time during the week to socialise so it's mostly TV/Movies and Gaming. On the weekends i enjoy cycling and motorbike riding, going for the occasional run and keeping myself busy. Thanks for stopping by! :D
I’m hygienic. If I have too much spare time I’ll clean everything. I’m a good cook and would love to shop more often at the farmers markets to get my produce. I can make great coffee and I don’t do well at life without it. I love my alone time but enjoy talking about the interesting things in my day. I have a partner atm so he would visit but rarely. I don’t have any animals with me but I adore all and any!❤️ My mum raised me with manners so I go alright. I don’t really go out but I do enjoy it. I’ve grown up in a country town in the Macedon ranges. I’ve loved it but it’s time for a change for me. Thx heaps
I am looking for accomodation which would be in the vicinity of Surrey Hills, Mount Albert, Balwyn North Box Hill, Richmond , South Yarra and St Kilda. I have live in 7 countries across Europe, America and Asia pacific. I am an Environmental Sustainability coordinator at CPB. My hobbies are reading, listening to classical music and going for walks.

Hello, I'm Christine, a 24 year old student currently studying full time at Latrobe University. I've just returned from a year living abroad in Japan and am looking for a new place to call home! I'd love to find somewhere long term with friendly housemates. I'm respectful of people's belongings, personal space and privacy and am very clean and tidy. My hobbies include art and video games so I do spend a fair amount of time in my room, as I'm also busy with university work too, but I do enjoy socialising as well and am always up for a good chat. I'm pretty easy going and laid back so I'm sure I'd fit in well with any personalities or house set up. I love animals so I'd be more than happy to share a house with any furry friends too! I'm hoping to find a place ASAP so I hope you will consider me for a future flatmate in your lovely homes.
Im moving to Melbourne at the end of Feb. I live 6.5hr from Melbourne at the moment. I am attending La Trobe Uni. I am looking to move into a house that is comfortable and i can call home while i study. I am 25 years old, don't smoke, clean, social, and easy going. I would love to meet you if your interested.
Hi there potential landlords or housemates, I'm a female, 37 year old (young at heart) friendly and clean. I am a great housemate/tenant because I can adapt to any situation and place pretty easily without complaints or stress! I want my future house to be a home not just accomodation! I want it to be my sanctuary where I feel safe and peaceful. I don't mind what age you are or what you do or don't do.. that's your business! I respect ones privacy and also am happy to socialise or have a chat every now and then.. I also need privacy lol. I'm honest and direct. I prefer to sort out any problems immediately and believe trust and honesty would be very crucial if sharehouse is to run smoothly and harmoniously. private person but occasionally. I'm a huge dog lover!! I have a small/medium female dog whose 13mths old and super friendly towards humans generally to other dogs however she's been attacked a couple of times and can get protective of herself hence quickly when playing too roughly. She plays with bigger dogs better too. She is well taken care of and I clean up after her. So I do require some type of yard space. Doesn't have to be huge but a normal size backyard with grass not concrete!! The bigger the better though! We currently live in an apartment so it's not suitable. I have to move ASAP due to a bad break up and currently living with a family friend in Doncaster but I've overstayed by 2 weeks already to finding somewhere suitable is detrimental!!! It doesn't have to be available right now but not much longer than a couple of weeks time would be good. Just need to let friend know I've at least secured a place. If you'd like to know anymore pls feel free to call, txt or message on here. Thanks. Hope to hear from some good sorts... Cheers 🙂
*Update* Brass tacks: I'd pay max! $250 pw if that includes either bills, perfect location or both! - internet's just a bonus. All depends on the details! Fitzroy's my home so anywhere where there's a station or the city's within walking distance is blitz for me & my furbaby Taco! Taco is medium in size, house-trained, loved by everyone & will be my roommate -esp inside of the night- cos if someone was trying to break-in he would be a greatly appreciated asset in your eyes & he wouldn't be able to save your ass if he was kept outside! Add to that, he never stinks cos he thinks he's a cat & so cleans himself as such. Is great to live with; quiet & gentle & fun! You'll fall in love with him right from the start!^_^ Me, well recently, I was studying Visual Art in Bendigo (2017) which is from where we'll be moving. I want to come back to Melbourne cos I've missed the place &;the people much! I'll be studying at CAE + finding part-time work this year - I always get what I want from life cos I let nothing stop me. - Ideally looking for a 6 month stay or more. Clean, easy-going, friendly & like my people much the same & enjoy my own space ;) Love cooking communally every now & then- it's well fun! Enjoy happy-go-lucky/spontaneous/fun/chill people; love music, art, playing with my furry baby, being active, dancing, adventures, reading, & playing guitar, etc. Always cover living expenses on time! Can handle myself. - I've never been in debt & have paid rent etc since I was 17 years old; took care of horses since I was 9 (for the hard work appreciated I got to ride them at a cheaper price) & cared for all other animals since even younger (naturally I love them); first started paid work at 15; sold artwork at first exhibition aged 16; volunteer work with rescues/op shops/RDA; teaching guitar freelance; working behind bar, etc. & have always studied both in & out of school. So there's my work ethic all laid out for you, & for these reasons, I guess- lazy & boring people are a total turn off to be around for a second- let alone live with. So if you're boring/apathetic or think I'm gona split with Tac' don't even waste my time. Thanks much. Need to know any more, ask.. Naturally, if you don't love dogs there's no way -so in that case- don't ask ! Want to get back to melb asap ^_^ Advocate against animal abuse/cruelty & never buy products tested on animals - you'll be surprised by how many are!! See & share this link with your family & friends♡☆ N.B. fm wont accept urls so just search 'animals australia animal testing list' if you love animals & want to help put an end to the cruelty! Passionate about social justice; LGBT friendly; "perfect tenant" blablabla lalalove! ;) Luna♡☆ You can msg my mobile ~ wait no you can't cos flatmates is a whore (they'll prolly censor that too like free contact info) whatever. Fuck this. I'll upgrade later. Can't just move-out right yet anyway - but soon
Hi, my name's Justin, I'm a 38 year old barista, and musician in my spare time. I'm pretty quiet around the house, but like to make a little noise with my guitar when no one is around (I have weekdays off, so this usually works out pretty well). I've been renting with a married couple in a house they own for nearly 4 years, and moving on due to upcoming renovations of my room. Always considerate, tidy, clean, think communication is important (like to know if I'm doing something that annoys others around the house, yet pretty tolerant of other's quirks). Always on time with rent, and like to keep on top of my share of house chores. Friendly, love a chat, but sometimes keep to myself for a while to rejuvenate after a day of working with people in hospitality. I'm looking to move within a month, and am free to move pretty much as soon as something suitable comes up. Thanks, Justin.

This dreamy house is only around 2k from Eltham Station and 600m from bus station.

What is so great/what can you expect by living here: - Air conditioner (not in your bedroom but there is aircon in the house... 2 in fact!). - A dishwasher!!!!!! (I love dishwashers because I hate doing dishes). - Washing machine AND dryer (not in one but we do have both and it's pretty great). - A shared fridge, freezer and pantry (basically a kitchen that we all share). - It's a two story house. So it's pretty big. - It has a yard, with two dogs! (German and Belgian Shepard) but this also means there is no more room for other pets (trust me, I've already tried). - A BBQ. Because BBQ's are great. - Strong cable internet. Well it's good by Australian standards... - A whole lot of games and entertainment! We have every latest generation console (and a few previous generation consoles too), Playstation VR (that's right, Virtual Reality), a ton of movies, shows and anime available (plus some great people to share it with too!). - Inbuilt heating vent system throughout the entire house. For those upcoming winter days. - An inbuilt, internal vacuum system. Basically the house is literally a giant vacuum cleaner! It's really cool. About your room: - Your very own walk in closet attached to your room. - Your very own ceiling fan. - Your room light (and fan) that is controlled by a remote!!! Just lay down in bed, turn light on, turn light off, turn light on, turn light off. It's great! Plus we have space for cars and what not. It'll take some rearranging but we can work things out. It's a ~10min walk to Greensborough station as well as the shopping centre. Basically it's a great area, a great house and great people living in it! What are you waiting for? Send me a message and get into your new home!
I’m caring , trustworthy and also a very clean and respectful person. Have been looking after my grandparents for the last three years and now are in palliative care , So I’m looking to either share or team up with someone for minimum of 12 months . I’m quite busy with work and other commitments - usually work 7 days a week , I will also be going back to study part time mid year, I also volunteer for the RSPCA . I have fur babies of my own they are well behaved/trained and like to be outside, so somewhere with some greenery would be nice and I also appreciate a nice nature settings to just chill and read a book or play with my cats in the garden. I prefer to live with mature people/students/professionals/animal lovers/ people with etiquette and respect for others .
First things first: I won't be wanting to move into a new place until after I have recovered from my second cancer removal surgery, scheduled sometime between Feb-April 2018. I keep to myself, friendly and quiet. I clean up after myself and can cook. I work full time, been at my place of work for over 7 years. 40 years old, recently divorced. I host my own radio show on community radio, Apple 98.5 FM, located in Bacchus Marsh. Back in February 2017 I had major surgery to remove cancer from my body, with a temporary stoma put in while my rectal area repairs itself. In May I began aggressive chemo treatment for the second time, which completed in late September. On Jan 23 2018, it was discovered that cancer has unfortunately returned to my body. Tests will commence ASAP with surgery and more chemo to most likely follow. The person(s) accepting me into their home (if that is the case) will need to be aware of my health issues and be understanding and ok with it. I am also a high functioning autistic, better known as Asperger's. Doesn't really mean anything, doesn't affect anything in any way, just best that I mention it. I'm currently living at both my father's house in the eastern suburbs, and a share house in Darley (Bacchus Marsh). A transition period, where my father wants me closer to him while I go through the things I'm going through at the moment. However eventually I need to make a decision on where exactly I want to be living. I won't be wanting to move into a new place until after I have recovered from my 2018 surgery, which will be anywhere from Feb-April.
